가정간호 서비스내용 및 만족도에 대한 조사연구 (A Study on Home Health Care Service and the Level of Client Satisfaction)

  • This Study was done to examine the home health care service provided by home care nurses and the level of client satisfaction. Data were collected from 60 clients who received services from a home care center. The tool for measurement of satisfaction was composed 13 items and was 3 score scale. The results of this study are summarized as follows ; 1. By the disease pattern, subjects were distributed into cardiovascuvr disease(73.5%), digestire disease(10.2%), endocrine disease (6.1%), Senile dementia(6.1%) and the others(4.0%). 2. By the disease pattern, provided home health care services were follows; In cardiovascular disease and digestire disease, direct nursing service, education and physical assessment were provided every time. In senile dementia, direct nursing services were mainly provided and transfer and medication were rarely provided. 3. The level of satisfaction on provided home health services was high; mean score was 2.4 out of 3.

  • 본 논문은 단일 주문형 비디오 환경에서의 서버/클라이언트 미디어 서비스 모델을 분석하고 이를 병렬 주문형 비디오 환경에 적용함으로써 보다 나른 사용자 QoS(Quality of Service)를 제공하고자 한다. 미디어 서비스 모델로는 클라이언트가 데이터를 요청하고 서버가 전달해주는 Client Pull 모델과 서버 측에서 일방적으로 데이터를 전달해 주는 Server Push 모델 그리고 두 모델을 통합한 IPP(Interleaving Pull & Push) 서비스 모델로 크게 나뉜다. 병렬 주문형 비디오 환경을 위해 병렬형 미디어 스트리밍 서비스, 즉 단일 클라이언트를 위해 다수의 서버들이 동시에 서버에 참여하는 PMSS(Parallel Media Streaming Service) 시스템을 구축하였으며, 단일/병렬 주문형 비디오 환경에서 네트워크상 전달지연과 클라이언트 버퍼 내 데이터 잔여량 인자를 통하여 각 서비스 모델간 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 실험을 통해 병렬 주문형 비디오 환경에서 IPP 서비스 모델이 가장 적은 전달지연과 안정적인 클라이언트 버퍼를 유지함을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 사용자에게 보다 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 확인하였다

  • Client(patient) satisfaction has been used for a variety of purposes in different settings, yet, those receiving home care services have been the focus of few satisfaction studies. Satisfaction is considered an indicator of quality of care and is also being used to assess the performance of home care providers and home health care delivery at multiple levels. The aim of this study was to develop the tool for evaluating client satisfaction in several aspects with home care service while maintaining or achieving acceptable reliability and validity. Firstly, Client Satisfaction Instrument made preliminary of 43 items composed basic 6 criteria and 7 indicators, based on a review of literature, quality improvement and client satisfaction findings in home care. Secondly, there were consisted in two expert panel groups who were made in professionals of research and practice in home care field. The tool was modified to 6 criteria and 7 indicators, 25 items after reviewing by two expert panel groups. The content validity index of the tool was above 0.8 and the results of internal consistency was more than 0.8 in all items. Finally. The Client Satisfaction Instrument in Home Care Service was made up 6 criteria such as client satisfaction of nurses's instruction of home care educational need. knowledge/technique/attitude of homecare nurses's performance. interpersonal relationship and emotional support of nurse. easiness of homecare accessibility, continuity of homecare service. overall efficacy of homecare use, 7 indicators. and 25 items. The results of evaluating client satisfaction will be able to contribute in quality improvement and service marketing in home care.

  • The B$\'{e}$k$\'{e}$sy audiometer is used to determine not only hearing threshold but also assumption of recruit phenomenon and cause of disease. However, current B$\'{e}$k$\'{e}$sy audiometer takes an operational model, so called face-to-face model, in which model one audiometrist can assess only one subject at a time. As a result, the face-to-face model leads to high audiometrist's labor cost and long waiting time when there exist many subjects. To improve such weakness, this paper extends PC based B$\'{e}$k$\'{e}$sy audiometer to support client/server model in which model one audiometrist enables to concurrently access several subjects. As providing capabilities such as real-time transfer of assessment result, video monitoring of subject and video chat, the same effect as face-to-face model but overcomes weakness of face-to-face model.

의료급여 관리사의 실무 경험을 통해서 본 사례관리 과정 (Case Management Process identified from Experience of Nurse Case Managers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a substantive theory of case management (CM) practice by investigating the experience of nurse case managers caring for Medical Aid enrollees in Korea. Methods: A total of 12 nurses were interviewed regarding their own experience in CM practice. Data were recorded and analyzed using grounded theory. Results: Empowerment was the core category of CM for Medical Aid enrollees. The case managers engaged in five phases as follows, phase of inquiring in advance, building a relationship with the client, giving the client critical mind, facilitating positive changes in the client's use of healthcare services, and maintaining relationship bonds. These phases moved gradually and were circular if necessary. Also, they were accelerated or slowed depending on factors including clients' characteristics, case managers' competency level, families' support level, and availability of community resources. Conclusion: This study helps understand what CM practice is and how nurses are performing this innovative CM role. It is recommended that nurse leaders and policy makers integrate empowerment as a core category and the five critical CM phases into future CM programs.

  • 모바일 GIS를 구현하는 방식은 휴대 단말기로 전송되는 지도 데이터의 형식에 따라 벡터(Vector) 기법과 래스터(Raster) 기법으로 나뉜다. 각 기법에 따라 모바일 지도 서비스를 위한 서버 및 클라이언트 프로그램의 구현 방법이 달라지며 각각 서로 다른 측면에서 장단점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문은 이 두 접근 방법을 구현하고 실험을 통해 그 장단점을 비교한다. 전송 성능, 지도 품질 등 다양한 요소를 비교하고 평가한다.

  • 인터넷 웹 콘텐츠는 정적, 동적 데이터로부터 Mashup 서비스까지 진화되어왔다. 최근에 화두가 되고 있는 Mashup 서비스는 서로 다른 서비스들을 혼합하여 새로운 형태의 정보를 제공할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 생성해낸다, 하지만 서비스 구성에 있어 시스템 자원의 활용보다는 콘텐츠 자체에만 초점을 맞추고 있는 현실이다. 논 본문에서는 Mashup 서비스를 구성하는 정책과 사용자 친화적인 화면 구성방안을 제안한다.

  • Over the past few years, a number of studies have been made on web map services, which enable the GIS user to access spatial data through the web. They, however, have focused on only implementation techniques separately, such as map client implementation, map server implementation, communication between client and server, and the map data representation. Therefore, it is hard to share and practical use the spatial data, because they does not ensure interoperability in heterogeneous map servers. In this paper, we have designed and implemented the web map server with open architecture, which complies with the standard interfaces proposed by OpenGIS Consortium (OGC). In particular, we have extended the OGC’s interfaces for a map server to support one or more data sources. This paper has contributed to construction and practical use of web map services by newly proposing the method of implementation of a map server, which could be reused regardless of the types of data sources.

  • Recently, smart phones have been widely used in the world. Android phones especially provide existing mobile phone features as well as capability of running enterprise applications and web applications by using services. However, such a linkage has limitations to use Android phones as client devices, there is difficulties in providing services by utilizing characteristics of Android. To solve this problem, we need to invoke services by each other. Currently, the Android platform currently supports inter-process communication IPC. However, there is a limitation that Android services just can invoke remote calls. In this paper, we propose a framework to invoke Android services in java environments. For doing this, we propose methods to make services public and to invoke services in using remote calls and communication methods between java environments and Android.
