CTS(Conflict Tactics Scales) 2의 자녀용으로의 수정 및 한국 대학생에 대한 타당성 검증 (The validation of property of the modification of CTS2(the revised Conflict Tactics Scales) for use of children on the university students of Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the utility of the modified form of CTS2(the revised Conflict Tactic Scales) for use of children on university students fo Korea. To attain this purpose, we modified Straus's CTS2(the revised Conflict Tactic Scale) for use of children. It consist of negotiation subscale, physical assault subscale, psychological aggression subscale and injury subscale without sexual coercion subscale. The subjects consisted of 288 students from 19 to 24 of age. As results of analysis(correlation, factor analysis, Cronbach' α), reliability of subscales of CTS2 range from .83 to .98 and total reliability of CTS2 is .93 And there are evidences of construct validity(the convergent validity and discriminant validity) fo CTS2. we examine the prevalence of wife abuse behavior in our subjects' parents. There are the high prevalence of psychological aggression(75.7%) and physical assault(43.4%)

체계론적 관점에서 본 취업주부가정의 가정관리행동 연구 -갈등 관리 행동을 중심으로- (A Study on the Home Management Behavior in Employed Wives' Families Based on a System's Approach)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide for the appropriate conflict management strategies to employed wives by investigation casual relations of conflict, resources, home management behavior and managerial satisfaction by applying a system's approach. The data were collected through the questionnaire whose respondent were 388 employed wives. The data were analyzed by various statistical methods such as Frequency, Percentage, ANOVA, F-test, T-test, Pearsons' correlation analysis, Multiple Regression analysis, Path analysys. The results of this study are as follows : 1) Input variables, throughput variables, output variables had differences significantly according to the family life cycle. The employed wives' families which are former term of the family life cycle used more appropriate conflict management strategies than latter term of FLC. That is, the employed wives' families which are former term of FLC had more abundant resources such as cohesive power of family, interaction with relatives, social support, had higher planning score, used more frequent structural management strategies. But, the managerial satisfaction had no differences. 2) For the relation of input variables and throughput variables, the more resources, the lower conflict is the higher planning, implementing score, structural management score. For the relation of throughput variables, the higher planning, implementing, structural management score is the higher managerial satisfaction score. For the relation of input variables and output variables, the more resources, the lower conflict is the higher managerial satisfaction, besides objective and material resource, subjective and psychological resource had influence. 4) among all variables affecting the managerial satisfaction, the commition of housework, cohesive power of family, wives' occupational level had indirect effect on managerial satisfaction through structural managemenet. Only the income had direct effect on managerial satisfaction.

부모의 자아존중감이 학령후기 아동의 미디어기기 중독에 미치는 영향: 부부갈등과 아동의 자아존중감의 매개효과 (The Influence of Parental Self-Esteem on Late School-Aged Children's Media Device Addiction: The Mediating Effect of Marital Conflict and Children's Self-Esteem)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effect of parental self-esteem on late school-aged children's media device addiction by mediating marital conflict and children's self-esteem. Methods: This study used data from the 11th (2018) Panel Study on Korean Children. The participants consisted of 1,082 family triads (fathers, mothers, and children). Data were collected using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Marital Conflict Scale, and K-Internet Addiction Scale. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SPSS/WIN 27.0 and Mplus 8.7. Results: The final model showed a good fit for the data. Children's media device addiction was directly related to mothers' self-esteem, mothers' marital conflict, and children's self-esteem. Fathers' self-esteem had a significant indirect effect on children's media device addiction by mediating both fathers' and mothers' marital conflict. In addition, mothers' self-esteem had a significant indirect effect on children's media device addiction by mediating mothers' marital conflict. Conclusion: The findings indicates that self-esteem and marital conflict for both fathers and mothers have a significant effect on children's media device addiction. It suggests that more attention might be given to fathers and mothers in developing interventions to prevent children's media device addiction.

콜센터 상담사의 감정노동이 직무소진, 조직시민행동 및 직장-가정갈등에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Labor on Job Burnout, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work-Family Conflict Among Call Center Employees)

  • The purpose of this study was to observe work-related emotional consequences in call center employees. The data were collected from 434 employees in 3 call centers by way of a self-administered questionnaire. Frequencies, Cronbach's alpha, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analyses were conducted by SPSS Win 18.0. The results of this study were as follows: first, job burnout proved to be significant, and demonstrated a positively correlation to surface acting and negatively correlation to deep acting. Second, altruism proved to be significant and demonstrated a positive correlation to deep acting, while also demonstrating a negatively correlation to both sex and surface acting. Third, conscientiousness proved to be significant and demonstrated a positive correlation to both age and deep acting, as well as a negatively correlation to surface acting. Finally, work-family conflict proved to be significant and demonstrated a positive correlation to both sex and workload in terms of hours per day.

병동 간호관리자의 문제상황 관리 경험 (Nurse Managers in a Difficult Situation on Caring Clients: A Critical Discourse Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to explore the discourses and the patterns of problem solving behaviors among the nurse managers. The focus of the study was the difficult situations in caring with patients and their families. Methods: Field study was performed at a for-profit hospital from March, 2004 to March, 2007. The participants of the study were 5 head nurses and 2 nurses in charge. The data were collected with iterative interviews and participant-observations. For the analysis of the data, taxonomy and critical discourse analyzing were applied. Results: The nurse mangers who showed wholistic patterns of behavior took the role of a broker among the client system, professional nursing system, medical system, and other allied health system. The nurse managers whose approach was profession-centered took the role of protector of nursing system. The nurse manager who practiced nurse-oriented pattern of behavior tried not to have harm against other members of health system. The experiences of nurse managers were effected from the discourses of patriarchal and market mechanism. Conclusion: The situation that provoke conflict between clients and nurses become more common with the changes to the health care system and to society. Nurse managers take the role of these conflict problems. The successful solving of conflict in a nursing care setting promotes the quality of care and satisfaction of clients. Programs for enhancing nurse's problem solving competency should anchored be in their practices.

The Effects of Congruence Between Work-to-Family Conflict on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: An Empirical Study in China

  • Excellent employees are those who take on extra responsibilities and commitments at work. Hence, employees must pay attention to out-of-role activities that can help the company perform better. When a person takes on more responsibilities than he can handle, they will have to deal with the issue of work-family balance. This paper examines how the consistency of WFC affects employees' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) using the Resource Conservation Theory. This study uses empirical research methodologies to assess 417 employees as a sample. (1) When the matches of work-to-family conflict (WFC) and family-to-work conflict (FWC) are consistent, the employee self-control resource depletion level is lower, and OCB is higher in the "high-high" consistency matching state. (2) The "low-high" match had a higher OCB than the "high-low" match when the WFC and FWC matches were inconsistent. (3) In the process of WFC affecting OCB, the depletion of self-control resources acts as a mediating factor. (4) Emotional intelligence plays a moderating role in the whole model. The lower the emotional intelligence was, the stronger the positive relationship between the consistency of WFC, FWC, and self-control resource depletion was.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the marital conflict problem and coping behavior. The methods of this study are quantitative and qualitative method. For the data, 1069 counselling case of the married people were collected on S counselling center in Daegu, from January to May, 1994. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The main problems are marital debauchery affairs and then the value orientation, character and communication problem in turn. 2. Most clients used the complain type as the coping gehavior. 3. Recognized problem of oneself is debauchery problem and the self-damage and immaturity. Recognized problem of spouse is husband's incapacity, debauchery and violence. alcohol problem in wife case. Recognized problem of couple is a sexual problem for the most case.

  • 교통사고자료를 기반으로 한 사고예측모형의 개발은 사고 발생 후의 처리 측면이 보다 강하며, 교통사고 이력자료(historical data)의 취득이 쉽지않고, 경찰에 보고된 교통사고 건수와 실제 발생한 교통사고 건수와는 불일치하는 경우가 빈번히 발생한다. 또한, 교통사고 이력자료는 운전자의 인적측면이나 현장상황을 보다 현실적으로 고려하기에 어려운 단점이 있다. 근본적인 교차로에서의 안전도 향상을 위해서는 사고발생 이전에 처리할 수 있는 방법의 개발이 필요하다. 교통상충 판단기법은 적은 시간과 한정된 공간에서 조사를 통해 자료를 취득하고 분석할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 기존에 이루어지던 수동적인 분석방법은, 분석자의 주관이 반영되기 쉬운 측면이 존재하기 때문에 보다 정밀하고 정확한 교차로의 안전도를 판단하는 지표로 교통상충기법을 이용하기에는 한계가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 기존의 교통상충기법은 사고 및 상충이 가지는 심각도에 대한 고려가 부족한 측면이 중요한 단점으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교통상충을 분석하는데 있어 각 유형별로 상충 심각도를 고려하여 상충을 판단할 수 있는 판단기준을 제시하고, 조사자의 주관이 개입됨으로써 발생할 수 있는 분석의 오류를 제거하기 위하여 영상처리기반의 개별차량 추적기법을 이용하였다. 영상처리기반의 개별차량 추적기법을 이용하여 신호교차로에서 신호위반시 주로 발생하는 대향좌회전 상충과 교차교통 상충에 대한 상충판단알고리즘을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교통상충 판단기준의 적용을 위하여 경기도 성남시의 2개 교차로와 파주시의 1개 교차로의 영상을 취득하여 각각 30분간 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 3개 교차로에서 총 343건의 1단계 상충(신호위반) 상황이 검지되었으며, 이 중 총 25건이 3단계 상충(심각한 상충)으로 발전된 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통하여, 사고발생 이전에 발생하게 되는 상충상황의 분석을 통하여 사고다발지점 등 교차로의 안전도를 평가할 수 있는 대안으로 사용이 가능함을 확인하였다.

The moderating effect of mindfulness on the relationship between job stressors and innovative behaviors

  • 본 연구는 조직 구성원들의 직무스트레스 요인(역할갈등, 역할모호성, 역할과부하)과 혁신행동, 마음챙김의 영향 관계를 파악하고 직무스트레스 요인과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 마음챙김의 조절효과를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기업과 조직의 직원들 337명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 직무스트레스는 혁신행동에 부정적 영향(-)을 미치고, 마음챙김은 혁신행동에 긍정적 영향(+)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스 요인과 혁신 행동 간의 관계에서 마음챙김은 조절 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 마음챙김은 직무스트레스를 완화하고 혁신행동을 촉진할 수 있는 개인의 자원이자 역량으로 식별되며, 조직에서는 마음챙김을 활용하고 향상시킬 수 있는 훈련을 통해 직무스트레스를 조절하고 혁신행동을 높일 필요가 있다.

부모의 폭력 및 지지행동이 이성교제폭력에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Parental Violence and Support Behavior on Dating Violence)

  • 본 연구는 부모의 폭력 및 지지행동이 자녀의 이성교제폭력에 영향을 미치는지 탐색하고 그 영양의 경로를 살펴보았다. 구체적으로, 부모의 폭력/지지행동과 이성교제폭력 사이를 갈등해결기술, 우울, 비행이 매개하는지 확인하였다. 또한 부모의 행동이 자녀의 성별에 따라 이성교제폭력에 다른 영양을 주는지 조사했다. 부모의 행동과 관련된 세 개 변인은 부부폭력, 아동학대, 부모지지이다. 본 연구의 표본은 전체 14개 대학의 이성교제 경험이 있는 760명 남녀 대학생이다. 구조방정식 모형분석을 사용해서 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 아동학대 경험은 이성교제폭력의 확률을 높이고 있었으며 아동학대와 이성교제폭력을 매개하는 요인으로 비행행동만이 검증되었다. 아동기의 학대경험은 성별에 관계없이 비행을 통해 이성교제폭력으로 이어지는 과정을 일관되게 보여준다. 선행연구와 달리, 본 자료에서는 부모간 폭력을 목격한 경험은 이성교제관계에서 발생하는 폭력과 상관관계가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 분석결과에 의하면, 부모의 폭력행동보다 부모의 지지 수준이 자녀의 폭력에 더욱 큰 영양을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 낮은 수준의 부모지지는 자녀의 갈등해결기술, 우울, 비행에 영양을 주면서 이성교제폭력과 연관되어 있었다. 부모의 비지지적인 태도는 특히 여성들의 갈등해결기술을 약화시키며, 남성들의 비행횟수를 늘리는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과들을 기초로 이성교제폭력을 줄이기 위한 실천적 방법들이 제시되었다.
