다종소재 접합을 위한 SPR(Self-Piercing Riveting)용 C-프레임 강성 최적설계 (Optimal Stiffness Design of Self-Piercing Riveting's C-Frame for Multimaterial Joining)

  • In this study, an optimal stiffness model of the C-frame, which was supporting the mold and tool load, was proposed to obtain quality self-piercing riveting (SPR) joining. First, the load path acting on the C-frame structure was identified using topology optimization. Then, a final suggested model was proposed based on the load path results. Stiffness and strength analyses were performed for a rivet pressing force of 7.3 [t] to compare the design performance of the final proposed model with that of the initial model. Moreover, to examine the reliability of continuous and repeated processes, vibration analysis was performed and the dynamic stiffness of the final proposed model was reviewed. Additionally, fatigue analysis was performed to ascertain the fatigue characteristics due to simple repetitive loading. Finally, stiffness test was performed for the final proposed model to verify the analysis results. The obtained results differed from the analysis result by 2.9%. Consequently, the performance of the final proposed model was superior to that of the initial model with respect to not only the SPR fastening quality but also the reliability of continuous and repetitive processes.

인터넷 뱅킹의 사용자 지식, 서비스 특성, 보안요인이 지속적 고객수용에 미치는 영향 (Factors Affecting Continuous Customer Acceptance of Internet Banking)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스가 성숙기에 접어 들면서 고객들의 인터넷 뱅킹이라는 기술을 수용하게 되는 과정과 이유 파악이 필요하며, 고객의 입장에서는 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스가 어떤 단계를 거쳐 어떻게 이용되는지 알아보고 인터넷 뱅킹의 지속적 고객수용에 영향을 미치는 외부적 요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 외부적 요인으로는 사용자지식, 서비스 특성, 보안, 인지된 위험, 사용편리성 그리고 유용성을 사용하였다. 실증분석을 위한 틀로서 TAM을 기초로 변형한 Ex-TAM을 재구성하여 분석하였다. 결과로서 4개의 요인 (서비스 특성, 사용편리성, 유용성, 신뢰)이 유의하게 나타났다. 반면, 2개의 요인(보안, 인지된 위험)은 유의하지 않았으며 1개의 요인(사용자 지식)은 부분적으로 유의하게 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 가상 AGV를 이용한 AGVS의 시스템 모델링과 교통제어 대해 연구하였다. 실제 AGV에 기초한 가상의 AGV의 모델을 제안하고 각각의 가상 AGV가 독립적으로 명령을 수행하도록 하였다. 또한 공장 환경을 모델링하기 위해 연속된 직선경로정보와 AGV가 작업할 작업장소를 Vector Drawing방식으로 모델링이 가능하도록 하였다. 그리고, 서로 다른 AGV가 경로 합류점에서의 충돌을 방지하면서 정지하지 않고 AGV를 통과시킬 수 있도록 합류구역의 교통제어방식과 경로가 정체될 때 이를 우회할 수 있도록 하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안된 모델과 교통제어방식에 대하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 유효성을 검증하였다.

  • Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among service quality, self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and Continuous Usage in new technology-based banking system. Also, we intended to testify the moderating effects of user experience period in causal model. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, questionnaire has obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 279 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were employed and structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. All factors have an effect on user satisfaction and Continuous Usage, and we found that user experience period played moderating effect in causal relationship. Therefore, new technology-based banking system is found that the determinants of continuous usage intention is different according to the user experience period. Conclusion: Present study shows that self-efficacy in via of user experience period, there is a need to emphasize that the main consideration factor new technology-based banking system. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

평면곡선과 오프셋곡선의 점열화 (A Tessellation of a Planar Polynomial Curve and Its Offset)

  • Curve tessellation, which generates a sequence of points from a curve, is very important for curve rendering on a computer screen and for NC machining. For the most case the sequence of discrete points is used rather than a continuous curve. This paper deals with a method of tessellation by calculating the maximal deviation of a curve. The maximal deviation condition is introduced to find the point with the maximal deviation. Our approach has two merits. One is that it guarantees satisfaction of a given tolerance, and the other is that it can be applied in not only a polynomial curve but its offset. Especially the point sequence generated from an original curve can cause over-cutting in NC machining. This problem can be solved by using the point sequence generated from the offset curve. The proposed method can be applied for high-accuracy curve tessellation and NC tool-path generation.

가상현실 바이크 시뮬레이터의 개발과 성능평가 (Performance Evaluation and Development of Virtual Reality Bike Simulator)

  • This paper describes a new bike system for the postural balance rehabilitation training. Virtual environment and three dimensional graphic model is designed with CAD tools such as 3D Studio Max and World Up. For the real time bike simulation, the optimized WorldToolKit graphic library is embedded with the dynamic geometry generation method, multi-thread method, and portal generation method. In this experiment, 20 normal adults were tested to investigate the influencing factors of balancing posture. We evaluated the system by measuring the parameters such as path deviation, driving velocity, COP(center for pressure), and average weight shift. Also, we investigated the usefulness of visual feedback information by weight shift. The results showed that continuous visual feedback by weight shift was more effective than no visual feedback in the postural balance control It is concluded this system might be applied to clinical use as a new postural balance training system.

다항식곡선으로부터 순차적 방법에 의한 점열의 생성 (A Tessellation of a Polynomial Curve by a Sequential Method)

  • Curve tessellation, which generates a sequence of points from a curve, is very important for curves rendering on a computer screen and for NC machining. For the most case the sequence of discrete points is used rather than a continuous curve. This paper deals with a method of tessellation by calculating the maximal deviation of a curve. The maximal deviation condition is introduced to find the point with the maximal chordal deviation on a curve segment. In the previous research a curve tessellation was tried by the subdivision method, that is, a curve is subdivided until the maximal chordal deviation is less than the given tolerance. On the other hand, a curve tessellation by sequential method is tried in this paper, that is, points are generated successively by using the local property of a curve. The sequential method generates relatively much less points than the subdivision method. Besides, the sequential method can generate a sequence of points from a spatial curve by approximation to a planar curve. The proposed method can be applied for high-accuracy curve tessellation and NC tool-path generation.

  • The geometry PIG provides pipeline operators with continuous measurement of pipe centerline coordinates, bend radius, displacement, and bending strain in a single pass through the pipeline. This study introduces the developed geometry PIG(Pipeline Inspection Gauge) which is used for geometry surveys. This tool is equipped with the several sensor systems. The Inertial Navigation System (INS) comprises angle rate gyros and linear accelerometers. The system measures the precise path of the PIG during its traverse of the pipeline.   • 무선 네트워크가 요즘 들어 기술적인 도약을 이루면서 그 적용범위나 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 국방 분야에서도 무선 네트워크를 도입하여 유선의 한계를 극복하고 개선하려는 움직임도 적지 않으며 특히 현재 해군 함정 내부에서의 대부분의 통신을 유선을 이용하기 때문에 복잡하고 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 함정 내 무선 네트워크 구축을 위해서 일반적인 실내 전파환경과는 많은 차이점을 가지는 함정 내 격실 및 복도에 대해 전파 환경 측정실험을 실시하고 모델링을 하였다. 함체 전체가 철 구조물로 이뤄진 특수 환경인 함정 내에서 2.4GHz 대역의 주파수에 대한 CW 측정을 통해 전파환경 특성을 분석하고 함정 내부공간에 대한 전파 경로 손실 모델을 제시하며, 전파 추적 시뮬레이션 기법을 통해 측정 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 더욱이, 기존에 연구되었던 실내 전파환경에 대한 전파 경로손실 모텔과 비교 분석하여 차이점을 도출하여 함정 내 무선 네트워크의 활용방안에 대해 고찰하였다.

비드 높이 및 조인트 추적의 실시간 제어 연구 (A Study on Real-time Control of Bead Height and Joint Tracking)

  • There have been continuous efforts to automate welding processes. This automation process could be said to fall into two categories, weld seam tracking and weld quality evaluation. Recently, the attempts to achieve these two functions simultaneously are on the increase. For the study presented in this paper, a vision sensor is made, and using this, the 3 dimensional geometry of the bead is measured in real time. For the application in welding, which is the characteristic of nonlinear process, a fuzzy controller is designed. And with this, an adaptive control system is proposed which acquires the bead height and the coordinates of the point on the bead along the horizontal fillet joint, performs seam tracking with those data, and also at the same time, controls the bead geometry to a uniform shape. A communication system, which enables the communication with the industrial robot, is designed to control the bead geometry and to track the weld seam. Experiments are made with varied offset angles from the pre-taught weld path, and they showed the adaptive system works favorable results.
