한국여성(韓國女性)의 태교인식도(胎敎認識度)에 관한 조사연구(調査硏究) (The Survey of the Degree of Awareness and of Practice concerning Prenatal Care among Korean Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to survey the degree of awareness and practice concerning prenatal care among Korean women. In this study, 626women in Seoul, Sungnam City, and Yangju Kun were randomly selected to be given a questionare that was formulated by the researcher. The statistical analysis of the data was obtained by percentage scores and $X^2$ scores on each item by age, educational background, and regional areas. The general out come of the study were as follows. A. The Practice of Prenatal Care 1. Physical Activities: Concerning the hard work, about a half of the women took care of it by themselves, and the others treated it with help. Also it was found that they tried to reduce the amount of travel as much as possible during pregnancy. 2. Dietary Intake: It was revealed that no significant change were observed before and during pregnancy. 3. Drugs: It was revealed that they tried to avoid drugs as much as possible during pregnancy. 4. Emotion: About a half of the women said that the family atmosphere did not change before and during pregnancy. The others said it had improved after pregnancy. In their spare time, most pregnant women rested in bed, read books, and listened to music. 5. Husband's Support: Most of the women expressed that they needed thief-husband's support absolutely, especially with hard work. They moderated the sexual activities when they found that they were pregnant. B. Degree of awareness for Prenatal Care 1. Perception of Prenatal Care: Most women heard about prenatal care at least one time through family, friend, or mass-media. 2. Necessity of Prenatal Care: Most women recognized the necessity of prenatal care, and they thought that the relaxation of body and mind was important during pregnancy. 3. Influence of Prenatal Care: It was revealed that most women recognized the positive influence of prenatal care to the neonate. 4. Practice of Prenatal Care: It shown that the most of pregnant women took serious interest in prenatal care and they tended to be careful during pregnancy. Generally speaking, the difference in educational background seemed to affect most to the pregnant women's awareness and practice of prenatal care: the higher the educational achievement, the more cautious about the prenatal care. The difference in region seemed to affect considerably in most aspects of practice: women in urban areas preceeded the rural women in prenatal care. The age difference seemed to affect least in their prenatal care except the younger generation took more care in avoiding the use of drugs.

예비보육교사의 OK-gram 긍정성과 학대인식 연구 (A study on OK-gram positiveness and abuse awareness of Pre-service Child Care Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학교육과정을 이수 하고 있는 예비 보육교사의 긍정성과 학대인식 관계와 전공분야 특성과 학대인식을 알아보기 위한 것이었다. 긍정성의 하위요인은 자기긍정성과 타인긍정성으로 나누고 학대는 4가지 하위요인인 신체, 성, 정서, 방임으로 구분하여 각 하위요인에 따라 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사 분석하였다. 조사대상자는 경기도, 강원도, 서울소재의 보육학과 및 사회복지과 학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 조사기간은 2017년 5월 8일부터 5월 12일 5일간이었다. 통계방법으로는 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 얻은 결론은 첫째, 긍정성은 학대인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사 되었고, 자기긍정성과 타인긍정성 중 타인긍정성이 높으면 학대 인식을 더 잘하는 것으로 조사 되었다. 예비보육교사의 타인긍정성을 높이는 인성프로그램을 제공해야 하는 결론을 얻게 되었다. 둘째, 학대정도의 심각성은 평균값 4.594로 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 성(4.789), 신체(4.587), 방임(4.510), 정서(4.498) 순으로, 정서학대에 대하여 지표를 인식하는 정도가 제일 낮아 정서 학대인식에 대한 사회적 기준의 필요성을 제기한다. 셋째, 전공분야 특성에서는 예비보육교사의 실무경험이 학대인식에 도움을 주는가에 대하여서는 도움을 주고 있으며, 특히 보육실습이 가장 필요하다고 응답하여 보육교사 훈련과정 중 실무 경험의 기회를 늘리고 특히 보육실습의 기회를 많이 제공하는 실무교육과정의 편성이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

응급실 내원 발열 소아환자의 열관리를 위한 근거중심 간호실무 가이드라인 개발 (Development of Evidence-based Nursing Practice Guidelines for Febrile Children in Emergency Room)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop evidence-based nursing practice guidelines for the care of febrile children in the emergency room and to evaluate the guidelines by applying them to practice. Methods: This study was conducted using a methodological design. referring to the Scottish intercollegiate guideline network, draft of guidelines were developed based on the recommendations found from the critical literature analysis. Then, the draft was modified by an expert group and a pilot application. The final draft was evaluated by the expert group using appraisal of guidelines for research and evaluation. Finally, the final guideline and algorithm were completed. Results: The guideline includes 39 recommendations for the care of febrile children in the emergency room. Conclusion: The clinical guidelines developed through this research can be utilized as systematic and scientific guidelines for the care of febrile children in the emergency room. In addition, the research results will contribute to improving care services.

영유아 안전관리 부모교육의 효과 (Effect of Safety Education for Mothers with Infants)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of an education program promoting safety knowledge and safety practice for mothers with infants. Method: This education was provided at two public health centers in Kyunggi Province. A non-equivalent control group pretest-post test design was used, and the participants were 95 mothers in the experimental group, and 44 mothers in the control group. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and were analyzed with the SPSS program. Results: After the group education sessions on safety management at the public health centers, the mean scores for knowledge and practice of safety in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of mothers in the control group mothers. Also, after the safety education, mothers in the experimental group perceived a higher priority in safety in child care than they had before the education program. Conclusion: The education for mothers with infants regarding the child safety was effective in promoting knowledge and practice of safety for infants.

The relationship between mothers' knowledge and practice level of cough etiquette and their children's practice level in South Korea

  • Purpose: This study investigated the relationships between mothers' knowledge and practice level of cough etiquette and their children's practice level of cough etiquette as perceived by their mothers. Methods: This study was a descriptive correlational study. The data were collected from 160 mothers with preschoolers attending daycare centers and kindergartens in Gwangju, South Korea using self-reported questionnaires. Results: The correct answer rate for cough etiquette knowledge in mothers was 86.0%, mothers' average practice score was 33.65±4.14, and their children's average practice score was 28.39±4.85 out of 48. The correlation between mothers' cough etiquette knowledge and practice level was not statistically significant. However, mothers' cough etiquette practice was positively correlated with children's cough etiquette level as perceived by mothers (r=.35, p<.001). Conclusion: The development of a systematic cough etiquette education program and measurements for both mothers and children according to their developmental stages is important to effectively prevent respiratory infections.

유아교육과 재학생의 교육실습 실태 분석 (Analysis of Teaching Practice Field of Current Early Childhood Education Students)

  • 본 연구는 경기도 K시에 소재하고 있는 3년제 유아교육과 재학생들의 실습기관을 대상으로 서울 강서구, 인천광역시, 부천, 일산에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집 72군데에서 이루어진 유아교육과 재학생들의 실습현황과 교육환경을 알아보았다. 유아교육기관에서 이루어지는 실습생들의 실습지도 현황과 교사들의 근무시간, 급여. 유아교사와 기관장의 여성 편중화 현상 등에 대해 4주간의 교육실습 경험을 가진 예비교사들의 객관적 견해와 현황파악을 하여 자료를 제공함으로 실습지도 현황 파악에 목적을 두었다. 실태 분석 결과에 의하면 4주간의 현장실습은 유아교사를 지망하고 있는 유아교육과 재학생들이 현장을 이해하는데 상당히 도움이 되어 졸업 후 취업을 위해 긍정적으로 받아들여지고 있었으며 대부분의 실습생들은 유아교사로서 수업을 할 때 자신에게 가장 부담이 되고 부족함을 느꼈던 부분은 음악, 미술, 손유희 등의 실기부분이라고 답변했다. 또 남자교사의 필요성을 부분적으로 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 교육실습기관의 실습지도에 관한 구체적인 현황파악과 능력있는 유아교사 양성을 위해 대학교육과 현장의 유기적인 연계성을 갖기 위한 기초자료로서 제공 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

만3~4세 보육교사의 누리과정에 대한 인식 및 만족도에 따른 실행수준 분석 (The Analysis Level of Implementation by Perception and Satisfaction on Nuri Curriculum of Age 3~4 Child Care Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 만3~4세 누리과정에 대한 인식 및 만족도에 따른 실행수준을 분석하고자 만3~4세 보육교사의 누리과정에 대한 인식과 만족도의 전반적인 경향과 실행수준과의 관계, 실행수준에 미치는 영향력에 대해 알아보았다. 연구방법은 서울과 경기도 내 어린이집 보육교사 264명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 자료분석은 인식과 만족도의 전반적인 경향을 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를, 실행수준과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계 계수 방법을, 실행수준에 미치는 영향을 알기 위해 다중회귀방법을 사용하였다. 그 연구결과 첫째, 만3~4세 보육교사의 누리과정에 대한 전반적인 인식은 보통 보다 조금 높은 것으로 나타났으며 실행수준과 정적인 상관관계를 나타났다. 특히 실행 및 지원인식은 이론적 근거 및 성격과 높은 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 만3~4세 누리과정에서 만족도의 전반적인 경향은 보통이상인 것으로 나타났다. 만족도 역시 실행수준과 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났는데 특히, 교육과정의 만족도는 실행수준의 평가와 관계가 있으며 실행 및 지원의 만족도는 자료와 관계있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만3~4세 누리과정에 대한 보육교사의 인식 중 실행 및 지원 인식은 실행수준에 유의한 정적 영향력을 나타냈으며 만족도에 있어서는 교육과정의 만족도가 평가 실행수준에 정적인 영향력을 나타냈다.

아동간호의 질에 대한 개념분석 (Quality of Pediatric Nursing Care: Concept Analysis)

  • Purpose: This paper is a report of a concept analysis of 'quality of pediatric nursing care', Methods: Rodgers's evolutionary method of concept analysis was used. Data were collected from published literature related to quality of pediatric nursing care. Results: Quality of pediatric nursing care was identified with three dimensions and seven attributes: 1) nurse's character: technical competence, interpersonal competence, 2) nurse's activities: developmentally appropriate care, attentiveness, entertainment, 3) nurse-parent interaction: nurse-parent partnership, emotional support. Antecedents of quality of pediatric nursing care were 'child and parent's expectation about pediatric nursing care', 'previous caring experience of pediatric nurses'. Consequences of quality of pediatric nursing care were 'meet child and parent's needs' and 'better health outcomes.' Conclusion: 'Quality of pediatric nursing care' is a core concept in pediatric nursing practice. Appropriate instruments to operationalize the concept need to be developed.

보육교사의 건강증진을 위한 생활양식과 직무스트레스 (A Study on the Health Promoting Lifestyle and Job Stress of Day Care Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyzed child care teachers' health state and a relationship between health promoting lifestyle and job stress of child care teachers. The subjects were 101 child care teachers in Busan. They responded to 'health state open ended question', 'health promoting lifestyle scale', and 'job stress scale'. For the analysis of the data, M(SD), frequencies, t-test, Pearson's correlation were run by using SPSS WIN computer program. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, the most uncomfortable symptoms of child care teacher's physical health state was respiratory organs and the main cause was classroom ventilation and dust. The most uncomfortable symptoms of child care teacher's mental health state was tension and the main cause was children's safety. Second, the mean scores of the variables were as follows : the mean score of health promoting lifestyle was 2.54. The highest sub factor of health promoting lifestyle was 'positive self recognition' and the lowest one was 'exercising'. The mean score of job stress was 2.80 and the highest sub factor was 'administration services'. They desire for a healthy life, but in reality, they are unsatisfied with their current health state and they are not able to practice certain actions actively to promote their health. Third, health promoting lifestyle was negatively correlated with job stress. The result of this study can be used as the basic data for reducing day care teacher's job stress, development of a program to promote day care teacher's health and improving day care teachers working environment.

표준화 환자를 활용한 산후출혈 산모 간호 시뮬레이션 실습이 간호학생의 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고 성향에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Simulation-based Practice using Standardized Patients for the Care of Women with Postpartum Hemorrhage on Nursing Student's Clinical Performance Competence and Critical thinking Deposition)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of simulation-based practice using standardized patients for the care of woman with postpartum hemorrhage as related to clinical performance competence and critical thinking deposition of nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pre-post test experimental design was used. Fifty four third year students were recruited, 29 students for the experimental group and 25 students for the control group. The simulation-based practice about nursing care related to postpartum hemorrhage included skill training, team-based practice, and debriefing. It was implemented with the experimental group for about 30 minutes in October 6, 2011. Data were analyzed using frequency, ratio, chi-square, Fisher's exact probability, and t-test using the SPSS/WIN program. Results: The experimental group who had the simulation-based practice showed significantly higher knowledge and skills of clinical performance competence than the control group (t=2.19, p=.003). But the experimental group who had the simulation-based practice did not show significantly higher critical thinking deposition than the control group (t=-0.32, p=.748). Conclusion: The results indicate that a simulation-based practice is an effective teaching method to improve knowledge and skills for clinical performance competence of nursing students. Further study is needed to identify the effect of a simulation-based practice on nursing attitudes.
