  • Contents industry is growing into a versatile area whose contents can be embodied through not only traditional media such as theater and TV, but also new ones such as the internet, mobile unit, PDA, DMP, etc. In addition, highly advanced computer technology and contents are harmoniously combined for image development featuring multi-channels, which produces various contents, and thus, creating synergy effects with other key industries such as IT, strengthens the domestic economy as an industry of value expansion and new high value items. To this end, this study is to present development plans that are highly productive and valued to domestic contents development companies. For this, the focus was put on the fact that concurrent engineering, which is the mechanism bringing very beneficial effects to existing analog product development processes, and the team system have significant, positive effect on the company productiveness and competitive market values among digital contents related companies, especially contents businesses.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the issues of archival contents development for documenting local histories and to suggest the directions of contents development based on case studies. The study begins with analysing four cases of archival contents; two foreign cases for benchmarking, and two domestic cases of the Encyclopedia of Korean Local Cultures, and the local contents of National Archives of Korea. Based on these analyses, it discusses the critical issues of the contents development and suggests the directions of archival contents development for documenting localities.

  • e-Learning contents are composed of compounding multimedia data. It requires many professionals in contents development stage. The process of e-learning contents development can be seen as a collaborative work. In the perspective of a collaborative work process, the whole process of e-learning contents development would be regarded as collaborative work process for each participant as well as for whole group members. Most of collaborative works in contents development field are widely distributed. Members of work groups require workspaces for sharing information and communicating each other. In addition to workspaces, it also needs to support collaborative reflection such as planning for collaborative work and monitoring for work process. This paper is intended to develop the reflective collaborative work system for e-Learning contents development in order to support the systemic process of e-learning contents development. The reflective collaborative work system is composed of four supportive parts: work flow management, personal workspace, collaborative workspace, and collaborative reflection.

  • In spite of the element that tourism contents are importance for tourism activation attract attention that I took the culture sightseeing contents development strategy that utilized Ginseng. A basic course of contents development is the element which is well-being to be able to let you increase health and high value-added article development. A development strategy must be accompanied with a story in representative well-being and must develop the contents that can be full of character of multipurpose not a story for an article and in consideration of a last article form and develop feasible contents. Lastly, direct profit and participation must be guaranteed by local inhabitants.

One of the most important issues is low cost for e-Learning contents development. This paper is focus on analysis of e-Learning contents development cost and suggest the rational alternatives for policy making. In order to make successful study, this paper tell about various contents development cost, comparison analysis among them, and e-Learning contents development cost model.   • The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of Pansori non-Specialist After reviewing the need for content development and conducting interviews with Pansori Specialist, the contents of popular Pansori contents It is aimed to derive basic data necessary for development. First, in order to examine the necessity of development of popular Pansori contents, 100 Pansori non-specialists surveyed through the experience of the same popular Pansori Contents revealed that the contents of popular Pansori showed a new aspect of Pansori and it is necessary to develop popular Pansori contents. it is necessary to secure popularity, fun and interest, Convergence with other genres, intrinsic troubles about Pansori, Expansion in to traditional arts, materials suitable for trends, development of lirics, language, music, and professional producers should be considered. Second, As a result of conducting interviews 31 Pansori Specialist in order to provide basic data necessary for the development of popular Pansori contents, its essential to develop popular Pansori contents. and analysis of the public, endless challenges and attempts, material development collaboration with professional worker and expansion.

  • This study analyzed the regional current status of city J which has growth potentials of regional information, its necessity and the characteristic of the regional information for this area. The development plans of contents on the regional information based on the construction of the information infrastructure, are proposed to the important fields such as the fields of administration, industry and life information. We have also studied such as the development contents, process, providing of service, evaluation, interaction among the contents, demanders of service and providers of service related to their contents. Therefore proposal to the development plans of contents for the regional information, is able to be brought into much spread of regional information and will contribute to the development of regional information as well as get more competitive regional power.

The Effects of Online Mathematical Contents on Young Children's Number Operations and Attitudes toward Mathematical Activities (온라인 수학 콘텐츠가 유아의 수 연산 발달과 수학적 접근 태도에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effects of mathematical activities with online mathematical contents on children's arithmetic development and attitudes toward mathematical activities. Pre- and post-tests were administered to 62 5-year-old children. Differences of children's arithmetic development level and attitudes toward mathematical activities were found between the experimental group using online mathematical contents and the control group using offline mathematical contents. All findings proved that online mathematical contents were effective and had positive influences on children's arithmetic development and attitudes toward mathematical activities. This supports the proposition that online mathematical contents can provide an important means to the improvement of children's mathematical development and attitudes toward mathematical activities.

Digital contents research is studied by various method such as Cyber Gallery, 3-D Graphics, Hologram from Scanning that is the simplest form. This research wishes to do with internal culture relics as the central figure that it is that 'Sosu Seowon'. Korean culture contents cyber gallery construction can see as childhood yet. Present result that investigator develops research and as presentation about research process and contents result, wish to argue about problem. Digital contents escapes in existent physical time factor and development to new culture code is possible. Go and come often carrying out and search of fast data or experience of cultural inheritance is available. Through research, wished to present possible metheod actually in digital contents manufacture of internal cultural inheritance. Through this, expect role that offer base in contents manufacture skill.
