In this paper, we develop the vision control systems of auto tracking based on image processing techniques for video conference. The developed auto tracking vision control system consists of control hardware including vision, two dc motors and dc motor drivers. Image processing techniques are used to pixel of two images. Motion detection algorithm is applied to eliminate the noise. Experiment results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and the applicability of the approaches proposed.

This study aims by analysing the interior design elements trends of current medium size office buildings in Seoul. The analysing objects are ceiling, floor, wall, and illumination plan of current office buildings. Analysing tools are finishing material and color of each part. Analysing areas are lobby area, deskwork area, conference area, welfare area, public area(rest room, corridor, stair). The interior design elements of lobby shows a lots of different features then the other areas in ceiling, floor, and wall design. Such difference appears at finishing material especially, and the coloring is more splendorous then the other areas. Desk work area and conference area have similar characteristics in finishing materiors and colors, and they usually follow the needs of function. Walfare area shows more splendorous feature then deskwork and conference area, and designed by various materials and colors. Public area also shows very active design concept then past times.

ECCOMAS Thematic Conference Multibody 2003 was held at IST (Instituto Superior Technico), Lisbon, Portugal from July 1 to July 4. 2003. And MBDV(Multibody Dynamics and Vibration) in the 2003 ASME DETC was held at Chicago, U.S.A. from September 2 to September 6. In this paper, the presented papers in these conferences were reviewed and the trends in the multibody dynamics are summarized. The session titles in these conferences include Flexible Multibody Dynamics, Vehicle Dynamics, Contact, Biomechanics, Real-time Challenges, Spatial manipulator and Control, Multidisciplinary Applications, and Advanced Education. The poster session was also organized for more discussions in the Multibody2003 conference.

Multicast is the multiparty communication that allows one-to-many communications. There are some multicast applications which are the ways of multiparty communications such as video conference system and white board. This paper proposes a dynamic allocation mechanism of designated receiver by using designated receiver list and a retransmission mechanism with designated receiver for the effective multicasting dta transmission. We designed voice conference system with multicast based on RTP/RTCP. This voice conference system increases the effect of standardization work and enables to exchange reliable standard dta with real time.

In order to promptly cope with the various requirements of consumers, the environment of product development is being globalized in manufacturing industrials. For this reason, it is necessary to build up an efficient collaborative system for communication between remote area designers. Specially, while Internet and information technologies were merged with the manufacturing or business process, the research for collaborative system has become an important issue. Therefore, we propose a Web-based Engineering Collaboration Framework using SPS(SharePoint Portal Server) which is an enterprise business solution that integrates information from various system into one solution through single sign-on and enterprise application integration capabilities, with flexible deployment options and management tool. Through a Web-based Engineering Collaboration Framework, designers can share knowledge assets and have a remote conference with others via web.

Many of the newest network suers are gaining their fist network experience as users of the Internet. Because of the universal nature of this exciting new experience, millions of new users are driving the demand for increasingly multimedia oriented applications, especially in communication area. Since the communication via the Internet can use various media forms including audio, video and graphics, it can e very efficient communication system on the Internet, which allows Internet users to communicate, collaborate, and associate with others. Webber provides various communication services, like ACS(Audio Conference System), VCS(Video Conference System) and Virtual Space, in an integrated environment. Webber consists of Service-PUBs(Processing Unit Plug-in), which process each service, and Framework, which manages these PUPs. PUP is so highly independent of each other that it's easy to add, maintain, delete services and also optimally configure the system to user's terminal performance or network status.

인터넷 및 통신 기술이 발달함에 따라 원격 회의 시스템, 원격 교육, 가상 대학과 같은 응용에 대한 연구와 애플리케이션의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 원격 회의 시스템과 같은 실시간 시스템에 있어서는 서버 측의 부하 집중과 서비스 객체의 결함 발생에 의한 시스템에 발생할 수 있는 문제에 대해 분산 시스템을 이용함으로써 해결하고자 하는 연구가 수행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CORBA 기반의 회의 시스템을 대상으로 하여 개별 회의를 관리하는 회의 관리자 객체의 생성, 복사. 이동, 삭제기능을 통해 동적 부하 분산과 동적 결함 허용 기능을 제공하는 Factory 객체와 객체 관리 모듈의 구현에 대하여 논한다.

This paper propose a hardware architecure of multimediasysgem for integrated processing of the multimedia data such as audio and video, and describes on the design and implementation of multimedia integrated processing Unit. The unit comprises most commonly needed multimedia processing function for computer-based video conference: audio-visual datacapture, playback, compression, decompression as well as interleaving/disinterleaving of compressed audio-visual data. The proposed architecture minimizes the CPU overhead that might be caused by multimedia data processing and assures the fluent data flow among system components. Also, this unit is tested and analyzed under the computer-based video conference to confirm the multimedia unit of proposed architecture using communication protocol and application software through Ethernet and FDDI (Fiber Distributed Data Interface) networks.

This study has described the case that has been experienced personally by centering on discords created in railway construction projects while performing practical duties at the construction field. Accordingly, as seen from the experience of performing one method called discord reconciliation conference, it seems that there are many parts to be improved on for the particular details because the conference was progressed by the position of a non professional in its content or procedure. But as seen from the word origin called "discord", looking at the state of finding one solution after another from vagueness of solving difficult and entangled problems, we could sense that the sincere communication and honesty was more progressive method in the phase of looking for one solution after another. Although this essay was centered on a typical case of railway construction project, I hope for it to spread throughout the whole society and especially hope that many discords created in public work sites such as public works would become settled smoothly between the parties concerned.

본 연구에서는 화상회의 시스템의 안정성에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 현재 사용되고 있는 사용자 인증과 같은 일반적인 암호화 기법 이외에 화상정보의 변조와 유출, 도용 등을 방지하기 위하여 영상 정보의 암호화 하는 기법에 대하여 연구하였다. 영상 정보를 암호화하기 위해서 개선된 Vernam의 암호화 기법을 이용하였으며, 보다 안전하고 신속한 화상회의 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 영상 분할 통신 기법을 이용하여 화상을 여러 개의 모듈로 분할한 후 각각의 모듈별로 합성하는 방법을 제안하였다.
