Article 64 of the Enforcement Decree of the National Contract Act The requirement of the pre-amendment statute related to the adjustment of the contract price was 5% or more of the price fluctuation rate from the date of the contract. However, the meeting requirement was changed from 5% or more to 3% or more from the date of signing of the Presidential Decree No. 19035 to 2005. 9. 8. The method of adjusting the contract amount was also changed to determine the contractor's desired adjustment method at the time of contract. Alleviating these requirements and revising the empowerment of contract partners is intended to prevent difficulties in achieving smooth objectives by applying to public construction contractors without unfairly benefiting or unfavorable to contract partners. Even if the standards are relaxed and the rights are secured as described above, if the existing provisions for the adjustment of price fluctuation are applied, unlike the original purpose of the government system, the Korea Bank's price economic statistics classification method and the contract construction classification criteria applied in public construction work Due to the inconsistency, it can be seen that the amount of adjustment for price fluctuation by construction type is excessive and underestimated. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze problems through cases and to make appropriate construction cost adjustment through improvement measures.

The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the information quality of standard menu system of ERP on the user’s satisfaction 2) to analyze the effect of the information quality of standard menu system of ERP on the user’s performance. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users(dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office(government agencies, factories), schools(universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company “C” in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26 to July 30, 2004. Two hundred and fifty questionnaires were responded(response rate : 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted by using SPSS Win(11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation and simple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that the information quality of standard menu system of ERP have a significant positive effect on the user’s satisfaction(p<0.001) and user’s performance(p<0.001). When constructing standard menu system on ERP in the contract foodservice management company, the information quality of standard menu system of ERP should be guaranteed in order to satisfy the end-user and to improve the user’s performance.

A software support system, called procurement engineering management support system (PeMSS), is currently under development through a joint research project. The procurement-related scenarios considered in this research is as follow: an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) company receives an EPC project contract and starts the project to deliver the agreed system to the acquirer. In order to acquire the required equipments that the EPC company does not produce by itself, it eventually interacts with subcontractors, also called vendors. The EPC company responsibilities during the procurement activities are twofold. First, the EPC company has to guarantee that it has ordered the equipment, through issuing Purchase Order (PO), based on the requirements stated in the contract. Second, the EPC company has to verify that the received equipment designs, called Vendor Print (VP), meet the specifications in the PO, before finally acquiring the equipments. During our survey study, we discovered that EPC company takes a lot of time and effort to create PO and verify VP, mainly because these activities are performed manually by the responsible engineers. Therefore, we intent to support the above activities by developing a support system to the legacy procurement system that can trace the requirements from the contract to the PO and VP, among other functionalities. At the time of the writing of this paper, PeMMS is still under-development, thus, in this paper we focus on presenting the development steps of PeMMS using systems engineering theory and introducing the PO creation function. Wholly, PeMSS attempts to reduce the time and effort of engineers on the procurements activities while also increasing the quality of the procurement outcomes.

Switching to organic farming practices in agricultural production reaches the end of the period it takes an average of five years. During this period, agricultural soil management to improve the investment must be sustained. Results of the survey of environment-friendly agricultural lease rates appear to approximately 54.2% lower than agricultural practices. Environmentally friendly agricultural land is leased on a long transition period of the contract cost, many buried incompleteness, uncertainty of contract fulfillment(opportunistic behavior) occurs when the transaction costs. This ultimately can hinder the spread of organic farming. Thus, the qualitative development of organic farming and land leasing in order to minimize transaction costs, should that occur. The alternative 'cooperative long-term lease contract' is a system.

The business market of architecture has got a system that controls a deposit according to the price function. This system is written on a law of contract about countries. So the main body of construction has to make a reasonable contract. This study is written about a rate of numerical index on controling a deposit. We tried to fine problems and solutions of labor expenses, instrument costs and material costs which is so big and changable on the construction market Labor expenses are expressed according to the rate of construction scale between direct and indirect cost that applies ability of works. Instrument costs are expressed according to an output method of a unit price annually and a weight allowance of local instrument conditions and use frequence. The last material costs expressed according to a local weight allowance make a decision of the material cost index. They applies locally relative index more than absolute one on what uses the price rate of producers and importations. This solutions are not enough to apply to the real market, so it needs to exam and to be on the market after a feasibility study.

New products often have in-service reliability problem despite an intensive development program. Therefore reliability data must be collected and analyzed, and improvements designed and implemented. A type of reliability incentive contract which has recently attracted a lot of attention is reliability improvement warranty(RIW). It has been employed by military, airlines, telecommunication systems, and public utilities. An RIW contract requires that the supplies carries out all repairs, modify the equipment to improve its reliability, and provides all spates needed, for a fixed period, for once-off fee. This paper presents the reliability growth analysis and management methods for in-service MC68 microprocessor, which is the main component of the base station controller in PCS(Personal Communication Service) telecommunication system. The methods will provide guidelines to monitor reliability program in planning RIW contract.

In this paper, the first to identify in detail the direct and indirect causes of trade claims and to provide a way to prevent the causes and measures specific claims. Trade claims is not the best way to prevent in advance, measures to prevent future trade claims is as follows. First, it should be the credit investigation of the counterparts. Second, the contract must determine the rights and obligations of each other through sufficient consultation with contract and faithfully perform its contractual obligations. Third, the explicit trade arbitration clause of arbitration in the contract, and shall be a sufficient review of the procedure such as import and export, international business practices, norms and partners of economic policy, foreign exchange regulations, the trade system transactions. Finally, for it is to be treated as a one-stop strengthening the organization and function, and the Ministry of Commerce and Trade Association, and KOTRA and Trade Insurance Corporation strategic support systems, such as done by covering the work on trade claims prevention and resolution in the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.

In Korea, condominium apartment was supplied 50 years ago. However, the problems related to contract and selling in lots still happens. Most of these problems is due to be made a contract and selling in lots before completion of condominium. For solving these problems, it is necessary for throughgoing selling in lots and administrative guidance in time for development. Because of the problem after the selling in lots become involved not only selling in lots of developer and the contract with purchaser, but also condominium management and repair of defect processing system. As a result of consideration to development control and administrative guidance in Hawaii State, it may be had some effects like an appropriate management system, consumer protection and consumer education.

The purpose of this study is to provide the problems of insurance system of maritime facilities(Gas Plant) in korea. In order to find out the problems of insurance system of construction work, the literature research and case study on the maritime facility construction are adopted as research method. And this study analyzed the construction cases of maritime facilities(Gas Plant) to which the national contract law was applied for the first time. The findings of this study are as follows: In the case analysis of 00 facility construction, the contractor pay additional insurance fees for the construction. And the regulations on insurance registration are not stated clearly relating to the enforcement ordinance of the national contract law.

The construction industry has complicated production processes with diverse disciplines and subcontractors, which is the major cause of lowered productivity. To solve this problem, multi-trade subcontract system is recently suggested. Some general construction companies have applied this method to some sections of work process. However, this is in the early stage of application. The purpose of this study is to define an integrated contract package for improving both contractor and subcontractor efficiency. First, this study recognizes construction company to need of multi-trade subcontract system. Finally, it suggests feasible activities which can be useful for a construction company to apply to this subcontract system.
