2006~2008년 동안 새만금 간척지에서 조성된 인공 염생식물 군락지와 새만금 방조제 배수갑문 수위 관리의 연관성을 밝히기 위해 배수갑문 수위특성 및 사유, 염생식물 군락지의 공간적인 분포와 형성 과정, 수위변화에 따른 염생식물 분포공간분석을 시도하였다. 배수갑문 수위조절의 특성을 분석한 결과, 파종 후 생장기의 평균수위와 연평균 수위와의 차이는 유사했으며, 연간 최저수위 및 최고수위가 파종 후 생장기에 나타났다. 3년동안 4,315만$m^2$에 염생식물 군락지가 형성되었으며 총 2,673만$m^2$에 대해 인공적인 염생식물 군락 조성이 시도되어 291만$m^2$을 제외한 표고 약 1m 이상의 2,382만$m^2$(89.1%)에 염생식물 군락지가 형성된 것으로 추정되었다. 파종지역 염생식물 군락지 형성에서 해수의 평균수위나 최저수위보다도 최고수위가 결정적인 요인으로 작용하였으며, 경운 및 토양 피막 여부가 군락지 형성의 2차적인 요인으로 작용한 것으로 보인다.

도시하천 제방사면의 다년생 초본류 군락 형성 연구를 위해 2009년 4월 중순 물억새, 억새, 띠, 수크령, 새를 식재하였다. 새는 분주를 식재하였고, 나머지 초종은 이년생 포트를 식재하였다. 식재 후 3년간 매년 2회의 잡초 제거를 통해 2011년 군락이 형성되었다. 2012년과 2013년은 잡초를 제거하지 않고 실험초종이 군락을 유지하는지 관찰하였다. 잡초를 제거한 2011년과 잡초를 제거하지 않은 2012년간, 잡초를 제거하지 않은 2012년과 2013년간 줄기수와 초장에 차이가 있는지 5월, 7월 9월의 줄기수와 초장을 활용하여 유의수준 0.05에서 t-검정을 하였다. 실험초종 모두 2012년의 줄기수가 2011년보다 적어(p<0.001) 잡초의 피해를 입었다. 억새, 띠, 수크령, 새의 초장은 2012년이 2011년보다 작아 잡초의 피해가 나타났다. 물억새의 초장은 5월과 7월에 차이를 보여 잡초의 피해를 입었으나 (p<0.001), 9월에는 차이가 없어(p=0.098) 피해를 입지 않았다. 2012년과 2013년간t-검정 결과, 새를 제외한 나머지 초종은 줄기수와 초장에 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 이들 초종은 군락이 형성된 후 잡초의 피해 없이 군락이 유지되었다. 새는 줄기수와 초장 모두 차이를 보여 잡초의 피해가 컸다. 물억새, 억새, 띠, 수크령은 군락 형성 후 잡초 제거 없이 군락이 유지되었으나, 새는 잡초의 피해가 커 군락 유지가 어려웠다. 군락 형성 및 유지, 하천경관 개선, 제방사면 보호의 관점에서 물억새, 억새, 띠가 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 부산 지역의 특급호텔에 근무하고 있는 부장급 이하의 정직원과 계약직 직원을 대상으로 서번트 리더십에 따른 팀워크가 직무 만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 문헌연구를 통하여 연구 모형을 설계하고, 가설을 도출하였다. 설문지 조사 기간은 2010년 4월 5일~4월 23일까지 각 호텔 당 60부씩 총 300부의 설문지를 배포하여 242부의 설문지가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 자료 처리는 SPSS WIN Version 12.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인 분석, 회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 서번트 리더십 요인이 팀워크 중 교류성에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 공동체 형성 요인이 팀워크 중 교류성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 팀워크 중 의사소통에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 공감대 형성, 공동체 형성 요인의 수준이 높을수록 의사소통도 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 팀워크 중 상호의존에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 공동체 형성, 청지기 의식, 비전, 구성원 성장 요인은 상호의존에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 팀워크 요인이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 모든 요인에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 호텔조직에서 리더에 대한 부하들의 긍정적 인식은 팀워크를 통한 직무 만족을 이끌어 내는 밑바탕이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The spread of internet media is accelerating companies to create their own on-line brand community as one of their marketing communication tools because of the advantages in terms of cost-saving and raising their brand loyalty. The purpose of this study was to examine how the consumer's activities in the customer self-driven on line fashion brand community ultimately affect building a structural relationship between brand attitude and brand loyalty. In order to conduct this study, on-line field survey was conducted including a series of filtering questions measuring respondent's level of the community participation. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for the structure equation modeling. The result of empirical analysis showed that the attachment and the loyalty of online community have significant influences on brand attitude and brand loyalty. Also, brand attitude partly played a role as a mediating variable in the path to influence brand loyalty. Lastly, the mediating effects of brand attitude may depend on participation level of these online fashion brand community relationships.

This study examines the current status on the supply of community facilities based on the supply criteria of present welfare facilities. Analyzing satisfaction of residents about community facilities based on physical supply criteria. The study sets up the concept and proposed trend of the related studies and distinction through the examination of previous researches. Next, the present systematical supply criteria, was used to make indication in order to propose the promotion of improvement on supply criteria for community facilities. Multi dimensional analyzing system and the satisfaction level of the community facility was used to analyze the relationship between the two. The direction of policy improvement according to the analysis is as per the following. First, it is necessary to improve supply criteria of household to guarantee the minimal amount of space. Second, specification of the minimum distance of community facility to residential area in the complex is needed. Also, the presentation of bottom boundary line of the formation area size to expand the size up to minimal level of size is needed. Third, resident exercise facility supply criteria among the community facility supply criteria need to be improved from the number of household base to the size for each household base. Forth, resident resting facility criteria among the community facility supply criteria should be changed from the present criteria of one facility per five hundred households.

This study aims to analyze community support methods and specific attainments of UR rental housing complex S in Japan and examine the present state of community formation.. UR rental housing S is part of the community revitalization support project launched by UR Urban Agency for creating exchanges among residents in the rental housing complex and in this study, the community support project from February to November 2013 was considered. As community revitalization support tasks, five types of events and exchange meetings were held. While the events and exchange meetings continued, even the residents who did not join the residents' association began to make an exchange with each other and their identity as residents enhanced, which means there was a change in the sense of community. Moreover, it is thought that a good solution to maintaining the chance for the events and exchange meetings after the support project is that residents of the younger generation actively cooperate in management as the residents' association members. 5 years after the support project, the present condition of activities of complex residents was examined, but the Residents' Association was disbanded due to the aging of residents, a growth in residents and low participation rates of the younger generation. Besides, there is a complete absence of community activities in the complex now.

This study tries to view the social and public roles of roads in urban structure in a renewed way, focusing on NakAn-Eupsung, which was a spontaneous settlement, not a designed city, of the many traditional villages. The most valuable meaning the alleys of traditional villages give us is the community of cooperation. Thus, this study tries to examine the features of the community in three major ways happening on the alleys of NakAn-Eupsung in three major ways. First, the features according to regional community; second, the features by social community; third, the features according to public community. Through this, we can understand the features of alleys within the building structure of traditional villages, and also we can have a chance to grasp the image of 'togetherness-of-the-public', long lost on contemporary alleys. In order to realize the ideal of sustainable residence, the techniques of housing complex project are continually being developed, and recently it is not hard to come across the flow of planning techniques taking especially community into consideration. At this point of time, it seems that various kinds of communities being made up on roads of traditional villages can present new directions and models to contemporary housing complex formation.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of innovative culture in early childhood education institutions on the relationship between teachers' civic consciousness and actions for building a community in order to obtain methodological information for implementation at a time when the need to build an education community has been raised. Methods: The data were collected through 275 early childhood teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers Then, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression were conducted. Results: All three variables civic consciousness, innovative culture, and actions for building a community showed a significant positive correlation. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of innovation culture, it was found that the indirect effect of teachers' civic consciousness on the actions for building a community through the innovative culture was found to be statistically significant. Conclusion/Implications: This study was found that it is important to strengthen the teacher's civic consciousness and to create an innovative culture of early childhood education institutions in order to promote actions for building an educational community of teachers. This study is meaningful in that it provided implications for the direction of teacher education and formation of an innovative culture in early childhood education institutions for the purpose building an educational community.

Purpose This study aims to identify the factors that form the social identity of metaverse community users and to investigate the processes that influence engagement behavior. Specifically, this study is to verify the structural relationship between socio-technical factors and social identity of metaverse community. Furthermore, we would figure out the role of psychological ownership and virtual assets in engagement of metaverse community members. Design/methodology/approach Hypotheses were derived through literature research and a survey was conducted for users of the metaverse community. 357 collected responses were analyzed for the structural equitation modeling(SEM) with AMOS 24.0. Findings As a result of the study, all of the proposed hypotheses were supported. As a result, it was found that technical and social perceptions of the metaverse community platform had a positive effect on social identity. Social identity affects the intention to engage in the metaverse community through psychological ownership, and its influence is reinforced by the perceived value of virtual assets.

The research tris to provide some basic data for the efficient method of human resources management and the efficiency of hospital organization by drawing how servant leadership of physical therapists has impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. As a measuring device the method of self-fill-in questionnaire survey was utilized and the correlation and regression analysis was practiced on demographic property, the relationships of 11 kinds of variables between servant leadership and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction was concerned with internal motivation, autonomy, hearing, altruistic vocation, community sense, sympathy formation, vision in the positive order, while organizational commitment was concerned with internal motivation, altruistic vocation, vision, autonomy, community sense, hearing, and sympathy formation is the positive order. Supervisors of physical therapists should try to strive to fulfill the demands of therapists in their position, suggest the vision and objectives to them, and enhance their community sense. As a result, supervisors of physical therapists can enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the position of their employees.
