  • Since COVID-19 crisis, health concerns and the need for interpersonal activities have driven many people to engage in leisure activities, which has naturally led to a steady increase in the participation rate of life sports. However, the start-up rate of sports facilities is decreasing and the closure rate is steadily increasing, and to survive in the over-competitive situation, sports facility operators need to develop and provide services with competitive advantages and come up with differentiated marketing plans. The purposes of this study were to (a) identify rapport-building behaviors for bring about relationship quality, customer satisfaction and customer trust, to a service provider in the sports leisure service environment (b) examine the ways in which customer satisfaction and customer trust induces positive behavior intentions in the sports leisure service environment, and (c) empirically verify the path of rapport- building behaviors through customer quality to continuance intention and WTPP(willing to pay premium price). The proposed conceptual model was empirically tested via structural equation modeling analysis using data collected from 350 adults who enjoy sports leisure services nationwide. Based on data analysis, firstly, attentive behavior, connecting behavior, courteous behavior, and information sharing behavior, were found to have a positive effect on relationship quality ,customer satisfaction and customer trust. Second, customer satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on both continuance intention and WTPP. Third, customer trust, a subcomponent of relationship quality, was found to have a positive effect on continuance intention, but not on WTPP. The findings of this study show that, first, rapport building with customers is important for sustainable growth management in the increasingly competitive sports and leisure service environment.

  • This paper suggests optimal location algorithm of new firm $A(F_A)^{\prime}s$ p(p$B(F_B)$ already operating q outlets of sports in the market. This algorithm selects top q nodes among $V=V{\backslash}F_B$ nodes that covers maximum nodes based on the shortest distance. Then, q nodes choose next node that has a maximum cover with inclusion-exclusion principle. At the time of same number of cardinality in q sets to pre-defined q, we select the maximum cover node set. This algorithm called by competitive algorithm. The competitive algorithm simply decides the optimal location of the outlets p=1,2,3,4 for q=5. Also, we show that the market share of competitive algorithm can be maximize.

  • Objective: This study aimed to identify the different wind speed categories and competitive level among windsurfers through GPS variables to provide the useful information on the development of training programs for enhancing windsurfers' performance. Method: Data from 69 female athletes who participated in 27 races during the 2018-2019 windsurfing season were used for the analysis. Average board speed, total race time, total distance, upwind race time, downwind race time, beam reach race time were collected through GPS. Unconfirmed data were excluded along with penalty point data. The wind conditions were classified as light, light to medium, medium, medium to heavy, and heavy wind, the competitive levels were classified as level 1, level 2, and level 3. Results: As for the average board speed, the level 1 or level 2 group showed higher board speed than the level 3 group in all wind conditions except for the light wind. The total race time and upwind race time showed less time in level 1 or level 2 group than level 3 group in all wind conditions. The total distance, downwind race time and beam reach race time showed less distance and time in level1 group than level 3 group under sufficient wind conditions. Conclusion: Our results show that the aerobic capacity to sustain pumping during upwind course in wind conditions below 15 kts effects performance. In wind conditions of 15 kts or more, indicated that the board control for the fast board speed and small distance required during up, down, beam reach courses had an effect on competition performance. This information can be provided to windsurfers and coaching as basic data for training programs to improve performance.

  • Today's professional sports teams are in a highly competitive environment with no prospects in sight. A that was considered the favorite to win a championship can suffer from a severe slump, a team that was expected to be at the bottom can achieve victory. This unexpected situation is continuing to repeat. It is also a sign of the need to look at the use of human resources and strategies in the sports industry. Accordingly, this study looks at Daegu FC soccer team, Korea's first team for citizens. A case study on human resources innovation was done. This study introduces an argument for ordinary resources (AOR) from Frey et al. (2015) for a theoretical review and a case analysis of domestic professional football. This study determines the direction of how Daegu FC should proceed. The results of the research are as follows: first, the success of harmonizing strategic and mundane resources, and second, belief in coaches. The main contribution of this research is that it presents the importance of human resources, which is one of basic tactics that sports teams should utilize. In the sports industry, where the temporality is underlined for its clear beginning and ending, teams are more likely to use diverse sports tactics to obtain superior grades, which enriches the basis of their tactics.
