한방의료기관의 재방문 및 추천의사에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Intention to Revisit and to Recommend to others a Korean Medicine Clinic)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the association between the satisfaction of Korean Medicine users and their intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Methods : This study conducted frequency analysis, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis on 1,010 male and female Korean Medicine users aged 19 or higher in the country using data from the 2017 Korean Medicine Utilization and Herbal Medicine Consumption Survey. Results : The results of analyses revealed that the facilities in Korean Medicine clinics, the results of treatment, and the attitude of nurses and medical staff were the significant influencing factors on the intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Other than the above factors, the attitude toward medical treatment of Korean Medicine doctors and the satisfaction with an explanation of the treatment procedures were found to be important influencing factors on the intention to recommend to others. Conclusions : In order to increase the intention to revisit and to recommend to others a Korean Medicine clinics, the top priority lies in both proving high-quality medical services and promoting kind attitudes of medical staff.

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the intention of chronic disease patients on revisiting and recommending those clinics to others. Methods : This study conducted the frequency analysis, Rao-scott chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis on 927 people, who answered that they had been diagnosed with a chronic disease, using data from the 2020 Korean Medicine Utilization and Herbal Medicine Consumption Survey. Results : The results of analyses revealed that the attitude of medical staff, and the treatment results were the significant influencing factors on the intention to revisit and to recommend to others. Other than the above factors, the medical expenses were found to be important influencing factors on the intention to recommend to others. Conclusions : In order to increase the intention to revisit and to recommend to others a Korean Medicine clinics, the top priority lies in both proving high-quality medical services and promoting friendly attitudes of medical staff. In addition, it is necessary to actively utilize korean medicine to guarantee patients' medical options.

커피 전문점 선택속성이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향: 브랜드 신뢰의 조절효과 (The Effect of Coffee Shop Selection Attributes on Revisit Intention: Focused on Mediating Effect of Brand Trust)

  • 지난 10년간 우리나라에서 커피소비가 꾸준하게 증가해왔다. 그 기간 동안에 커피 시장과 커피전문점의 급속한 증가가 있었다. 이 논문에서는 다음과 같은 가설들을 중심으로 연구가 진행되었다. 커피전문점 선택속성이 커피 전문점 재방문에 영향을 미치는지, 커피전문점에 대한 브랜드 신뢰가 커피전문점 선택속성과 커피전문점 재방문 사이에 조절효과가 있는지, 그리고 인구통계학적 특성에 따라서 커피전문점 선택속성과 커피전문점 재방문에 차이가 있는지를 연구하고자 하였다. 커피전문점 선택속성은 내부분위기, 부가서비스, 제품품질, 종업원서비스, 신정보화환경 등을 중심으로 조사하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 2013년 3월에 서울과 경기도에 거주하는 사람들을 중심으로 600부의 설문지를 배포하였으며 그중에서 480부가 회수되었고 유의성이 있는 설문지 470부를 분석자료로 사용하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 본 연구의 커피전문점 선택속성 5가지 모두 커피전문점 재방문에 영향 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 커피전문점에 대한 브랜드 신뢰는 커피전문점 재방문에 부분적인 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 인구통계학적 특성 분석에서는 성별에 따라서 커피의 전문점 선택속성과 재방문에 차이가 있었고, 연령에 따라서 커피전문점의 신정보화환경 속성에 차이가 있었다. 외식비 소비규모와 소득도 커피전문점 선택속성과 커피전문점 재방문에 차이를 통계적인 차이가 있었다.

금연정책에 관한 성인의 인식 및 실태 (Awareness and actual condition toward nonsmoking policy in Korean adult)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness and actual condition toward nonsmoking policy in Korean adult. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 306 Korean adults between 20 to 60 years old from April 27 to May 26, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, smoking status(3 items), nonsmoking status(9 items), and nonsmoking policy(7 items). Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. Results: Those who had alcohol consumption or not tried to participated in the nonsmoking program(p<0.05). There was a significant difference between nonsmoking education, cost of the nonsmoking education, and intention to stop smoking. Alcohol consumption is closely related to smoking and the appropriate approach to nonsmoking campaign must be done carefully on the basis of intention to stop smoking(p<0.05). Conclusions: As the government prohibits smoking in the public place, it is important the smokers to stop smoking by themselves and help the smokers to practice nonsmoking in their free will.

라이브 커머스 특성이 실재감을 매개로 소비행동에 미치는 영향 -상호작용성과 스트리머 속성을 중심으로- (The Effect of Live Commerce Characteristics on Consumption Behavior Mediated by Presence -Focusing on Interaction and Streamer Attributes-)

  • This study examines the effect of live commerce characteristics on consumption behavior mediated by presence. As contactless shopping has become the new normal, live commerce is emerging as an innovative communication service between consumers and sellers. We examine the role of interaction and streamers' attributes on sharing and purchase intention by mediating social presence and telepresence. A web-based experiment was conducted to test our hypotheses. The data of 267 participants were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results showed that the Streamer-Consumer interaction had a positive effect on social presence and telepresence. By contrast, the Consumer-Consumer interaction had no significant effect on social presence and telepresence. We further found that streamer trustworthiness had a positive effect on both social presence and telepresence, while streamer attractiveness had a positive effect only on telepresence. Thus, social presence and telepresence positively influenced sharing and purchase intention. Overall, these findings illustrate that the Streamer-Consumer interaction and streamer trustworthiness are vital characteristics that lead to higher levels of presence using live commerce. Several academic and managerial implications are suggested based on these results.

중국 소비자의 중용 가치관이 친환경 소비행동에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Zhongyong Values on Green Consumption Behavior of Chinese Consumers)

  • China has achieved remarkable economic growth through an extended period of rapid industrialization. However, adverse environmental issues have become more prevalent during this time of development. In particular, car exhaust emissions in the country have become one of the most substantial causes of environmental degradation in China. To combat these issues, the Chinese government is actively implementing green car policies to mitigate the negative environmental concerns. Likewise, Chinese consumers' interest in green cars has also increasing. Despite these changes in consumer perceptions, research on Chinese consumers' green consumption behavior is still in its infancy. Therefore, an empirical study was conducted to measure the relationship between zhongyong(中庸) values, new ecological paradigm(NEP), and green consumption behavior for 334 Chinese consumers. As a result, the study found that the three sub-dimensions of zhongyong(中庸) values(multi-dimensionality, flexibility and compatibility) and NEP had a significantly positive(+) effect on the purchase intention of green cars. It was also found that NEP positively mediates the effect of flexibility and harmony on purchase intention of green cars. This study is expected to provide academic outcomes on China, which is currently the world's fastest growing green car market, as well as providing practical strategic implications for establishing unique green marketing strategy for China.

호텔 웹 광고의 광고속성이 광고태도와 브랜드태도, 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Advertising Attributions on Attitude toward Advertisement, Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention : Emphasis on Hotel Web Advertisement)

  • This study was motivated by consideration of advertising effects on purchase intention of hotel customers in the situation that people can experience in web advertisements more easily and quickly through four main media. We intends to propose strategic web advertising marketing plans by investigating the relation among hotel web advertising attributions, advertising attitude, brand attitude and purchase intention of customers. In conclusion, in the situation that hotel service industry endeavors a lot to attract young customers, according to gentrified consumption culture and changes in an environmental trend, these results are expected to be used as data to establish web advertising marketing strategies to show trendy brand images to hotel customers, especially consumers of N Generation using official websites of hotels.

대학생 소비자의 소셜커머스 만족도와 재구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention on Social Commerce of University Students)

  • Many social commerce companies are being established and the market for social commerce is also developing quickly. In this study, the utilization, satisfaction, repurchase and recommendation intentions of social commerce consumption were studied, followed by an analysis of different factors that influence repurchase and recommendation intentions. The results of this study are as follows: first, the satisfaction of social commerce products was in the mid-range, with results being consistent across the range of social commerce companies. Secondly, there was a correlation between satisfaction associated with social commerce and repurchase and recommendation intention. Thirdly, there was a correlation between the level of satisfaction and demographic characteristics. Based on the research findings, suggestions are presented for improving consumer policy and education.

Factors Affecting Individuals' Intentions to Discontinue Social Network Services Use

  • This study uses the concepts of mental accounting and coupling in consumption to demonstrate a systematic relationship between behavioral costs, sunk costs, coupling, and user intention to discontinue social network services (SNS) use. An analysis of 213 SNS users found that coupling and sunk costs are two major factors that influence an individual's intention to discontinue SNS use. An interesting finding of this study is that the perception of coupling is created by behavioral costs in the context of an SNS. This finding implies that the source of cost perception when perceiving coupling may differ depending on whether the product or service is traditional or web-based. These results contribute to an expansion of the theoretical discussion of individual-level discontinuance intention after adopting SNS by conceptualizing the perception of coupling.

IoT 제품에 관한 소비자의 감성적 소비가치와 구매의도에 관한 연구 - EEG를 활용한 선호도 연구를 중심으로 - (A Study on Consumer's Emotional Consumption Value and Purchase Intention about IoT Products - Focused on the preference of using EEG -)

  • 광범위하고 다양하게 발전해가고 있는 IoT 시장에서 리스크와 사용 편리성이 구매 의도에 미치는 영향분석과 이에 대한 감성적 소비 가치의 조절 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 크게 세 가지 제품군에서 각각 2가지의 제품을 선정해 연구를 시행하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 크게 세 가지로 첫째, 이론적 고찰, 둘째, 연구모형 검증을 위해 IoT 제품의 소비가 가능한 20대 이상의 남녀 250명을 대상으로 survey 분석을 하였으며 분석은 SPSS를 이용하여 기술통계로 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 하였다. 셋째, Survey 분석의 오류를 해소하기 위해 남녀 20~30대 8명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰와 간접적 체험에 따른 뇌전도(EEG)의 변화를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 가설의 실증분석 결과 IoT 제품의 사용 편리성이 구매 의도에 있어서 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 리스크가 구매 의도에 부정적인 영향을 보일 것으로 예측하였으나 본 연구에서는 유의미하지 않게 나타났다. 이는 일반적으로 고객이 하이테크제품을 구매할 때 제품구매 비용, 사용 비용, 처분에 관한 비용 등 금전적 손실에 대해서 일반제품의 경우보다 경시되는 경향을 나타낸 것이 아닌가 짐작하였고, 심층 인터뷰와 EEG 분석결과 IoT 제품의 특성상 리스크가 있어도 신기술의 신기한 제품, 나의 삶을 이롭게 할 것이라는 막연한 생각 등으로 구매해보고 사용해보고자 하는 욕구가 있다고 이야기했다. 감성적 소비가치의 하위요소인 심미성, 상징성, 쾌락성 모두 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 감성적 소비가치가 구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타난 선행연구들과 일치하는 결과이다. 심층 인터뷰와 EEG 분석결과 역시 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 감성적 소비가치가 IoT 제품 구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 것을 밝혀냈다. 이는, IoT 제품을 생산하는 기업들은 좀 더 감성적 소비가치를 적용한 마케팅에 집중해야 할 필요성으로 보인다.
