확산적 사고와 수렴적 사고: 좌뇌와 우뇌의 연관성 (Divergent and Convergent Thinking : The Connection of Right and Left-brain)

  • What is the role of right and left-brain in creative thinking? The current study is to address this question. Two empirical studies were performed to answer the question. First one is regarding the divergent thinking and right-brain connection. Second one is regrading the convergent thinking and left-brain connection. Empirical study showed that both of divergent and convergent thinking were asymmetrically related to creativity. Divergent thinking was connected to right-brain and convergent thinking was connected to left brain.

  • 우리 사회는 광대역 ICT 인프라의 확충과 스마트 디바이스, 클라우드 서비스 및 소셜 미디어 서비스의 활성화로 인해 언제 어디서나 다양한 지식의 공유 / 관리 / 제어 / 창조가 가능한 혼합현실 환경의 상시 연결사회로 진화하고 있고 이로 인해 사이버 위협이 점차 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 향후 사회는 물리 및 논리공간의 융합, 스마트 객체의 유기적 연결, 상시연결 사회의 보편화로 인하여 사이버 위협에 대한 효과적 대응을 하지 못하는 경우에 더욱 복잡하고 미묘한 문제를 야기할 수 있어 APT와 같은 고도화된 사이버 위협에 대한 새로운 접근방법과 대응 체계에 관한 연구가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 향후 다양한 미래서비스 환경 변화와 상시 연결사회의 보편화에 따른 새로운 유형의 사이버 위협에 능동적으로 대응하기 위한 기반으로써 국가 보안 Knowledge-Base 구축 전략을 제시한다.

직장인 MBA 대학원생의 지식교량적 역할이 조직 내 지식공유 네트워크에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Bridging Role of Employees Through MBA Classmate Network)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of employees who attend graduate school on the expansion of the knowledge sharing network in their company. For this purpose, the researchers chose 10 worker-graduate students and 75 members of company 'A' that they belong to and 107 members of university 'B' that they belong to, 172 members in total. 10 overlapped employee-students were excluded. The results of this study are summarized as follow: First, the personal relations of the employee-students enhanced after they have entered the graduate school. The score for the question was 3.85 out of 5 points. Second, the employee-students played the role of the knowledge bridge between company's co-worker network and graduate school's classmate network. It was confirmed that the density of the company's network was higher than the density of the connected network of the company and the graduate school. The analysis result confirmed that the difference of the two groups was significant. This means that the company carried out exchange with more members and therefore gained various kinds of knowledge. Also, in all types of network, the structural hole of the company network was lower than that of the connected network of the company and graduate school. The ANOVA test using QAP procedure confirmed that the difference of two groups was significant (friendship network F=1.2856, p<0.05; information network F=1.278, p<0.05; and trust network F=1.23, p<0.05). It means that the company not only gained the newly acquired knowledge by the knowledge bridge of the employee-students, but also was able to share it more effectively with members. Third and lastly, the employee-students share various information related to the organization, duties and roles rest in the company throughout break time, working hours and direct inquiries. This means that the employee-students contributed to the innovation of knowledge sharing in the company by sharing knowledge that they gained from the graduate school within the company.

유사성 구성과 어포던스(affordance)에 대한 사례 연구 -대수 문장제 해결 과정에서- (The Case Study for The Construction of Similarities and Affordance)

  • This is a case study trying to understand from the view of affordance which certain three middle school students perceive an activation of previous knowledge in the course of problem solving when they solve algebra word problems with a previous knowledge. The results of this study showed that at first, every subjects perceived the text as affordance which explaining superficial similarities, that is, a working(painting)situation rather than problem structure and then activated the related solution knowledge on the ground of the experience of previous problem solving which is similar to current situation. The subject's applying process for solving knowledge could be arranged largely into two types. The first type is a numeral information connected with the described problem situation or a symbolic representation of mathematical meaning which are the transformed solution applied process with a suitable solution formula to the current problem. This process achieved by constructing a virtual mental model that indicating mathematical situation about the problem when the solver read the problem integrating symbolized information from the described text. The second type is a case that those subjects symbolizing a formal mathematical concept which is not connected with the problem situation about the described numeral information from the applied problem or the text of mathematical meaning, which process is the case to perceive superficial phrases or words that described from the problem as affordance and then applied previously used algorithmatical formula as it was. In conclusion, on the ground of the results of this case study, it is guessed that many students put only algorithmatical knowledge in their memories through previous experiences of problem solving, and the memories are connected with the particular phrases described from the problems. And it is also recognizable when the reflection process which is the last step of problem solving carried out in the process of understanding the problem and making a plan showed the most successful in problem solving.

Data-driven SIRMs-connected FIS for prediction of external tendon stress

  • This paper presents a novel harmony search (HS)-based data-driven single input rule modules (SIRMs)-connected fuzzy inference system (FIS) for the prediction of stress in externally prestressed tendon. The proposed method attempts to extract causal relationship of a system from an input-output pairs of data even without knowing the complete physical knowledge of the system. The monotonicity property is then exploited as an additional qualitative information to obtain a meaningful SIRMs-connected FIS model. This method is then validated using results from test data of the literature. Several parameters, such as initial tendon depth to beam ratio; deviators spacing to the initial tendon depth ratio; and distance of a concentrated load from the nearest support to the effective beam span are considered. A computer simulation for estimating the stress increase in externally prestressed tendon, ${\Delta}f_{ps}$, is then reported. The contributions of this paper is two folds; (i) it contributes towards a new monotonicity-preserving data-driven FIS model in fuzzy modeling and (ii) it provides a novel solution for estimating the ${\Delta}f_{ps}$ even without a complete physical knowledge of unbonded tendons.

동무(東武)의 인심(人心)·도심론(道心論) (A Study on Iinsim(人心;ren-hsin)-Tosim(道心;dao-hsin) Thought of Lee Je-ma)

  • 1. Objectives Theory of Iinsim Tosim(the Human - Mind and the Moral - Mind) that originated from "Sang-Seo(尙書)" "Dae-Woo-Mo(大禹謨)" is a relative importance point of dispute at the existing confucianism and chosun's neo confucianism. Our consideration point is that a close examination of relation between Iinsim-Tosim theory of existing confucianism's and Lee Je-ma's thought of Iinsim Tosim and his creative exposition that is related to view of human being contained theory of sasang(四象), knowledge & conduction(Jihang, 知行). 2. Methods of Research We analyze "Gyukchigo(格致藁)" that is contained confucianism's contents and Lee Je-ma's view point of human being, and consult " Dongyi Suse Bowon chobongeun(東醫壽世保元草本卷)", "Dongyi Suse Bowon(東醫壽世保元)", reference about confucianism and some other thesis. 3. Results (1) Lee Je-ma's thought of Iinsim Tosim is closely connected each other. There is close correlation between Iinsim and Tosim such as both ends. And Iinsim Tosim is not virtue and vice relation but all good concept, though each have fragility, Iinsim have weakness of laziness and Tosim have that of desire. (2) Lee Je-ma insist on having lisim(理心)-kyungsim(敬心) for overcoming each fragility that weakness of laziness and desire. And he present learning(學) and speculation(思) for acquirement of lisim(理心) kyungsim(敬心). (3) Lee Je-ma's thought of Iinsim Tosim's containing meaning is not one side but both side for nature(性) & emotion(情). therefore Iinsim Tosim is closely connected Lee Je-ma's view of human being and theory of knowledge & conduction(Ji-Hang, 知行論). That is very different from existing confucianism & MyungSunlock(Book of Illuminating Goodnes)'s thought. (4) Iinsim is connected with knowledge(知), Tosim is connected with conduction(行) (5) Lee Je-ma's thought of Affairs - Mind - Body - Objects(事心身物) is closely connected with Iinsim-Tosim. 4. Conclusions There are no parts that directly criticized by LEE JE-MA, comparing with he's thought and the existing confucianism's theory of Iinsim Tosim, a specific person's theory. but LEE JE-MA approached the theory of Iinsim Tosim with thought that is not an extension of existing confucianism's thought, but original with himself, therefore LEE JE-MA's thought of Iinsim Tosim is closely connected with the most important conceptions (theory of nature & emotion, theory of knowledge & conduction) at the Sasang Constitutional Medicine. and Iinsim Tosim is an important clue for understanding the thought of LEE JE-MA.

Knowledge Recommendation Based on Dual Channel Hypergraph Convolution

  • Knowledge recommendation is a type of recommendation system that recommends knowledge content to users in order to satisfy their needs. Although using graph neural networks to extract data features is an effective method for solving the recommendation problem, there is information loss when modeling real-world problems because an edge in a graph structure can only be associated with two nodes. Because one super-edge in the hypergraph structure can be connected with several nodes and the effectiveness of knowledge graph for knowledge expression, a dual-channel hypergraph convolutional neural network model (DCHC) based on hypergraph structure and knowledge graph is proposed. The model divides user data and knowledge data into user subhypergraph and knowledge subhypergraph, respectively, and extracts user data features by dual-channel hypergraph convolution and knowledge data features by combining with knowledge graph technology, and finally generates recommendation results based on the obtained user embedding and knowledge embedding. The performance of DCHC model is higher than the comparative model under AUC and F1 evaluation indicators, comparative experiments with the baseline also demonstrate the validity of DCHC model.

컴퓨터공학 분야 학술 논문 데이터베이스를 이용한 키워드 연관 네트워크 기반 지식지도 (A Knowledge Map Based on a Keyword-Relation Network by Using a Research Paper Database in the Computer Engineering Field)

  • 최근 여러 분야에서 활용되고 있는 지식지도는 대량의 정보 속에 숨겨진 특징을 찾아서 그 의미를 파악할 수 있도록 가시적인 형태의 결과를 보여주는 것을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 2000년부터 2010년까지 컴퓨터 공학 분야의 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문들의 데이터베이스를 활용하여 연구동향 분석을 위한 키워드 연관 네트워크 기반의 지식지도를 제안하였다. 그 지식지도를 통해 키워드 연관 네트워크에서 개별 키워드가 속한 연결 요소의 크기 변화를 살펴봄으로써 관련 연구 주제의 영향력 변화를 추론할 수 있었다. 또한, 랜덤 네트워크와의 비교를 통해 키워드 연관 네트워크에서 최대 연결 요소의 크기가 상대적으로 매우 작으며, 상호 관련성이 높은 키워드 쌍들의 그룹이 밀집되어 있음을 보였다. 이는 최대 연결 요소에 대응하는 연구 분야가 크지 않으며 여러 소규모의 연구 주제들이 느슨한 형태로 연결되어 있음을 암시한다. 이러한 분석 결과들은 단순히 개별 키워드의 사용 빈도수 등을 분석하는 전통적인 방식으로는 얻기 어렵다는 점에서 본 논문에서 제안한 지식지도가 연구동향 분석의 방법이 될 수 있다.

비형식적 수학적 지식과 형식적 수학적 지식의 결합에 관한 소고 (A Short Discussion about Connection of Informal and Formal Mathematical Knowledge)

  • The purpose of this paper is to try formulating a working definition of connection of informal and formal mathematical knowledge. Many researchers have suggested that informal mathematical knowledge should be connected with school mathematics in the process of learning and teaching it. It is because informal mathematical knowledge might play a important role as a cognitive anchor for understanding school mathematics. To implement the connection of them we need to know what the connection means. In this paper, the connection between informal and formal mathematical knowledge refers to the making of relationship between common attributions involved with the two knowledge. To make it clear, it is discussed that informal knowledge consists of two properties of procedures and conceptions as well as formal mathematical knowledge does. Then, it is possible to make a connection of them. Now it is time to make contribution of our efforts to develop appropriate models to connect informal and formal mathematical knowledge.

중학생들의 위치 지식과 지역 이해와의 연계 유형 분석 연구 (A Study on Connection Type between Location Knowledge and Understanding the Characteristics of World Regions)

  • 본 논문은 세계 지리 학습을 수행한 8학년 학생들이 가지고 있는 세계 지역에 대한 위치 지식과 지역 이해와의 연계 유형을 분석하여 세계 지역 이해를 위한 위치 학습 대안 제시의 바탕으로 삼고자 하였다. 위치 지식과 지역 생활 모습과의 연계 유형 분석에서 지역의 생활 모습을 위한 위치 지식으로는 세계 지도상에서의 정확한 위치 지식, 경위도 상의 위치 지식, 그리고 상징 지역과 상위 지역, 주변 지형과 연계한 상대적 위치 지식이 필요하였다. 그리고 연계성 형성을 위해 위치 속성 지식이 필요하였다. 지도상 위치 지식이 지역의 생활 모습 파악으로 이어지기 위해서는 경위도상의 위치 지식, 다른 지역 및 환경과 관련한 상대적 위치 지식, 그리고 이러한 위치로 인해 갖게 되는 위치 속성에 대한 지식의 결합이 필요하였다. 본 연구자는 이를 구조화된 위치 지식이라고 하였다. 구조화된 위치 지식의 형성을 위해서는 다양한 측면에서 지도상 위치를 바라볼 수 있는 절대적, 상대적 위치 지식과 이로 인해 갖게 되는 다양한 위치 속성 지식이 결합되어야 한다. 그리고 지역 이해를 위한 위치 학습에서는 위치-기후 지형-생활모습의 구조화된 계열적인 위치 학습이 필요하다.
