내후성강재 고장력볼트 이음부 미끄럼계수 평가 실험 (II) (Experiments on Slip Coefficients of High-Strength Bolt Connection with Weathering Steel (II))

  • 본 논문에서는 대기 중에 폭로한 내후성강재의 고장력볼트 마찰이음부 미끄럼계수 평가를 위한 실험연구를 수행하였다. 표면 상태는 흑피 부착된 시험체와 숏브라스트로 흑피를 제거한 시험체를 각각 3개월 및 6개월 폭로한 후 수동솔질, 전동솔질 및 청소하지 않은 표면 등을 고려하였다. 또한, 6개월 폭로 시험편의 각 표면 상태에 대하여 600 시간 동안 볼트축력 감소율을 측정하였다. 실험으로부터 모든 시험체에서 폭로 기간에 따라 미끄럼 계수는 증가하였으며 흑피부착 표면을 전동솔질로 청소한 경우를 제외하곤 모두 0.6 이상의 값을 보였다. 볼트 축력 감소율 역시 초기 비폭로 시험체에 비해 폭로한 시험 체에서 증가하였으며 최대 감소율은 약 10%에 이르렀다.

  • 유도기의 고정자를 직접 전력 계통에 연결하는 유도형 풍력발전기의 계통 연계시 과도 상태 돌입 전류의 크기를 줄이기 위한 새로운 소프트 스타터(Soft Starter) 제어 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 현재 국내에 가장 많이 설치되어 있는 정속 운전형 풍력발전시스템의 기본 구성을 살펴보고 특히 소프트 스타터의 계통 연계 알고리즘에 따라 발전 개시 순간 과도 상태 전류의 크기가 크게 달라짐을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 600kw급 유도 발전기를 포함한 정속형 풍력발전 시스템의 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하였고 실험실 환경에서 제안된 알고리즘을 시험하기 위한 3.7kW급 모의실험장치를 제작하였으며, 소프트 스타터의 제어 알고리즘 개선에 의해 돌입전류의 크기가 약 20$\%$ 감소됨을 확인하였다.

Connection Management Scheme using Mobile Agent System

  • The mobile agent paradigm can be exploited in a variety of ways, ranging from low-level system administration tasks to middle ware to user-level applications. Mobile agents can be useful in building middle-ware services such as active mail systems, distributed collaboration systems, etc. An active mail message is a program that interacts with its recipient using a multimedia interface, and adapts the interaction session based on the recipient's responses. The mobile agent paradigm is well suitable to this type of application, since it can carry a sender-defined session protocol along with the multimedia message. Mobile agent communication is possible via method invocation on virtual references. Agents can make synchronous, one-way, or future-reply type invocations. Multicasting is possible, since agents can be aggregated hierarchically into groups. A simple check-pointing facility has also been implemented. Another proposed solution is to use multi agent computer systems to access, filter, evaluate, and integrate this information. We will present the overall architectural framework, our agent design commitments, and agent architecture to enable the above characteristics. Besides, the each information needed a mobile agent system such as text, graphic, image, audio and video etc, constructed a great capacity multimedia database system. However, they have problems in establishing connections over multiple subnetworks, such as no end-to-end connections, transmission delay due to ATM address resolution, no QoS protocols. We propose a new connection management scheme in the thesis to improve the connection management involved of mobile agent systems.

A new type notched slab approach for timber-concrete composite construction: Experimental and numerical investigation

  • Timber-Concrete Composite construction system consists of combining timber beam or deck and concrete with different connectors. Different fastener types are used in Timber-Concrete Composite systems. In this paper, the effects of two types of fasteners on structural behavior are compared. First, the notches were opened on timber beam, and combined with reinforced concrete slab by fasteners. This system is called as Notched Connection System. Then, timber beam and reinforced concrete slab were combined by new type designed fasteners in another model. This system is called as Notched-Slab Approach. Two laboratory models were constructed and bending tests were performed to examine the fasteners' effectiveness. Bending test results have shown that heavy damage to concrete slab occurs in Notched Connection System applications and the system becomes unusable. However, in Notched-Slab Approach applications, the damage concentrated on the fastener in the metal notch created in the slab, and no damage occurred in the concrete slab. In addition, non-destructive experimental measurements were conducted to determine the dynamic characteristics. To validate the experimental results, initial finite element models of both systems were constituted in ANSYS software using orthotropic material properties, and numerical dynamic characteristics were calculated. Finite element models of Timber-Concrete Composite systems are updated to minimize the differences by manual model updating procedure using some uncertain parameters such as material properties and boundary conditions.

공간탐색 진화알고리즘을 이용한 Interval Type-2 pRBF 뉴럴 네트워크의 구조적 해석 (Architectural Analysis of Type-2 Interval pRBF Neural Networks Using Space Search Evolutionary Algorithm)

  • 본 논문에서는 RBF 뉴럴 네트워크에서 은닉층 활성함수에 Interval type-2 퍼지개념을 적용한 새로운 RBF 뉴럴 네트워크를 설계하였다. 퍼지 시스템 분야에서 불확실한 정보에 대한 Type-1 퍼지집합의 성능을 보안하고자 Type-2 퍼지집합이 제안되었으며, 멤버쉽함수 안에 다시 멤버쉽함수를 생성함으로써 불확실한 정보를 좀 더 효과적으로 다루고자 하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 RBF 뉴럴 네트워크의 은닉층 활성함수에 type-2 퍼지집합의 개념을 적용하여 불확실한 정보에 대한 모델 성능을 개선하고자 하였다. 나아가 연결가중치를 상수항이 아닌 1차식으로 구성된 다항식을 사용하여 최종출력을 입력-출력의 관계식으로 표현하였다. 연결가중치는 기존의 경사하강법(Gradient Descent Method; GDM) 대신 conjugate gradient method(CGM)을 사용하여 파라미터를 동조하고, 은닉층의 활성함수는 공간탐색 진화 알고리즘(Space Search Evolutionary Algorithm; SSEA)을 이용하여 가우시안 함수의 중심점 및 분포상수를 동조하여 모델의 성능을 개선시킨다. 제안된 모델의 성능을 평가하기 위해 가스로 시계열 데이터를 사용하였으며, 결과를 기존 모델과 비교하였다.

  • We study the Dirac spectrum on compact Riemannian spin manifolds M equipped with a metric connection ${\nabla}$ with skew torsion $T{\in}{\Lambda}^3M$ in the situation where the tangent bundle splits under the holonomy of ${\nabla}$ and the torsion of ${\nabla}$ is of 'split' type. We prove an optimal lower bound for the first eigenvalue of the Dirac operator with torsion that generalizes Friedrich's classical Riemannian estimate.

  • This report describes a month-old female infant with a rare supracardiac type of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection which have intrapulmonary drainage and small left atrium. The left pulmonary vein drained into right hilum via transverse common pulmonary vein, and then both pulmonary veins drained into superior vena cava via ascending connecting vein. This anomaly was sucessfully repaired by double patch technique.

  • We experienced one case of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection to coronary sinus with secondum type ASD. The case was 21 years old woman with mild dyspnea on exertion and ill looking appearance. The disease was confirmed by 2D echocardiogram and cardiac catheterization. Under the conventional cardiopulmonary bypass, we repaired the anomaly by use of Dacron patch. The postoperative course was uneventful and discharged with excellent general condition and has been good during follow-up.

  • In this paper, we discuss the connection between the 5-dimensional complex Lie algebra ${\mathcal{K}} _5$ and Special functions. We construct certain two variable models of the irreducible representations of ${\mathcal{K}}_5$. We also use an Euler type integral transformation to obtain the new transformed models, in which the basis function appears as $_2F_1$. Further, we utilize these models to get some generating functions and recurrence relations.

  • Let (M2m, 𝜑, g) be a B-manifold. In this paper, we introduce a new class of metric on (M2m, 𝜑, g), obtained by a non-conformal deformation of the metric g, called a generalized Berger-type deformed metric. First we investigate the Levi-Civita connection of this metric. Secondly we characterize the Riemannian curvature, the sectional curvature and the scalar curvature. Finally, we study the proper biharmonicity of the identity map and of a curve on M with respect to a generalized Berger-type deformed metric.
