Purpose - This study investigates the determinants that affect the number of IT Incident tickets of an IT Service Provider ("ITSP") to logistics industry in order to improve its management process by reducing the incident tickets. Research design, data, and Methodology - This study uses weekly data of IT incident tickets from September 2012 to June 2015. Correlation and regression analyses are conducted. Six identified determinants i.e., IT Change, User Errors, Shipment Volume, Network, Hardware and Software Issues are used as the explanatory variables. Results - Our findings show as following. First, our analysis indicates that IT Change is not a significant determinant as opposed to what commonly believed by many as the most important factor. Second, Software issue is the highest contributor to the Major IT incident tickets, followed by User Error, Network and Hardware issues. Third, it seems there is lead-lag relationship between IT Change and Major IT Incidents tickets as indicated by earlier studies. Fourth, the relationship between IT Change and Major IT tickets is also affected by shipment volume. Conclusions - As policy recommendation, all identified determinants should be treated according to priority. In addition, improving the way IT Changes are implemented will definitely reduce the IT incident tickets.
The purpose of this research is to find individual user's preference for cloud storage service such as Daum Cloud, Naver N-Drive, GoogleDrive, Dropbox, SkyDrive and iCloud. Through literature reviewed and pilot tests, 6 attributes of cloud storage service (storage capacity, perceived cost, collaboration, accessibility, social influence and perceived security) were selected and all 6 attributes had significant effects on the preference of cloud storage service by conjoint analysis. The results shows that the user's willingness to pay is estimated 10,553 won for the free storage, 4,646 won for the function for mobile accessibility, and 2,443 won for more reliable cloud computing service provider. This study has significance to apply conjoint analysis with economic, technological, and environmental factors to cloud storage service (SaaS) and shed light on policy promotion of next generation of cloud computing ecosystem by user perception with willingness to pay on the storage service.
A cloud computing is one of a parallel and distributed computing. The cloud computing provides some service for user with virtual resources. However, a user's service request does not show a time pattern. As a result, each resource also shows a different availability at the same time. This difference affects a quality of service (QoS) and a resource selection for users. Therefore, we propose the resource availability-based multi auction model for cloud service reservation and resource brokering system. The proposed system is to select the proper resource provider based on the users' request. The proposal adopts the multi phase of the auction to transact resources. The system evaluates the available factor of each resource on the auction phase, and finally reserves the service on the adaptive queue. The proposed model shows the better performance than other existing method.

Cloud computing is a new technology that has adapted to the traditional way of service providing. Service providers are responsible for managing the allocation of resources. Selecting suitable containers and bandwidth for job scheduling has been a challenging task for the service providers. There are several existing systems that have introduced many algorithms for resource allocation. To overcome these challenges, the proposed system introduces an Optimized Task Scheduling Algorithm with Deep Learning (OTS-DL). When a job is assigned to a Cloud Service Provider (CSP), the containers are allocated automatically. The article segregates the containers as' Long-Term Container (LTC)' and 'Short-Term Container (STC)' for resource allocation. The system leverages an 'Optimized Task Scheduling Algorithm' to maximize the resource utilisation that initially inquires for micro-task and macro-task dependencies. The bottleneck task is chosen and acted upon accordingly. Further, the system initializes a 'Deep Learning' (DL) for implementing all the progressive steps of job scheduling in the cloud. Further, to overcome container attacks and errors, the system formulates a Container Convergence (Fault Tolerance) theory with high-level security. The results demonstrate that the used optimization algorithm is more effective for implementing a complete resource allocation and solving the large-scale optimization problem of resource allocation and security issues.

Demands for cloud computing service rapidly increased along with the expansion of supplying smart devices. Interest in cloud system has led to the question whether it is really safe. Due to the nature of cloud system, cloud service provider can get a user's private information and disclose it. There is a large range of opinion on this issue and recently many researchers are looking into fully homomorphic encryption as a solution for this problem. Fully homomorphic encryption can permit arbitrary computation on encrypted data. Many security threats will disappear by using fully homomorphic encryption, because fully homomorphic encryption keeps the confidentiality. In this paper, we research possible security threats in cloud computing service and study on the application method of fully homomorphic encryption for cloud computing system.

Green cloud computing refers to the green ambient benefits that information technology services delivered over the Internet can offer for the society. The green meaning environment friendly and cloud computing is a traditional symbol for the Internet and a type of service provider. Cloud computing has drastically increased the number of datacenters and the energy consumption of data centers and that has become a critical issue which is extremely important in green ambience. These days the cloud data center needs high energy resources that leads to high operational cost and also maximizes CO2 - carbon footprint that pollutes the ambience which is not to be considered as green ambience. So we need to provide a way that leads us to green ambience. Cloud computing for the green ambience should be designed in a way which will utilize less energy resources and to minimize the CO2 -carbon footprint, known as green cloud. In this paper we discuss various elements of Clouds which contributes to minimize the total energy consumption and the carbon emission so as to enable green ambience through green cloud computing.
Recently, the business environment of healthcare has changed rapidly due to the entering the mobile era, the intensifying global competition, and the explosion of healthcare needs. Despite of necessity in expanding new IT-based medical services and investing IT resources to respond environmental changes, the small and medium sized hospitals could not realize these requirements due to the limited management resources. CHISSMH is designed and presented in this research to provide high valued clouding medical services with reasonable price. CHISMH is designed and presented in this research to provide high valued medical services with reasonable price through cloud computing. CHISME is designed to maximize resource pooling and sharing through the visualization. By doing so, Cloud Service provider could minimize maintenance cost of cloud data center, provide high level services with reasonable pay-per-use price. By doing so, Cloud Service provider could minimize maintenance cost of cloud data center, and could provide high level services with reasonable pay-per-use price. CHISME is expected to be base framework of cloud HIS services and be diffusion factor of cloud HIS services Operational experience in CHISSMH with 15 hospitals is analyzed and presented as well.
As cloud computing is activated, a variety of cloud services are being distributed. However, to use each different cloud service, you must perform a individual user authentication process to service. Therefore, not only the procedure is cumbersome but also due to repeated authentication process performance, it can cause password exposure or database overload that needs to have user's authentication information each cloud server. Moreover, there is high probability of security problem that being occurred by phishing attacks that result from different authentication schemes and input scheme for each service. Thus, when you want to use a variety of cloud service, we proposed OpenID based user authentication scheme that can be applied to a multi-cloud environment by the trusted user's verify ID provider.

Nowadays, cloud is the fastest emerging technology in the IT industry. We can store and retrieve data from the cloud. The most frequently occurring problems in the cloud are security and privacy preservation of data. For improving its security, secret information must be protected from various illegal accesses. Numerous traditional cryptography algorithms have been used to increase the privacy in preserving cloud data. Still, there are some problems in privacy protection because of its reduced security. Thus, this article proposes an ElGamal Elliptic Curve (EGEC) Homomorphic encryption scheme for safeguarding the confidentiality of data stored in a cloud. The Users who hold a data can encipher the input data using the proposed EGEC encryption scheme. The homomorphic operations are computed on encrypted data. Whenever user sends data access permission requests to the cloud data storage. The Cloud Service Provider (CSP) validates the user access policy and provides the encrypted data to the user. ElGamal Elliptic Curve (EGEC) decryption was used to generate an original input data. The proposed EGEC homomorphic encryption scheme can be tested using different performance metrics such as execution time, encryption time, decryption time, memory usage, encryption throughput, and decryption throughput. However, efficacy of the ElGamal Elliptic Curve (EGEC) Homomorphic Encryption approach is explained by the comparison study of conventional approaches.

Social network service user or smart phone user is very convenient, because there are supported to various social network services such as Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Naver blog, Daum blog, and so on. This Is very good because they store multimedia datas that user wants to cyber space if they want it conveniently. But, if social network user increases, space of cloud storage increases sharply, and when social network service used user dies then they have big problems such as they did not know in existing. Typically, problems of notice, dissemination, storage, and inheritance for digital asset can happen representatively. Now, If successor send relation information of he and his dead user that is family to social network service provider then service provider checks it. And successor may can use, save and only backup are possible after confirm of family relation truth. Therefore, We wish to propose ADAM that successor may can inherit digital assets easily, conveniently, and safely in this paper. If someone use ADAM, successor submits information about dead and own family relation in the third certification party. And ADAM can be inherited freely and conveniently about digital assets as general assets passing through right inheritance process.
