영아반 교사의 인구사회학적 특성과 원장과 동료교사의 정서적 지지가 보육효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Teacher's Demographic and Sociological Characteristics and the Emotional Support of the Director and Co-worker on the Childcare Efficacy of Infant Teacher)

  • 본 연구에서는 영아반 교사의 인구사회학적 특성과 원장과 동료의 정서적 지지가 보육효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울시와 경기도에 위치한 어린이집에 근무하는 영아반 교사 169명이다. 자료는 집단 간 차이를 알아보기 위해 t-검증과 ANOVA 분석을 실시하였고, 각 변인 간 관계 및 영향력을 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 영아반 교사의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 보육효능감을 살펴보면 결혼여부와 경력에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 영아반 교사의 보육효능감은 동료교사 지지와 가장 큰 양의 상관을 가지고 있었고, 그 다음 원장 지지로 나타났다. 셋째, 영아반 교사의 보육효능감에 동료교사 지지, 경력, 결혼여부, 원장 지지 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 경력이 많고 기혼인 교사의 보육효능감이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 영아반 교사의 보육효능감에는 동료교사의 정서적 지지가 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었다.

경력단절 어린이집 보조교사의 경험과 의미연구 (A Study on the Experiences of Daycare Center Assistant Teachers Taking a Career Break)

  • Objective: This study aims to explore the experiences of women who take a career break while working in daycare center as a teacher assistant. Methods: Seven assistant teachers and two child care teachers who took more than two years of career break were selected and given in-depth interviews over 17 weeks from August to December in 2020. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, the women experienced the need for a career transition as an assistant teacher because it was time to for a change. Second, while working as a teacher assistant, they had various experiences and meanings in the process of career transition while playing the role as a teacher in daycare centers. Third, they also had some difficulties in conflict and some needs to build their professional expertise as a teacher. Conclusion/Implications: The study is expected to give insights to understand the difficulties of teachers who had experienced the need for a career transition as teacher assistant and to provide important data to develop teacher professional development.

보육현장 아동학대에 대한 근거기반 맞춤형 개입 모델 개발 및 적용: 다학제간 협력적 연계 시스템을 중심으로 (The Application of Customized Evidence-based Counseling for Abused Preschool Children in Day Care Centers: Focusing on the Multidisciplinary Cooperative Linking System)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the application of the multidisciplinary model, which is customized evidence-based counseling for abused preschool children done by a day care center teacher. Methods: The participants were 16 preschool children which were abused by a day care center teacher and their parents. The data were analyzed by using the Wilcoxon Signed-rank test. Results: The multidisciplinary cooperative service model based on customized evidence-based counseling for abused preschool children, their parents, and day care center teachers was developed. Based on this model, customized evidence-based Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) emergency intervention was provided to preschool children abused by a day care teacher in Incheon. The multidisciplinary cooperative emergency intervention service proved to be effective in reducing emotional and behavioral problems of abused preschool children and enhancing the mental health of parents. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study indicated that the customized evidence-based counseling for abused preschool children done by a day care center teacher using the multidisciplinary cooperative linkage system would be effective, and that child abuse prevention by day care center teachers and intervention services should be provided systematically at the national level.

어린이집 조직특성이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향 - 교사경력 5년을 기준으로 - (The Impact of Day-care Center Organizational Characteristics on Teacher Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 어린이집 조직특성이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 수도권지역 어린이집 교사 319명을 대상으로 조직특성, 교사효능감을 측정하였고 수집된 자료는 교사경력 변인을 고려하여 F-검증, 회귀분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 첫째, 어린이집 교사효능감은 경력에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 조직특성 중 도전, 역할명확성, 수퍼비전, 재교육은 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 경력이 5년 미만인 교사에게는 도전, 역할명확성이, 경력이 5년 이상인 교사에게는 도전, 역할명확성, 재교육의 조직특성이 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 어린이집 교사에게 공통적으로 영향력이 큰 조직특성은 도전과 역할명확성이었다. 연구결과를 토대로 어린이집 교사효능감 향상을 위한 조직특성에 대해 논의하였으며, 교사경력별 효능감을 높이기 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

원장의 서번트 리더십, 유아교사의 자아탄력성 및 조직몰입 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Correlations among Director's Servant Leadership, Teacher's Ego-Resilience and Organizational Commitment in Early Childhood Education Center)

  • Objective: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the structural relations among kindergartens director's servant leadership, ego resilience and organizational commitment of kindergarten teachers. Methods: The subjects in this study were 387 kindergarten teachers working in B city. A director's servant leadership, kindergarten teacher's ego resilience and organizational commitment were assessed by a teacher-reported questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and a structural equation model using the Bootstrapping method. Results: First, there were significant relationships among the variables analyzed in this research, namely, a director's servant leadership, kindergarten teacher's ego resilience and organizational commitment. Second, Teacher's ego resilience partially mediated the effect of a director's servant leadership upon kindergarten teacher'organizational commitment. Conclusion/Implications: Results suggest the importance of a director's role in the context of improving kindergarten teacher's ego resilience and organizational commitment.

보육교사의 어린시절 학대경험, 훈육방식 및 사회적지지가 보육효능감에 미치는 영향 (Effect of childcare center teacher's childhood abuse experience and discipline styles, social support on childcare efficacy)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is investigate the influences of childhood abuse experience, discipline styles and social support on childcare efficacy according to socio-demographic backgrounds of childcare teachers. Method: For this study's purpose, 200 childcare teachers working at children's schools in J city were surveyed and analyzed for child abuse experience, discipline styles, social support and childcare efficacy. Frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used as study methods. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences in childhood abuse experiences according to the general characteristics of childcare teachers in the sub-domain of occupational position and marriage status. Second, childcare efficacy and social support were positively correlated, and discipline styles and childcare efficacy were negatively correlated, but there was no correlation between social support and abuse experience. Third, general teaching efficacy regarding childcare efficacy showed a statistical influence of physical abuse, which is a sub-variable of childhood abuse experience. The general efficacy of teaching showed a statistically significant influence on logical discipline and coercive discipline, which are sub-variables of discipline methods. The general teaching efficacy in terms of childcare efficacy showed a statistically significant influence in the family variable which is a sub-variable of social support. The personal teaching efficacy within childcare efficacy showed a statistically significant influence in the logical discipline, a sub-variable of physical abuse, and disciple styles, a sub-variable of childhood abuse experience. Conclusion: From these findings, childcare teachers' childhood abuse experience was a factor affecting childcare efficacy in discipline, social support, and sub-variables. Therefore, it is necessary to remedy the effects of childhood abuse experience, encourage appropriate discipline styles, and to encourage social support in order to improve the childcare efficacy among childcare teachers.

감정노동 보육교직원의 심리적 소진과 자기 돌봄의 관한 사례연구 -노래심리치료- (A Case Study on Psychological Burnout and Self-care of Childcare Teachers for Emotional Labor -Song psychotherapy-)

  • 보육교직원은 보육현장에서 요구되는 긍정적인 이미지를 연출하기 위해 자신의 감정을 억압, 과장, 통제, 조절, 규제하는 감정노동을 경험한다. 영유아 대상의 근무환경은 그 특성상 감정노동 보육교직원의 심리적 소진 원인이 되며, 나아가서 삶의 질을 저하하는 문제점을 안고 있다. 노래는 인간의 삶의 질을 향상하는 데 도움을 주므로 감정노동 보육교직원에게 노래심리치료가 심리적 소진의 회복과 자기 돌봄 과정에서 긍정적인 삶을 계획할 수 있도록 하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 첫째, 노래심리치료를 통한 감정노동 보육교직원의 심리적 소진은 어떠한가? 둘째, 노래심리치료를 통한 감정노동 보육교직원의 자기 돌봄 과정은 어떠한가?를 연구문제로 설정하였다. 연구 시기는 2017년 3월부터 2020년 5월까지였으며, 질적사례연구로 프로그램 진행과 심층인터뷰, 직접관찰, 참여관찰 등의 자료 수집을 통해 ○○○ 어린이집에서 2019년 6월부터 10월까지 구조화된 회기별로 12회기에 걸쳐 매 회기 50분간 진행되었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 노래심리치료를 통한 감정노동 보육교직원은 자신 삶의 의지와 심리적으로 소진된 자신을 발견하고 이해, 인식하며 내면의 문제들을 직면하고, 소통하며 통찰할 수 있었다. 타인에게서 받은 정서적 지원은 정서적 고갈의 경험을 줄일 수 있으며 업무에서의 좌절로 인한 경험의 회복과 성취감 향상을 증명하였다. 둘째, 노래심리치료를 통한 감정노동 보육교직원의 자기 돌봄은 시간적, 공간적, 관계적, 정서적 돌봄 과정을 증명하였고, 다른 사람을 돌보는 일과 자신을 돌보는 일의 균형을 유지하면서 신체와 마음, 영성이 유기적으로 통합되며 변화가 나타났다. 본 연구는 심리적 소진과 자기 돌봄 과정은 삶의 본질적인 의미를 발견하고 자신의 내면을 탐색 및 표현할 수 있도록 기회를 제공하고, 타인과 자신의 돌봄이 균형적으로 이루어지고 전인적인 건강한 자아를 위한 통찰, 성장을 통해 삶의 질이 향상하는 기회를 제공하는 데 의의를 둔다.

유아교육기관 유형에 따른 교사.또래관계 및 아동 발달에 관한 연구 (A Study on Teacher and Peer Relationships and Child development in Kindergarten and Childcare Center)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore leacher and peer relationships and child development in two types of early childhood program; halfway kindergarten and full-day childcare. The subjects were 90 four and half year old children and their teachers enrolled in 10 kindergartens and 20 childcare centers in Seoul. Each teacher evaluated her children with six scales developed by NICHD Early Child Care Research Network(1996); child-leacher relationship, peer relationship, social competence, adaptive language, behavior characteristics, and behavior problems. The data were analyzed by ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: First, the girls in both programs had closer relationship with their teachers than the boys. The boys in the daycare were less dependent than those of kinder; on the other hand, the girls in the daycare were more dependent than those of kinder. Second, there was no significant difference in peer relationship between the children in both centers. Third, the girls of both centers scored higher than the boys in social competence. Fourth, in the child's adaptive language, both boys and girls were well developed, but girls were higher than boys, especially in kinder Fifth, the children in both centers behaved attentively in the groups, but in particular, the girths were more attentive. Finally, most of children were received low scores in the behavior problem scale.

어린이급식관리지원센터, 유아교육기관과 가정을 연계한 영양교육 프로그램의 개발 및 효과에 대한 연구 (Study on Development and Evaluation of Nutritional Education Program for Preschool Children in Association with Center for Children's Foodservice Management, Childcare Facilities and Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a nutritional education program for preschool children in association with Center for Children's Foodservice Management, childcare facilities and home in order to provide nutritional knowledge and change food attitudes in children. The program was repeated three times using the same educational theme and consisted three steps. Step 1 involved visiting education with teaching tools by a dietician. Step 2 involved home education with a worksheet and participating in events with parents. Step 3 involved repeated education with a textbook by a preschool teacher education reports sent to the center. The subjects of this study were 3 to 5-year-old children at 89 childcare facilities located in Busanjingu. Interest in meals at childcare facilities, dietary guidance for parents of children, and dietary attitudes of children were evaluated before and after education. Number of parents interested in meals managed by childcare facilities (kitchen visiting, meals observation, progress of children's education) increased after education. Mean scores for meal awareness in parents in the form of three questions (proper food distribution, hand washing before mealtime, nutritional and hygienic satisfaction with meals) significantly (p<0.05) increased after education. Mean dietary guidance for parents' scores for all questions except table manner significantly (p<0.01) increased after education. Mean dietary attitudes for children in the form of six questions (try to eat various vegetable, eat meals without leaving, wash hands before mealtime, eat cleanly, reduce sodium intake and keep table manner) also significantly (p<0.001) increased after education. As a results, the nutritional education program applied in this study, positive influenced children's nutritional knowledge and dietary attitudes, and parents' dietary guidance of children.

보육시설 급식에 대한 부모 만족도 및 요구도 조사 - 아산지역을 중심으로 - (A Study of Parents' Satisfaction and Needs for Foodservice Quality of the Childcare Centers in Chungnam Asan Area)

  • We tried to find out parents' satisfaction and needs for foodservice quality of the childcare centers with an intention of improving it. Self-completed questionnaires were randomly collected from the parents of children in 174 childcare centers around Asan and were analyzed. Most of respondents were mothers who were housewives with college degrees (69%) in their 30's (80%). They thought nutrition (50%) and food hygiene (43%) were the most important factors for decision. Eighty percent of parents recognized the strong relationship between foodservice quality and childrens' mental and physical development. Most centers (94%) were delivering menu notices home, so parents well recognized the center's foodservice situation and problems of their kids' eating habits. The parents' satisfaction scores were 3.26 out of 5-point scale. The biggest dissatisfaction was from no variation in menu, but remarkable appreciation was from the effect of foodservice on the correction for kids' unbalanced diet habit. They had demands for improvement of nutritious menu and professional nutrition teacher in charge of foodservice and nutrition education for children and also for parents.
