The purpose of this study is to identify the factors determining users' acceptance of individualized virtual community. While there has been considerable research on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that has predicted whether individuals will accept and voluntarily use information systems, limitations of the TAM include the omission of an important characteristics of individual construct in the context of individualized community. Based on literature relating to the theory of reasoned action (TRA), the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and the TAM, this study extends the applicability of the TAM in a individualized community context, by adding characteristics of individual-based construct ("subjective norm", "self-efficacy", "self-presentation" and "sharing information to exchange various information") to the model. Analysis was conducted on using the structural equation modeling approach. The result supports the extended TAM in predicting users' intentions to using personalized community. Several implications for IT/IS acceptance research and individualized community service management practices are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to introduce a concept of community garden which is regarded as green and community space and to insist on a way of residents participation on plan for community garden and its necessity. For that, there were five ways of residents participation on plan for community garden based on literatured and theoretical contemplation and case studies, and these were subject to construction project of community garden in deteriorated area in Jeonju city. This study can provide improvement guidelines for the initial stage of plan for residents participation community garden.

This study tries to suggest a program that the function of a campus can be extended to its community and to be decentralized. This sort of program should be applied to the community without any trouble and be an integration type which the campus members can use actively. To make this possible we observe the activity patterns of the campus members and try to understand the motivation of the activity choice. Finally we deduce the campus activity core. Also, based on understanding the community closed to the campus, we find out what campus can contribute as a community member, not an isolated campus. Through this, the study suggests a program that community and campus devise the growth together as a companion and finally be able to extend its main functions to the community.

Recently, the rural village development projects are proceeding as enhancement of the rural landscape as the interest toward rural tourism and rural immigrant has increased. However, the projects are solely to support construction of community space and there has been a lack of community facility remodeling in term of both deterioration facilities and abandoned facilities. Thus in this study proposes rural community facility remodeling process to utilize remodeling of rural deterioration facilities and abandoned facilities. For setting rural community remodeling process, this study analysed preceding research data and suggested rural community remodeling process stage ; planning, spacial resolution, remodeling factor analysis, implementation, maintenance control, based on research data. Objectives: This study aimed to establish a linkage model involving regional responsible medical institutions after analyzing the existing conditions and deriving problems through qualitative analysis within the community care system. Methods: A total of 14 participants of this study were selected through the snowball sampling method, including 7 community care service providers and 7 service users. As for the research data, primary data were collected through interviews, and as a result of analyzing according to Aday&Anderson' model, a total of 5 catergories, 8 topics, and 22 sub theme were derived. Results: The problem derived from the interview is that division services are provided for each institution due to the absence of a key central institution of community care system, and users' commercial institutions is unclear. The second is the inconsistency between the needs and supply for community care, resulting in a possibility of delay in returning to the community after discharge. Based on these problems, it is necessary to unify it as an community care window of the Dong-community center. In addition, there is a need for public health centers to play an active role, and to establish a public-private joint system with the Health and Living Support Center to establish a model that can play a certain role. Conclusions: Therefore, based on the results of this study, it can be used as basic data when constructing community care model and applying it as an expanded model in the future.

Recently, has been the subject of high interest in rural areas. However it incite the damage to rural landscape and destruction of the locality. The reason is the economic logic that potential was ignored of community. In the meantime, has thrown out the importance to restore damaged rural landscape. So, pleasant natural environment and community resources to create value. Therefore, the purpose of this research, redefine the value of the future of rural landscape that the community design and community planning is to offer basic data. The results of study are as follows; First, the landscape that all human perception through the senses, so the community planning to landscape the locality of the formation is a very important element. Second, if it build a new building would have to find space in community. So, the plan must reflect the community and the locality, If so the landscape of th community, the building will be imbibe naturally. Third, the rural area of the rural community when planning for past, present and future should be thoroughly analyzed, and for the future direction of the community will be set up. Finally, analyzing correctly past of the community to reconfigure the rural community is very important. When configure the space of rural community, if created the new space based on original characteristic of the community, the landscape will be kept in rural community.
Researchers in Korea and elsewhere have carried out a wide variety of important research activities in their respective fields, producing valuable research results. For such diverse research results to be shared and exchanged among researchers working in the same discipline and research subject there needs to be a community environment based on free utilization of information. Against this backdrop, this study seeks to classify and reprocess the reference/factual content owned by the KISTI (Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information), a state-run distributor of information on science and technology, by the different research subjects. It also seeks to develop and provide a community model based on the concepts of open archiving and open access for the researchers specialized in the related fields of research. This community model is developed focusing on the research results from the field of bioscience, where the most extensive studies are currently being conducted. To develop the community model, this study: (a) surveys the current status of the content owned by KISTI; (b) analyzes the patterns and characteristics of biological scientific content among the KISTI-owned content; and (c) designs a web platform where researchers can freely upload/download research results.
This study examined the predisposing, enabling and need factors, based on Andersen's behavioral model, affecting intention to use community organizing services at a community welfare center. 725 people aged 20 and older who lived in Gwang-jin-gu participated in this study and multiple linear regression analyses were utilized to analyze the deputation. The results demonstrate that intention to use is primarily affected by predisposing factors, age and duration of education. Female and more educated people were significantly associated with the intention to use community organizing services. Enabling factors, reputation and image of the community welfare center significantly affect intention to use community organizing services. People are more likely to use community organizing services when there is higher reputation of the community welfare center and better image of the community welfare center. Finally, intention to use is primarily affected by welfare consciousness, a need factor. People who have liberal welfare consciousness are more likely to use community organizing services. These findings provide implications and suggestions for increasing intention to use community organizing services at a community welfare center.
