The actual observance of hours of rest became one of the main checking items of PSC after enter into force of Maritime Labour Convention in 20 August 2013. And the non-compliances of the rest hours stipulated in the provisions of Seafare's Act of Korea and MLC is occuring and this would be the great obstruction for the shuttle vessels operating between Korea and Japan. In this study, to find the method which could give solution for the observance of provisions of rest hours, the modified duty model, reduction of calling ports and substitute of port duty by shore assistance personnel were reviewed. To comply with the requirement of hours of rest by shuttle vessels operating between Korea and Japan, adoption of the method to reduce calling ports or substitution of port duty by shore personnel are recommended.

Nowadays, the majority of the manufacturing plant equipment tend to be transformed with automation system than traditional manual equipment. Production manager to make the process decision-making, not accustomed to manage and take advantage of professional decision-making technique. So rather than using the system proposed, it is common to undergo sporadic measures through the external intermediary. In this paper, whether possible delivery to match the delivery through the issue and decision-making system of the data input to be generated in the manufacturing process, review the supply information of the material used in the process, a plurality of input / output device We have proposed an input module that utilizes the Android Application and ATmega2560. As a result, easily cope with the improvement and change of process information of the work efficiency of the production business of the manufacturing process, and reduced plant data missing tasks, and management improvement to the improvement of the delivery compliance and product satisfaction by improving productivity we try to contribute to.

In Basel II compliance, internal rating systems are allowed for banks to enhance the self control and the validation of the system are getting more important. The validation methods are composed of qualitative test and quantitative test, three basic standards of which are discriminatory power, stability and calibration. The aim of this article is to review the quantitative tests for calibration and find a new method for it. These methods for discrimination between forecasted PD and observed PD include binomial test, chi square test, Brier score, traffic lights approach, normal test and extended traffic lights approach. We introduce a modified extended traffic lights approach considering asset correlations.

Background: Level of midwife knowledge is particularly important because of their role in the cervical cancer prevention programme. The aim of this study was to examine differences in the level of knowledge among health care students, midwives and women in the general population of Serbia. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional approach was used with health care students of the medical shool, midwives in their practice, and women visiting a chosen general practitioner as respondents. Results: In comparison with the students and midwives, women had lower level of knowledge of causative agents of the cervical cancer, genital warts, HPV types, screening for cervical cancer as well as about the target population for vaccine and its role. Differences in the numbers of right answers of respondents were statistically significant (p<0.001). Four or more correct answers were obtained from 22.7% women, 35.3% from midwives and 83.8% from students. Conclusions: Midwives should improve their own level of knowledge related to preventive practice for cervical cancer, as well as their personal compliance with recommended practices, in order to be qualified and credible promoters of cervical cancer control among women in Serbia.

The antitumor and immunostimulating activities of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus fruits were investigated. Polysaccharide isolated from this plant, when administered consecutively for 9 days at 50 and 100 mg/kg i.p. in mice, caused a significant increase in the life span and a significant decrease in the tumor weight and volume in mice inoculated with Sarcoma-180 tumor cells. Polysaccharide was also demonstrated to exhibit phagocytosis-enhancing activity as measured by the carbon clearance in mice. Polysaccharide, when administered i.p. at 50 and 100 mg/kg/day for 3 consecutive days, exhibited a significant RCtr/RCc [the rate of regression coefficient of the animals teated (RCtr) to that of the control (RCc)], being 1.44 (PI = 1), 1.52 (PI = 2) which was approximately the same with that of enhancement of phagocytosis, its potency as expressed by the regression coefficient ratio of zymosan (RCtr/RCc = 1.55, PI = 2), a typical phagocytosis enhancer. Polysaccharide also caused a significant increase in the acid phosphatase activity representing lysosomal enzymes in macrophages at 1-100 ig/ml in vitro in compliance with in vivo results. These results suggest that the antitumor activity of polysaccharide might be related to the immunostimulating function.

In this study, we propose a method to improve the guideline for accessibility of mobile applications based on the results of manual evaluation of 8 mobile online shopping applications which are widely used in Korea. 13 items of mobile online shopping application were found to have low compliance rate, and 5 items such as response time control were observed and there was no corresponding items. In the current mobile application accessibility guidelines, it is necessary to delete the check items that are not relevant or meaningless, and to provide additional logical items such as logical ordering and form creation, and to improve the accessibility of mobile applications, The government should make efforts to develop and disseminate the development guide, and to resolve the digital devides.

In this study, we analyzed the accessibility of open platform Android mobile banking applications, based on Korean mobile application accessibility KS standard, Section 508 technical standard of Rehabilitation Act, and European BBC guidelines. Experimental result showed that there are no mobile banking applications of 8 commercial banks in Korea that satisfy all guidelines of three standards. Typical violations included missing alternative text, keyboard focus violations, control size and spacing non-compliance, and low contrast ratio. These violations are fatal in that they make the accessibility of the blind, the disabled and the low vision and the elderly impossible. The reason that mobile banking applications do not comply with accessibility is that mobile application developers and providers have low awareness of accessibility and do not know how to implement accessibility properly. Comparing Korea mobile application accessibility guidelines with the revised standard of the Section 508 of Rehabilitation Act and the BBC standard, many guidelines are missing. Also, evaluation criteria are ambiguous and abstract, making it difficult for developers to refer specifically. Therefore, improving mobile application accessibility requires developer and government efforts and complementation of standards.

Since 2005, the production of feature 3D animation has been growing up worldwide and technology of hardware and software has been advanced fully enough to get over the limitation of visual expression, so that rendering weight of the whole work process is getting more important. A final file in the state right before rendering increases. the data size gets bigger. Therefore, if such final file is rendered as it is, the production schedule may not be met. For, some needless time shall be spent to call and save a high-capacity file in amendment work and to execute the rendering entirely again in addition to amendment. In this study, Maya API [1]was used to study the efficient information amendment method of extracting the rendering layers' files in order to develop a tool that executes rendering by applying such method. As the result, compliance to production schedule that is important in animation production can be done through the independent rendering tool based layer rendering that can maximize the efficiency of amendment work.

Osteoblasts, originating from mesenchymal cells, make the receptor activator of the nuclear factor kappa B ligand (RANKL) and osteoprotegerin (OPG) in order to control differentiation of activated osteoclasts, originating from hematopoietic stem cells. When the RANKL binds to the RANK of the pre-osteoclasts or mature osteoclasts, bone resorption increases. On the contrary, when OPG binds to the RANK, bone resorption decreases. Denosumab (AMG 162), like OPG (a decoy receptor), binds to the RANKL, and reduces binding between the RANK and the RANKL resulting in inhibition of osteoclastogenesis and reduction of bone resorption. Bisphosphonates (BPs), which bind to the bone mineral and occupy the site of resorption performed by activated osteoclasts, are still the drugs of choice to prevent and treat osteoporosis. The merits of denosumab are reversibility targeting the RANKL, lack of adverse gastrointestinal events, improved adherence due to convenient biannual subcutaneous administration, and potential use with impaired renal function. The known adverse reactions are musculoskeletal pain, increased infections with adverse dermatologic reactions, osteonecrosis of the jaw, hypersensitivity reaction, and hypocalcemia. Treatment with 60 mg of denosumab reduces the bone resorption marker, serum type 1 C-telopeptide, by 3 days, with maximum reduction occurring by 1 month. The mean time to maximum denosumab concentration is 10 days with a mean half-life of 25.4 days. In conclusion, the convenient biannual subcutaneous administration of 60 mg of denosumab can be considered as a first-line treatment for osteoporosis in cases of low compliance with BPs due to gastrointestinal trouble and impaired renal function.

The FAO reports that IUU fishing activities have widespread economic, social, and management consequences, including depriving legitimate fishers of harvest opportunities. It affects all fisheries from small scale to industrial. It also affects the ability of governments to support sustainable livelihoods for fishers and, more broadly, to achieve food security. The complexity of IUU requires various measures to combat IUU fishing such as adoption of IUU vessel lists; stronger port State controls; improved monitoring, control and surveillance (MCS); implementation of market-related measures to help ensure compliance; and capacity-building assistance. Trade and market measures reduce opportunities for IUU fishing activities by precluding or impeding access to markets for IUU product in a manner consistent with international law. ICCAT, CCAMLR, and IATTC, have put in place trade tracking programs or catch documentation schemes, and WCPFC is considering such a program. Vessel lists assist enforcement authorities in determining which vessels are or are not authorized to be fishing or conducting fishing support activities in specified areas. A number of RFMOs maintain records of IUU vessels: CCAMLR, IATTC, ICCAT, NAFO, NASCO, NPAFC, WCPFC. Section 608 of the US MSRA calling on the Secretary of Commerce, in consultation with the Secretary of State, and in cooperation with relevant regional fishery management councils and any relevant advisory committees, to take actions to improve the effectiveness of international fishery management organizations in conserving and managing stocks under their jurisdiction. EU IUU Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2010, was intended to regulate the highly complex multi-channel fisheries supply system of the European Community (EC) in an effort to improve global fisheries sustainability.
