This paper presents an accelerated life test of aviation taxiway lights installed in the airport to help safe navigation of airplanes at night or in bad weather. Recently halogen lamps of taxiway lights are replaced by LED ones and their reliability needs yet to be verified. Thus, effective test conditions are designed reflecting the failure modes and mechanisms from the previous studies on LED, which include the accelerated degradation process. The test is performed under the temperature $70^{\circ}C$ and $90^{\circ}C$ for two types of LED lights, taxiway center line lights(TCLL) and taxiway edge lights (TEDL). The failure time data were analyzed using lognormal distribution and Arrhenius model to find the life-stress relationship, acceleration factor and life characteristics under the normal condition temperature $30^{\circ}C$.

In the former aviation law, only the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has to provide air traffic services, In the case of providing aviation transportation service from civilian, such as aviation special education institution, private airfield installer, it was possible to carry out only by receiving a private contract from the government. But at the time of private consignment, the fact that the government has to bear the cost through the contract act. It is pointed out that it is a factor that hinders efficiency in the operation sector. Accordingly, in Article 85 of the Aviation Safety Act, which was enforced in March 2017, legal grounds were established to provide air traffic services excluding the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. At the same time, we have introduced the air traffic services operating certification system, which enables the air traffic services to meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in order to secure the safety of air traffic. In this study, we examine the major issues and problems of the small private control tower operated by the private institute in Korea. The effect of introduction of the air traffic services operating certification system which can introduce all the institutions which do not belong to the control agency in the former aviation law into the institutional system and the operation plan were examined.

Recent national policy agenda of 'Low-Carbon Green Growth' has been implemented as the important vision of the country. The government has set a target of entering the seven major world powers of Green Nation at 2020, and five major world powers at 2050. In order to achieve the goal, the reduction of greenhouse gases and the composition of green land and transportation has been promoted as an important policy. In a construction industry sector, policies and technologies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and energy have been actively developed. In the case of developed countries, research for green road infrastructure has been conducted, which is the basis for certification system of green highway. This paper benchmarks the policies and cases of developed countries, verifies the applicability in the domestic road sector, and suggests the introduction of the certification system of green highway.

This study examines the effects of consumer beliefs for food certifications on the behavioral intentions and the behavioral intention biases to purchase the certified seafoods by a subjective probability model which is on the basis of the mathematical probability model and the covariance model. The food certifications used on this study are 'Organic foods', 'Traceability system of food products' and. 'HACCP'. The representative foods of fishery products on this study is seasoned laver. The current study showed the following results. First, consumers have more than two different beliefs each for all certifications which are the subjects of this study. The beliefs of the certifications have an impact on the consumers when they consider to buy the certified seafood products. Second, consumers try to persuade by themselves to ensure that their particular belief about the certification could lead to a purchase the seafood products. Consumer beliefs of the "environmentally friendly production" on the organic foods certification is an important factor as much as the "guarantee of food safety" belief making a positive purchasing behavior intentions(PBI) bias for the organic seafood products. Consumers also have a positive PBI bias for certified seafood products in all certifications as long as a certification is considered to "guarantee the transparency of the food distribution process" as its belief. 'Traceability system' was the only one which didn't generate a positive PBI bias from the belief of "guarantee of food safety" out of three certifications.

Recent companies have introduced AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) system for a smooth and fast customs clearance to meet the conflicting objectives of trade security and trade facilitation in international trades. The present study was to verify 150 companies that have acquired Korea's AEO certification and its impact from the government and financial support, the effects of AEO certification post management, and the AEO system's utilization satisfaction to seek ways to further activate the AEO system. The research hypothesis and model was derived on the basis of existing theory and empirical research, and obtain the following results. First, government policy supporting the AEO system after certification post management showed positive (+) effect for the AEO satisfaction. Second, AEO certification post management showed positive (+) effect for AEO satisfaction. Third, government funded factor showed negative (-) effect for AEO certification post management. The present study is differentiated from previous research information. The study evaluated the company's satisfaction with the AEO certification, and the government support has empirically evaluated the relationship between the post management and the satisfaction. Academic contribution was conducted for Korea's AEO system's post follow-up research while a practical contribution suggested the direction for our country's organization to take advantage of the AEO system.

This study used HILS to test an expansion joint, which is vulnerable to the water hammer effect. The operation data for the HIL simulator was the length rate of the expansion joint by the water hammer, which was used for life prediction based on the vibration durability. For the vibration durability test, the internal pressure of the expansion joint was assumed to be a factor of the durability life, and the lifetime prediction model equation was obtained by curve fitting the lifetime data at each pressure. During the test, the major failure modes of crack and water leakage occurred on the surface of the bellows part. The lifetime prediction model typically follows an inverse power law model. The pressure is a stress factor, and the model is effective in only a specific environment. Therefore, another stress factor such as temperature will be added and considered for a mixed lifetime prediction model in the future.

The rural area has aged and depressed for urban area in Korea. Furthermore, the rural house has deteriorated and is vulnerable to disaster which collapse, fire, landslide, and so on. For this matter, it need to an evaluated system for deteriorated level of rural house. The evaluated system has a repairing method and an estimated cost for rural house to offer native in rural area. This study could draw evaluation factor for deteriorated level of rural house as a basic study for the evaluated system. The evaluation factors is compared the Korean housing performance grade indication system, the Korean green building certification criteria, and the Japanese housing performance indication system. As a result, they could eight types. There are a mothproof, an waterproof, a finishing material, an asbestos cement slate of roofing, a mobility right, an opening and closing of doors and windows, an indoor environment.

최근 IT기술의 발전과 더불어 보안의 중요성이 부각되면서 Pin Number, Password, Pattern Recognition 등 인증 방식에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있지만 위와 같은 One-factor 인증 시스템에는 "Shoulder Attack"과 같은 사용자 레벨에서의 보안공격에 취약하다. 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 'Google E-mail' 등 일부 강화된 보안이 필요한 시스템에서는 추가 모듈을 이용한 Two-factor 인증 시스템을 적용하여 보안을 제공하고 있지만 사용상의 번거로움과 복잡성으로 인해 고도의 보안 기술의 적용을 받지 못하는 등 많은 제약사항이 남아있다. 본 논문에서는 위 와 같은 One-factor 시스템의 취약점을 파악하여 그에 따라 보안 인증 절차를 향상시키기 위해 암호화와 인증 방법으로 지문인식을 사용하여 Multi-level 인증 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 Send 디비이스를 구현한 아두이노를 통해 M2M 서비스를 수행하며, 암호와 지문 정보를 아두이노 디바이스에 저장하여 두 가지의 신뢰적인 정보를 바탕으로 인증하는 시스템이다. 아두이노를 이용하여 디바이스 분리를 통한 사용자 레벨에서의 보안을 강하고 지문인식을 통해 불편함과 복잡성을 간소화하였다.

The Deterioration Factor (DF) for a single pollutant within an engine family is computed as the ratio of two points on a linear regression line describing durability vehicle test results as a function of accumulated mileage. It is inteded to represent the factor by which emissions will increase during the ''useful life" of a vehicle in the engine family. Here are discribed procedures for computing the DF and how consideration of the DF is included in the development for the motor vehicle emission certification process. This paper is aimed to develop the distribution of the DF for three pollutant and to estimate the parameter values for the distribution of the DF.

The construction craft workers have been getting older and have become drained, in spite of the vital factor that it directly affects productivity and quality as a final producer. This situation in the construction industry is ultimately due to evasion of performances by young craft workers. Therefore, the aim of this study is to propose the certification and level system of construction craft workers and to extract young craft workers from the market for construction craft workers so as to supply and demand high quality of craft workers. First of all, the present status and problems of the domestic construction craft workers are considered in this study. Furthermore, the appropriate way to establish its certification and level system is suggested from the Interview with experts, as well as references of German and Australian case. The revitalization of certification and level system provided in this study is expected to ensure that the craft workers are not simple laborers, but are required the professional knowledge and skill. Besides, it will lead to strengthen specificity and to break from aging, by taking young and qualified craft workers into the construction industry. Also, it will promote an employment stability by connecting the social security system.
