Process capability indices as an important kind of indices are intended to provide single-number assessments of the inherent process capability to meet specification limits on quality characteristic(5) of interest. In this paper the condition for the application of process capability indices is analyzed. On the basis of process capability indices, dynamic process capability indices as a new kind of indices to show the current process capability are discussed and the condition for the application of dynamic process capability indices is exhibited. Comparison between process capability index and dynamic process capability index and comparison between $D_p$ and $D_pk$ are made and the conclusions provide the approach for process control. According to the requirement of process capability indices provided by customer, quality control based on process capability indices dynamic process capability indices is discussed.

Process capability implies the qualitative capability of a process, and it is necessary to specify the process capability by quantification and to evaluate the level with the specified standardizaion. But the process capability index is currently used to evaluate the performance of quality control activity. without considering the characteristics of process structure or the economy of management. Here the researcher would like to redefine process capability and emphasize its index may be used as the measure of managerial assessment and the objective of process quality control in full consideration of the economic aspects of process characteristics. Too little or too much process capability causes a loss of or excess. The proper economic level of process capability varies to each process. The procedure of taking the optimum process capability index is derived from the expected profit function, whereas each method is studied in cases of normal process with one-sided specification and two-sided specification. In addition, the process capability index is presented as a method of quality assurance. And an example is exhibited on wrapping process of 'A' company. The results of this study are summarized at follows. First, though the norminalization of the process capability index is possible by the existing methods, the optimum process capability index can vary to the situation of each process. So, the optimum process capability index which is suggested in this dissertation should be used as the standard to assess process capability. Second, the process capability index can take its effect not just in indicating quality control or managerial records but also in the management of high qualify assurance.

Recently, as the management environments are changing rapidly and the uncertainty is becoming larger, the needs of internal control for management and IS become stronger. In order to construct a new internal control system for IS, it is necessary to evaluate the former research of the system. This study emphasizes the importance of effective internal control system, presents a conceptual framework for the preceding factors to consider, and verifies empirically the framework. This study sets the organization citizenship behavior, IS innovation resistance, and IT capability from the viewpoint of Socio-Technical system as the preceding factors for the effectiveness of internal control system. A research model, affecting the above factors on IS capability as a mediating variable of the internal control effectiveness for the use of IS, is set up. PLS-Graph 3.0 is used to verify the model. We found that the internal control effectiveness have affirmative effect on information capability, a surrogate variable of the IS effectiveness and a mediation effect is meaningful.

사물인터넷은 모든 고유 식별 가능한 임베디드 컴퓨팅 장치가 기존의 인터넷 환경에 연결된 초연결 사회를 지향한다. 따라서 사물인터넷 서비스는 단순한 사물간의 통신(M2M)을 넘어 많은 프로토콜들, 도메인들, 애플리케이션들 위에서 유연한 통신 능력을 가지고 사용자에게 권한을 부여할 수 있어야한다. 또한, 사물인터넷의 접근제어는 보안과 신뢰성을 증가하기 위하여 전통적인 접근제어와 차별화된 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 환경에서 안전한 접근제어를 위하여 capability 토큰 기반의 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템에서 capability 토큰은 인가권한을 의미하며, 토큰은 위임, 재위임, 폐기 가능하다. 제안된 시스템은 capability 토큰을 사용함으로써 접근 제어 처리 시간을 감소할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

$C_p$ and other process capability indices are used extensively in industry, However, They are inadequate and widely misused. In a practical application, process average ${\mu}$ is almost always drifted by various assignable causes in process. And control charts will not detect these shifts in process average. In this study, incorporating these undetected shifts, a new capability analysis method is introduced.

In the process of virtual inertia control (VIC), the frequency regulation capability of the directly-driven wind turbine with permanent-magnet synchronous generator (D-PMSG) on wind farm is related to its rotor kinetic energy and capacity margin. This paper proposes the method for assessing the D-PMSG frequency regulation capability and defining its coefficient according to the operating state of wind power generators. In addition, the calculating method of parameters in VIC is also discussed according to the principles of primary frequency regulation and inertia response of synchronous generators. Then, by introducing the capability coefficient into the proportion-differential virtual inertia control (PD-VIC) for power coordination, a coordinated virtual inertia control (C-VIC) strategy is developed, with the consideration of the difference in frequency regulation capability between wind power generators. The proposed control method can not only give full play to the frequency regulation capability of wind power generators, decrease the movements of the pitch angle control system but also bring some self-coordination capability to different wind power generators thus to avoid a secondary drop in system frequency. The simulations and experiments prove the proposed method to be effective and practicable.

It is an important and urgent issue to improve process capability in quality control. Process capability refers to the uniformity of the process. The variability in the process is a measure of the uniformity of output. A simple, quantitative way to express process capability, the degree of variability from target in specification is defined by process capability index(PCI). Almost process capability indices are defined under normal distribution. However, these indices can not be applied to the process of non-normal distribution including reliability. We investigate current research on the process of non-normal distribution, and advanced method and technology for developing more reliable and efficient PCI. Finally we suggest the perspective for future study.

The purpose of this study is to develop a guideline of process capability evaluation and to apply this guideline improving the quality of products, especially in the small and medium enterprises. In this study we deal in the concept of process capability evaluation, the calculation of process capability index, and the application of a case study. Man must compare the state of process with the standards in evaluating of the process capability. Control chart can be used as a yardstick for judgement for the long term period and the distribution shape of histogram for the short term period. Man should regard to the significant figure by the calculation of process capability index.

본 논문의 목적은 정보시스템 아웃소싱을 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서 필요한 주요성공요인들을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 설문조사 방법을 이용하였고, 분석용 데이터는 연매출 100억이상 기업을 대상으로 수집한 총 106개의 설문지를 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 계약을 바탕으로 한 공식적 통제 메커니즘과 신뢰를 중심으로 한 비공식적 통제 메커니즘은 모두 정보시스템 아웃소싱 성과의 결정요인인 통제수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 준비능력, 관계능력 등 관리능력은 공식적 비공식적 통제 메커니즘의 영향요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 공식적인 관리통제에 있어서 신뢰와 관리능력의 역할을 제시했다는 점에서 의미가 있다.
