우리는 저전력 소모를 위한 상위 수준(high-level)에서의 효과적인 바인딩(binding) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이전 연구들에 의해서 저전력 소모를 위한 몇몇의 바인딩 알고리즘들은 멀티-코모도티 플로우(multi-commodity flow) 문제로 모델링 될 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 그러나 멀티-코모도티 플로우 문제는 NP-hard이기 때문에 진은 크기의 설계에만 적용될 수 있다. 이러한 제약을 극복하기 위해 우리는 네트워크 상의 플로우를 잘 이용해서 효과적으로 빠른 시간 안에 최적에 가까운 결과를 낼 수 있는 방법을 제안하여 크기가 큰 설계에도 적용할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 위해 우리는 첫번째 단계에서는 네트워크에서 최소 비용의 최대 플로우 (maximum f1ow -minimum cost)를 구하는 방법을 부분적으로 이용해서 유효한 결과를 구하고 두 번째 단계에서는 이를 반복적으로 개선시켜나가는 2 단계의 알고리즘을 제안한다. 벤치마크를 이용한 실험 결과는 제안된 알고리즘이 실제적인 설계에 적용되었을때, 충분히 빠른 시간 안에 최적에 가까운 결과를 생성함을 보여준다.

It is a major concern of e-shopping mall managers to satisfy a variety of customer's desire by recommending a proper commodity to the expected purchaser. Customer information like customer's fondness and idiosyncrasy in shopping has not been used effectively for the customers or the suppliers. Conventionally, e-shopping mall managers have recommended specific items of commodities to their customers without considering thoroughly in a customer point of view. This study introduces the ways of a choosing and recommending of commodities for customer themselves or others. A similarity measure between one member's idiosyncrasy and the other members' is developed based on the rule base and the case base. The case base is improved by recognizing and learning the changes of customer's desire and shopping trend.

제조산업에 기반을 둔 기업들의 주된 관심사 중에 하나가 바로 비용 절감이다. 비용을 구성하는 요소에는 여러 가지가 있지만 그 중에서도 원자재 구입에 늘어가는 비용은 시장의 상황에 따라 변화하기 때문에 가변적인 요소로써 기업의 실적 및 재무구조에 영향을 주게 되고 이는 해당 기업의 주가에 반영된다. 본 논문에서는 국제 원자재 시장과 주식시장간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 주식시장에 등록된 기업들을 업종별고 분류하여 각 기업들의 주가 및 업종별 지수와 원자재 가격간의 cross-correlation을 구해보고 원자재 가격이 주식시장에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 이러한 연구는 주식시장을 예측하는데 있어서 원자재 시장의 분석이라는 또 하나의 중요한 지침을 마련하고 궁극적으로 불확실한 미래를 대비할 수 있는 Risk management 방안을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

This paper studies the scheduling problem of storing and retrieving assembly blocks in a temporary storage yard. The objective is to minimize the number of relocations of blocks while the constraints for storage and retrieval time windows are satisfied. We present an integer programming model based on multi-commodity network flows, and the three revised models based on the properties of the problem. We show that the revised models are more efficient than the generic model through the numerical experiments.

Recently, agriculture in Korea is seriously depressed by economic globalization and trade liberalization because of low competitive power. Organic farming, which is favorable for small scale agriculture, is expected to be one of alternatives to boost agricultural activities in Korea. Organic agriculture requires systemic developments of new technologies considering the complex biological interaction within the system in connection with high quality and safety standard. The National Institute of Agricultural Science & Technology(NIAST) has been worked on the series of organic farming technologies, including bio-pesticides, pheromone, natural enemies as well as the testings of materials used in organic farming. NIAST will concentrate on the technological development for compromising to the conflict between commodity-oriented and ecological harmony. Research on systemic land and water use, management of plant nutrition, pest and disease control, post-harvest would also be important targets. Integrated efforts among researchers, professors, administrators, farmers, private sectors, and extension workers are substantial for fast technology development and its dissemination. Development and use of these technologies will homely enlighten the Korean organic farming although it may require quite a time and endeavor.

최근, 우리나라가 외국산견을 수입하여 기계검정한 성적을 비교 분석한바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 원료견의 성상이 고르지 못한데 특히 선제견비율과 건견생사량비율에서 심한 변동을 나타내었다. 2) 상위등급의 원료견을 수입하지 못하고 D,E격의 하위등급견이 수입되었으며 가격이 높은 편이다. 3) 상위격의 원료견을 수입하는 것이 향후 우러나라 견제품의 고급화를 피하리라고 본다.

정보가 하나의 상품이나 전략적 자원으로 가치를 갖게 되면서 기업에도 이러한 정보를 수집, 관리, 활용시키는 기업정보화가 필연적 과제가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 기업정보화의 이론적 근거를 구축하고 설문조사를 통하여 우리나라 기업들의 정보화 실태를 실증적으로 조사·분석하고 이를 바탕으로 기업정보화를 통한 경영 활성화의 방안을 제시하고 있다.

Customers hardly change to electric prices in old days because electricity is essential commodity, while demand changes with price after deregulation. It's explained by price-based demand response with demand-elasticity matrix. Also all of the customers have had identical demand-price elasticity matrix till now. But in a practical power system, various customers are present with taking a variety of demand-price elasticity. Therefore this paper proposes demand-price sensitivity to represent different demand-price elasticity. Also as proposing demand-reliability sensitivity, it is modeling various customers' characteristics to reliability. And then this paper calculates total expected interruption cost of customer from the customer interruption cost and the demand-reliability sensitivity. A total expected interruption cost of system is shown as opportunity cost of a generation cost.

This study analyzes the new possibility of design through the research for the expression of cladding design architectural materials, and applies to connection with creative design concept. In these modern days, architectural materials became the subject of expression as itself thanks to the development of new technology and materials. The physical properties of materials and their beauty value made possible the variety and possibility of expression in space design. The expressional properties of materials can lead mutual communication between commodity and brand by association, presenting brand image and the distinction of its value. Therefore, the trends of designed material expression in space design according to modern aspect can offer the possibility of material space design for ahead. This study suggest an alternative idea for revitalizing design by materials.

We consider the design of a two-level telecommunication network having logical full-mesh/star topology, with the implementation of conduit systems taken together. The design problem is then viewed as consisting of three subproblems: locating hub facilities, placing a conduit network, and installing cables therein to configure the logical full-mesh/star network. Without partitioning into subproblems as done in the conventional approach, the whole problem is directly dealt with in a single integrated framework, inspired by some recent successes with the approach. We successfully formulate the problem as a variant of the classical multicommodity flow model for the fixed charge network design problem, aided by network augmentation, judicious commodity definition, and some flow restrictions. With our optimal model, we solve some randomly generated sample problems by using CPLEX MIP program. From the computational experiments, it seems that our model can be applied to the practical problem effectively.
