Recently, various in-vehicle networks have been developed respectively in order to accomplish their own purpose such as CAN and MOST. Various electronic devices for vehicle are controllable by the advent of networks attached to the vehicle. However, the networks also come with a variety of unique features in each network-specific communication which creates difficulty using and supporting the interoperable services among the networks. To solve this problem, each network needs a standard integration framework. In this paper, a framework is proposed and implemented. It consists of a standard protocol using XML to improve compatibility and portability. The framework makes each network interoperable by applying unique information and messages of the network in the XML standard document. The results obtained by implementation show that the framework supports the efficient communication of data between heterogeneous invehicle networks.

This study examines the use of electronic databases (e-databases) by faculty members of the Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU). The study used a descriptive research method. Copies of the questionnaire were used for the data collection. Due to the manageable population, no sampling method was used in this study. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM-SPSS 21.0) was used for data analysis. The results showed that most faculty members were aware of the availability of databases in the library. Additionally, the findings established that Emerald, as well as Taylor and Francis, were ranked highly in terms of availability and accessibility. The study identified problems such as difficulty in downloading information as well as poor internet connectivity. Based on the results, the study recommended that library management should address all the challenges that users encounter as soon as possible.

Many learners on E-learning databank based selection system making self-directed progress with learning by diagnosis oneself based on automatically selection questions using degrees of difficulty. This methods is most important to choose a questions using right a way for effective self-directed learning progress of learners. This paper present new question selection algorithms consider for degree of difficulty, scope of learning and keyword of questions according to examination type. This algorithm providers more effective learning diagnosis methods as compared with previous algorithm consider for only degrees of difficulty.

Visible light communication technology is being studied and developed in various ways due to advantages such as high transmission speed, excellent positioning and higher security. However, existing visible light communication systems have difficulties in entering the market because they use special transmitters and receivers. We will overcome the difficulty if we develope a VLC system that uses a conventional LED light as a transmitter and a smartphone camera as a receiver. What matters is that LED lights include a scatter filter to prevent glareness for human eyes, but the existing VLC(Visual Light Communication) method can not be applied. In this paper, we propose a method to encode data with On / Off patterns of LEDs in the lighting with $M{\times}N$ LEDs. We defined parameters like L-off-able and K-seperated to facilitate the recognition of On / Off patterns in the diffused Lights. We conducted experiments using an LED lighting and smart phones to determine the parameter values. Also, the maximum transmission rate of our encoding technique is mathematically presented. Our encoding scheme can be applied to indoor and outdoor positioning applications or settlement of commercial transactions.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between parenting attitudes and martial intimacy and was to examine the mediating effect of marital communication in order to provide effective help to improve marital intimacy of middle-aged married women who have difficulty in marital relationship. Method: The subjects of this study were 229 married women aged 40-59. Statistical analysis of this study was performed using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, Pearson 's correlation analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between parenting attitude, marital intimacy, and marital communication and the results were statistically significant. Second, the three - step hierarchical regression analysis proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986) was conducted to examine the mediating effect of marital communication on the relationship between parenting attitudes and marital intimacy, it was confirmed that marital communication was partially mediated between parenting attitudes and marital intimacy. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it was confirmed that marital communication was partially mediated between parenting attitudes and marital intimacy.

When a distress is happened, it is common for sufferers ask help by using cellular phones or radio communication. The sufferers, however, are usually not familiar with the area where they are located, and Embarrassed by the situation. It is ever more difficult for the suffers to provide the detailed information for their current position. Due to their difficulty, it takes more time to seek the sufferers, where leaves more difficulty and ever loss of life. Subsequently, a chasing system is required to position sufferers effectively to minimize suffering damage during distress. In this study, it is aimed to develop a chasing system to position suffers rapidly during distress situation.

In this paper, we have developed the MHDA scheme for data association. This scheme is important in providing a computationally feasible alternative to complete enumeration of JPDA which is intractable. We have proved that given an artificial measurement and track's configuration, MHDA scheme converges to a proper plot in a finite number of iterations. Also, a proper plot which is not the global solution can be corrected by re­initializing one or more times. In this light, even if the performance is enhanced by using the MHDA, we also note that the difficulty in tuning the parameters of the MHDA is critical aspect of this scheme. The difficulty cat however, be overcome by developing suitable automatic instruments that will iteratively verify convergence as the network parameters vary.

The additional mechanism is required to set up a secure connection among the communication subjects in the internet environment. Each entity should transfer and receive the encrypted and hashed data to guarantee the data integrity. Also, the mutual authentication procedure should be processed using a secure communication protocol. Although the OpenSSL which implements the TLS is using by many developers and its stability and performance are proved, it has a difficulty in using because of its large size. So, this paper designs and implements the secure communication which the users can use easily by modification works of OpenSSL library API. We proved the real application results using the client/server case which supports a secure communication using the implemented API.

As the software industry develops at a rate speed, anyone can copy or plagiarize without difficulty contents that are becoming digitalized. To make it worse, the development of various contents that be illegally copied and plagiarized are resulting in the increasing infringement on and the plagiarism of the intellectual property. This dissertation tries to put forth the method and the theory to effectively detect any plagiarism of the source code of programs realized in various languages. This dissertation analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of the plagiarism test software, and especially, presents a method to detect possible plagiarism by using the Pattern Matching to overcome its disadvantage. And it also intends to introduce more developed automatic detection system by overcoming the problems with the method of Pattern Matching.

In this paper a low signal reduction communication system that does not use the communication line but power line is presented It will be very useful for an information-oriented society with tele-metering and home automation. The conventional system has a difficulty in transmitting information due to decreasing communication voltage. The proposed system employs a special type switching amplifier system which has a low inner resistance and uses high efficient ferrite core in coupling circuit. This new system is proposed to reduce the loss of conductor load and coupling circuit in a PLC system.
