전투기와 민간 항공기의 소음특성과 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Noise Characteristics and Assessment of Fighter and Civil Aircraft)

  • This paper describes the problems in measuring and evaluating the aviation noises and the differences on the noise characteristics between fighter and civil aircraft. From a standpoint of the duration time for aviation noise and the dynamic characteristics related with the sampling time, the measured values for landing and taking-off noises from the fighter are presented and explained in comparison with those from the civil aircraft. And also the aviation noises by the fighter and civil aircraft are evaluated by equivalent sound level and WECPNL, respectively. From the obtained results, it is recommended that the duration time and dynamic characteristics be deeply considered in evaluating and measuring the aviation noises, since they have a great influence on the final assessment results. As the number of flight is not sufficient and the noise source is strong impulse type, moreover, the aviation noise should be assessed by WECPNL.

발광체 인입형 콘크리트 경계블록 개발 (Development of the Light Emitting System embedded Concrete Curb)

  • 불충분한 시인성에 기인한 안전사고가 연안지역에 많이 발생되고 있다. 그러므로 이러한 안전사고를 방지하기 위하여 시인성을 겸비한 안전시설이 요구되고 있다. 이와 같은 요구사항을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 발광체 인입형 콘크리트(LESeCON)의 개념을 정립하고 이를 이용하여 연안지역에 적용하기 위한 콘크리트 경계블록을 개발 및 제작하였다. 개발된 콘크리트 경계블록의 역학적 및 기능적 성능을 검증하기 위하여 휨강도 실험과 시인성 실험을 실시하였다.

지진격리 강재 케이블 교량의 다지점 진동대 실험 (Multi-support excitation shaking table test of a base-isolated steel cable-stayed bridge)

  • A series of tests was conducted for full-scale single-pylon asymmetric cable-stayed bridges using a system of multiple shaking tables. The 2-span bridge length was 28 m, and the pylon height was 10.2 m. 4 different base conditions were considered: the fixed condition, RB (rubber bearings), LRB (lead rubber bearings), and HDRB (high damping rubber bearings). Based on investigation of the seismic response, the accelerations and displacements in the axial direction of the isolated bridge were increased compared to non-isolated case. However, the strain of the pylon was decreased, because the major mode of the structure was changed to translation for the axial direction due to the dynamic mass. The response of the cable bridge could differ from the desired response according to the locations and characteristics of the seismic isolator. Therefore, caution is required in the design and prediction in regard to the location and behavior of the seismic isolator.

페로니켈 슬래그 잔골재가 혼입된 콘크리트의 강도 평가 (Strength Evaluation of Concrete Containing Ferronickel Slag Aggregate)

  • For sustainable development in the construction industry, blast furnace slag has been used as a substitute for cement in concrete. In contrast, ferronickel slag, which is the by-product generated during smelting to ferronickel used in the manufacturing of stainless steel and nickel alloys, has a limitation to use as a binder and an aggregate due to its expansive characteristics. Recently, stabilization technology of ferronickel slag has been improved and studies have been carried out to utilize ferronicke slag as fine aggregate in concrete. Therefore, in this study, basic mechanical properties of concrete used in ferronickel slag aggregate was evaluated. The compressive strength (24, 30, 40 MPa) and replacement rate of ferronickel slag aggregate (0, 10, 25, 50%) were considered as experimental variables. As a result of test, concrete replaced fine aggregate with 25% ferronickel slag aggregate showed superior performance in the compressive strength and flexural strength.

  • 본 연구에서는 동상성이 높은 대상 시료에 입경이 다른 3종의 폐타이어분말을 대상으로 서멀 프루브법을 이용하여 $-20^{\circ}C{\sim}+10^{\circ}C$의 온도변화에 따른 열전도율을 실측하는 것과 동시에 펄스형NMR장치를 이용하여 동토중의 부동수분량을 측정하였고 이를 온도함수로 나타내었다. 또한 열전도율 계산모델의 하나인 2상계모델을 발전시켜 3상계 동결토영역에 적용 가능한 새로운 모델을 제안하였다.

  • Due to the difficulties for measuring flood discharge in the dangerous field conditions, conventional instruments with relatively low accuracy such as float still have been widely utilized for the field survey. It is also limited to use simple stage-discharge relationship for assessment of the flood discharge, since the stage-discharge relationship during the flood becomes complicated loop shape. In recent years, various non-intrusive velocity measurement techniques such as electromagnetic wave or surface images have been developed, which is quite adequate for the flood discharge measurements. However, these new non-intrusive techniques have little tested in the flood condition, though they promised efficiency and accuracy. Throughout the field observations, we evaluated the validity of these techniques by comparing discharge and velocity measurements acquired concurrently during the flood in a mountain stream. As a result, the flood discharge measurements between electromagnetic wave and surface image processing techniques showed high positive relationship, but velocities did not matched very well particularly for the high current speed more 3 m/s. Therefore, it should be noted here that special cares are required when the velocity measurements by those two different techniques are used, for instance, for the validation of the numerical models. In addition, authors assured that, for the more accurate flood discharge measurements, velocity observation as well as stage height is strongly necessary owing that the unsteady flow occurs during the flood.

민관협력방식의 지자체 시민복지기준 제정 비교연구 (Comparative Study on Setting-up the Civil Welfare Standard through Public-Private Partnership in Local Governments)

  • 본 연구는 2012년 이후 10개 지방자치단체가 제정한 '시민복지기준'의 개념, 제정과정, 분야와 내용 및 이에 근거하여 독자적으로 실시하는 지역사회복지사업 등을 비교분석하여 다양한 지방자치단체들이 향후 시민복지기준을 제정할 경우 필요한 제정 방식과 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 먼저, 시민복지기준 개념을 시작부터 현재 우리나라에서의 이해를 역사적으로 분석하고, 10개 지자체가 제정한 시민복지기준의 개념을 분석하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 10개 지자체에서 지방자치제도와 주민참여라는 관점에서 실시된 민관협력방식의 시민복지기준 제정과정, 분야와 내용을 비교분석하였다. 이러한 비교분석을 통해 본 연구는 다른 지자체들이 시민복지기준을 제정할 경우 고려해야 하는 몇 가지 원칙들을 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구는 지자체의 시민복지기준 제정은 달성하고자 하는 단기 최저기준과 중기 적정기준을 구분하여 이를 실현할 수 있는 구체적 사업을 개발하고, 사업을 실시하기 위한 예산지원도 필요한 시민사회단체, 연구기관, 지자체 집행부, 의회 등이 함께 해야 하는 중장기 민관협력 프로젝트라는 것을 인식하는 것을 지적하였다.
