We study Dirichlet forms and the associated diffusion processes for the Gibbs measures related to the quantum unbounded spin systems (lattice boson systems) interacting via superstable and regular potentials. This work is a continuation of the author's previous study on the classical systems [LPY] to the quantum cases. In [LPY], we constructed Dirichlet forms and the associated diffusion processes for the Gibbs measures of classical unbounded spin systems. Furthermore, we also showed the essential self-adjointness of the Dirichlet operator and the log-Sobolev inequality for any Gibbs measure under appropriate conditions on the potentials. In this atudy we try to extend the results of the classical systems to the quantum cases. Because of some technical difficulties, we are only able to construct a Dirichlet form and the associated diffusion process for any Gibbs measure of the quantum systems. We utilize the general scheme of the previous work on the theory in infinite dimensional spaces [AH-K1-2, AKR, AR1-2, Kus, MR, Ro, Sch] and the ideas we employed in our study of the calssical systems ]LPY].

Classical swine fever (CSF) is a highly contagious disease among swine that has an important economic impact on worldwide. One clinical symptom of CSF is leukopenia, in particular lymphopenia, which is a characteristic event that occurs early in the course of CSF. Though lymphopenia associated with apoptosis, the pathogenic mechanism underlying the lymphopenia has not been well studied. To understand these mechanisms, we investigated the response of porcine B cell lines to infection with SW03, virulent strain isolated from swine tissue in Korea. This study demonstrated that SW03-infected L35 cell were induced apoptosis through the detection of activated caspase-3. In addition, SW03 infection leaded to alterations in pro-apoptotic, Bax, and anti-apoptotic, Bcl-xL proteins of Bcl-2 family. Our results would suggest that SW03-infected L35 cells induced apoptosis via intrinsic mitochondrial pathway.
Comparision of the classical taxonomy and the numerical taxonomy was carried out on 108 strains isolated from Chung-mu bay and it was confirmed that correlation coefficient measured between strains represented similarities. Gram stain is the most important test in the classical taxonomy, while Gram positive and Gram negative strains were distributed evenly over the whole cluster and coccus and rod were separated in the numerical taxonomy. Both the numerical taxonomy and the classical taxonomy showed high similarity in the classification between the genera. The strains collected in bottom layer marked lower taxonomic similarity between strains than those in upper and middle strains. The distance between the inside (Group I) and the outside (Group II) strains of the bay was larger than that between the strains collected in high and low tide.
Recently, in proportion to the increase of earthquake occurrence-frequency and its strength in the countries within the circum-pan Pacific earthquake belt, a concept of earthquake-proof design for huge structures containing liquid has been growing up. This study deals with the refinement of classical numerical approaches for the free vibration analysis of separated structure and liquid motions. According to the liquid-structure interaction, LNG-storage tanks exhibit two distinguished eigenmodes, the sloshing mode and the bulging mode. For the sloshing -mode analysis, we refine the classical rigid-tank model by reflecting the container flexibility. While, for the bulging-mode analysis, we refine the classical uncoupled structural vibration system by taking the liquid free-surface fluctuation into consideration. We first construct the refined dynamic models for both problems, and present the refined numerical procedures. Furthermore, in order for the efficient treatment of large-scale matrices, we employ the Lanczos iteration scheme and the frontal-solver for our test FEM program. With the developed program we carry out numerical experiments illustrating the theoretical results.
The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics by design component elements of the facade in elementary school buildings after the 7th educational curriculum. This study choose twenty five elementary school as the subjects of the study. And among many elevations of building, an elevation that is alongside of the schoolyard is chosen because this elevation has the highest visual influence on passers-by. To begin with, this elevation is divided into the roof and the surface of a wall, The roof is divided into roof styles, existence of roof and materials. The surface of a wall is divided into design principles(balance, contrast, rhythm), the formal organization(basic elements and form, and transformation of form), the ornamental composition, materials and colors. The results of the research are summarized as follows: First of all, motifs of classical architecture were well expressed in this period and postmodern tendency had been shown until 2005. After Build Transfer Lease(BTL), however, tendency of classical architecture, contrast by the size of the form and base element by point disappeared. Instead, asymmetrical and flat tendency is expressed. Also, emphasized design of the building elevation appear by basic colors of Munsell, not motifs of classical architecture.
This paper presents responses of the free end of a cantilever micro beam under the effect of an impact force based on the modified couple stress theory. The beam is excited by a transverse triangular force impulse modulated by a harmonic motion. The Kelvin-Voigt model for the material of the beam is used. The considered problem is investigated within the Bernoulli-Euler beam theory by using energy based finite element method. The system of equations of motion is derived by using Lagrange's equations. The obtained system of linear differential equations is reduced to a linear algebraic equation system and solved in the time domain by using Newmark average acceleration method. In the study, the difference of the modified couple stress theory and the classical beam theory is investigated for the wave propagation. A few of the obtained results are compared with the previously published results. The influences of the material length scale parameter on the wave propagation are investigated in detail. It is clearly seen from the results that the classical beam theory based on the modified couple stress theory must be used instead of the classical theory for small values of beam height.
The most important reason mentioned for the early discontinuation of breast feeding and introduction of supplementary bottles is Perceived Insufficient Milk (PIM), which is relatively common in women. This is of public health concern because the use of breast milk substitutes increases the risk of morbidity and mortality among infants in developing countries and shortens birth intervals. Thus, a literary search in classical text for aetiopathogenesis, symptoms and treatment of PIM were appraised to implement in contemporary era. The classical Unani texts viz., Al Qanon fit Tib (Canon of Medicine), Al Hawi (Continens Liber), Zakheera Kharzam Shahi, Tarjuma Kamilus Sana, Tibbe Akbar, Akseer Azam, and Kitabul Kulliyat were reviewed. Further certain galactogogue herbs which are in use since antiquity such as fenugreek, cotton seeds, cumin, asparagus, black cumin etc were explored in different search engines on website for proven galactogogue activity. The causes of PIM are abnormal temperament of body or breast, anaemia, anxiety, depression, malnutrition etc. The principle treatment is treating the cause viz., the temperament is corrected by diet and drugs in abnormal temperament, elimination of humour is required in dominance of humour etc. The aforementioned drugs are proven scientifically for their galactogogue activity. The classical texts are having valuable information regarding PIM, which can be implemented in present era. Aforementioned Unani drugs are proven scientifically for with their galactogogue effect, however, clinical trials are scarce. Therefore, further randomized controlled clinical trials are recommended.

Classical swine fever (CSF) was confirmed in 19 herds in Jeunbuk provence (Iksan, Gimje, Wanju, Buan, and Jangsu) in Korea between March and May, 2003 and 10,263 pigs were slaughtered. Pigs contacted with CSF virus in primary outbreak farm show fever, reduced appetite, arched back and chill in company with sever respirative sign and then most infected farms also were observed to fever, reduced appetite, sudden death, and leukopenia (101 pigs). In order to detecting infectious pig with CSF virus, A total of 555 pigs were inspected in 65 herds and blood samples were collected and serological test (ELISA), antigen ELISA, and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) had been done. Positive rate were $74\%$ (410 pigs) in antibody ELISA, $2\%$ (11 pigs) in antigen ELISA and $33\%$ (182 pigs) in RT-PCR, respectively. As shown that the RT-PCR was useful than the ELISA for determining CSF virus in blood, meat, and other organs.

The phase field model is becoming the model of choice for the theoretical study of the morphologies of crystals growth from the melt. This model provides an alternative approach to the solution of the classical (sharp interface) model of solidification by introducing a new variable, the phase field, Ø, to identify the phase. The variable Ø takes on constant values in the bulk phases and makes a continuous transition between these values over a thin transition layer that plays the role of the classically sharp interface. This results in Ø being governed by a new partial differential equation(in addition to the PDE's that govern the classical fields, such as temperature and composition) that guarantees (in the asymptotic limit of a suitably thin transition layer) that the appropriate boundary conditions at the crystal-melt interface are satisfied. Thus, one can proceed to solve coupled PDE's without the necessity of explicitly tracking the interface (free boundary) that would be necessary to solve the classical (sharp interface) model. Recent advances in supercomputing and algorithms now enable generation of interesting and valuable results that display most of the fundamental solidification phenomena and processes that are observed experimentally. These include morphological instability, solute trapping, cellular growth, dendritic growth (with anisotropic sidebranching, tip splitting, and coupling to periodic forcing), coarsening, recalescence, eutectic growth, faceting, and texture development. This talk will focus on the fundamental basis of the phase field model in terms of irreversible thermodynamics as well as it computational limitations and prognosis for future improvement. Background and Objectives : Voice therapy has been used as a viable adjuvant to surgery and pharmacological therapy fir the management of voice disorders. The singing voice features a special brand of emotion, intensity, and energy so successful therapeutical approach requires the doctor is able to involve himself into the physical and psychic condition and artistic usage of the voice. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect and utility of singing therapy as an initial treatment for classically trained singers with voice disorders. Material and method : Twenty-one male and fifty-five female classic singers with voice disorders were treated with singing therapy. At first, abdominal breathing, resonant phonation, and relaxation method was trained, then after accessing each patient's singing abilities, treatment methods for each specific problems was applied. The results were compared according to age, sex, treatment duration, part, laryngeal pathology, patient subjective evaluation, perceptual evaluation of voice, and maximal phonation time. Results : Patients subjective evaluation, perceptual evaluation, pathologic findings of larynx, maximal phonation time showed superior results after singing therapy. Conclusion : Singing therapy changes the mode of respiration and phonation and enhances the vocal function and improves the laryngeal pathology, The result of this study indicate that singing therapy is an effective treatment method that laryngologists can use for classical singers with voice disorders.
