"Donguibogam(東醫寶鑑)" is published in 1613 in Joseon(朝鮮) Dynasty, and reprinted many times in Korea, China and Japan. After publication of Donguibogam, Donguibogam became a base of Korean Medical development. Until now, Korean Oriental medical doctors make the most use of Donguibogam in clinical medicine. Donguibogam Sinhyeongjangbudo(身形藏府圖) represents Heojun(許浚)'s medical view, but there were not enough research about it. In oriental medical development, Taoism and Medicine interact each other and develop into higher grade. We searched Taoistic human body figures and medical ones which appeared before Donguibogam. We compared Donguibogam Sinhyeongjangbudo(身形藏府圖) with other figures and revealed the special features of it. Donguibogam Sinhyeongjangbudo is one of medical human body figures, but it has Taoistic features. Heojun(許浚) located Sinhyeongjangbudo at the opening of Donguibogam, and represented his medical point of view. Heojun laid emphasis on Taoistic training more than medical care in Donguibogam, and this thought is expressed in introduction of Donguibogam. Donguibogam Sinhyeongjangbudo shows Heojun(許浚)'s exact view.

The comparative influence of two nanoparticles [viz., superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPION) and nanobarium titanate (NBT)] upon the in vitro and in situ low-density polyethylene (LDPE) biodegradation efficiency of a potential polymer-degrading microbial consortium was studied. Supplementation of 0.01% concentration (w/v) of the nanoparticles in minimal broth significantly increased the bacterial growth, along with early onset of the exponential phase. Under in vitro conditions, ${\lambda}$-max shifts were quicker with nanoparticles and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) illustrated significant changes in CH/$CH_2$ vibrations, along with introduction of hydroxyl residues in the polymer backbone. Moreover, simultaneous thermogravimetric-differential thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTG-DTA) reported multiple-step decomposition of LDPE degraded in the presence of nanoparticles. These findings were supported by scanning electron micrographs (SEM), which revealed greater dissolution of the film surface in the presence of nanoparticles. Furthermore, progressive degradation of the film was greatly enhanced when it was incubated under soil conditions for 3 months with the nanoparticles. The study highlights the significance of bacteria-nanoparticle interactions, which can dramatically influence key metabolic processes like biodegradation. The authors also propose the exploration of nanoparticles to influence various other microbial processes for commercial viabilities.

Magnetic nerve stimulation treatment is much backward real condition than other field. The Positive List System was newly introduced in South Korea as of January 2007. This study aims to survey and compare perception of and attitudes toward the Positive List System in the process of new drug listing that health professionals and pharmaceutical companies have. 50 professionals and 52 companies answered the questionnaire regarding health policy environments, policy decision/enforcement process, policy effects and satisfaction related to introducing the Positive List System. SAS 9.1 was used for statistical analyses. The results showed that participants had the general sympathy with health policy environments for the introduction of the Positive List System into South Korea. However, the response rates of policy decision/enforcement process and effects were negative and these tendencies were more striking in pharmaceutical companies. As for policy satisfaction, participants marked positive responses more than negative ones. It is necessary to remedy and supplement problems with policy decision/enforcement policy and effects revealed in this study and to improve the Positive List System through gathering opinions among groups and organization concerned.

The ultimate goal of developing body is revealed the "lightweight" at latest EuroCarBody conference 2012 and the most core technology is joining process to make lightweight car body design. Accordingly, in this study, the car body assembly line for the assembly process applies to any introduction, particularly in the assembly of aluminum alloy and composite materials applied by the process for the introductory approached. Process were largely classified by welding (laser, arc, resistance, and friction stir welding), bonding (epoxy bonding) and mechanical fastening (FDS, SPR, Bolting and clinching). Applications for each process issues in the case and the applicable award was presented, based on the absolute strength of the test specimens and joining characteristics for comparative analysis were summarized. Finally, through this paper, we would tried to establish the characteristics of the joint for lightweight structure.

Korea huts been dramatically changed during the last century in many aspect of society, with the introduction of western culture in the beginning of 20th century. This study aims at understanding the changes in our traditional culture shown by costume as well as examining the aspects of the changes of traditional clothing according to age, by comparing the differences of our traditional dress Hanbok between ear1y and the late of the 20th century. Analysis of photographs showing Hanbok of both ages was used. 155 photographs of people wearing traditional Hanbok in the beginning of the 20th century were collected from the photo collection books portraying various living conditions of common people at that time. 748 Photographs of Hanbok worm today were obtained by taking pictures of various occasions like wedding ceremonies in 5 big cities during 1997. The process of analysis consists of 3 stages: setting standards, sorting, and grouping by positioning. The results showed that traditional Hanbok room in the early 20th century has maintained its basic silhouette and design during the century, but the methods of color coordination, ornamentation, construction have underdone many changes in detail. Consequently, traditional frame exits, but actually there are many variations of tradition produced by individual tastes and fashion trend. These changes show that continuing influx of the western culture which has made enormous social changes in Korea had an influence even on Hanbok.

The 21st century is witnessing the explosive increase in the usage of internet and international electronic transactions. Due to the unique characteristics of the electronic information, substantial part of such transaction can and do take the form of cross-border transactions. However, there have not been settled appropriate set of rules applicable to the international electronic transactions. Currently, in respect to e-L/C transactions in international trade, there are laws such as Electronic Transaction Basic Act in our country, E-Trade Promotion Act, E-Signature Law, Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection and Marine Charter 5 in the Commercial Law. Nevertheless, a complete legislation, that is a uniform rule for e L/C which could support e L/C transactions fully hasn't been established yet. Accordingly, those laws concerned need to improve to regulate e-L/C transactions. The purpose of this paper is to look into the national status for law readjustment to prepare for a new electronic environment and to use appropriately the e-L/C issued by electronic means, and to conduct a comparative analysis on the related regulations to introduce a pertinent laws and propose related regulations to contribute to the making of effective laws to regulate e-L/C.

This paper is designed to find and develop new concepts for the sustainable traditional village in Korea. To this end, it is necessary that concern for the traditional village should diversify and expand, and not concentrate solely on the cultural properties and architecture-oriented historic elements. In consideration of this notion, this paper suggests introduction of maintenance and management as a practical concept for the embodiment of the sustainable traditional village. This paper aims to explore the concrete maintenance and management systems of Korean and Japanese cases, to analyze differences and characteristics between the two nation\\\\`s, and through these comparisons, to suggest sustainable maintenance and management methods for the traditional village in Korea. Primary data was collected by field and interview survey on each village in the two nations several times during about a two year period. The major findings of this paper are presented in three categories--maintenance management frame, maintenance management contents, and necessary principles for progressive maintenance management, and are as follows; In the first step, suggests the basic directions, boundaries, and systems for the maintenance and management of sustainable traditional villages. And in the second step, analyzes the relationship among the contents of maintenance and management methods with focus on the village space, village attraction, and village community. Our results suggests diverse maintenance and management contents for the sustainable village maintenance and management. Finally, the basic principles for the application, and use as valuable tools for sustainable village maintenance and management, are strongly recommended.

The purpose of this study is to develop art activities using famous painting parodies in hopes of enhancing the creativity of 5-year old children. A total of 11 program activities were developed consisting of a preliminary activity (understanding the notion and ideas behind parody), introduction (view and analysis of famous paintings), development (theme selection, idea construction, and parody production), and conclusion (view and review of parody). Participants were 50 (24 in the experimental group and 26 in the comparative group) 5-year old children from a kindergarten located in G city. TTCT of Creative Thinking (TTCT: Figure A and B) was used as a research tool, and the listening abilities paintings test tool was applied to teachers of the groups. First, excluding accuracy, which is considered to be an unimportant factor in determining one's creativity, results showed positive effects on fluency, originality, abstractness, and persistence. Second, the program also showed positive effects on children's overall ability in appreciation of paintings as well as the sub factors including observation and expression, understanding painter's intention, atmosphere, materials and techniques, art elements, and attitude towards art piece.

The purpose of this study is to analyze current state of education departments in Korean universities and to find out ways to help education major students shape their future career. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the comparative analysis of the current state of education and education-related departments showed that average employment rate of education departments in 2011 was 35.0%, whereas that of related departments was 56.6%, which showed a significant difference. Second, education courses were specialized in areas such as lifelong educator qualifications, teaching certificates in morality/ethics, corporate HRD(human resource development), etc. in case of education departments. In case of education-related departments, education courses were specialized in areas such as teaching certificates in pedagogy, lifelong educator qualifications, license of school counselor, corporate HRD, etc. Though there were many overlapping areas, specialization was relatively more common and diverse in education-related departments. Next, to help students shape their future career, developments in specialized career courses, new career fields, and career education models were suggested. To give shape to the progress plans, the development of standard education courses for student careers, the introduction of certification system about course specialization, and search for the career path of teaching profession which allows utilization of the knowledge of education were suggested.
