일 지역 종합병원 종사자의 교육훈련 및 조직 내 커뮤니케이션이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Educational Training and Organizational Communication on Job Performance in General Hospitals)

  • Objectives : This study analyzed job performance in local area general hospitals to look for measurable effects from educational training and/or organizational communication. Methods : For the purposes of this study, a survey was conducted of general hospital employees from 29 hospitals in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The survey period was August 22 - September 30, 2016, and 1,004 responses were used in the final analysis. Results : This study revealed that certain aspects of communication (upward,downward,vertical,orinformal) had significant effects on job satisfaction, learning transfer, and general performance. Conclusions : To improve job performance in general hospitals, employers must improve overall satisfaction by improving upon job training and internal communication. Specifically, training should be better connected to learning transfer and organizational design must encourage active communication between employees.

근로자의 이직의도와 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성, 직무스트레스, 조직커뮤니케이션 및 직무 만족의 관계 (The Effect of Job Relatedness of Content in Learning, Job Stress and Organization Communication on Turnover Intention and Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 2013년도 인적자본기업패널(Human Capital Corporate Panel; HCCP) 자료를 사용하여 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성, 직무스트레스와 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무만족을 매개로 하여 근로자의 이직의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성, 직무스트레스와 조직커뮤니케이션을 독립변수, 직무만족을 매개변수 그리고 근로자의 이직의도를 종속변수로 설정하였고 Windows SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성, 직무 스트레스, 조직커뮤니케이션이 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성이 높을수록 이직의도가 낮아지는데 직무만족이 매개역할을 함으로써 더 낮출 수 있다. 셋째, 직무만족이 직무 스트레스와 이직의도와의 관계에서 매개역할을 하지만 이직의도를 낮추는데 큰 기여를 한다고 보긴 어렵다. 마지막으로, 조직커뮤니케이션이 원활하게 일어날수록 이직의도는 낮아지는데 직무만족도가 높을 경우 이직의도는 더 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 교육훈련내용과 직무스트레스 그리고 조직커뮤니케이션과 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 조직관리 측면에서 대비할 필요가 있다.

  • This study examined the effects of the Empowering Parents Training(EPT) program with emphasis on mother's parental satisfaction and communication skills and children's self-esteem and social competence. Subjects were 73 mothers and their 4th to 6th grade children in elementary schools in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Thirty-seven mother-child dyads were assigned to the education group and 36 dyads were assigned to the comparison group. Mothers in the education group received EPT in 7 sessions. Statistical methods adopted for data analyses were ANCOVA and Scheffe test. EPT had a positive effect on enhancing mothers' parental satisfaction and communication skills. EPT had some positive influence on children's self-esteem and social competence. The executive model of EPT used in this study was considered effective by the parents and lecturers.

신혼기 남녀의 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인들 (Variables Influencing Martial Satisfaction of Newly Married Men and Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the variables influencing marital satisfaction of newly married men and women who have been married for 5 years and do not have a child yet. Data were collected from 242 newly married men and women who were living in Busan. Major findings were as follows : First, newly married men were more satisfied with their marriage when they engage in frequent pleasure seeking activities, had high intimacy with parent of both families and had less communication behavior escalating marital conflict. Second, newly married women were more satisfied with their marriage when they engage in frequent pleasure seeking activities, had high intimacy with parent of both families, had mild depression, and had less communication behavior escalating marital conflict.

정보시스템 개발 프로젝트 참여 만족도 결정요인에 관한 연구: SI 프로젝트 참여인력 만족도 중심으로 (A Study on Determinants of Participants' Satisfaction in Information System Development Project: Focused on Outsourcing Project Participants' Satisfaction)

  • 아웃소싱 방식의 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트(SI 프로젝트)는 참여인력들의 만족도가 매우 낮은 것으로 알려져 있다. 이로 인해 잦은 전직과 이직, 프로젝트 참여 기피 등의 고질적인 문제가 발생하고, 프로젝트 성패에도 악영향을 미치고 있다. 참여인력들의 만족도 향상을 위해서는 프로젝트 참여만족도를 결정하는 요인들의 명확한 규명을 통한 개선이 필요하다. 프로젝트 참여만족도는 직무만족도의 일종으로 볼 수 있다. 선행연구에 의하면, 직무만족도는 직무특성과 무관한 급여, 보상, 명성 등의 일반 요인과 직무특성에 기인한 특화요인에 의하여 결정된다. 본 연구에서는 현업에서 프로젝트 참여만족도 측정에 널리 사용되는 PMI 설문에 기초하여, 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 특성에 기인하는 특화요인으로, 프로젝트 이행약정, 업무량과 업무시간, 프로젝트 통제, 조직내 의사소통, 조직간 의사소통, 방법론(프로세스) 영향도의 6가지 요인에 대하여 확인하고, 프로젝트 참여만족도 결정요인으로 적합한가에 대하여 66개 프로젝트에 참여한 390명의 데이터를 통해 검증했다. 연구 결과, 6개의 결정요인은 모두 프로젝트 참여만족도를 결정하는 요인으로 볼 수 있었다. 즉, 프로젝트 참여 인력들의 만족도는 프로젝트 이행약정과 프로젝트 통제, 의사소통, 프로젝트 방법론 등에 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 벤더 사(社) 참여인력 들의 만족도는 단순히 많은 업무량과 강한 업무강도 보다는 무리한 프로젝트 이행약정과 계획의 잦은 변경 및 불합리한 프로젝트 통제에 의하여 더욱 저해되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 참여자들의 프로젝트 참여 만족도를 신장시키고, 궁극적으로 프로젝트의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 단편적인 처방과 개선에서 벗어나 프로젝트 이행약정을 비롯한 프로젝트 특화요인들에 대한 종합적인 접근과 해결책이 필요할 것이다.

  • 민간경비 조직은 국민의 안전과 보호라는 책임을 지닌 조직으로 다른 조직과는 다른 특수성을 가진다. 민간경비조직은 업무 수행 중에 신체의 안전에 위협을 받거나, 예기치 않은 돌발 상황이 발생하거나, 무거운 책임을 지닌 조직이 가지는 보수성, 획일적이고 수직적인 상하관계 등의 특징을 지니게 되는데 이러한 특수성으로 인해 민간경비 조직 내 커뮤니케이션의 중요성은 더욱 강조된다. 이러한 민간경비조직의 다양한 특징들이 조직의 목표 달성을 위해 효과적으로 이용되기 위해서는 조직 내 구성원들의 효과적이고 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 절실히 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 민간경비조직 구성원간의 커뮤니케이션이 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 관련성을 규명하는데 있으며, 민간경비원의 조직을 이해하고 이들을 통한 업무의 효율성을 제고함은 물론 민간경비조직의 발전을 위한 그 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의를 둔다. 이에 대한 분석된 자료의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 커뮤니케이션에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회 인구 통계학적 특성에 따른 조직성과에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 커뮤니케이션은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 커뮤니케이션은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Purpose: Increasing advancements in the technology industry are forcing people to become more accustomed to digital financial transaction activities. The need for fast and secure payment mechanisms has birthing new idea to digital financial transaction services. Along with increasing access to technology in digital payments, new service is developed in the form of digital wallets as the successor for electronic money. Research design, data and methodology: This research aims to find out whether using QR code as digital payment tool can build customer loyalty in consumers, especially to measure the factors of satisfaction, trust and commitment of customers to do payments with QR Codes. The QR code in this study is refer to the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which was officially implemented by Bank Indonesia starting on January 1, 2020 as a means of payment for digital transactions nationally. The research method uses a quantitative approach by way of surveying questionnaires using Likert scale of 100 samples. Results: The hypothesis analysis proved that the variables of satisfaction, trust and commitment together have positive and significant influences on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This research found that there are high interest in Millennials to do transaction using QRIS because it is deemed to be more easy, quick and safe. If a customer achieves a level of loyalty in the usage of digital transaction using QRIS then cashless society lifestyle can be considered successful and can be used in the future.

패션수입업체의 내부마케팅 요인이 판매원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Internal Marketing Factors in Import Apparel Company on Job Satisfaction)

  • The main purpose of this research is to investigate the present circumstances of internal marketing in domestic apparel-import company and study if the internal marketing activities in import apparel company have a significant effect on salespersons' job satisfaction. As a preliminary investigation, the interviews with 6 expert salespersons of imported apparel company were taken to develop a practical measuring tool. As a result, 21 categories which effect on internal marketing and 6 factors which influence on job satisfaction were extracted. Next, a survey with the salespersons who work in apparel-import company was taken, and 186 collected data were used in this study. To analyze the data, factor analysis, frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis are executed by a statistics package, SPSS v12.0. The results are as follows. First, five factors which effect on internal marketing activities in have been identified as welfare, incentives, employment & training, communication, empowerment. Among them, four factors of welfare, incentives, employment & training, and communication have been come out as statistically significant factors which influenced on salesperson's job satisfaction. Second, the internal marketing activities of import apparel company according to salesperson's demographic factors - payment, working periods, and marriage have been demonstrated significant difference on salespersons' job satisfaction. When the marriage is examined, the job satisfaction of the single mostly depends on incentives while that of the married does on welfare. On the consideration of working periods, the less does the group have working experience, the more does it have a dependence on incentives. On the other hand, the group which has much payment and experience mostly relies on welfare. The middle class show to be dependent on communication and employment&training as well as welfare and incentives.

조사자에 따른 환자만족도 조사결과의 차이분석 (The Difference in Patient Satisfaction Scores According to a Questionnaire Delivered by Hospital Staff and by Independent Surveyors)

  • Background : To study any interference of demonstrated in different patient satisfaction scores for the same questionnaires handled by hospital staff and by independent surveyors, respectively. Methods : This study included 728 subjects who were admitted to a university hospital from June 22 to July 1, 1999. The contents of the questionnaire were composed of six dimensions: hospital structure and process, staffs technical competence and humaneness, information & education and communication. Measurements were performed on a 5-score Likert scale. T-test and logistic regression analysis were also performed. Results : In an outpatient survey, satisfaction scores from a questionnaire delivered by hospital staff were significantly higher than independent surveyors for the dimension of communication, but no differences were shown among other dimensions. In an inpatient survey, satisfaction scores by hospital staff were higher for the process and communication dimensions(p<0.05). In particular, in both the inpatient and outpatient surveys, the difference of satisfaction scores for personnel items were significant between groups. After adjustment for age and sex those differences were significant between groups. Conclusion : To minimize the bias on questionnaire survey, the effects of personnel, who deliver and gather the questionnaire should be carefully considered in the evaluation of health service satisfaction.

한국 농수산물 수출업체의 무역보험상품 이용에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical Study on the Use of Trade Insurance by Korea Agricultural and Marine Products Trading Companies)

  • Export and import of food, agriculture, forestry, fishery products are suffering from low growth rate due to the European financial crisis, global recession, and Japan's 2012 export expansion following the aftermath of 2011 earthquake. Upon the signing and enactment of Free Trade Agreement with the U.S. and the EU, agriculture and fishery product have become the center of attention. Agriculture and fishery was reported to be 80million dollars, 1.46% of total national export, in 2012. Starting from2000, South Korea's government began its effort to expand agriculture and fishery export and as a result, export has steadily increased despite decreased consumption led by global recession. K-Sure has started an insurance program with the purpose of promoting SME business's export. It protects SME business against risk arising from credit, emergency, bad debt, and domestic price increase. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of K-Sure's insurance program via surveying SME businesses in the agriculture and fishery industry. Also this study will identify key service factors for SME businesses and explore ways to expand SME exports of agriculture and fishery by analyzing consumer satisfaction index. Results indicated service product quality factor, service communication quality factor, and social quality factor was key to improving consumer satisfaction for SME businesses in agriculture and fishery industry. Service product quality factor had a negative effect on consumer satisfaction in term of variety and results indicated that service communication quality factor's responsiveness element had minimal impact on consumer satisfaction. Conversely, all elements for social quality factor had positive effects on consumer satisfaction. Thus, leading to the conclusion that improvements in service product quality factor and service communication quality factor will indeed increase consumer satisfaction.
