고로 슬래그 시멘트 페이스트 내 자유염화물량과 물가용성 염화물량 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of the Water-soluble Chloride Content and Free-chloride Content in Blast Furnace Slag Cement Pastes)

  • The purpose of this paper is to compare free-chloride content with water-soluble chloride in blast furnace cement(BSC) paste. The content of free-chloride in cement paste measured by pore solution analysis and water-soluble chloride measured by ASTM. The result of this study are as follows: 1. The concentration of chloride ion in pore solution of BSC-solidified matrix is almost as low as 43-71% compared to that of OPC-solidified matrix containing the same chloride content in cement paste. 2. The binding capacity of specimens, OPC Pl-P5, are 93.5-77%, but the binding capacity of specimens, BSC Pl-P5 are 97.1-86.1%, which is to be as high as 2-9.1% compared to OPC containing the same chloride content. 3. In terms of water-soluble chloride content in BSC paste are 15-31.7 percent of chloride addition but free-chloride content in pore solution are 2.9-13.9 percent of chloride addition. The free-chloride content in pore solution is 19.3-43.8 percent lower for the water-soluble chloride content in cement paste.

웹기반의 건강사정 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 개발 (Development of Web-based Multimedia Content for a Physical Examination and Health Assessment Course)

  • Purpose: This study was to develop Web-based multimedia content for Physical Examination and Health Assesment. Method: The multimedia content was developed based on Jung's teaching and learning structure plan model, using the following 5 processes: 1) Analysis Stage, 2) Planning Stage, 3) Storyboard Framing and Production Stage, 4) Program Operation Stage, and 5) Final Evaluation Stage. Results: The web based multimedia content consisted of an intro movie, main page and sub pages. On the main page, there were 6 menu bars that consisted of Announcement center, Information of professors, Lecture guide, Cyber lecture, Q&A, and Data centers, and a site map which introduced 15 week lectures. In the operation of web based multimedia content, HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and multimedia technology(Audio and Video) were utilized and the content consisted of text content, interactive content, animation, and audio & video. Consultation with the experts in context, computer engineering, and educational technology was utilized in the development of these processes. Conclusions: Web-based multimedia content is expected to offer individualized and tailored learning opportunities to maximize and facilitate the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. Therefore, multimedia content should be utilized concurrently with the lecture in the Physical Examination and Health Assesment classes as a vital teaching aid to make up for the weakness of the face-to- face teaching-learning method.

  • In the present research to evalulate the chemical composition of wool under Korean feeding conditions have been investicated. The experiment was designed two treatments (washed and non-washed wool) and devided inner and outer side wool each treatment. The criteria for evaluation of wool with chemical composition were protein, fat, ash, amino acid and mineral content. The results which were obtained as follows: 1. Average protein content of non-washed and washed wool were 76.05% and 92.31%, respectively. However it was not different in protein content between inner and outer side wool. 2. Average fat content of non-washed and washed wool were 12.43% and 5.77%, respectively. However inner side wool was more fat content than outer side wool. 3. Average ash content of non-washed and washed wool were 10.50% and 0.90%, respectively. However inner side wool was less ash content than outer side wool. 4. Amino acid composition was not different between inner side and outer side wool. However lysine, arginine, proline, and glycine content of inner side wool were higher than those of outer side wool. 5. Mineral content of non -washed wool were higher than those of washed wool. Potassium content of non-washed wool was very high compare with that of washed wool.

시판 조제 분유의 화학적 품질 평가 (Chemical Quality Evaluation of Commercial Infant Formulas)

  • In this study, three domestic and one foreign formulas for the infants up to 5 month old were examined to detect chemical changes such as pH, reactive sulfhydryl groups(RSH) content, 5-hydroxymethylfurfral(HMF) content, available lysine content, electrophoresis, and surface color caused by heat treatment for long term storage. In the SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, A and B products showed similar pattern, while C product had a clearly distinguishable $\beta$-lacto-globulin band, but in casein, only D product showed a few strong casein band. RSH content, which indicate the extent of whey protein denaturation, ranged from 4.40 to 5.93 mmole/g protein. HMF content. which indicate the extent of Maillard reaction, ranged from 192 to 432 $\mu$mole/100g in formulas. B product showed the highest RSH and HMF content. Available lysine content ranged from 31 to 46 mg/g protein. Among them D product contain the highest available lysine content and others showed no significant difference. In conclusion, the domestic infant formulas showed higher RSH and HMF content than the foreign product and the available lysine content of the domestic products were lower than of the foreign product.

Characteristic of back fat and quality of longissimus dorsi muscle from soft fat pork carcasses

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the accuracy of visual discrimination of soft fat pork carcasses when subjecting carcasses to quality grade evaluations. In addition, the quality of the longissimus dorsi muscle from soft fat carcasses was investigated. Iodine values of back fat from soft fat carcasses evaluated by visual discrimination were significantly higher than those from firm fat carcass (p < 0.05). However, those values were lower than the standard for soft fat (iodine value = 70). There were no significant differences in linoleic acid content, b-values, and L-values (p < 0.05) of back fat between firm and soft fat carcasses evaluated by visual discrimination. Color of longissimus dorsi muscle from soft fat carcasses (iodine value higher than 70) was not different from that of firm fat carcass (iodine value lower than 70). Except for linoleic acid, there were no significant differences in any fatty acid contents between longissimus dorsi muscles from firm fat and soft fat carcasses. Monounsaturated fatty acid content of longissimus dorsi muscles from soft fat carcasses was significantly lower than those of firm fat carcass (p < 0.05). However polyunsaturated fatty acid content was significantly higher (p < 0.05) in longissimus dorsi muscles from soft fat carcasses. In conclusion, visual discrimination results for soft fat pork carcass were inaccurate. Therefore, other indicators should be required to evaluate soft fat pork carcasses. In contrast, the quality of longissimus dorsi muscle from soft fat carcasses was superior in terms of fatty acid composition compared with that of firm fat carcasses.

대학수학능력시험 공통과학 중 화학 영역의 문항 및 응시자 응답 분석 (Analysis of Test Items and the Applicants' Responses on the Chemistry Part in the General Science of College Scholastics Ability Test)

  • 1999학년도부터 지난 3년 동안 시행된 대학수학능력시험에서 공통과학 중 화학 영역 문항에 대한 학생들의 응답을 조사하였다. 내용 영역과 탐구 과정에 따른 문항수, 내용 영역과 탐구 과정에 따른 평균 정답률, 정답률 수준에 따른 문항 분포, 정답률이 높거나 낮은 문항 등을 분석하였다. '환경' 영역에서의 문항수가 매우 적었는데, 특히 '오존층'에 대해서는 한문항도 출제되지 않았다. 가장 어려운 내용 영역은 '환경' 영역의 '산성비'였다. 탐구 과정별로는 '자료 분석 및 해석'에서 가장 많은 문항이 출제되었고, '문제 인식 및 가설 설정'이 가장 어려운 것으로 나타났다. '아주 어려운 수준'의 문항은 하나도 없고. '쉬운 수준'이나 '아주 쉬운 수준'에 해당하는 문항이 많았다. 학생들은 여러 가지 개념이나 지식을 요구하는 문항을 해결하는 데에 많은 어려움을 느꼈고, 저학년에서 다루어진 개념만을 요구하는 문항을 쉽게 해결하였다. 교육학적 함의에 대해 논의하였다.

만성 뇌졸중 환자를 위한 일상생활활동 스마트폰 어플리케이션 사용성 평가 (Feasibility Test of Smartphone Application for Activity Daily Living by Chronic Stroke Patients)

  • PURPOSE: To investigate the validity of a smartphone application for post-stroke daily living activity management based on an evaluation by users and experts. METHODS: The study design adhered to the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implement-Evaluation) model. We downloaded the application onto the smartphones of 33 users and 30 experts, taught them how to use it, and asked them to use the application for four weeks. The users' daily lives before and after using the application were compared based on the K-MBI (Korean Version of Modified Barthel Index) to evaluate the usability of the application. For the expert group, we investigated the content validity and reliability of the application and evaluated the usability of the application. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 software. Users' general characteristics and experts' evaluation scores were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Content validity was tested using the content validity index (CVI), and reliability was tested with Cronbach's alpha. Users' K-MBI scores before and after using the application were compared with the paired sample t-test. RESULTS: Users gave an average rating of 2.93 out of 4 for the application for managing the daily lives of stroke patients, while experts gave an average score of 3.14. With regard to the K-MBI scores, only the dressing score improved significantly (p<.005) after using the application, and scores for other categories slightly improved but not to significant levels. CONCLUSION: The results of this study suggest that the STROKECARE application is usable and could help stroke patients manage their daily lives.

자폐성장애 학생의 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 상황이야기 애플리케이션 개발 (Development of the Social Story Application Designed to Improve the Social Skills of Students with ASD)

  • 본 연구에서는 자폐성장애 학생들의 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 상황이야기 중재 콘텐츠를 담은 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발하고 평가하였다. 본 연구를 위해 자폐성장애 학생을 지도해 본 경험이 있는 교사 20명을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하여 애플리케이션의 필요성을 확인하였고, 요구조사의 결과를 바탕으로 자폐성장애 학생의 특성과 요구를 고려한 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 개발된 애플리케이션은 안드로이드 앱 스토어에 심사를 거쳐 등록하고, 현장 교사 10명에게 휴리스틱 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 평가 결과 교육적 가치, 콘텐츠 구현 기술, 콘텐츠 정보 및 편의성 영역에서 모두 '매우 양호'에 가까운 결과를 얻었으며, 평가 결과에서 제시된 보완해야 할 사항들을 반영하여 애플리케이션을 완성하였다. 본 연구는 장애 학생의 사회적 기술 지도와 관련된 소프트웨어가 전무한 실정에서 관련 소프트웨어 개발 연구 활성화에 토대가 될 것으로 기대된다.

개두릅에서 칼로파낙스사포닌의 월별 함량 변화의 추이 (Monthly Variation of the Kalopanaxsaponin Content in the Leaves of Kalopanax pictus)

  • To find the monthly variation of kalopanaxsaponin contents in the leaves of Kalopanax pictus with thorns (KPT) and with no thorns (KPN), the leaves monthly collected from May to September were extracted with MeOH and then the kalopanaksaponin fractions were prepared. KPT collected on May showed the lowest saponin content of the KPTs whereas KPT on August exhibited the highest saponin content. From September, the saponin content in the loaves decreased. The highest saponin content was shown to be 7.3% in KPN collected on August. Evaluation of six kalopanaxsaponins A, I, J, B, H and K (KPA, KPI, KPJ, KPB, KPH, and KPK) were performed using TLC densitometer. In this measurement, considerably higher KPB and KPH, both hederagenin bisdesmosides, were found whereas very low contents In monodesrnosides KPI and KPJ were observed. In conclusion, it was shown that the leaves of KPN of August could be a biomaterial source for the kalopanaxsaponin fraction. It was also suggested that measurement of the weight of kalopanaxsaponin fraction and the content of KPB as the representative compound for kalopanaxsaponins will be used for the quantitative evaluation of the kalopanaxsaponins of K. pictus.

품종별 쌀의 이화학적 특성과 증편제조 적성과의 관계 (Interrelation between Physicochemical Properties of Different Rice Cultivars and Adaptability of Jeung-pyun Preparation)

  • This study was carried out in order to investigate the processing adaptability of Jeung-pyun. We used rice materals that were developed domestically for improving the utilization of rice. Six cultivars (Ilpoombyeo, Hwasungbyeo, Dasanbyeo, Daeribbyeo 1, Hyangmibyeo 1, Hyangmibyeo 2) of rice were used for making Jeung-pyun. In physicochemical properties of rice, Hwasungbyeo had the highest amylose content (20.4%) and Hyangmibyeo 2 had the lowest one(14.9%). Lipid content was 0.23%(Daeribbyeo 1)-0.43%(Ilpoombyeo), protein content was 7.94%(Ilpoombyeo) -8.43%(Dasanbyeo), and ash content was 0.15%(Hyangmibyeo 2)-1.24% (Daeribbyeo 1). In volume and specific volume of the 3 hour fermented Jeung-pyuns, Ilpoombyeo, Hwasungbyeo, Hyangmibyeo 2 were higher, but in the 7 hour fermented Jeung-pyuns, Dasanbyeo, Daeribbyeo 1, Hyangmibyeo 1 were higher, In the sensory evaluation of the test Jeung-pyuns, the overall quality of the 3 hour fermented Jeung-pyuns was not significantly different among the rice cultivars, whereas in the 7 hour fermented Jeung-pyuns Hyangmibyeo 2 had the lowest values. When the 7 hour fermented Jeung-pyuns were stored at 2$0^{\circ}C$, the hardness and brittleness of Jeung-pyuns were respectively increased, the cohesiveness was respectively decreased. The elasticity was not significantly different among the rice cultivars with storage days, and the gumminess was significantly difference between rice cultivars, respectively increasing during storage, but Hyangmibyeo 2 was the lowest, not increased. In insturmental characteristics of Jeung-pyuns, the hardness was correlated with amylose content and the brittleness and gumminess were highly correlated with the hardness.
