본 논문에서는 기존의 셀 간격 제어기에서 방출되는 셀의 시간을 참조하는 RDT 방식에서의 지연 누적을 보완하면서 RDT의 장점을 활용하기 위하여 RAT의 방식에서 적용한 것과 같이 셀 도착 시간을 기준으로 하며, 간격 제어기에서 따로 데이터 버퍼를 두지 않고 시스템 내의 데이터 버퍼를 사용하여 셀들을 저장하고 저장된 셀들을 재방출하는 논리적 출발시간 TIT(theoretical inter-arrival time)를 이용하는 방식을 제안한다.

In the approaching 21th century, the outstanding development in international sports has established arbitration as the preferred form of dispute resolution. Because the form of sports dispute becomes more complicated and varied with the quantitative increase of them, the reasonable and rapid settlement of them must be the important problem. The Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) as the settlement of sports dispute is regarded as the one of effective dispute resolution method and merits notice. The Korean Sports Arbitration Committee has been established for dispute resolution between athletes and the clubs or alike. Now, We must review and complements the rules of the Korean Sports Arbitration Committee in order to be a representative system of domestic sports dispute arbitration that settle the sports dispute practically and efficiently.

This study developed an experience-based economic education program and examined its effects on young children's economic concepts and purchasing behavior. Subjects were 60 5-year-old kindergarteners assigned to an experimental or a control group. Instruments for pre- and post-tests were the Economic Concept Task (Laney, 1995) and the Purchasing Behavior Task (Jang, 2004). Experimental group children participated in the economic education program for 5 weeks; control group children listened to economic stories. Differences between pre- and post-test in the experimental group showed that the economic education program was effective in development of concepts of scarcity, opportunity cost, resource/production, goods/services, and complements/substitutes. Children's purchasing behavior changed partially after application of the program.

In this paper, we provide the synthesis of non-fragile H$\infty$ output feedback controllers for linear systems with affine parameter uncertainties, and dynamic output feedback controller with structural uncertainty. The sufficient condition of controller existence, the design method of robust and non-fragile H$\infty$ output feedback controller, and the region of controllers which satisfies non-fragility are presented. With the spread of electronic commerce, Internet auction systems have become widely used, because they overcome the spatial and the temporal limitations of traditional auction systems. However, most of current Internet auction systems have many shortcomings such as support for limited auction types, difficulty in registering items, maintenance problems, etc. This paper designs and implements a component-based seller-driven Internet auction system, which complements those traditional auction systems as follows: It allows sellers to select one of the auction types they want by answering questions which eventually lead to a specific auction type; Since it implements five basic auction types according to the principles of component-based development, it is easy to implement diverse types of auction systems with a slight modification to existing components. Further, the use of DAO concept makes it easy to use various commercial database systems.

Mass conservation is a key issue for accurate streamline and stream surface visualization of flow fields. This paper complements an existing method (Feng et al. 1997) for CFD velocity fields defined at discrete locations in space that uses dual stream functions to generate streamlines and stream surfaces. Conditions for using the method have been examined and its limitations defined. A complete set of dual stream functions for all possible cases of the linear fields on which the method relies are presented. The results in this paper are important for developing new methods for mass conservative streamline visualization from CFD and using the existing method.

일본산메추리(Coturnix coturnix japonica)의 핵형연구를 위하여 정소조직 및 백혈구, 초기태아조직들로서 염색체 분석을 수행하였다. 이들 염색체의 수는 정상 이배체(2n)가 78개로 나타나고, 계2 감수분열 중기상태의 정모세포의 관찰에서 반수체(n)가 39개로 나타났다. 한편 8개의 대형염색체 및 성 염상체에 대한 형태적 분석은 동원체지수 및 상대적 길이비로서 측정하였다. 이용된 여러 조직간의 염색체의 형태적 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났으나 4번 염색체템서 p-alm의 존재유무에 따라 상당한 변이를 나타내었다.

The paper is concerned with the numerical study of the cross-wind response of the 295 m-tall six-flue industrial chimney, located in the power station of Belchatow, Poland. The response of the chimney due to turbulent wind flow is caused by the lateral turbulence component and vortex excitation with taking into account motion-induced wind forces. The cross-wind response has been estimated by means of the random vibration approach. Three power spectral density functions suggested by Kaimal, Tieleman and Solari for the evaluation of the lateral turbulence component response are taken into account. The vortex excitation response has been calculated by means of the Vickery and Basu's model including some complements. Motion-induced wind forces acting on a vibrating chimney have been modeled as a nonlinear aerodynamic damping force. The influence of three components mentioned above on the total cross-wind response of the chimney has been investigated. Moreover, the influence of damping ratios, evaluated by Multi-mode Random Decrement Technique, and number of mode shapes of the chimney have been examined. Computer programmes have been developed to obtain responses of the chimney. The numerical results and their comparison are presented.

This paper describes the synthesis of robust and non-fragile $H^{i~}$state feedback controllers for linear varying systems with time delay and affine parameter uncertainties, as well as static state feedback controller with structural uncertainty. The sufficient condition of controller existence, the design method of robust and non-fragile $H^{i~}$static state feedback controller, and the region of controllers satisfying non-fragility are presented. Also, using some change of variables and Schur complements, the obtained conditions can be rewritten as parameterized Linear Matrix Inequalities (PLMIs), that is, LMIs whose coefficients are functions of a parameter confined to a compact set. We show that the resulting controller guarantees the asymptotic stability and disturbance attenuation of the closed loop system in spite of time delay and controller gain variations within a resulted polytopic region.

BIPV or double skin applied to the surface of the building, power and thermal load cannot both be increased. In the case of BIPV, because it is applied to the facade, incident solar energy decreases and efficiency drops off. The system in this paper complements these disadvantages and aims to decrease the heating & cooling load by transforming solar energy to electronic and thermal energy. The research in this paper is about the applicability of the clear PV attached double-skin system. And the PV electronic generation and the factors that affect the heating & cooling load such as the daily radiation, sun shading ratio, heating & cooling load, daylight luminance and glare distributions in the building are simulated.
