  • The Autonomous station control system by applying the concepts of autonomous decentralized system is a system which can solve the problems of the current central control system. The Autonomous station control system tester developed in order to test for Autonomous station control system. The main function of tester is a time-deadline test, a schedule broadcast test, a route control test and a version-up test, etc. In the paper, we build the reliability of the Autonomous station control system by testing the Autonomous station control system tester. Also, the test enable the on-line test without the system interruption and verify the function of the Autonomous station control system developed by applying the concepts of Autonomous decentralized system to the current Central control system.

  • The magnetization pattern of the central cross section deduced from the ac susceptibility measurement is described with an analytical function. The function is based on a charge-free configuration. The thickness of the $^{\circ}$ wall lying in a (100) plane and the wall energy are calculated analytically. Total energy of the domain structure has been minimized with Ritz's method. As the result of the minimization, the energy density of the $^{\circ}$ wall lying in a (100) plane is $0.58\;erg/cm^{2}$ and the one for a (110) plane is $1.18\;erg/cm^{2}$. Thicknesses of these walls are calculated numerically. Also, the calculation indicates there is a small central domain at the cross section without applied current. With the ac susceptibility measurement the existence of the domain without current can be identified.

  • It is shown that the inversion of the undamped Bloch equation for an amplitude-modulated broadband π/2 pulse can be precisely treated as an inverse scattering problem for a Schrodinger equation on the positive semiaxis. The pulse envelope is closely related to the central potential and asymptotically the wave function takes the form of a regular solution of the radial Schrodinger equation for s-wave scattering. An integral equation, which allows the calculation of the pulse amplitude (the potential) from the phase shift of the asymptotic solution, is derived. An exact analytical inversion of the integral equation shows that the detuning-independent π/2 pulse amplitude is given by a delta function. The equation also provides a means to calculate numerically approximate π/2 pulses for broadband excitation.

  • In this paper we study Szegö kernel projections for Hardy spaces in quaternionic Clifford analysis. At first we introduce the matrix Szegö projection operator for the Hardy space of quaternionic Hermitean monogenic functions by the characterization of the matrix Hilbert transform in the quaternionic Clifford analysis. Then we establish the Kerzman-Stein formula which closely connects the matrix Szegö projection operator with the Hardy projection operator onto the Hardy space, and we get the matrix Szegö projection operator in terms of the Hardy projection operator and its adjoint. At last, we construct the explicit matrix Szegö kernel function for the Hardy space on the sphere as an example, and get the solution to a Diriclet boundary value problem for matrix functions.

  • Let f(z) be an entire function of exponential type τ such that ║f║ = 1. Also suppose, in addition, that f(z) ≠ 0 for ℑz > 0 and that $h_f(\frac{\pi}{2})=0$. Then, it was proved by Gardner and Govil [Proc. Amer. Math. Soc., 123(1995), 2757-2761] that for y = ℑz ≤ 0 $${\parallel}D_{\zeta}[f]{\parallel}{\leq}\frac{\tau}{2}({\mid}{\zeta}{\mid}+1)$$, where Dζ[f] is referred to as polar derivative of entire function f(z) with respect to ζ. In this paper, we prove an inequality in the opposite direction and thereby obtain some known inequalities concerning polynomials and entire functions of exponential type.

  • This paper introduced the Weibull Marshall-Olkin Power Lomax (WMOPL) distribution. The statistical aspects of the proposed model are presented, such as the quantiles function, moments, mean residual life and mean deviations, variance, skewness, kurtosis, and reliability measures like the residual life function, and stress-strength reliability. The parameters of the new model are estimated using six different methods, and simulation research is illustrated to compare the six estimation methods. In the end, two real data sets show that the Weibull Marshall-Olkin Power Lomax distribution is flexible and suitable for modeling data.

  • This study was carried out to analyse the central functions of district-load areas (Eup or Myon in Korea) in the neighbourhood zone of Saemankeum Reclamation Area. From the calculation results of their functional indices, only 4 areas were selected as the second-order centers, while remaining 12 areas as the third-order centers. (key villages)

  • This study investigated the administrative history, from the introduction of the "Standard of Government Function Classification" (BRM) to its development and application. Through the results of the survey, the causes of the problems observed in the current government's functional classification system were revealed. The current survey examined the functional classification scheme of the central government and local governments on the "cultural heritage" policy area (9 major functions, 59 middle functions, 297 small functions, and 1,287 unit tasks). It confirmed the problem of the separation of functions between central and local governments as well as other problems. Among the problems, this study proposed an improvement model through four representative cases such as the "designation of cultural heritage." In order to reorganize the "Standard of Government Function Classification," it is necessary to design a business function with the reproduction of tasks, establish a system for management and operation in order to maintain the consistency of the business function, educate users, and suggest continuous improvement.
