Recently, the standard work of the copyright of the Digital content is not completed. And the content providers are developing self's copyright protecting technique. here is some problem such as the confusion existed in the copyright protecting and management system. The reason is that the company using different technique when developing the Digital Contents. Now, there is a standard working leaded by the MPEG. It's called MPEG-21 Multimedia framework and the REL is parted of the Intellectual Property Management and Protection included the framework. And the REL's standard working is completed. The Intellectual Property Management and Protection system contain license server, tool server, metadate server and consume server. In this paper, In order to management and protect the Digital Content copyright, We applying the REL, One of the contents of the MPEG-21 framework to design and implementation the License Server manage the settlement and the consumption information and the Tool Server manage and transport the Tools used from Digital Contents formation to the Digital Contents consumption.

According to the Housing Lease Protection Act, even though it is not registered, if the lessee has completed delivery of a house and the resident registration, the lease shall take effect against the third person from the following day thereof. Any lessee who has met the requirements for opposing power and obtained the fixed date on the lease contract document, shall be entitled to receive the repayment of the deposit from the converted price of the leased house, in preference to any junior obligors and other creditors, at the time of an auction as provided by the Civil Execution Act and a public sale as prescribed by the National Tax Collection Act. The lessee shall be entitled to receive a repayment of a specified amount of the deposit in preference to other persons having the security rights in the leased house. However those provisions give rise to many problems because the Housing Lease Protection Act allows the opposing power and the right of preferential payment from the following date of fulfillment of the requirement. For the purpose of solving the problems, this study suggests that the Housing Lease Protection Act need to be amended as follows. The fixed date should be added to the requirement of opposing power and the preferential right of specified deposit repayment. In addition, the commencement of opposing power and preferential right of deposit repayment need to be taken effect from the day that the requirement is fulfilled.

This study seeks to dertermine the influence and mediating effect of work environments among counselors at National Protection Agencies for Elderly(NPAE), who are conducting elderly abuse prevention service when domestic and facility abuse is augmenting due to social distancing as a result of COVID-19, on turnover intention. This study ultimately applied the analysis of 290 replies to surveys that were distributed to 306 workers at a total of 34 National Protection Agencies for Elderly(NPAE). The nationwide investigation was carrid out from 1st July until 30th July, 2020. SPSS 23.0 was used for the analysis and the Sobel-Test was conducted to verify the multiple regression analysis and significance. This was for the confirmation of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and mediation effect so that the influence and relationships of variables could be verified. The results are as follows. First the job stress of counselors in the NPAE had a positive effect on turnover intention. Second, the work environment of the NPAE was found to have a negative influence on turnover intention. Third, the work environment played a significant partially mediating role in the relation between the job stress and turnover intention among the counselors. Based on such research results, policy and practical implications to reduce the stress, improve the work environment and reduce turnover of counselors in the NPAE were presented.

It is issued that protecting and managing a copyright are very important to a digitization of multimedia content. All of these techniques are for developing solution about protection and management of the copyright and media service. These have been at the head of the growth of the whole media service, but cause problems such as a illegal copy and distribution. To solve these problems, researchers are performing many projects. We analyze the trend of a multimedia service IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection), DMP(Digital Media Project), ENTHRONE(End-to-end Qos through Integrated Management of Content, Networks and Terminals), and DRM(Digital Rights Management).

Generally, watermarking can be used copyright for contents such as audios, videos, images, and texts. With the development of Internet, many malicious attackers illegally copy relational databases synchronized applications Therefore, it is needed for the protection of databases copyright, because databases involve various sensitive information such as personal information, information industry, and secret national intelligence. Thus, the protection of relational databases is a major research field in the databases research topics. In this paper, we will review previous researches related the protection of relational databases and propose new method for relational data. Especially, we propose watermarking scheme for databases using reversible method in this paper. As an experimental result, the proposed scheme is very strong to malicious attacks. In addition, we proved our proposed scheme is to apply real application.

Japan has enacted the Public Records and Archives Management Law from 2011 in order to prevent mismanagement of records management and to fulfill accountability to the public. However, in 2013, The Designated Secrets Protection Act was enacted before the Public Records and Archives Management Law brought changes to administrative institutions. The Designated Secrets Protection Act have raised concerns that the public's right to know and the transparency of administration are being retreated, especially the development of freedom of information and records management systems. This article analyzed the background of the establishment of Designated Secrets Protection Act and the contents of legal composition. It also identified the possibility of human rights abuse in the aptitude assessment system, the lack of independent monitoring agencies, the impossibility of internal accusations, and the possibility of wide confidentiality designation. Furthermore, analyzed how the problem affects Japanese records management and freedom of information system. Through this, I suggested the improvement of the system of the secret level records management system in Korea, the establishment of the clear purpose of the secret record management, the application of the Tshwane principle, and the establishment of the independent and professional monitoring agency.

UHD(Ultra High Definition) broadcasting is an attractive next-generation service of realistic broadcasting that enables you to feels like listening on the spot in ultra-high definition resolution. In addition, the test broadcasting run by UHD broadcasting agencies and UHDTV terminal launch could herald the full-scale UHD broadcasting era. However, in order that UHD broadcasting will be activated, the function of conditional access control and information protection through which we can on pay per view watch the programs of subscriber preference from the channels of various and subdivided genres is essential. To provide a technical foundation for these features and to achieve the UHD TV transition early, determining technology development & standardization strategy through the analysis of the key protection technologies is required In this paper, we propose standardization technologies which our country can lead and present a long-term driving directions by analyzing UHD broadcasting technology & test broadcasting trends and content protection technology & standardization trends.

It is one of important techniques to protect illegal uses and forgeries for text databases when the internet has become widsepread. Lots of studies and system developments has been progressed in order to protect text databases, important documents of the companies, and blueprints of the research institutes. Given this project securing the KISTI (Korea Institute of Science and Teschnology Information) digital contents, we are to design a watermaking and fingerprinting system protecting document images, and a agent notifying the traitors' location.

디지털 워터마크는 디지털 데이터에 삽입된 후 검출되거나 추출될 수 있도록 원신호에 추가된 신호를 의미한다. 디지털 서명(signature)이라고 말하기도 하는 워터마크는 디지털 데이터에 삽입된 일종의 패턴으로써, 디지털 멀티미디어 저작물의 저작권 보호를 위해 최근 들어 활발히 연구되고 있는 분야이다. 본 고에서는 멀티미디어 데이터의 소유권을 보호할 수 있는 워터마킹 기술의 역사와 정의 및 응용범위, 워터마크가 갖추어야 할 조건들, 그리고 문자, 영상 및 오디오 데이터의 워터마킹 기술에 대해 살펴보았다.
