Gender sensitivity is a concept needs to be substantially count since early childhood when a child starts understanding and developing their gender role. As such UNESCO published the guideline on Comprehensive Sexuality Education(CSE) guidelines. In Korea, the Ministry of Women and Family selected the book called 'Nadaum children's book' in order to support children to better develop the gender sensitivity in their early childhood. This study aims for qualitative research on 101 books for low-grade children of Nadaum Children's Books. Content analysis and theme analysis were conducted based on UNESCO's CSE guidelines. This is to analyze the frequency rate of the CSE concepts and how the value of gender sensitivity is described throughout the books. The results shows that 'family member' and 'value of tolerance' were most frequently appeared while 'puberty' and 'sex and health' were not included. In addition, the results of theme analysis showed that this book well described the activities pursuing the value of gender sensitivity as well as process of being materialized it.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of organizational commitment (OC) and perceived patient safety culture (PPSC) on patient safety nursing activities (PSNA) among nurses in comprehensive nursing care units. Methods: Participants were 173 nurses working at five general hospitals in Chungcheong area. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, 𝑥2 test, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 23.0 programs. Results: The mean scores of the OC and PPSC were 3.28±0.50 and 3.85±0.35, respectively. The mean score of PSNA was 4.55±0.41, and PSNA was significantly different by the experience of participating in hospital's safety culture campaigns (t=2.70, p=.008). The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that 'patient safety knowledge and attitudes' (β=.27, p=.006) and 'unpunished environment to error' (β=.22, p=.004) as the sub-categories of PPSC were affecting factors on PSNA with an explanatory power of 26.0% (F=6.40, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that in order to promote PSNA among nurses in comprehensive nursing care units, it is necessary to develop a program to enhance patient safety-related knowledge and attitudes. In addition, the hospital's organizational efforts such as operating safety campaigns and creating an unpunished environment to error should be needed.

Objectives: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) prevention among youth seems under-prioritised compared to other key populations. HIV knowledge and stigma are important parts of HIV prevention. To inform HIV prevention among youths, this study quantitatively analysed the associations between open communication regarding sexuality and sexual health, comprehensive HIV knowledge, and non-stigmatising attitudes in Indonesia. Methods: This study used data from the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) 2017. The analysis included unmarried men and women aged 15-25 years old. Comprehensive HIV knowledge and a stigmatising attitude were defined according to the IDHS 2017. Open communication about sexuality and sexual health was defined as the number of people with whom participants could openly discuss these topics in their direct network of friends, family, and service providers, with a scale ranging from 0 to a maximum of 7. Primary analysis used binomial logistic regression with weighting adjustments. Results: The final analysis included 22 864 respondents. Twenty-two percent of youth had no one in their direct network with whom to openly discuss sexual matters, only 14.1% had comprehensive HIV knowledge, and 85.9% showed stigmatising attitudes. Youth mostly discussed sex with their friends (55.2%), and were less likely to discuss it with family members, showing a predominant pattern of peer-to-peer communication. Multivariate analysis showed that having a larger network for communication about sexuality and sexual health was associated with more HIV knowledge and less stigmatising attitudes. Conclusions: Having more opportunities for open sex communication in one's direct social network is associated with more HIV knowledge and less stigmatising attitudes.

Objectives: Early detection of developmental issues in infants and necessary intervention are important. To identify the comorbid conditions, a comprehensive evaluation is required. The study's objectives were to 1) generate scale items by identifying and eliciting concepts relevant to young children (12-71 months) with developmental delays, 2) develop a comprehensive screening tool for developmental delay and comorbid conditions, and 3) assess the tool's validity and cut-off. Methods: Multidisciplinary experts devised the "Infant Comprehensive Evaluation for Neurodevelopmental Delay (ICEND)," an assessment method that comes in two versions depending on the age of the child: 12-36 months and 37-71 months, through monthly seminars and focused group interviews. The ICEND is composed of three parts: risk factors, resilience factors, and clinical scales. In parts 1 and 2, there were 41 caretakers responded to the questionnaires. Part 3 involved clinicians evaluating ten subscales using 98 and 114 questionnaires for younger and older versions, respectively. The Child Behavior Checklist, Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, Infant-Toddler Social Emotional Assessment, and Korean Developmental Screening Test for Infants and Children were employed to analyze concurrent validity with the ICEND. The analyses were performed on both typical and high-risk infants to identify concurrent validity, reliability, and cut-off scores. Results: A total of 296 people participated in the study, with 57 of them being high-risk (19.2%). The Cronbach's alpha was positive (0.533-0.928). In the majority of domains, the ICEND demonstrated a fair discriminatory ability, with a sensitivity of 0.5-0.7 and specificity 0.7-0.9. Conclusion: The ICEND is reliable and valid, indicating its potential as an auxiliary tool for assessing neurodevelopmental delay and comorbid conditions in children aged 12-36 months and 37-71 months.
Background: Comprehensive medication management is essential to achieve safe and optimal drug use for the elderly in long-term care facilities (LTCF). This study aimed to develop eligibility criteria for "Comprehensive medication management program in LTCF" using the RAND/UCLA Appropriateness Method (RAM). Furthermore, we attempted to estimate the number of beneficiaries who met the criteria by analyzing the National Health Insurance claims data. Methods: Twelve criteria were selected initially. We composed a panel of 14 experts with expertise in long-term care. We conducted two survey rounds to reach a consensus. Rating for appropriateness and decision regarding agreement were applied per RAM. We analyzed the National Health Insurance data to estimate the number of LTCF residents who met each eligibility criterion. Results: Of the 11 items agreed upon, ten items were determined to be appropriate. In 2018, 83.6% of 165,994 residents of LTCF met one or more eligibility criteria. The largest number of subjects met the "New residents of LTCF" criterion, followed by "Take high-alert drugs" and "Chronic excessive polypharmacy." Since the items evaluated as most appropriate by the expert panel and those with a large number of subjects were similar, we confirmed the external validity of our criteria. Conclusion: It is worth noting that this is the first attempt to establish the eligibility criteria for medication management in LTCF. Further preliminary research is needed to identify the selected subjects' drug-related problems and revise the criteria according to the results.

The compact tracking radar system is a pulsed radar tracking system that searches, detects, and tracks targets in real time against aircraft targets with a small RCS(Radar Cross Section) maneuvering at high speed. This paper describes the development of comprehensive performance test equipment to verify the performance of the radar system in a anechoic chamber environment. Describes the design and manufacture of comprehensive performance test equipment to meet requirements, including the generation of simulated target signals to simulate aircraft target signals to verify performance in the laboratory environment of radar systems. It also describes a GUI(Graphic User Interface) program to check performance through a test in conjunction with the tracking radar system. Verify the comprehensive performance test equipment implemented through the performance test.
The core of the foreign policy of the Yoon Suk-yeol government is the promotion of active economic and security diplomacy as indicated in Policy Tasks No. 98. To this end, economic consultative bodies such as Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), and Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) are taking the initiative to respond to the formation of supply chain, human rights, environment, and digital-related norms, and actively support Korean companies' overseas expansion. Due to the nature of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries (MOF) as an organization established centered on the space of the ocean, the MOF faces difficulties in bringing the functions of other ministries into the space of the ocean. Considering the vision, objectives, and detailed plans of the MOF, the contribution of the MOF in the field of active economic security, one of the main foreign policies of the Yoon Suk-yeol government, is perhaps too obvious. However, since the re-launch of the MOF, the ODA budget for the oceans and fisheries sector is too small compared to other ministries, so even if new policy demands are discovered, there are many difficulties in implementing these policies in practice. Recognizing these problems, this paper examines the background and contents of foreign policies that have been promoted for the efficient promotion of RCEP, CPTPP and IPEF and introduces the areas of cooperation in the oceans and fisheries sector in these foreign policies.
