“특구형 국제물류센터” 구축 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strategy to Establish “Specialized International Logistics Centre” in Korean Peninsula)

  • 본 연구는 한국경제의 장기발전모델로 한반도의 어느 구역에 “특구형 국제물류센터”를 설립하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 이 제안의 요체는 인류(人流)와 물류(物流)가 원활히 흐르는 “물류 경제 특구”를 건설하여 한반도를 동아시아의 물류거점으로 재탄생시키자는 것이다. 설문조사로 물류센터 유치에 있어서의 한국의 경쟁력을 분석하였고 설문 조사시 수집되었던 각종 아이디어를 정리하여 “물류센터”의 성공적 지정 전략을 제시하였다.

  • The history of Korea's overseas construction began in 1965, and the cumulative contract amount is about $180 billion over the last 40 years. During the period, Korea's overseas construction industry has played an important role for economic development. However, it seems that the industry is in a sea of trouble. Overseas construction orders have declined due to various reasons such as companies losing confidence, limited financing, lack of competitiveness, and so on. This paper addresses the brief history of Korea's overseas construction industry and the problems that the industry is facing. Then it suggests a few measures for the improvement of the industry.

  • Software and Systems Product Line(SSPL) is a paradigm that has been developed and applied by European Union(EU) to achieve the productivity and competitiveness of EU industries on the world market. It is not just a simple system or software development methodology, but a sophisticated technology requiring capabilities for a high level of mass customization, platforms, processes and convergence of software and systems. EU has applied SSPL for the five selected industrial sectors including aerospace, automobile, medical equipment, consumer electronics and telecommunication equipment since 1990s and led the way to other industry sectors to stimulate the application of SSPL from 2006. In order for Korea to secure competitiveness in the manufacturing and service industries in the competitive borderless market, it is essential to gain the high level of capabilities for software development and convergence of software and systems. SSPL can be a powerful means to achieve this end. This paper discusses the paradigmatic concept of SSPL, how EU's major industries and companies have secured competitiveness through SSPL, key capabilities that are necessary for successful institutionalization of SSPL in Korea, and finally suggestions on core strategies to materialize the benefits of SSPL for Korea.

우리나라 7대 광역시와 세계 770개 도시 경쟁력 비교분석 - Oxford Economics 자료에 근거한 도시경쟁력 - (An Analysis for Urban Competitiveness of Global Cities & 7 Metropolitan Korean Cities using Oxford Economics Data)

  • 본 연구는 Oxford Economics에서 제공하는 Global Cities Forecast 자료(2013)를 이용하여 한국의 7대 광역시를 포함한 전 세계 주요도시의 경쟁력지수 및 분배지수를 산출하고 그 종합순위를 정리하였다. 도시경쟁력지수는 규모지표, 비율지표, 성장률지표 등 총 18개 경제관련 지표를 선택하였고, 분배지수로서 지니계수를 이용하였다. 경쟁력지수와 지니계수 간의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 LOGIT 회귀모형을 이용하여 분석하였으며 추정결과 소득불평등(지니계수) 증가는 5년 시차로 볼 때 도시경쟁력지수 또한 경제성장률 변화에 음(-)의 영향을 미치고 있으며 통계적으로 유의하였다. 지니계수가 높을수록 도시경쟁력에 부정적으로 영향을 미친다는 추정결과에 따라 도시경쟁력지수에 분배지수를 포함시켜 총 19개 지표로 세계주요 도시 및 국내 7대 광역시의 글로벌 도시경쟁력 위상을 정리하였다. 2012년 실질가치 기준으로 계산된 서울의 도시 종합경쟁력 순위는 2010년 세계 59위, 2015년 세계 74위, 2030년에는 세계 185위로 급격히 하락하는 것으로 나타나고 있으며 나머지 6대 광역시의 종합경쟁력지수도 모두 하락하는 것으로 나타났다. 도시경쟁력 하락은 장기적으로 국가경쟁력 하락을 의미하므로 도시경쟁력 확보를 위한 문제점 진단과 전략적 방안의 강구가 절실히 요구된다.

  • 본 글은 혁신도시를 세계화의 맥락에서 변화하는 도시 개념과 더불어 검토하고 혁신도시의 성격을 지역 및 국가의 경쟁력과 관련지어 고찰하였다. 수도권의 집중을 완화시키고 지역균형발전을 도모하기 위해 공공기관 이전을 통한 혁신도시의 건설의 당위성은 인정된다. 하지만 혁신도시에서 진정한 혁신이 일어날 가능성이 희박함을 지적하고 더구나 이를 통한 국가 및 지역 경쟁력 제고는 직접적인 해답이 아니며 오히려 원래 목적에 맞게 국토 균형 발전을 위한 공공기관의 지방 이전이라는 정책에 초점을 맞추기를 제안하고 있다. 주된 논리는 세방화 시대에 국가적 스케일을 담당하는 공공기관의 장소성은 의미가 없음에도 불구하고 입지, 인구 등의 물리적 이전을 통한 양적인 변화가 세계화의 네트워크에 편입하여 지방의 혁신을 가져오는 질적인 변화로의 전이가 불가능하다는 것이다. 오히려 혁신은 기존의 지역 혁신관련 정책을 보다 지역의 특성과 현실에 맞게 적용하는 것이 나으며 지역 및 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위해서 동시에 추진되어야 할 것은 중앙정부의 권력을 지방으로 이전하는 지방분권이며 그로 인해 지방이 자생력을 갖추게 하고 그에 더하여 세계적 파이프라인과 접속될 수 있게 하는 사회간접자본의 확충이다.

  • Competition of today's markets get to compete the relationship of one system and another system. Competition in relationship of system emphasis molding of cooperate relationship-strycture between enetrprices and It appears competitiveness enriched effects of enterprices in systems. In the rapidly changing economy and marketing situation, Travel agency got worse management situation of themselves more excessive competitiveness then competitiveness efforts between Tourism Relationship Enterprices. So, Relationship marketing will lays a foundation of new travel agency's environment through competitive of relation to travel agency and travel agency, travel agency and hotel or travel agency and airplane. This study's object are present relationships between travel agency and travel relation enterprise of cooperation, complication and competitiveness to relation form. And this study are presents suggestion to generate of hereafter travel relation enterprise through study on relationship with hotel and airplane. A final object of this study are presents a model applys relation method of travel agency and travel agency, hotel and airplane through inspect to specialist analysis. In the result of study, Travel agency are low position and difficult with hotel and airplane at the cooperation but acually It's difficult with travel relation enterprise. So, Travel agency will be operates characteritic system and regulations for win with travel relation enterprise for efficiency of working more than hotel and airplane. Airplane is the best big travel relation enterprise. So, The most airplane has to high cooperate with travel agency. That's why airplane keep going close cooperation with travel agency. Travel agency has to close cooperate with hotels secondly through marketing, exchanging information and union advertisement etc. Hotels are low in complications than travel agency but high in complications than airplane. Although travel relation enterprise are different system individually, because of all of us working with union object, Travel agency and travel compliment-cooperation relationship.relation enterprise has to autonomy behavior with close cooperation through.

지방자치단체 활성화 방안에 대한 제언 - 일본 에치젠시(越前市) 대상으로 - (Suggestions for a Competitiveness Activation Plan for the Local Government - Focused on Echizen City in Japan -)

  • This research was intended to provide a method to improve competitiveness, based on the integration of basic municipalities by assessing changes in their population and local industry Municipalities were integrated based on the addressing system 市(Shi), 町(Chome), 村(Village) of Japan. As a result, an actual increase of the population could not be seen in the new municipalities formed by the integration of the basic municipalities. It is also found that the shipping volumes, number of companies, and the number of people employed by local industry, attracted by such municipalities, has steadily decreased. However, even though the proportion of industry-sharing in the local municipalities is not significant, it was found that the number of tourists has increased. Therefore, it is concluded that the strengthening of the connectivity between local industry and the tourism industry can be one of the principal methods to strengthen the competitiveness of these municipalities. In addition, it has been found that scientific research from a variety of perspectives and verification of data related to the effectiveness of integration of local municipalities is necessary.

  • Nowadays the flow of international trade is that there seems to appear economic block significantly because most countries contract FTAs, so our market condition is changing to a severe competitive situation. Korea which has 70% of foreign dependence of trade must get involved in regionalism, and also actively promote FTA more than any other countries. FTA on February in 2006, the pharmaceutical industry are anxious. The pharmaceutical industry in Korea has recently come to a crisis that it is hard to expect a growth due to structure of profit and a change for the worse of management. If Korea-U.S. FTA are contracted in this kind of situation, domestic pharmaceutical companies will be at stake. We can anticipate that FTA with the country that has a strong competitive power like U.S. affect negatively on pharmaceutical industry, because the industry doesn't have enough self-competitiveness. Considering this kind of surroundings, we need to present the policy to enhance competitiveness for damage limitation on pharmaceutical industry by Korea-U.S. FTA. Under this background, this research has groped for a direction to strengthen the competitiveness to develop pharmaceutical industry in quality. The competitive enhancement plan is presented which is divided into the government policy part, the R&D part, and the management part. Although Korea-U.S. FTA is analyzed to wither the pharmaceutical industry, it would be thought that it is a good chance to upgrade domestic pharmaceutical industry if we make the best use of it, and also to make in roads into foreign market.

  • 오늘날 해운산업분야에서 선박관리업의 역할과 중요성은 날로 확대되고 있다. 과거 해운경기의 불황을 거치면서 다수의 해운선사들은 비용의 상승 및 선원의 공급 불안정 등의 이유로 선원관리 분야의 아웃소싱을 시도하게 되었다. 이에 따라 해운산업에서도 분업화와 전문화가 활발해지면서 국내외 선박관리기업의 경쟁이 심화되고 있다. 경쟁시대에 생존을 위해서는 국내외 해운산업의 환경변화 및 선박관리업의 현황에 대한 정확한 이해와 경쟁력 제고를 위한 요인의 파악이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 의사결정문제를 다루는 방법으로 다양한 대안 중에서 최적의 선택대안을 도출할 때 사용하는 계층분석적 의사결정방법(AHP)를 사용하여 우리나라 선박관리기업의 경쟁력 요인 우선순위를 도출하고자 한다. 분석 결과 선박관리업의 기업경쟁력 평가 요인에서 가장 중요하게 고려해야 할 사항은 인적자원 요인으로, 이것은 우수한 선원의 학보와 우수한 해기품질을 가진 육상의 관리요원을 확보하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 기업경쟁력에 관한 이론을 정립하는데 기여하며, 특히 선박관리기업의 경쟁력 요인을 도출함으로써 선박관리기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 경영전략 수립에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

기술수준별 베트남의 대 한국 무역경쟁력 분석(2002-2020) (A Analysis of Vietnam's Trade Competitiveness with Korea by Technology Level(2002-2020))

  • Since the Korea-Vietnam FTA was signed in 2015, trade between the two countries has increased rapidly, accounting for 6.8% of Vietnam's exports and 17.9% of its imports in 2020. The two countries show differences in import and export items. Vietnam has a high export ratio of agri-food products or products with the low-middle level of technology, while Korea has a high export ratio of products with the upper-middle level. The purpose of this study is to present implications by analyzing changes in trade competitiveness between Vietnam and Korea by technology level (2002-2020). For this purpose, statistics from UN Comtrade were used, and methodologies such as market share, Export Market Share (EMS), Trade Specialization Index (TSI), Intra-Industrial Trade Index (IIT), Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), and BCG Matrix were used. The results of the study are as follows. First, when looking at Vietnam's trade structure with South Korea by technology level, it was analyzed that the trade deficit widened as it showed a competitive disadvantage in high-tech, ICT, middle- and low-level technology items, excluding low-end technology items. Second, in terms of market share, the market share of Vietnamese products in the Korean market is continuously increasing, while the Korean market share in Vietnam is gradually decreasing from 2017. Third, Vietnam's export competitiveness to Korea by technology level shows that low-level technologies are competitive, but they are inferior in competitiveness in all other technology level, and especially in areas with high technology level, the level of inferiority is high. In conclusion, the trade relationship between Vietnam and Korea has maintained a mutually complementary rather than competitive relationship, which is expected to continue in the future.
