Fish larvae are immediately exposed to microbes from hatching to maturation of their lymphoid organs, therefore effective innate mechanisms is very important for survival in such an environment. The key component of innate immune system, C3 is central protein of all activation pathways of the complement system, leading to inflammatory reactions, such as opsonisation, chemotaxis, and cell lysis of pathogens. Although, innate mechanisms is essential for survival in the early stage of development, little is known about defence mechanisms. In this study, the alignment analysis showed that amino acid sequence of C3 from olive flounder liver EST homologous to other known C3 sequences with 73-99% identity. Also, we examined the tissue distribution of olive flounder C3 and analyzed expression pattern from the fertilized egg until 28 days post hatching. As a result, olive flounder C3 mRNA was expressed only in the liver and the mRNA level more increased as developmental proceed during the early stage. These results may suggest that olive flounder C3 plays an important function in the early immune response of olive flounder larvae.

Laminate products for motor core are developed with a structure in which the importance of quality level and clamping force is influenced by the recent performance and safety of the product. It has been confirmed that the accuracy of the mold is emphasized, and that the accuracy of the tightening force produced by the stacked product for the motor core is greatly influenced by the change in the bottom dead center displacement of the aged high speed press. The reason why setting the mold, and test the effect of bottom dead center of high speed press is to improve product pull force in embossing process at mold. We have applied the system to minimize the effect on the damping displacement under the dynamical degree of the equipment by applying the emboss complement device which can test the influence and complement in the process.

Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN) is a complex group of renal diseases characterized by a specific pattern of glomerular injury that includes thickening of the capillary wall and mesangial expansion, leading to a heterogeneous group of conditions. This review article offers a comprehensive overview of MPGN, its new classification, pathophysiology, diagnostic evaluation, and management options.

This study focuses on the flexural behavior of RC beam with externally bonding FRP reinforcement. FRP-plate strengthening system is mainly installed with an anchor-bolt. But the installation with it has several disadvantage as a complicated work, a high labor costs. To complement these disadvantage, the test is performed about improved FRP-plate strengthening system.

Antitumor polysaccharides were known to activate complement system and to increase specific serum proteins in mouse, and researcher reported that antitumor activity of polyasccharides might be correlated with their biological properties such as activation of complement system and increase of specific protein $L_{A}$, $L_{B}$ and $L_{C}$ within the mouse serum. In case of several Ganoderma lucidum, there was no correlation between their antitumor activities and their bioloical properties, but the antitumor activities against sarcoma 180 of the alkali extracted crude polysaccharide fractions of the Ganoderma lucidum IY 009. AS, T, AI and M were correlated with their bioloical properties such as anticomplementary activity and intensity of mouse serum protein $L_{A}$, $L_{B}$ and $L_{C}$.

We discuss the class of projective systems whose supports are the complement of the union of three linear subspaces in general position. We proves these codes are uniquely dtermined up to equivalence by their weight enumerators. Our result is a generalization of the result given in [1].

In the study, we propose, for the practical approaches of job shop scheduling, the new dispatching rules of Job shop scheduling in order to complement the practical applications in the existing researches. The performance of the new dispatching rules is compared and analyzed with the existing methods through the computer experiments in the assumed conditions. The results can be useful to improving a field application of the job shop scheduling.

This paper describes a vision-based line-tracking system for AGV and steering control scheme. For detect the guideline quickly and exactly, We use four line-points which complement and predict each other. This low-cost line-tracking system is efficiently using PC-based real-time vision processing, Steering control is studied through an steering controller with guide-line angle and line-point error. This method is tested via a typical AGV with a single camera in laboratory environment.

본 논문에서는 고속의 곱셈-누적 연산을 수행할 수 있는 새로운 MAC(Multiplier- Accumulator)의 구조를 제안하였다. 부분 곱의 생성을 위해서 1의 보수 기반의 고속 Booth 알고리즘(Modified Booth Algorithm, MBA)를 이용하였고 다수의 부분 곱을 더하기 위해서 CSA(Carry Save Adder)를 이용하였다. 부분 곱을 더하는 과정에서 Booth 인코딩 시 이용한 1의 보수 체계를 2의 보수 체계로 보상하고 이전 합과 캐리를 누적하는 연산을 수행하여 고속의 누적 연산이 가능한 구조를 제안한다. 또한 부분 곱의 덧셈에서 하위 비트들을 2 비트 CLA(Carry Look-ahead Adder)를 이용하여 연산함으로써 최종 덧셈기의 입력 비트수를 줄임으로써 전체적인 임계경로를 감소시켰다. 제안된 MAC을 JPEG2000을 위한 DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) 필터링 연산에 적용하여 고속의 디지털 신호처리가 가능함을 보였고 기존의 연구와 비교하여 향상된 성능을 보이는 것을 확인하였다.

지리교과서는 부도(atlas)와 함께 공인된 지리 교육 교재로서 교육현장에서 널리 사용되는 책자 형태의 인쇄자료이다. 특히 부도는 지리교과서의 내용을 이해하고 학습하는데 보조적인 역할을 하는 교재로 이해할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현행 교과서 검정체제하에서 발행되어 교육현장에서 사용하는 교과서와 부도의 상호보완성이 어떻게 구현되며 이와 관련된 문제점은 무엇인지 검토하였다. 지리 교과서와 사회과 부도는 교육과정에 근거하여 편찬되는데 저자들과 제작자들의 교육과정 해석, 교육적 신념과 관심 등에 따라 검정본을 완성하여 제출한다. 검정과정을 통과한 교재는 비로소 교육현장에 배포되어 지리 학습에 활용된다. 교과서와 부도 두 교재의 내용구성은 하나의 교육과정 진술에 대해 다양한 자료가 제시되고 두 교재에 제시된 자료는 상호보완적으로 구성되어 있지만, 때로는 각각의 교과서에 유사한 자료가 제시되거나 교과서에 제시된 자료와 사회과 부도 내용상 구성이 중복되거나 독립적일 수 있다. 현재와 같은 교과서 검정 제도하에서 두 교재가 효율적으로 지리 학습에 활용될 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.
