호텔 컨벤션 종사원의 변혁적 리더십이 에피커시와 조직 시민 행동에 미치는 영향 - 서울 지역 특1급 호텔을 중심으로 - (The Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Hotel Convention Employees)

  • This study was designed to investigate the results of a performance analysis on the effect of transformational leadership on the efficacy of organizational citizenship behavior of hotel convention employees. This study referenced the relevant literature, proposed hypotheses to solve the main issues of inquiry, and made a corresponding empirical analysis. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire was given to a total of 149 kitchen and food & beverage banquet employees at a Seoul area deluxe hotel convention. The model was tested using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 on a sample of 149 surveys, of which 71% constituted a usable response rate. The results of the empirical analysis show the following. 1) Charisma and vision have a significant effect on group efficacy. 2) Individual consideration and intellectual stimulation have significant influence on self efficacy. 3) Individual consideration and intellectual stimulation have significant influence on group efficacy. 4) Altruism and conscientiousness have significant influence on group efficacy. 5) Sportsmanship and civic virtue have significant influence on self efficacy.

호텔기업에서의 리더십과 조직문화 간의 관계와 직무태도에 미치는 영향 (The Correlation between Leadership and Organizational Culture, and Influence on Employee's Job Attitude in Hotel Industry)

  • 본 연구는 서울지역에 위치한 13개 특급호텔에서 근무하고 있는 274명의 직원들을 대상으로l 호텔기업 리더의 리더십과 조직문화 간의 상관관계를 분석하고, 리더십과 조직문화가 호텔직원의 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구결과 리더십 속성(카리스마/고무적 동기, 서비스/배려, 보상) 모두 조직문화(혁신성, 합리성, 집단성, 관리성)과 유의적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 보상과 서비스/배려 속성이 다소 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 리더십이 직무태도에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석결과 보상과 서비스/배려 속성이 직무태도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직문화가 직무태도에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석에서는 집단성과 관리성이 직무태도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 소방조직에서 지휘관의 리더십에 초점을 두고, 리더십 유형(변혁적 거래적 리더십)의 특성에 따른 조직 내 구성원들의 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적 통계분석을 통해 알아보았다. 분석결과 변혁적 리더십의 구성변수인 카리스마와 거래적 리더십의 구성변수인 예외에 의한 관리 변수가 조직몰입과 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해, 소방조직에서는 지휘관이 카리스마를 갖고 조직 구성원에게 조직의 비전을 정확히 제시하고 자신감과 사명감을 가질 수 있도록 독려할 경우 구성원들의 만족도는 높아지며, 지휘관은 업무를 추진하는데 있어서 목표가 달성될 때까지 조직원들 개개인의 업무에 간섭하기 보다는 권한을 부여하고 예외적인 상황발생이나 이탈의 경우 관리해줄 때 조직업무에 몰입할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of political image and the phenomenon of fashion politics on the style of women presidents, with focus on the President of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. The results of the study were as follows. First, the political image of President Cristina Fernandez is identified with the second image of Eva Peron and Kirchnerismo, in terms of political issues. Second, fashion style includes the power and sexy images of glamour style that emphasizes the body line of suits and dress form. Vivid colors and black fashion reflects the Kirchner government's charisma and identity. Fernandez's iconic Rolex watches, expensive jewelry, and luxury accessories such as brooches that replicate Eva Peron's brooch were instrumental in forming a second image of Eva Peron. Third, the phenomenon of fashion politics appeared to equate the phenomenon of recreating the image of Eva Peron with displays of power and wealth for the successor to Kirchnerismo.

The Study on Fashion Beauty Design and Emotional Image by External Image Type of Korean Male Idol Stars

  • This study is purposed to categorize external image types of Korean male idol stars, and to understand characteristics of fashion and beauty design for each type and through such, the study is meant to identify the various types of male image and to provide data of image making. As part of the empirical study, it selected well-known 15 groups of male idol stars who were active during February of 2008 and August of 2010, categorized the image types by their photographic data, and analyzed characteristics of fashion and beauty design for each type. In order to measure the degree of image types, a survey was also conducted. The image types of male idol stars, which were classified through a workshop by a group of image-related experts, were categorized with 6 types that are Elite, Urban Chic, Charisma, Rebellious child, Toy boy, and Homme Fatale. The six types of male idol stars have a great relation with the modern male trends and images, and that the male idol stars have been leading the trends and presenting the image by the public preference. In addition, as shown the above, the recent male image appears as a mixed image of femininity and masculinity, showing a complex aspect that does not dominates with one image, and that it was found out to constantly be changing in the flow of times.

스포츠센터 지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 운동 몰입 및 재구매 의도의 관계 (The Relationship among Coaches' Transformational Leadership, Exercise Flow, and Repurchase Intention in Sports Centers)

  • 본 연구는 변혁적 리더십이 회원의 운동 몰입과 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 수집한 설문지 275부를 이용한 결과는 다음과 같이 도출되었다. 첫째, 카리스마, 개인적 배려 및 지적자극은 인지 몰입과 행위 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 배려만이 재구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지 몰입은 재구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 행위 몰입은 유의한 영향이 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지도자의 변혁적 리더십, 운동 몰입 및 재구매 의도 간의 간접효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 지도자에게 고객들의 운동 몰입을 높이기 위한 이해를 돕는데 가치가 있으며, 마케터에게는 조직의 목표를 달성하기 위해 전략적인 계획을 세우는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Creativity: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy

  • Purpose - This study investigated the effects of leaders of national universities on faculty creativity. The study examined transformational leadership and creativity theories and investigated self-efficacy, the parameter between transformational leadership and creativity, to examine its moderating effect and provide policy implications for national universities. Research design, data, and methodology - This study built four hypotheses based on the literature review, and tested these using a survey methodology. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 15.0. Result - At the national universities, the results were as follows: charisma of leaders had a positive influence on member creativity; intellectual stimulus of leaders had a positive influence on member creativity; and, individual consideration of leaders had a positive influence on member creativity. Therefore, leaders' transformational leadership had a positive influence on member creativity. Conclusion - Creativity is thought to be important for organizational survival and continuous development at rapidly changing education administrations. Educational administration leaders should exercise transformational leadership to develop member creativity. Member self-efficacy, which had a mediating effect on creativity, requires leadership to develop it.

Less than Attractiveness of e-Sports Games for Female Audience - Journalism

  • The attractiveness of e-sports games1 and the way it is spread has changed in recent years. Instead of conventional approaches, such as advertising campaigns or televised events, spectators are increasingly drawn to online platforms, which offer more opportunities for communication. Besides live streaming services like Twitch. tv, where spectators can watch matches in real-time or via recorded videos, social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter are now adding e-sports related content to their networks [1]. Especially the combination of live streams on Twitch, Twitter, and Facebook opens many possibilities regarding how information is shared. This might be an efficient way of spreading attractiveness among female audiences. This paper focuses on the attractiveness of e-sports events in general for females. It has been hypothesized that there are certain factors that influence this attractiveness. Studying past research papers and online resources, three factors were identified: The players' behavior and charisma, the impact of social media as well as videogames themselves. It is found that females are attracted to e-sport games because they allow them to engage more in the game compared to other videogames. This is because there are no time constraints that require players to accomplish certain tasks within a specific time frame. As such, female gamers can choose how much effort they want to put into the game depending on their personal preferences.

소상공인 경영자의 리더십 유형과 지식경영이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Leadership Type of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Owners and Knowledge Management on Business Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive practical implications by verifying the influence of MSME owners' leadership type and management performance on knowledge management. In addition, we tried to verify the mediating role of knowledge management between the leadership type and management performance of MSME owners. Leadership types were divided into transformational leadership and transactional leadership. Transformational leadership consisted of charisma and inspirational motivation, while transactional leadership consisted of situational rewards and management by exception. For data collection, we conducted a survey targeting workers in small businesses. After excluding insincere data that were inappropriate for analysis, we used the remaining 243 samples for empirical analysis. To test the hypothesis, we adopted regression analysis and three-step mediated regression analysis as analysis methods. As a result of the empirical analysis, all seven hypotheses derived were supported, and the main results are summarized as follows. First, we found that MSME owners' transformational leadership and transactional leadership had a positive effect on knowledge management and management performance. Second, we found that knowledge management of MSME owners had a positive effect on business performance. Third, both transformational leadership and transactional leadership of MSME owners were found to be partially mediated by knowledge management in relation to management performance. Based on these research results, we derived practical implications for MSME owners.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인적자원훈련기관에서의 변혁적리더십 특성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 한 것이다. 본 연구의 발견사항은 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족간의 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 변혁적리더십의 하위개념인 카리스마요인과 직무만족 개념과도 유의적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십과 조직몰입간에도 유의적인 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 변혁적인 리더십의 하위개념인 지적자극요인과 영감적동기요인은 조직몰입과 유의적인 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 변혁적인 리더십이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
