한글인식 후처리용 단어사전의 기억구조 (A Word Dictionary Structure for the Postprocessing of Hangul Recognition)

  • 한글인식 후처리에서 문맥정보의 저장구조는 인식율 및 인식속도를 결정짓는 중요한 요소이다. 단어사전의 형태로 문맥정보를 표현하기 위해서는 트라이(trie)를 주로 이용하지만, 기억공간 이용효율이 저조하다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 트라이의 장점을 유지하면서 공간효율을 향상시키는 기억구조를 제안한다. 한글은 조합문자이기 때문에 자모나 문자별로 기억시킬 수 있다. 그런데 자모단위로 기억시키면(P-모드) 검색시간은 빠르지만 공간효율이 나쁘고, 또한 문자단위로 기억시키면(C-모드) 공간효율은 좋지만 검색시간이 길어진다. 따라서 노드이용율과 분산율로 최적레벨을 선정한 다음, 입력단어의 시작자모부터 최적레벨까지는 자모 단위의 트라이로 기억시키고, 그 이상은 문자단위의 순차연결구조로 저장시켰다. (H-모드). 6가지 단어집합에 대하여 실험한 결과, H-모드에서의 검색시간은 P-모드만큼 빠르면서, 공간효율은 C-모드와 같게 되어 그 효용성을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This paper presents the vibration characteristics of a rectangular plate with 45$^{\circ}$oblique crack and a smooth plate subjected to a uniaxial tension. The experiment is adopted by the time-average holography method. The natural frequency and mode shape are considered accurate according to the increasement of tensile load in the study. When tensile load is zero, the vibration modes are almost agreed with the smooth and the 45$^{\circ}$obliquely cracked plate. But since then, according to the increasement of load, it is shown that vibration modes are extremely varied. The effects of the crack length in the vibration characteristic are discussed in detail. It is indicated that the increase of the crack length makes the variation of the frequencies and modes complicate in the range of even a small load.

  • This paper is purposed to analyze the thermal characteristics of wiring according to the number of electric fans in operation for 10 fans over 10 year old and 10 fans less than 1 year old in livestock barn. In order to achieve the goal in the paper, it selected VCTFK, VFF, HIV, and CV wiring that were used most at 64 livestock barns in Cheongwon location through the research on the field investigation. Finally, it also analyzed the dangers by deducing the thermal characteristic data of 4 wiring. In addition, this paper suggested the mode of load current (the most frequently measured load current) of both over 10 years old and less than 1 year old electric fans. The data of this paper could be used for the maintenance and management of wiring and fire investigation of livestock barn as well as for materials of safe designs of wiring of electric fans.

  • 본 연구는 원형 및 비원형(타원형)단면을 갖는 복합폐합쉘의 좌굴하중 및 모드형상을 비교 분석하였다. 이때, 면내 회전자유도를 갖는 평면응력 요소와 추가변형률과 대체전단변형률을 도입한 휨 요소를 결합한 4절점 쉘 요소(4EAS-FS)를 작성하여 좌굴해석을 수행하였다. 해석모델의 매개변수는 기하학적 형상, 종횡비 및 화이버 보강각도로 설정하여 그에 따른 영향을 고찰하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 원형 및 비원형 단면을 갖는 폐합쉘의 임계좌굴하중과 모드형상에 대한 폐합쉘 길이, 두께, 단면계수 및 화이버 보강각도 등 설계변수의 영향을 비교 분석하였다.

  • 액체로켓엔진 연소실의 연소특성은 인젝터의 성능에 지대한 영향을 받는다. 본 논문은 소형 액체로 켓엔진 인젝터의 분사성능 고찰을 위해 이중모드 위상도플러속도계를 이용하여 분사압력 및 분무의 횡단방향 이동거리 변화에 따라 액적의 속도, Sauter 평균직경, 난류강도와 같은 분무특성 매개변수를 측정한다. 또, Weber 수와 Reynolds 수를 활용하여 인젝터 분무의 미립화 및 난류특성을 규명한다.

  • In this study, the collapse characteristic of CFRP/Al compound square tube was investigated experimentally. The conclusions are as follows; The impact collapse characteristic of CFRP/Al compound square tube was found to be the most superior stacking conditions $[90^{\circ}]_8$. It showed that a very stable collapse mode was crushing. In the member with $[0_2{^{\circ}}/90_2{^{\circ}}]_s$ and $[90_2{^{\circ}}/0_2{^{\circ}}]_s$, stacking conditions, $0^{\circ}$ fibers were splayed to the external by laminar bending, while the $90^{\circ}$ fibers were held between the folds of the aluminum member by laminar bending, local buckling and transverse crack. In the member with $[45_2{^{\circ}}/45_2{^{\circ}}]_s$ stacking conditions, fibers were held between the folds of the aluminum member by local buckling and transverse crack.

  • Recently, emission tests for heavy-duty vehicles have been conducted by heavy-duty engine dynamometer. But, it contains weaknesses that present inconveniences to install and uninstall engines and limitations to reflect on practical characteristics for vehicle driving. On the other hand, chassis dynamometer test is able to differentiate characteristics of real driving patterns due to the reason that vehicles can be examined by utilizing chassis dynamometer. This study aimed at comparing the characteristic of emitting regulatory substances of urban buses on Heavy-duty chassis dynamometer. The characteristic was analyzed based on vehicle speed by using both domestic and overseas developed heavy-duty vehicle test modes. As a result, this work attempted to investigate possibilities to take advantage of Heavy-duty vehicle test modes as a method to manage emissions from heavy-duty vehicles.

  • 본 논문에서는 타원형 커루게이트 도파관의 전파 및 복사특성을 이론적으로 해석한다. 타원형 원통 좌표계에서의 파동방정식의 해는 제1종 및 제2종의 Mathieu함수들로 얻어진다. 타원형 커루게이트 도파관의 전계와 자계들은 반경방향과 각 방향의 Mathieu함수들의 곱의 급수로 나타낼 수 있다. 슬랏 영역과 안쪽 영역의 경계면에서 임피던스 매칭 방법을 사용하여 특성 방정식을 얻는다. 타원형 커루게이트도파관에서의 주모드인 $HE_{11}$모드에 대한 특성방정식을 풀어 어퍼춰에서의 전자계를 계산하고, 또 계의 등가원리(field equivalence principle)를 이용하여 타원형 커루게이트 도파관에서의 복사패턴을 계산한다.

  • This paper presents a novel single-stage active-clamp type high frequency resonant inverter. The proposed topology is integrated full-bridge boost rectifier as power factor corrector and active-clamp type high frequency resonant inverter into a single-stage. The input stage of the full-bridge boost rectifier works in discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) with constant duty cycle and variable switching frequency. So that a boost converter makes the line current follow naturally the sinusoidal line voltage waveform. By adding additional active-clamp circuit to conventional class-E high frequency resonant inverter, main switch of inverter part operates not only at Zero-Voltage-Switching mode but also reduces the switching voltage stress of main switch. Simulation results have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed high frequency resonant inverter. Characteristics values based on characteristics estimation through circuit analysis is given as basis data in design procedure. Also, experimental results are presented to verify theoretical discussion. This proposed inverter will be able to be practically used as a power supply in the fields of induction heating applications, fluorescent lamp and DC-DC converter etc.

  • Spin coater is regarded as a major module rotating at high speed to be used build up polymer resin thin film layer fur bonding process of GaAs wafer. This module is consisted of spin unit for spreading uniformly, align device, resin spreading nozzle and et. al. Specially, spin unit which is a component of module can cause to vibrate and finally affect to the uniformity of polymer resin film layer. For the stability prediction of rotation velocity and uniformity of polymer resin film layer, it is very important to understand the dynamic characteristics of assembled spin coater module and the dynamic response mode resulted from rotation behavior of spin chuck. In this paper, stress concentration mode and the deformed shape of spin chuck generated due to angular acceleration process are presented using analytical method for evaluation of structural safety according to the revolution speed variation of spin unit. And also, deformation form of GaAs wafer due to dynamic behavior of spin chuck is presented fur the comparison of former simulated results.
