Fine-Blanking시 전단 단계별 변형 거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Steps of Shear Deformations Behavior of Fine-Blanking Process)

  • One characteristic of Fine-Blanking is that the size and the direction of stress and strain are very complex in the plastic flow according to the condition of blanking. Especially, they are affected by the clearance of punch and die, by the force of blanking holder and by the force of counter punch. The purpose of this research is to how the deformation behavior in shear zone more clearly, based on Green & Cauch's large deformation theory. The deformation behavior and cracks were investigated in each step of shear, according to punch penetration increase, the use of V-indenter ring and the hardness of materials. This research found that the transforming behavior was the same as pure discretion and the cracks could be prevented when hardness is low.

직무 임베디드니스가 조직시민행동과 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Job Embeddedness on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Performance)

  • This paper aims to examine the main factors of the job embeddedness on organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. To accomplish these purposes, the main factors of the job embeddedness such as fit, linkage, and sacrifice were found from the previous studies. The questionaries of 250 were distributed to the employees working at the Gumi Industrial Complex. The questionaries of 220 were obtained and 204 were analyzed through frequencies, correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study are as follows; First, we conducted exploratory factor analysis for three constructs (fit, linkage, and sacrifice) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and main factors of job embeddedness were grouped together by three factors. Second, it is shown that three main factors of job embeddedness have a positive influence on the organizational citizenship behavior and job performance (p<0.05). This study, however, have limitations of number of sample and survey area. The future study should consider these limitations in improving model applicability in practice.

  • Artificial neural networks are efficient computing techniques that are widely used to solve complex problems in many fields. In this study, a back-propagation neural network model for estimating a consolidation behavior of clay from soil parameter, site investigation data and the first settlement curve is proposed. The training and testing of the network were based on a database of 63 settlement curve from two different sites. Five different network models were used to study the ability of the neural network to predict the desired output to increasing degree of accuracy. The study showed that the neural network model predicted a consolidation behavior of clay reasonably well.

Preparation and rheological behavior of polystyrene/multi-walled carbon nanotube composites by latex technology

  • Polystyrene/multi-walled carbon nanotube (PS/MWCNT) composites were prepared by the use of latex technology. The monodisperse PS latex was synthesized by an emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization from styrene/potassium persulfate/water system in the presence of ethanol. The MWCNTs were first treated with acid mixture to eliminate impurities, dispersed in deionized water driven by ultrasonicator, and then mixed with the PS latex. From these mixtures, PS/MWCNT composites were prepared by freeze-drying and subsequent compression molding. In the small-amplitude oscillatory shear experiments, both complex viscosity and storage modulus increased with increasing MWCNT content. A pronounced effect of MWCNT content was observed, resulting in larger storage modulus and stronger yield behavior at low frequencies when compared to unmodified PS. It showed a transition from viscous to elastic behavior with increasing MWCNT content. Over the MWCNT content of 3 wt%, the storage modulus was higher than the loss modulus across all frequencies.

  • In this paper, we propose a new method of the communication system for cooperative behavior and control in a collective autonomous mobile robots. A communication function among the collective robots is essential to intelligent cooperation. In general, global communication is effective for small number of robots. However when the number of robot goes on increasing, this becomes difficult to be realized because of limited communication capacity and increasing amount of information to handle. And also the problems such as communication interference and improper message transmission occur. So we propose local communication system based on infrared sensor to realize the cooperative behavior and control as the solution of above problem. It is possible to prevent overflow of information and exchange of complex information by combining communicate a specific robot. At last we verify the effectiveness of the proposed communication system from example of cooperative behavior.

  • This paper aims to examine the impact of R&D organization culture(diversity, autonomy, redundancy and connectivity) to Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Information Technology Companys. Hypotheses were tested by surveying 250 employees at R&D Gumi Industrial Complex. The findings of research are as follows : First, three factors of R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment except redundancy. Second, two factors of organizational culture in R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior except autonomy and redundancy. it is shown reliable criterion to effective organizational management in small and medium enterprises.

  • When a SAR system operates in a full-polarimetic mode, the amount of the information one can extract is so complex that the effective presentation of the information is important. However, the information acquired from the polarimetric SAR data is often difficult to interpret by itself, because it is consisted of both the amplitude information and the phase information. Polarimetric parameters are the good way of representing the polarimetric SAR information in a quantitative manner. Also they can characterize the scattering behavior of the ground scatterer. In this research, extraction of polarimetric parameters, evaluation and interpretation of the scattering behavior of the ground with respect to polarimetric SAR signal are carried out. Using the NASA/JPL AIRSAR data, we estimated the polarimetric parameters and compared them in terms of the ground features. In general, extracted parameters well represent the characteristics of the different features on the ground.

  • This paper presents the influence of the process parameters on the change in dynamic behavior of a lathe turning system. With variation of feed rate, depth of cut, direction of tool motion, cutting speed and tool location along the workpiece, the dynamic characteristics of stable cutting, chatter transition and fully developed chatter regions are demonstrated. The workpiece vibration during machining is continuously measured at different tool locations along the workpiece and quantitatively analyzed. Complex linear behavior due to change of process parameter values as well as fundamental wystem nonlinearity due to change of process configuration indicated by a tool path dependence of the locations of chatter onset and disappearance are described. Finally, the structural characteristics of the turning system which can have large and nonlinear effects on system behavior are presented.

  • As robotic technology expands into various fields, robots need to execute some complicated tasks in diverse environments. However, the previous robotic software solutions were limited to independent systems. We can not adapt to diverse functionalities and environments. This makes it hard to provide rapid and effective services and leads to costs and losses in the development process. To overcome these problems, we propose a robot software framework with behavior trees based on ROS2. This framework simplifies complex robot behaviors through behavior trees and makes it easy to modify, extend, and reuse robot behaviors. Furthermore, ROS2 standardizes connections between software modules, enhances the robot's flexibility, and enables independent development and testing of software. Our framework aims to provide a foundation for high-quality robot service provision by supporting the modularity, reusability, independent development, and testing required by intelligent robots that need to provide services in various environments.
