Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the recognition and qualities of early childhood coding education in childcare center teachers. Methods: 158 childcare center teachers responded to 56 questions on a questionnaire extracted and revised from previous research. Frequency analysis and one-way ANOVA were applied for the data analysis. Results: Many teachers agreed that the software education policy was timely appropriate. Most of them needed the education in order to improve children's creativity and problem solving ability, and answered that it is appropriate to start the education at age 5. Most of them recognized that small group and free choice activities, play activities linked with daily life topics and coding programs by the childcare center teachers were desirable as educational methods. Provision of educational HW/SW environment was a relatively important element for effective implementation of the education. The coding educational qualities perceived by the teachers were not high, and were related to the age of the children they were in charge of and their computer literacy. Conclusion/Implications: The recognition of childcare center teachers was relatively positive, but it is necessary to educate the teachers to improve their recognition and qualities of the education in consideration of teachers' variables.

This paper studies the comparative advantage of competitive and specialized regional industries which are manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, servies in the metropolitan area-Seoul, Inchun, Kyunggi-do of Korea, For the analysis of industries, the coefficient of specialization, the indices of competitiveness of labor and value-added, the growth rate are simultaneously examined under the criteria of the number of workers, value of shipment, value-added, This comperative synthetic analysis is different from the traditional approaches. This paper shows that the perfectly competitive advantage of specialized industries satisfying all of three criteria are 'other business related activities', 'recreational, cultural and sporting activities' in Seoul, 'machinery and outfits, n.e.c', 'retail trade, except of motor vehicles and motorcycles, repair of personal and household goods' in Inchun. We conclude that each should strategically develop the region-oriented specialized industry which has the comparative advantage. It is the reason why the concentration of industry in necessary for the leading of regional industry under the weaken local public finance. Moreover, such an industy should provide the increase of employment and income from the viewpoint of the activation of regional economy. The potential-specialized competitive industry requires the advanced structure of production under the criteria of value-added. For the development of the metropolitan area's economy, the highly advanced technology industry including computer and electronics should be induced through the loosening of metropolitan regulation. Research center(science park) supported by th private-public sector should be built for the increase of technology sector should be built for the increase of technology power of the small and medium enterprises, Also it is necessary that the small and medium enterprises strategically make the cooperative-large group in order to avoid the disadvantage from the size.

구소련 붕괴후의 러시아 과학기술정보활동 및 정책을 개설하고, 주요한 정보기관 8개관인 국제과학기술정보센터, 러시아국립중앙의학도서관, 러시아국립공공과학기술도서관, 전러시아과학기술정보연구소, 러시아과학아카데미부속자연과학도서관, 전러시아과학기술정보센터, 러시아국립도서관, 전러시아특호조사과학연구소에 대한 정보활동을 소개하였다. 각 기관마다 국가의 재정상태의 악화와 인플레의 만연으로 충분한 예산이 없으며, 또한 국내의 정보인프라가 정비되지 못했기 때문에 컴퓨터에 의한 정보처리, 네트워크 등은 선진국의 수준에 크게 미치지 못하고 있다.

어린이들은 성인에 비해 힘, 상황 인지 능력, 상황 판단 능력 등이 부족하기 때문에 성인 및 관련단체 또는 국가로부터 보호받을 권리를 제공 받아야 한다. 현재 어린이집에서 교사 1명이 관리하는 어린이는 적게는 3명에서 많게는 20명가량 이며 관리해야하는 어린이가 많으면 많을수록 어린이를 모두를 신경 쓴다는 것은 교사 입장에서 매우 어려운 일이 아닐 수 없을 것이다. 특히 개방된 공간에서 이루어지는 원외 활동 시에는 원내의 비해 어린이들의 활동범위가 넓어지고 인솔 교사의 통제에 따르지 않는 어린이가 발생할 수 있기 때문에 교사들의 시각에 의존한 어린이 통제 및 관리는 한계가 존재하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상호통신이 가능한 휴대용 디바이스를 사용하여 어린이와 인솔 교사 간의 위치 또는 간격을 시스템화하여 어린이들에게 안전을 제공하고 보호자 및 교사들에게 편리함을 제공할 수 있도록 IoT 단말기 및 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였으며 이를 통해 유아의 안전에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 인터넷을 활용하여 프로젝트 학습을 할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고 실업계 고등학교의 수업에서 적용한 사례를 상황적으로 평가한 내용을 다루고 있다. 컴퓨터 수업에서 적용할 수 있는 프로젝트 학습 모델을 개발하고 실제 실업계 고등학교에 이 모델을 적용한 결과를 평가하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 학생들이 수입에서 멀티미디어 작업을 하는 과정에서 산출되는 포트폴리오를 교사가 쉽게 평가할 수 있도록 프로젝트 BBS 시스템을 별도로 개발하였다. 실제 수업은 실업계 고등학교 3학년 그래픽산업디자인과 80명(매년 40명)을 대상으로 2년에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 이 기간 동안 광고사진 교과수업에서 팀별로 광고 사진 기획, 촬영, 편집 등에 관련된 프로젝트별 협동학습이 구체적으로 어떻게 드러나고 있는지 메시지 분석, 수업 관찰, 면담 및 실습결과물을 통하여 상황적으로 평가한 결과를 제시하였다.

Industrial accident frequency in small- and medium-sized ship-building plants is much higher than that of large-sized ones so that safety management activities should be different. In that sense, voluntary hazard assessment would be helpful for small- and medium-sized plants. However, conventional hazard assessment items and methods had some problems that discouraged voluntary participation of plants concerned. This study aimed to develop a new model for small- and medium-sized ship-building plants that can promote and encourage voluntary hazard assessment activities. For that purpose, ship-building process was assumed as a sequence of phases, and accident characteristics were compared with them. From that result, relative weights of accident factors including ship-building phases, accident types, occupational category, accident-induced objects, and hazardous items were determined with accident frequency data and with the help of expert groups. Therefore, for web-based integrative computer programming, a plain but accident data-dependent model was developed, with an additive function for related agencies that want to collect assessment results. It is expected that this model would help small- and medium-sized ship-building plants that wanted not only simple checklists but also effective assessment and management guidelines.

본 논문의 목적은 교과기반 학습성취평가 시스템 구현을 위한 교과 데이터 모델 및 학습 성취도 산출 알고리즘 개발이다. 현재 대학 교육의 방향인 역량기반 교육을 위해서는 교과기반 학습성취 평가가 필수적이지만 기존 연구들은 교육학적 관점으로서 컴퓨터 시스템 관점의 해결책이 매우 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 코스맵 데이터 구조 분석을 통해 계층 구조의 학습성과 모델, 학습모듈 및 학습활동 모델, 학습성과와 학습활동 연계 매트릭스 모델 및 자동화된 성취도 산출 및 성취수준 평가를 위한 성취도 계산 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 통해 교과기반 학습성취 평가 시스템을 개발할 수 있으며 시스템 활용을 통해 학습자의 역량 성취를 효과적으로 평가할 수 있다. 제안된 모델과 알고리즘의 평가를 위해 실제 운영중인 자바프로그래밍 교과목에 적용하였으며 이를 통해 교과기반 학습성과 성취평가 시스템 구현의 핵심요소로 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 연구는 학습성과 성취도 산출을 기반으로 적응형 학습 피드백과 개인화된 학습 추천 알고리즘 개발 및 시스템 구현이다.

본 연구는 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업을 통한 나눔 활동의 효과성을 분석하고, 관련 활동이 지속해서 이루어질 수 있는 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 충남 소재 4년제 대학생 25명을 대상으로 자아존중감과 책임감, 공동체 의식 변화에 관한 사전･사후 설문을 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24를 사용하여 분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업 사전과 비교해 사후에서 자아존중감이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업 사전과 비교해 사후에서 책임감이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업 사전과 비교해 사후에서 공동체 의식이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 따라서 소프트웨어 창의 나눔 수업이 자아존중감, 책임감, 공동체의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 자료를 기초로 재능 나눔에 지속적 참여를 확대할 수 있는 방법을 제언하였다.

This research is intended to analyze the necessity of the integrated organization for the performance in order to the extension of scale and the systematic promotion concerning to the Korean medicine informational project, and to research the promotional method of Korean Medicine information through the constitution of organization for preparing the informational basic. There are three main important subjects to be done in this research project. The initial issue is to devise a comprehensive and systematic plan of Korean medicine information according to the Korean Medicine Rearing Raw('03. 8). Furthermore, it is necessary to reinforce the integrated informational ability of Organizations concerning to the Korean Medicine. Finally, with the above works accomplished, the overall standard of Korean Medicine Information should be settled. Initially, we compose an advisory committee of the Korean Medicine Information in the first year. The members of the committee include the informational coordinates of related government agencies, the experts in Korean Medicine Information, and specialists in the domains of computer science and information. In the next phase, we derive the promotional strategy for 'Center for Korean Medicine Information'. In other words, by means of analyzing the current issues and outstanding problems of on-going research projects and environments, the ultimate directions of the whole activities are established. Also, we build the medium and long-range road map of Korean Medicine Information Research by setting strategy for the policy projects related to the area. With the various research activities in this project, we can achieve the following practical strategic benefits. Firstly, we can lay a foundation for the Korean Medicine Information by establishing the fundamental plan for 'Korean Medicine Information Center'. Secondly, information strategic projects about 'Korean Medicine Information Center'. Secondly information strategic projects about 'Korean Medicine Information Development' can be performed in more systematic fashion and promoted by stages. Finally, by confirming the contents of the Korean Medicine of KMS system, we invent an opportunity of new project in the field of the Korean Medicine Information by means of practicing and managing the 'korean Medicine Information Custom Service'.

본 연구에서는 지방정부에 의한 자원봉사자의 봉사활동에 대한 지속가능성을 높이고 보다 체계적이고 안정적인 자원봉사활동을 유도해 낼 수 있는 효율적인 자원봉사 관리방안과 지속가능한 자원봉사자 확대방안의 마련이 필요함을 제시하였다. 이를 위한 구체적인 방안으로 상생과 협력을 통한 지속가능한 자원봉사자 확대를 위한 인센티브 구축, 기초 및 광역자치단체장의 추진의지 제고와 제도적 장치의 마련, 자원봉사자의 내부역량 향상 및 행 재정지원 강화 등을 우선적인 자원봉사자의 확대 방안으로 제시하였다. 그리고 자원봉사자들이 지속가능한 봉사활동과 봉사자가 획기적으로 확대될 수 있도록 과감한 지원과 투자, 여건조성 등 자원봉사관련 제반사항의 실효성이 확보되어야 함을 강조하였다.
