가족기능, 부모-자녀 의사소통, 가족만족도와 청소년의 게임사용간의 상관성 (Family Function, Parent-Child Communication, and Family Satisfaction Influencing Game Use among Korean Adolescents)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore the influential factors of family function, parent-child communication, and family satisfaction on Korean adolescents game use. Methods: The participants were 940 adolescents in Seoul. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data. The study variables were family function, parent-child communication, family satisfaction, and game use. Results: Game use was different by gender, age, time to spend in game during weekdays and weekend. Game use had significant negative correlations with family cohesion, family adaptability, communication with father, communication with mother, and family satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis showed that 20.3% of the game use was explained by gender, communication with mother, hours of playing games during weekdays, family adaptability, and hours of playing games during weekend. Conclusions: These results suggest that being male and lack of communication with mother, low family adaptability, game hours during weekdays and weekend can be potential risk factors for excessive game use in the adolescents, which should by considered in developing a prevention program for excessive game use focused on family factors.

의료기관 정규직과 비정규직의 직무만족 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Job Satisfaction between Regular and Non-Regular Workers in Hospitals)

  • Background: The purposes of this study is to analysis the differences of the job satisfaction between regular and non-regular workers in hospitals. Methods: The samples used for data analysis are 632 workers of 6 hospitals using a standardized questionnaires in B, C, D, and G provinces. In research methodology, all the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: In case of regular workers, communication, working conditions and employee benefit, and education were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. In case of non-regular workers, empowerment, reward systems, communication, working conditions, and employee benefit had a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion: These results showed that hospitals needed to reinforce communication, working conditions and employee benefit to regular and non-regular workers in order to improve job satisfaction. Especially, more empowerment, working conditions, and employee benefit should be given to non-regular workers.

  • A Study on the strategic methods for internal marketing of Family Restaurant. We know that customer satisfaction in measuring the effect of marketing performance on employees in service industry. There are four strategies of internal marketing for service-employee, which are participation-promotion and manner-management of employee, classification to employee, communication strategy, motivation environment for employee. First, communication, sales and service technology of employee can be developed and improved through the education and training. Second, company can make better achievement by classifying life-style and individual desire. Third, communication strategy can improve service quality by development of team-work through the confidence and joint-responsibility. Fourth. the company make environment which employee can compete by offering incentive fairly and properly. In the conclusion, when employees serve customers in a depressed attitude, they neglect service process and bring about customer non-satisfaction. This have negative effect on external customer satisfaction in the short term. And so that customer-satisfaction can't exist without employee-satisfaction. that is job-satisfaction is the goal of company. therefore study about internal marketing action should be go on.

입원환자가 인지하는 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 관계에 영향을 미치는 간호사 의사소통 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Nurse's Communication on the Relationship between Nursing Needs and Nursing Satisfaction in hospital patients.)

  • 본 연구는 입원환자의 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 차이를 줄이고 간호만족도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 의사소통 유형을 파악하며, 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 관계에서 의사소통에 대한 매개효과를 확인하여 간호서비스 향상을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구는 IRB 승인 후 대학병원 입원환자 180명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 자료가 수집되었다. 자료수집 기간은 대상으로 2017년 4월부터 6월까지 이었고, SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 통해 자료분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 대상자가 인지하는 간호사 의사소통 유형은 $3.88{\pm}0.52$점이었고, 대상자가 인지하는 간호요구도 $3.93{\pm}0.55$점으로 간호만족도 $3.74{\pm}0.58$점에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 대상자의 간호요구도는 입원병실에 따라 간호사 의사소통과 간호만족도의 유의한 차이를 나타내었고, 간호사 의사소통와 간호요구도(r=.286, p<.001), 간호사 의사소통과 간호만족도(r=.524, p<.001), 간호요구도와 간호만족도(r=.488, p<.001)에서 유의한 정적인 관계를 나타내었다. 입원환자가 인지하는 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 관계에서 간호사 의사소통은 부분매개효과가 있었다(Sobel test Z=2.450, p=.014). 이상의 결과를 토대로 간호사를 위한 지속적인 의사소통 강화교육 프로그램개발과 입원병실의 사생활보호를 강화하고 환자와 간호사가 의사소통을 충분히 할 수 있도록 간호인력을 충분히 확보하려는 노력이 필요하다.

고충실도 시뮬레이션을 활용한 심정지 응급간호교육이 간호 대학생의 의사소통 자기 효능감, 의사소통능력 및 교육만족도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of High Fidelity Simulation-Based Education on Communication Self-Efficacy, Communication Competence and Educational Satisfaction in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 고충실도 시뮬레이션을 활용한 심정지 응급간호교육을 적용한 후 간호 대학생의 의사소통 자기 효능감, 의사소통능력 및 교육만족도에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 사후 설계이다. 2021년 10월 28일부터 11월 18일까지 4주 동안 A시 소재 대학에 재학 중인 간호 대학생 4학년 42명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, x2 test, independent t-test를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 고충실도 시뮬레이션 기반 교육 후 간호 대학생의 의사소통 자기 효능감(t=2.87, p=.007), 의사소통능력(t=2.96, p=.005), 교육만족도(t=4.75, p=<.001)는 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 고충실도 시뮬레이션을 활용한 심정지 응급간호교육이 간호 대학생의 의사소통 자기 효능감, 의사소통능력, 교육만족도를 향상시키는데 효과적이었다.

청소년의 우울과 자살생각과의 관계에 대한 부모-자녀 의사소통방식과 학교생활만족도의 중재효과 (The Moderated Effect of Parent-Adolescent Communication Style and School Life Satisfaction on the Relationship between Depression and Suicidal Ideation among Adolescents)

  • The present study examined the effect of parent-adolescent communication style and school life satisfaction on the relationship between depression and suicidal ideation among adolescents. The participants were 1,099 middle school and high school students in Chungnam province. The instruments used were the 'Parent-Adolescent Communication Inventory', 'The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale', 'Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire', and 'School Life Satisfaction Scale'. The collected data were analyzed by t test, F test, the Scheff$\'{e}$ test for a post hoc test, Pearson's productive correlation, hierachical multiple regression, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for reliability by SPSS program(18.0 version). The results were as follows: First, there were significant differences in parent-adolescent open communication style, school life satisfaction, and suicidal ideation by school level, and in the relationship with the teacher in school life satisfaction by gender. Second, the more depressed they were, the more they had suicidal ideation by school level and gender. Also, the more they communicated openly with their parents and the more satisfied they were with their school life, the less depressed they were and the lower degree of suicidal ideation they had. Finally, there were significant effects of both parent-adolescent communication style and school life satisfaction on the relationship between depression and suicidal ideation among adolescents.

부부 의사소통 유형과 부부 성만족도의 관계 (The Relations between Types of Communication of Married Couples and Their Sexual Satisfaction)

  • 부부의 성만족도는 결혼생활 및 삶의 만족을 예언하는 중요한 변인이다. 또한 부부간의 성관계는 부부 상호간의 신체적, 정서적 상호작용으로서 평소 부부의 의사소통 유형과 밀접한 관련이 있을 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 부부간의 성만족도에 중요한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 부부의 의사소통 유형을 부부 상호작용의 관점에서 조사하였다. 서울과 경기, 강원 일부지역(원주)에 거주하는 부부 688명(344쌍)을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과, 부부의 의사소통 유형과 부부 성만족도 사이에 유의미한 관계가 발견되었다. 언어적 표현을 많이 사용하는 개방형 의사소통을 할수록 높은 수준의 감정을 노출하는 고정서형 의사소통을 할수록 부부의 성만족도가 높았다. 전반적으로, 부인이 개방적이고 높은 수준의 감정을 노출하는 의사소통을 할수록 부부의 성만족도는 상대적으로 높았으며, 그 중에서도 남편이 의사소통에 적극적일 수록 부부의 성만족도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

박물관의 전시소통매체가 방문객의 만족도와 재방문에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (Subject: A Study on the Influence of Exhibition Communication Media on a Visitor's Satisfaction and Re-visit)

  • This study empirically analyzed the influence of media on a visitor's satisfaction and re-visit by setting up 5 sorts of exhibition media as text, docent, virtual museum, website and Smartphone App based on practical exchange and communication between a visitor and an exhibition provider. The research results are as follows: First, all these 5 sorts of media suggested by this study were found to be able to have an influence on a visitor's satisfaction and re-visit. Second, it was found that the factors preferentially affecting a visitor's satisfaction and re-visit were 'Docent' and 'Website' factors. Accordingly, it is judged that it's necessary to more preferentially consider 'Docent' and 'Website' factors than the other factors in order to increase a visitor's satisfaction and re-visit. Third, it's possible to interpret that the bigger a visitor's satisfaction, the higher a visitor's intention to re-visit through the verification that a visitor's satisfaction will have a significant influence on a visitor's re-visit. The implication of this study lies in the fact that this study attempted at an integrated approach by analyzing the relative size of the influence through across-the-board suggestion of influential factors on a museum visitor's satisfaction and re-visit.

보육시설 조직커뮤니케이션과 갈등, 몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Teacher' Perception of Organizational Communication, Conflict, Commitment in Child Care Center)

  • This purpose of this study was to understand how organizational communication affects organizational conflict and commitment. This study was based on a questionnaire survey of 238 teachers working in kindergartens and childcare centers in all parts of Korea except Jeju-do. This research used the following tools: the organizational communication scale, the organizational conflict scale, and the organizational commitment scale. The results were as follows: First, satisfaction with organizational communication showed statistically significant effects(${\beta}$ = -.529, p < .001) on organizational conflict. Secondly, organizational conflict had a negative correlation(${\beta}$ = -.398, p < .001) with organizational competence. Third, organizational conflict had a moderating effect between organizational communication satisfaction and the organizational commitment. Fourth, communication satisfaction had a moderating effect between organizational conflict and organizational commitment.

  • 최근 온라인, 모바일, SNS플랫폼 등 디지털 기기를 이용한 상거래에 있어 사회간접자본으로서 온라인 거래의 신뢰와 기업 차원에서 기업 신뢰가 무엇보다 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국소비자원의 소비자 정책지표의 데이터를 이용하여 디지털 소비여건 신뢰와 기업의 책임 신뢰가 정보통신 제품과 서비스의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 디지털 소비여건 신뢰와 기업의 책임 신뢰가 정보통신기기 만족도와 정보통신 서비스 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 디지털 소비여건 신뢰보다 기업의 책임 신뢰가 정보통신기기 만족도와 정보통신 서비스 만족도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 향후 연구를 위한 제언 등을 제시하였다.
