귀농귀촌에 대한 원주민의 인식과 욕구 (Awareness and Needs of Original Inhabitants on Urban to Rural Migration)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 귀농귀촌에 대한 원주민의 인식과 욕구를 살펴보고, 그 결과를 기초로 원주민의 입장이 고려된 귀농귀촌정책 사업들을 제언하는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 귀농귀촌에대한 원주민의 경험을 심층적으로 파악함으로써 귀농귀촌에 대한 원주민의 인식과 욕구를 면밀히 알아보기 위해 초점집단인터뷰 방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 원주민이 느끼는 '상대적 박탈감', '귀농귀촌의한계와 어려움', '성공적인 정착을 위한 방안'과 같이 총 3개의 상위범주로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통한 구체적인 함의는 첫째, 원주민이 인식하는 귀농귀촌은 정부정책의 불만과 귀농귀촌인의 태도가 귀농귀촌에 대한 부정적 인식을 조성하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 귀농귀촌의 한계와 어려움으로서 경제적 어려움과 안정적인 농작물 경작 및 농사기술 습득의 어려움 등이 나타났다. 셋째, 원주민이 생각하는 귀농귀촌인과의 관계형성 및 소통과 화합에 대한 인식으로는 원활한 관계형성을 위해 귀농귀촌인들과 직접적인 소통을 하고 정보를 교환할 수 있는 모임의 활성화와 소통과 협업을 위해 귀농귀촌인들이 농촌문화를 이해하고 배우려는 자세와 노력이 필요하다는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 귀농귀촌과관련된 정보제공 및 지원을 위한 구심점 역할을 하는 기관이 부족함을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 원주민이 생각하는 귀농귀촌인의정착을 위한 방안들이 도출되었다. 여섯째, 귀농귀촌인의정착과 원주민과의 관계증진이 함께 이루어질 수 있게끔 원주민들이 귀농귀촌인의 멘토가 되는 것이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

  • Rapidly changing healthcare environment and professional nursing practice need a strategy for the organizational development and goal attainment. An understanding of organizational culture could help managers enhance or expend their management strategy, thus increasing the probability of their success in the organization. On the other hand. organizational culture is an abstract concept and can show several views between sciences applying it. Therefore. organizational culture can be described to different ways with roots in each other discipline. Thus. it is necessary to define the concept of organizational culture in nursing perspective. This article reports a study conducted to analyze the concept of Nursing Service Organizational Culture. This study is performed by the guideline of Walker and Avant for concept analysis : selecting a concept. detering aim of analysis, identifying all use of concept. defining attributes. constructing model. contrary, borderline. related cases. identifying antecedents and consequences. According to the results of this study. the following definition attributes of Nursing Service Organizational Culture was suggested. We could define that nursing service organizational culture is the pattern of basic assumption and common belief that shared by the subordinates of nursing service. So, it provides a shared identity for all employees. Attributes of Nursing Service Organizational Culture were defined as (1) it is performed by the result of the interaction through formal. informal communication among nursing service organizational subordinations. (2) it has been performed unconsciously and reacts without ever thinking about the behavior. (3) it makes a unique pattern of behaviors to each nursing organization. which is different from other groups. (4) it has a broad and subtle forces to its subordinates. (5) it provides subordinates with the way of thought and behavior. (6) it influences on the output. stability. and de velopment of nursing service.

가출 청소년의 비행 경험에 대한 해석적 연구 (An Interpretive Study on Delinquency Experiences of Runway Youths)

  • 본 연구는 가출 청소년의 비행화 과정을 해석적으로 연구함으로써 청소년이 가출 후 비행 행동을 하게 되는 과정을 단계적으로 구성하고 그 사회적 맥락을 밝혀내려 하였다. 청소년이 가출 후 경험하는 상황과 비행 행동이 나타나는 사회적 과정에 대하여 깊이 있는 이해를 얻으며, 이러한 이해를 토대로 이들의 비행 문제를 예방하고 대처하기 위한 서비스 방향을 제시하려 하였다. 연구를 위해 가출 경험이 있는 청소년 11명을 심층인터뷰 하였으며, Denzin(1989)이 제시한 해석적 상호작용주의의 분석 절차에 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 가출 청소년의 비행화 과정은 다섯 단계로 출연하였다. 즉, 청소년은 가출 직후 아는 사람을 통하여 생존의 문제를 해결하다가, 새로운 관계를 형성하여 도움을 받고, 점차 독립적으로 생계의 대안을 탐색하는 과정을 거쳐, 비행적 생계 방식을 배우고, 결국 비행으로 홀로 서는 과정을 경험하고 있었다. 이 비행화의 과정은, 청소년이 생존의 방법을 찾는 행위이고, 거리라는 환경에서 성장하는 의미를 가지며, 소통이 단절된 사회 속에서, 그러면서도 사람과의 관계 속에서 진행되는 과정으로 해석되었다. 그러므로 가출 청소년의 문제는 개인이나 가정의 책임으로 국한하여 대처할 것이 아니라, 청소년이 사죄 안에서 생존을 위한 대안을 발견하고 자신의 어려움을 소통하며 안전하게 성장할 수 있도록 사회적 서비스가 구축되어야 함이 제언되었다.

과학계 박물관 전시공간의 흡입력과 지속력 분석(II) - 전시영역별 연출매체의 분포특성 분석을 중심으로 - (Analysis on Attraction Power and Holding Power of Exhibition Areas at Science Museum(II) - Focused on Analysis on Exhibition Method of Exhibition Spaces -)

  • This study analyzed visitors' behaviors in the viewpoint of Attraction Power and Holding Power of exhibits on the basis of exhibition layout of real science museums. Through the analysis, the study grasped efficiency of analysis index and exhibition environment elements which might have an effect on planning the exhibition space of a large-scale museum and producing detailed ranges of exhibition. The main indicators used are: 1. Attraction Power: it indicates the relative incidence of people who have stopped in front of an object/exhibit during the exhibition tour. It is calculated by dividing the number of people who stop by the total number of people who have visited the museum or gallery. 2. Holding Power: it measures the average time spent in front of an information/communication element. It is calculated by dividing the average time of stay by the time "necessary" to read an element. As a result of analyzing the exhibition areas of National Science Museum (Daejeon) and National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation(Tokyo), the Holding Power was found to be relatively lower than the Attracting Power. This means that 3.5 out of 10 visitors stop in front of the exhibit in 6 exhibition areas, and among these, only 1/10 is used when compared to the user required time of the exhibits. In other words, like the method of deriving an analysis index, the stage of viewing can be categorized as Attracting Power and Holding Power, and because the stage from Attracting Power to the stage of Holding Power are strongly linked, it shows that it is not easy to display a meaningful result. Except, the general distribution of Attracting Power was shown to be high from the entrance area of the exhibition hall based on the standard of viewing sequence. Also, the Holding Power became sequentially lower according to the sequence of exhibition viewing and displayed a meaningful interrelationship with the distribution ratio of island exhibits. In the case of island exhibition method, it is less influenced by the movement flow of visitors when compared to the wall type method of exhibition and can be understood as an exhibition method that provides spatial chances enabling stopping and viewing.

B2C 마이크로블로깅을 통한 고객참여 메커니즘의 이해 (Understanding Customer Participation Behavior via B2C Microblogging)

  • Social network services based on openness, connectedness, and mass participation are reshaping many aspects of how companies conduct business and create value for their customers. For instance, Facebook and Twitter are expected to play a pivotal role as a new communication channel through which companies-forge close relationships with their customers for co-creation of value for mutual benefits. Given the potential of social network services, it is not surprising that many companies have strategically invested in social network services to reach out to customers. Despite the growing interest in social network services as a platform to connect companies and their customers, few guidelines exist about how managers can effectively utilize social network services in forging relationships with their customers. As such, scholars should pay greater attention to how firms can successfully develop relationships with their customers on social network services. In particular, this study employs the S-O-R (stimulus-organism-response) framework as a theoretical lens to develop a research model that explains customers' participation in the value co-creation platform that companies opened on Twitter. According to the S-O-R framework, certain types of individuals' behaviors can be best understood based on a causal link from environmental stimulus to organism, and response. We apply the S-O-R framework to understand how ubiquitous connectivity (stimuli) can influence customers' experience (organism) with companies on Twitter, which in turn influence their participation behavior (response). Two steps have been undertaken to empirically test the research model. First, we conducted a content analysis of tweets written by customers who follow companies on Twitter. As a result, we found event/promotion participation, company support, and giving feedback as three specific types of customer participation behavior. Second, we conducted a web-based survey to test research hypotheses in the research model. Participations in the survey were solicited to customers who followed companies on Twitter. As a result, a total of 115 respondents have completed the survey. Data were analyzed using the partial least square (PLS) technique. The results of data analysis suggest that ubiquitous connectivity (stimuli) had strong positive effects on perceive usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and perceived intimacy (organism). Perceived intimacy showed positive effects on customer participation behavior (response), such as event participation, company support, and giving feedback. Perceived enjoyment was found to have strong positive effects on company support and giving feedback. On the other hand, perceived usefulness did not have significant impacts on the three types of customer participation behavior.

임상실습 중 간호대학생에 대한 폭력: 폭력에 대한 경험, 인식, 대응 및 대처 (Violence against Nursing Students during Clinical Practice: Experiences, Perception, Responses and Coping with Violence)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생이 임상실습 중 경험하는 폭력, 폭력에 대한 반응과 차후 행동을 알아내기 위함이다. 조사연구가 실시되었고, 자료는 2012년 4월 30일부터 7월 6일까지 수집되었다. 4개 도시의 6개 대학에서 290명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 자기설문방식이 사용되었다. 약 91%의 학생들이 폭력을 당하였다. 언어적 폭력(85.2%)이 가장 빈번하게 맞닥뜨리는 폭력의 종류였고, 신체적 위협(74.8%), 성폭력(41.0%), 신체적 폭력(26.2%)의 순서였다. 참가자들은 환자 또는 환자 가족, 의사 및 간호사와 같은 임상스탭에 의해 학대를 당하였다. 간호대학생은 폭력에 노출된 이후 생리적 또는 사회적인 면보다는 심리적인 면에서 더 부정적으로 반응하였다. 대부분의 학생들의 대처 행동은 "폭력을 가한 사람에게 반응하지 않고, 임상실습을 지속함 (51.7%)"이었고, 이러한 반응은 폭력을 경험한 후의 대처행동에서 가장 빈번하게 사용되었다(79.5%). 간호대학생이 임상 현장에서 경험하는 폭력을 예방할 수 있도록 하는 전략이 수립되어야하며, 학생들은 교육 과정에서 폭력에 대처할 수 있는 의사소통 및 방법과 관련된 정보를 제공 받을 수 있어야 한다.

정족수 제어효소와 biofouling 제어 (Quorum Quenching Enzymes and Biofouling Control)

  • 정족수 인식 체계라 불리는 세균들의 세포간 의사교환 전략은 다양한 유전자의 발현조절을 통해, 생물막 성숙, 세포 외 고분자물질의 생산, 병원성 발현 및 항생제 생산 등과 같은 다양한 표현형을 조절하는 세균의 다세포성 행동 양식을 제어한다. 다수의 연구에 의하면 많은 종류의 그람 (Gram)음성 세균들이 정족수 인식체계에 필요한 신호전달 물질로 acyl-homoserine lactones (AHLs)를 사용하고 있으며, 이들은 생물막 형성에 중요한 인자로 작용함을 시사하였다. 이러한 정족수 인식체계에 의한 생물막의 형성은 물이 존재하는 모든 표면환경에서 불필요한 바오매스 축적이라는 심각한 기술적, 경제적 문제를 초래하고 있다. 최근 정족수 인체 체계를 교란하는 다수의 물질들이 다양한 미생물로부터 발견되어, 그들의 정족수 인식 체계와 관련된 주요 기능과 기작들이 밝혀지고 있다. 이러한 정족수 제어 물질들은 최근 다양한 산업에서 발생하는 생물 부착현상들을 제어할 수 있는, 환경 친화적이며 세균의 항생제 다재 내성을 완화 시킬 수 있는 새로운 방법으로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 세균의 정족수 인식 체계와 관련된 최근 정보, 정족수 인식 신호를 제어할 수 있는 정족수 제어 효소와 이러한 기술을 이용한 생물 부착 저해 방법 등을 논의하고자 한다.

국내 원자력발전소 인적오류 저감을 위한 Crew Resource Management 교육훈련체계 개발 (Development of a Crew Resource Management Training Program for Reduction of Human Errors in APR-1400 Nuclear Power Plant)

  • The nuclear power industry in the world has recognized the importance of integrating non-technical and team skills training with the technical training given to its control room operators to reduce human errors since the Three Mile Island and Chernobyl accidents. The Nuclear power plant (NPP) industry in Korea has been also making efforts to reduce the human errors which largely have contributed to 120 nuclear reactor trips from the year 2001 to 2006. The Crew Resource Management (CRM) training was one of the efforts to reduce the human errors in the nuclear power industry. The CRM was developed as a response to new insights into the causes of aircraft accidents which followed from the introduction of flight recorders and cockpit voice recorders into modern jet aircraft. The CRM first became widely used in the commercial airline industry, but military aviation, shipboard crews, medical and surgical teams, offshore oil crews, and other high-consequence, high-risk, time-critical industry teams soon followed. This study aims to develop a CRM training program that helps to improve plant performance by reducing the number of reactor trips caused by the operators' errors in Korean NPP. The program is; firstly, based on the work we conducted to develop a human factors training from the applications to the Nuclear Power Plant; secondly, based on a number of guidelines from the current practicable literature; thirdly, focused on team skills, such as leadership, situational awareness, teamwork, and communication, which have been widely known to be critical for improving the operational performance and reducing human errors in Korean NPPs; lastly, similar to the event-based training approach that many researchers have applied in other domains: aircraft, medical operations, railroads, and offshore oilrigs. We conducted an experiment to test effectiveness of the CRM training program in a condition of simulated control room also. We found that the program made the operators' attitudes and behaviors be improved positively from the experimental results. The more implications of the finding were discussed further in detail.

뇌 기반 학습원리를 적용한 유아디자인교육 활동이 유아의 창의성과 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Early Childhood Design Education Program Activities Based on Brain-Compatible Learning Principles)

  • 본 연구는 뇌 기반 학습 원리를 적용한 유아디자인교육 활동이 유아의 창의성과 친사회적 행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 실험집단 연구대상은 K광역시에 위치한 I유치원 만 5세반 유아 17명, 비교 집단의 연구대상은 S유치원 만 5세반 유아 19명이다. 실험집단 유아들에게는 8주 동안 16회에 걸쳐 뇌 기반 원리를 적용한 유아디자인교육 활동을 적용하였고, 비교집단은 연령별 만 5세 누리과정에 기초한 미술 교육 활동을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 뇌 기반 원리를 적용한 유아디자인교육 활동을 한 실험집단 유아들이 비교집단 유아들보다 창의성의 유창성, 독창성, 민감성 점수가 높았다. 둘째, 뇌 기반 원리를 적용한 유아디자인교육 활동을 한 실험집단 유아들은 비교집단 유아들보다 도움주기, 의사소통 능력, 나누기, 감정이입 및 조절 점수가 높았다. 이러한 결과는 뇌 기반 학습 원리를 적용한 유아디자인교육 활동이 유아의 창의성과 친사회적 행동 증진에 있어 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 이는 유아의 창의성과 친사회적 행동 향상을 돕기 위한 교수 학습방법으로 뇌 기반 원리를 적용한 유아디자인교육 활동이 의미 있는 대안이 될 수 있음을 시사해 준다.

생활한복 이미지를 활용한 캐주얼웨어 디자인 개발 (A Study on the Casual Wear Design based on the Image of the Modernized Korean Costume)

  • Costume is a formative art expressed by active human unlike the field of other living formativeness, and an expression of social actions based on a style of culture in a period. Therefore, costume has a deep connection with a mode of living and is recognized as a 'culture for living', and is more characteristic culture than all metaphysical cultures including architecture, craft, painting, and sculpture. Therefore, it expresses wearer's status or social standing, and furthermore, ideas and values of the times with aesthetic features in their form, color, materials, and pattern, so it is expressed as a mirror reflecting the phases of the times as. Korean costume had been dressed until the period of the Joseon Dynasty without a great change and started to be simplified in a simple style on the grounds of inconvenience in behaviors with the opening of an interchange of Western culture in the civilized period. And, this movement had been continued and Korean costume had been applied as an everyday dress under the name of 'Reformed Korean Costume'. Since the middle phase of 1980s, it aroused many people's interests with the introduction of designs focused on activity and convenience. In 1990's, many people had taken a growing interest in Korean costume with development of various designs keeping pace with the internationalization period and Korean Costume had been revitalized under the name of 'The Modernized Korean Costume'. And, since the 21st century, the advanced communication and full-scaled import of Western fashion have made the introduction of many fashion information in the world into Korea, affected greatly the fashion market, led consumers' sensitivity on a trend to be increased. Therefore, a design accepting a trend 'The Modernized Korean Costume' with fashions has risen. Second, this study is an attempt to suggest a revitalization method of domestic casual Korean costume brands by developing and suggesting competitive and highly value-added products with connection of practicality, variety, and highly sensitive fashion styles. For theoretical study, domestic and foreign literatures, academic journals, professional monthly magazines, and newspapers were examined. And, a process of change and features of the Korean fashion since the civilization period, and concept, features and images of casual Korean costume were analyzed, On the basis of analyzing image, features, and consumers' preference of the modernized Korean costume, a design development plan was established and 10 suits of costume were designed and made.
