The statistical method used to test the hypotheses was Structural Equation Modeling using PLS. The results of this study are follows. The moderating role of Cultural Intelligence between information seeking and information using abilities is more stronger in marketing rather than relationship adaptation. Cultural Intelligence moderates between them. Critical factors affecting Cultural Intelligence are also discussed; foreign language fluency, business travels in abroad, characteristics of the business travels, multi-lingual ability, pre-education related cultural subjects, and visit experience in foreign countries. Using the convenience sampling method of non-provability sampling, a total of 377 undergraduates from North Kyongsang Province G city were selected. Of the 377 completed questionnairescollected, a total of 354 surveys with structural equation modeling were analyzed using theSPSS 22.0 statistics program. The self-esteem, endurance, health, and flexibility factors have positive effects on improvingthe self-control efficacy factor of self-efficacy in the order of physical self-concept factors. On the other hand, the higher university students perceive that among the physical self-concepts, the physical activity factor had more negative effects on the self-regulated efficacy. The self-esteem, health, and muscle strength have positive effects on improvingthe confidence factor of self-efficacy in the order of physical self-concept factors. The more perceptive endurance than the appearance, sports competence, body fat, health, self-esteem, flexibility, muscle strength of physical self-concept, and the more influence on self-efficacy. Overall, the higher the perception of physical activity factors among the physical self-concept factors, the more negative effects on the task difficult preference.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to classify and analyze existing studies from various angles through systematic literature review of how human resources development has been researched in the domestic franchise business. These studies are intended to suggest the direction in which human resource development research should be conducted in the future in the franchise business. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is based on systematic literature review methodology. It has gone through the process of subject language setting, literature search routing, search term selection, literature selection, literature classification and literature analysis. The systematic literature review identified 59 peer-reviewed dissertations and scientific journal publications on the subject of HRD in Korea franchise business. Result - This study analyzed by research methods, research industries, research population and dependent variable using the systematic review process. The literature studied in the 2000s mainly led to research on education and training of franchise employees in beauty franchise business. In the literature studied since 2010, human resources development was mainly studied in the supervisor in the restaurant franchise business, and in the study of competence rather than education and training. According to the research methods, statistical methods were mostly relatively simple, such as t-test or one-way distribution analysis until the 2000s, and after 2010, in-depth and structural studies using multiple return analysis, structural method analysis, path analysis, multi-dimensional scale analysis, AHP, etc were conducted. When classified by study dependant, early research until the 2000s focused on the study of education and training, which is an independent variable, on the satisfaction of education programs, job satisfaction, and immersion. On the other hand, studies conducted since 2010 have produced more complex results using various medium variants, and those related to management performance and relationship performance have been mainly studied, rather than the satisfaction of the education itself. Conclusions - While the domestic franchise business is expanding in terms of quantity, such as the number of franchises and franchises, the development in terms of quality for the joint growth of franchises and franchisees is still lacking. In order for the franchisee to continue to grow with each other, the franchisee must identify and develop their current performance or expected capabilities through capacity modeling at various targets and levels.

  • This research investigates the effect of brand-self identification on brand attachment and brand commitment focusing on luxury brand. Another purpose of this study is to examine how the relationships among brand identification, brand attachment and brand committment are moderated by consumers' regulatory focus. Structural Equation Modeling using 214 questionnaires was conducted to test hypothesized model. The results reveal that perceived luxury brand personality including excitement, competence, and sophistication influences brand-self identification positively, which in turn has a signifiant positive effect on the brand attachment. It is also found that consumers' emotional attachment to luxury brands has a positive influence on the luxury brand commitment while the effect of the brand-self identification on the brand commitment is not signifiant. This finding strongly supports that brand attachment and brand commitment are distinct construct, which confirms the results of the previous studies. In addition, the results show that consumers-luxury brands relationships are moderated by consumers' regulatory focus. This finding explains that prevention-focused individuals who have interdependent self-view respond to the loss caused by relationship break more sensitively compared to the promotion-focused consumers. Finally, based on the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.
