Skin color reappearance problem in color processing system is necessary to transform a specific color sand improve color reappearance quality as a reference color. The skin color has been situated as an important memory color not only in our lives but also in color application systems such as TV. Thus, skin color reappearance problem is more important than other color processing problem. In this paper, we propose a skin color reappearance algorithm for color enhancement in TV which use phase detector to detect the skin colors at real-time from 3.58 MHz color burst signal and color signal, comparators to discriminate the types of skin color, and micom to reprodece standard skin colors for races.

JPEG is good for full color representation but is poor in quality of image because of the small size and the losing compression ways. GIF is a kind of format style made for image - transmission in Compuserve which is a method of PC communication in U. S. A and now is used in world wide web owing to the efficiency of file compression and transmission. But GIF only is used 256 colors, so the images in web has a poorer quality of colors effect to be compared with those of printed catalogues. Also there can be licence problems when the images is used for commercial uses because the possession is Compuserve. The PNG is a way that the total advantages of JPEG and GIF. PNG image file is a more skillful (bitmap display unit), shows a high quality image like TIFF image about, gives superior compression , a 10% to 30% represents full color, 256 color, gray like JPEG. GIF file which uses LZW compression file is a thing which pays licence, In other hands, PNG is free from licence and more skillful image processing method against image error, and it is possible to conserve the color information. Therefore, this treatise is about how various images which are utilized for commercial printings in web, can be made into PNG files about the compression file. And the representation of image by compared the G]U images with JPEG images as well as compression file and the representation of image the superiority of color representation. In addition, 1 check out how much ranges the PNG files are available for electronic publish printing.

This paper proposes an image-dependent color image enhancement method that uses adaptive luminance enhancement and color emphasis. It effectively enhances details of low-light regions while maintaining well-balanced luminance and color information. To compare the structure similarity and naturalness, we used the tone mapped image quality index (TMQI). The proposed method maintained better structure similarity in the enhanced image than did the space-variant luminance map (SVLM) method or the adaptive and integrated neighborhood dependent approach for nonlinear enhancement (AINDANE). The proposed method required the smallest computation time among the three algorithms. The proposed method can be easily implemented using the field-programmable gate array (FPGA), with low hardware resources and with better performance in terms of similarity.

This study aims to propose directions of color-scape about fishing village and harbor in East coast. In order to offer better landscape in harbor; Namae and Sachun, such as regional atmosphere and identification are to analyze with color planning. For the quality of color-scape, natural color, regional color of harbor may be possible to work out future harbor surrounding by evaluation scale and then hue, value, chroma can be estimated systematically. This survey suggests that color of harbor is to be environmental and regional color control. We analyze that the color-scape planning through the both whole harmony and organic combination is important elements of satisfaction to the people of experience with color environments. Consequently, some proposal of color guideline by analysis of color simulation will be useful to make out preliminary design criteria in improvement of color.

In this paper, we present a color interpolation technique based on artificial neural networks for a single-chip CCD (charge-coupled device) camera with a Bayer color filter array (CFA). Single-chip digital cameras use a color filter array and an interpolation method in order to regenerate high quality color images from sparsely sampled images. We applied 3-layer feedforward neural networks in order to interpolate missing pixel from surrounding pixels. And we compared the proposed method with conventional interpolation methods such as the proposed interpolation algorithm based on neural networks provides a better performance than the conventional interpolation algorithms.

One of the major factors determining the printing quality of a color printer is the color matching that is performed inside the printer driver In this paper, the mini driver for the color printer is built using the Microsoft 98DDK. Also, the ICC profile proposed as the standard for the color management system is generated. The color matching capability of the mini driver with the ICC profile is examined and compared with that of the commercial printer driver.

Color filter is a fundamental and necessary component to make a full-color TFT-LCD, its quality intensively influence the performance of TFT-LCD in the application of Notebook Computer, Monitor and Television. Color filter in chromaticity also make an effect for human visual system and video enjoyment. Recently, mother glass size is enlarged for demand of large-size panels and new generation color .filter technology for large-size liquid crystal cell panels is also developed. Here, latest generation color filter technology in TFT-LCD will be discussed.

The current study investigated the relationship between image processed data and human visibility data for natural forest scenes from the perspective of color. In particular, the results indicated relatively low Pearson product-moment correlations between the color ratings obtained from the two methods used in the study. The first method measured the color content of slides using a image processing program, while the second used a panel of human judges to rate the color content of each slide.

New methods for both color palette design and dithering based on human visual system (HVS) characteristics are proposed. Color quantization for palette design uses the relative visual sensitivity and spatial masking effect of HVS. The dithering operation for printing uses nonlinear quantization, which considers the overlapping phenomena among neighbor printing dots, and then a modified dot-diffusion algorithm is followed to compensate the degradation produced in the quantization process. The proposed techniques can produce high quality image in the low-bit color devices.

In order to produce the high-quality of dried red pepper with respect to a color and a taste we developed a automatic drier equipped with combined several heat energies(ADCHE). and compared the quality of ADCHE-treated red pepper with that of the pepper treated with conventional dryings such as natural, hot-air, and far-infrared ray dryings. The results obtained were as follows : (1) The contents of capsanthin varied significantly with drying methods within the range of 1.7 to 6. 4mg/g dry weight. The capsanthin level of red pepper treated with far-infrared ray drying was higher than that of the pepper treated with ADCHE showed the highest at 51.46mg/g dry weight of three drying methods. (2) As a result of determination of color intensity of-red-pepper using-a colorimeter, the red color intensity of the peppers was affected by drying methods irrespective of drying temperature, and especially a value of red pepper treated with ADCHE was appeared to be 19. 1, indicated that this pepper have the most bright color intensity. (3) The contents of soluble browing subatances increased with a increase in drying temperature, but L* value of red pepper treated with ADCHE was appeared to be 0.187, indicated that this red pepper have the most clear red color (4) The changes of capsanthin level of red pepper according to drying methodes did not show significantly, but generally a decreasing rate of capsanthin levels were lower in that order ADCHE
