일 대도시 보건소 이용자의 보건의료서비스 만족도 (User's satisfaction of health care service in public health centers ­-in a metropolitan area­-)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the user's satisfaction of health care service in public health centers in Busan. The study respondents were 212, those who visited health centers for health care service. Data were collected in July 2002 by using SERVQUAL(comprehensive service quality measurement scale) and 3 open questions for more details about service satisfaction and the needs for health care service. SERVQUAL has 5 dimensions; tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results were as follows : 1. The users reported more satisfaction at 'just service cost', 'convenient service procedure' and 'clean physical environment' at SERVQUAL. Among them the highest rated item was 'service cost'. And the less satisfaction items were 'understanding and individual concerns about service users', 'medical equipment' and 'health center facilities'. 2. There were no statistical differences by general characteristics except for the kind of services rendered. Those who visited for physical examinations and laboratory tests reported lower satisfaction than any other groups. 3. At the open questions, the respondents expressed that they were satisfied with the low service cost, kindness of employee and clean environment. But they criticized the old facilities and worn medical equipment, in addition to the less than kind attitudes. These strengths and weaknesses of health center's service could be applied for planning of customer­centered health care service.

개별공간의 자외선 살균 시스템 (UV Immune System of Personalized Space)

  • The air sterilization systems are investigated experimentally in this paper. The goal is to reduce bacteria, mold and viruses in office air by using a UV sterilizer installed inside a partition panel and wall-mounted unit. These systems allow occupants to turn the system on/off and to control the incoming air speed and direction. The partition air sterilization system conditions and sterilizes the air, and then delivers the clean air into the personal task area through the partition panels, which are connected to the pressurized under-floor plenum. Room air exits through the return grills mounted on the ceiling. The wall-mounted air sterilization system sterilizes the air, and then delivers the clean air to the personal task area from the wall. In this study a full-size experimental environment is established to investigate the immunization performance of these air sterilization systems. A typical office space scale is used in this study in order to find an optimal system to achieve a sterilized healthy micro-environment. Multiple system parameters, including volume flow rate and velocity of supplied air, were regulated during the experiments. The more air contact these air sterilization systems had, the better disinfection performance. Over 90% of eradication ratios were obtained by these two air sterilization systems. The results indicate that these systems can efficiently disinfect office air contamination.

사무환경에서 아트리움의 환경친화적 특성에 관한 고찰 (Consideration of Environment-friendly Characteristics of Atrium in the Office Environment)

  • The structures built carelessly become the origin of a serious environmental problem caused from the urbanization. To solve this problem, I have considered the characteristics of Atrium as an environment-friendly factor to the office environment. The result is that Atrium protects the insiders health and contributes to the energy saving as it enables the use of natural lights and solar heat first. Second, it gives the office environment liveliness, makes a clean environment and helps the insiders health for introduction of green field. Third, it plays a role of a place for rest, a place for meeting, and a small park by attracting people to the organic space where the inside and outside are connected with a huge glass. On the basis of these characteristics, we should try to prepare the complementary relationship between human beings and nature mutually through its active introduction in the space.

  • 현재 국내 피혁 업체에서는 대표적인 공해 산업으로 인식되어 있는 피혁 산업의 환경 문제를 해결하기 위하여 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 피혁 선진국에서는 피혁 전문 연구소 및 약품회사, 피혁 업체가 공동으로 대응하여 기술 개발 및 진단, 친환경 약품을 개발하고자 노력하고 있으며 본 연구는 청정 피혁 생산을 위한 저크롬 탄닝 공정 기술 보급 사업을 통하여 환경 문제의 해결하기 위하여 진행되었다. 특히 폐수나 고형폐기물의 형태로 존재하는 크롬의 처리에 환경적, 경제적 문제점으로 인해서 크롬을 적게 사용하는 저크롬 유제 공정과 크롬의 사용을 완전히 배제한 비크롬 유제 공정 기술을 대표적인 4개의 대상기업을 선정하여 기술 이전을 실시한 대표적인 친환경 제혁 기술을 소개 하고자 한다. 아울러 경량성 피혁 소재의 개발을 위해서 비금속을 이용하는 연구를 진행하고 있다.

반도체 제조공정의 연기유동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fire Hazard Analysis and Smoke Flowing for the Semiconductor Manufacturing Process)

  • The power of semiconductor, Korea is continuously constructing semiconductor production line for keeping a front-runner status. however, studies and data about potential risks in semiconductor factory are still short. If fire does not initially suppressed, the fire causes a great damage. To decrease fire risk factors, in addition to fire fighting safety equipment, more important thing is how to design and construct fire protection system. The current fire protection codes about semiconductor factory come under functional law, and this law is short of consideration about particularity of factory. The existing prescriptive fire codes depending on experience compose without evident engineering verifications, thus equipments which is created by the current prescriptive fire code may bring about a variety of problems. For example, the design under the current regulation can not cope with the excessive investments, low efficiencies, and the diversifying construction designs and be applied to the quick changes of new technologies. Ergo, an optimal design for fire protection is to equip fire protection arrangements with condition and environment of production field. Manufacturing factory of semiconductors is a windowless airtight space. And for cleanliness, there exists strong flow of cooperation. Therefore, there is a need for fire safety design that meets the characteristic of a clean room. Accordingly, we are to derive smoke flow according to cooperation process within a clean room and construction plan of an optimal sensor system. In this study, in order to confirm the performance of proposed smoke-exhaust equipment and suggest efficient smoke exhaust device when there is a fire of 1MW of methane in the clean room of company H, we have implemented fire simulation using fluid dynamics computation.

토양 매설 배관의 음극방식과 환경인자 간의 상관관계 (Relationship between the Cathodic Protection of Pipe Buried in Soil and Environmental Factors)

  • The external corrosion control of buried pipes can be achieved by a combination of coatings and cathodic protection to maximize effectiveness. One of the factors affecting cathodic protection is the environmental soil conditions. Because soil is a kind of electrolyte, the environmental conditions of soil may be changed by the atmospheric environment. Therefore, in this study, changes in environmental soil factors by atmospheric environmental factors were monitored. In cathodic protection, on-potential and off-potential were measured from December 2021 to July 2022. The effects of external environmental factors and soil environmental factors on cathodic protection were analyzed. Changes in outdoor temperature affected soil temperature, and soil conductivity had a proportional relationship with soil humidity, but outdoor humidity and precipitation did not significantly affect humidity and conductivity of the soil. In contrast, in cathodic protection, the on-potential was affected by temperature, humidity, the conductivity of the soil, and the anode used, but the off-potential was little affected by these factors.

에폭시수지 생산 공정에서 발생되는 brine 폐수의 전처리를 위한 응집 및 침전 반응의 최적화 연구 (A Study on The Optimization of Pre-treatment for the Brine Wastewater from the Epoxy-resin Process by the Coagulation and Sedimentation Reactions)

  • 에폭시 수지는 ECH(Epichlorohydrin)와 BPA(Bisphenol-A)를 원료로 가성소다 존재 하에 탈수응축 반응을 통해 생성되며 반응 부산물로 소금물이 폐수로 발생되는데 이를 Brine이라 부르며 글리시돌과 같은 에멀젼 상태의 ECH 유도체와 수지성 폴리머를 함유하는 알카리성 폐수이다. 이러한 폐수는 폐수처리 과정에서 반응기 내부와 배관 내벽에 폴리머 입자가 침적 및 응고되어 plugging을 일으키는 등 전체적으로 후처리 공정에서 fouling 현상이 발생되고 있는데 이는 미생물의 분해 활성도를 급격히 떨어뜨려 폐수처리 효율이 낮아지는 문제점을 야기 시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무기 응집제와 유기 고분자 응집제를 이용하여 에폭시 수지 생산 공정에서 발생하는 brine 폐수에 존재하는 ECH 유도체와 수지성 폴리머를 반고상 슬러지 형태로 응집 및 침전시킴으로써 fouling 현상을 일으키는 요인을 제거하고자 최적의 응집반응 조건을 도출하였고 경제성 분석 등 이를 실제 공정에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • 도금산업은 제조 공정상 다량의 환경오염물질을 배출하는데 일반적으로 산 알칼리 폐수 뿐만아니라 크롬화합물, 시안화합물, 중금속류, 부식성물질, 독성물질 등이 발생하여 환경오염을 초래한다. 본 연구에서는 도금 산업에서 가장 환경오염부하가 크고 많이 적용하는 아연도금공정의 공정진단 및 분석을 통해 아연도금공정의 청정생산 실행효과가 큰 우선순위별 단위공정에 최적기술을 적용하여 현 도금공장의 열악한 근무환경과 환경오염을 개선하고자 하였다.

  • Demand of the clean and convenient natural gas has continuously increased with recognizing of the environment problem since liquefied natural gas was introduced in Korea. Clean fuel natural gas was supplied to each city through high tensile strength pipeline connected by welding. Grades of pipeline were divided into the high and middle pressure according to supply pressure. Pipeline was welded mainly SMA welding process due to its easy handling, the other welding process was adopted according to the constructing condition. We were examined on the microstructure variation and mechanical properties of weld metal for high pressure pipeline, API 5L X-42.

  • Clean and well maintained roadway signs are important for preserving driver's safety. The existing signs on the roadway must be periodically re-painted in order to maintain clean state. However, current sign painting operations are manually performed now. These are very slow and workers are exposed to very dangerous and hazard working environment. In this paper, we present the method for automating this job with gantry robot and spray system. In addition, we suggest two design concepts to resolve the problem that it is impractical to make the gantry system so big as to cover whole lane width. In order to show the validity of this system, the painting operation is simulated and experimentally executed.
