국내 건설기업의 안전인식수준과 건설생산성간의 상관관계 분석 기초연구 (A Basic Study on the Correlation Analysis between Safety Perception Level of Domestic Construction Companies and Construction Productivity)

  • Currently, the government has made a lot of efforts to improve construction productivity but there are few studies which measure between safety perception level and productivity in the South Korean construction industry. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze correlation between safety perception level of domestic construction companies and construction productivity. To achieve the objective, first, the concept of safety perception level was defined. Second, the safety perception level and construction productivity were investigated in the case projects. Third, correlation analysis was conducted between safety perception level and productivity. As a result, it was concluded that a high level of safety perception of executive and manager would increase construction productivity. In addition, To improve the safety perception level in the construction company, it is suggested that the provision safety resources for managements and the equal communication system between workers and managements and the development safety education tools considering the worker's experience. In the future, these findings can be utilized to develop future evaluation tools for a safety perception level in domestic construction company.

농가 주부의 경제적 스트레스 지각수준과 관련 변수 (Economic stress perception of farm households′ wives and related variables in Korea)

  • The objectives of this study are : (1) to measure the level of economic stress perception in Korean farm households. (2) to identify the effects of related variables such as socio-demographic variables and economic stability. The data from 505 farm households' wives was analyzed using statistical methods such as frequency, correlation, oneway ANOVA, lease significant difference test, and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings are as follows : The mean value of economic stress perception on the 505 wives was 33.5 points out of a possible 100. Among 3 subsectors, income stress perception had highest score. Socio- demographic variables such as family size, type of farm household, financial manager, debt, credit . grant assistant, wife's age, and educational level of the wife had a significant difference on the economic stress perception of wives in the ANOVA analysis. So did the objective and subjective evaluation of economic stability. As a result of multiple regression analysis, economic stability, debt presence, and wife age were verified explaining 23% of the variance of economic stress perception. Therefore, it can be said that farm wives had relatively high economic stress perception in the case of low economic stability, getting into debt and low age.

사회복지사가 경험한 강점관점 사례관리 실천 : 영유아 빈곤가정을 대상으로 (Case Managers' perceptions on Strength Case Management experiences for poor families with the infants and early children)

  • 이 연구는 영유아빈곤가정을 대상으로 강점관점 사례관리를 적용한 실천 경험을 분석하였다. 사례관리 실천 과정에서 경험하였던 도전과 극복, 그리고 성과에 대하여 사례관리자의 관점에서 어떻게 인식되고 경험되었는지를 해석하는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 자료수집방법은 영유아빈곤가정을 위한 강점관점 사례관리 프로젝트의 사례관리자 총 10명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 강점원칙을 견지하면서 클라이언트와 지역사회차원에서 사례관리자의 인식과 실천의 변화가 일어났음을 알 수 있었다. 클라이언트의 변화능력과 강점을 인식하고, 클라이언트가 변화의 주체자임을 이해하며, 클라이언트와 우호적인 신뢰관계를 쌓아나갔다. 지역사회에서는 자원에 대한 인식이 확대되고 자원 발굴 및 지역기관과의 연계에 대한 적극적 노력이 일어났다. 인식과 실천의 변화를 토대로 클라이언트에게서는 건강한 주양육자로서의 성장, 지역자원의 획득 능력 향상, 이웃과 지역에 대한 공동체 의식 향상이라는 성과를 볼 수 있었다. 지역사회차원에서는 지역기관 사이의 협력 강화와 지역자원의 공유 확대, 지역 내 사례관리 역량 강화, 영유아영역에 대한 지역의 관심 증대 등의 성과가 파악되었다. 분석 결과를 토대로 강점관점 사례관리가 실천 현장에 정착되기 위해 필요한 실천 전략을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 부산지역의 사회복귀시설의 사례관리자를 대상으로 사례관리과정에 대한 인식과 사례관리과정이 실제 어떻게 수행되고 있는지를 탐색함에 있다. 사회복귀시설의 사례관리자 12명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 얻은 자료를 심층분석하였다. 접수는 다양한 휴먼서비스 조직에서의 의뢰가 많고, 클라이언트 중심의 인테이크와 계약이 이루어지고, 사정은 정신장애인의 기능보다는 서비스 욕구중심으로, 기획은 자원발굴과 확보에 어려움을 느꼈다. 개입단계는 직접서비스 위주로 진행되고 여러 기관에서 접근 시에 사례관리에 대한 책임소지가 불분명했다. 점검단계는 주로 매달 시설 내에서 점검이 이루어지고 현실적인 슈퍼비전에 대한 욕구가 높았다. 종결에서는 성과평가 위주였고, 사례관리를 잘 나타낼 수 있는 개별화된 평가척도에 대한 기대를 나타내었다.

말레이시아 조기유학생 어머니들의 자녀교육 및 '어머니 노릇'에 대한 인식과 의미 (The Meanings and Perceptions of Child Education and Mother's Role for Children of Korean Mothers in Malaysia)

  • This study examines the perception and its meaning of child education and mother]s role for children of Korean mothers for their children to study abroad in Malaysia. For this purpose, data was collected through in-depth interviews with seven mothers and one grandmother. All participants were lived in Malaysia for at least 6 months above. As a result, the most of recommenders of studying in Malaysia were fathers. And the purposes of studying in Malaysia were the improvement of their children's English learning skills and abilities, and not-good academic achievement in Korea. They made a decision for their children to study in Malaysia in that it was good to study in Malaysia for early 'spec' management for their children. But in the case of Korean mothers, they had a diverse desires internally. For example, they had a desire to escape from the relationships with mother-in law or complicated social relations of their family, kin, and neighbors in Korea. In Malaysia, Koran mothers carried out their roles of children's time management, information network management and 'distinction' strategies to their friends and neighbors for their children to study well and up their achievements' levels. Lately, they had planning to develop for their children's long term life design and their choices of universities in Korea, with special reference to the various connections of school-ties and religion-ties in Malaysia.

정보보안 종사자의 조직갈등과 직무이탈 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organizational Conflict and Job Withdrawal Intention of the Information Security Workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안 조직갈등의 단계와 유형이 정보보안 종사자의 직무이탈 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 폰디의 조직갈등이론을 적용하여 공기업 정보보안 종사자를 대상으로 한 설문자료를 분석하였으며 구조 방정식 모형을 사용하여 정보보안 종사자가 직무 활동에서 경험하는 갈등의 단계, 유형, 결과를 분석했다. 분석 결과, 정보보안 종사자가 조직갈등의 잠재요인을 감정적으로 받아들일수록 정보보안 종사자의 직무이탈의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에, 인식메커니즘은 직무를 변경하여 조직을 이탈할 확률을 낮추는 조절 효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 조직 내 정보보안 종사자의 갈등에 관한 실증연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 정보보호 조직의 관리자가 조직 내 갈등을 생산적인 방향으로 이끌어 가는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

시장개방 도입기 부패 영향요인 연구 - 미얀마 기업을 대상으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing Firm Cor ruption at the Beginning of Market Opening : The Case of Myanmar)

  • Corruption is a serious political factor that distorts economic structure and slows economic development. In particular, the transition to the market opening economy increases the corruption incentives due to the transitional situation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors on corruption using 2013 Myanmar Enterprise Survey data provided by World Bank. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the manager's willingness to dealing the regulation and the necessity of licensing had a positive relationship with corruption at the level of 90% and 95%, respectively. In the competitive environment factor, the intensity of the competition showed a significant increase at the level of 90%. In the institutional environment, the perception of social corruption and the obstacle of the taxation authorities increased the corruption. On the other hand, the increase in the instability of the political environment and strict enforcement of laws has been shown to reduce corruption. However, there was no significant relationship between managerial capacity, corruption of competitors, tax rate, and administrative environment.

임상간호사의 안전간호활동 영향요인 (Factors Affecting on the Clinical Nurse's Safety Nursing Activity)

  • 본 연구는 대학병원 임상간호사를 대상으로 환자안전문화에 대한 인식과 안전간호활동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료는 2015년 9월 1일부터 10월 1까지 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였고, 사후분석은 Scheffe' test로 하였다. 그 결과 대상자의 환자안전문화에 대한 인식은 5점 만점에 $3.30{\pm}.22$점이었고, 안전간호활동은 5점 만점에 평균 $3.89{\pm}.44$점이었으며, 환자안전문화에 대한 인식은 환자안전간호활동과의 양의 상관관계(r=.364, p=.000)가 나타났다. 또한 안전간호활동에 간호사의 총 경력, 직위, 직속관리자/책임자, 의사소통 절차, 사건보고 빈도가 영향을 받으며, 38.6%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 안전간호활동을 증진시키기 위해서는 적절한 경력자 관리, 조직간 원활한 의사소통, 자발적 사건보고를 할 수 있는 실무지침과 효과적인 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

경기도 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업에 대한 성과 분석 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Performance Analysis and Improvement of the Book Sharing Regular Delivery Project for Pre-schoolers in Gyeonggi Province)

  • 본 연구는 2021년도 경기도 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업의 성과를 도출하고, 사업의 문제점을 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하여 경기도 독서문화진흥 정책 마련에 도움을 주고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이 사업의 성과 분석 및 개선방안 제시를 위해 양육자와 독서코칭사를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시하였으며, 전문가 의견수렴과 사업주관자 및 수행사업자를 대상으로 자체 사업 평가를 실시하였다. 만족도 조사 결과 사업의 필요성 및 만족도는 양육자 및 독서코칭사 모두 매우 높게 나타났으며 특히 양육자의 경우 사업 후 독서량이 많이 증가할수록 본 사업의 필요성과 만족도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났고 사업이 중단될 경우에도 지속적으로 책꾸러미 정기배송과 같은 프로그램에 참여하고 싶어하는 것으로 나타났다. 전문가 의견 수렴에서도 양육자의 독서육아에 대한 긍정적인 인식 변화가 있으며, 유아-부모 상호작용 발달로 이 사업의 필요성과 만족도가 매우 높다는 평가를 하였다. 다만 사업주관 및 수행기관의 자체 평가에서는 사전에 철저한 계획적인 준비를 통해 사업이 진행되어야 더 좋은 성과를 낼 수 있을 것으로 평가하였다. 이를 통해 경기도 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업의 지속성을 위해 그 개선방안을 제시하고 경기도 독서문화진흥 정책을 제안하였다.

PL 리더십 성향과 프로젝트 특성요인이 프로젝트 참여 만족 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of PL Leadership and Characteristics of Project on Project Participants' Satisfaction and Performance)

  • The study was originated from recognition that project participants' satisfaction should be Improved to raise project performance and to make progress of a successful project since the above dissatisfaction was operated as a danger factor of the project. The study selected one large-scale sample project and attempted measuring characteristics of the project, participants' satisfaction and project performance with the whole project participants. The study analyzed correlations between individual level (team members) and group level (development team), and examined what effect a sub project manager under complicated hierarchical organization of the large-scale project, namely PL (project leader)'s leadership style had on each individual project participant's satisfaction and what effect project uncertainty in organization/technology environment had on project participants' satisfaction and project performance. The study verified that development team (group) had an effect on team member (individual)-level project participants' satisfaction by disclosing that there was a significant dispersion among groups within project participants' satisfaction by each individual. It is analyzed that it is necessary to make improvement through approach by each pertinent team to raise individual-level project participants' satisfaction. The study also verified PL's ideal leadership under strict methodology and hierarchical control of the large-scale project. Based on the verification of the hypotheses, the results of the analysis were produced as follows. First, the development team affects the satisfaction level that an individual has when he/she participates in a project. This suggests that the satisfaction with project participation should be improved at the team level. In addition, the project management style and leadership orientation of the manager of a sub project who is mostly affected by the team proved to have a direct influence on the satisfaction with project participation and project performances. Second, both the performance-oriented leadership and the relationship-oriented leadership of the PL of the development team were verified to have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the team members associated with project participation. In other words, when the team members recognize that the PL of the development team shows both the performance-oriented leadership and the relationship-oriented leadership, their satisfaction with project participation increases accordingly. Third, it was verified that the uncertainty of the organizational environment significantly affects the satisfaction level when the PL of the development team exerts a relationship-oriented and performance-oriented leadership. The higher the uncertainty of the organizational environment is, the more the satisfaction with project participation decreases whereas the relationship-oriented leadership has a more positive effect on the satisfaction than the performance-oriented leadership style. Fourth, when the PL of the development team exerts the relationship-related and performance-related leadership, the uncertainty of the technological environment has a significant influence on the satisfaction level. The higher the uncertainty of the technological environment is, the more the satisfaction with project participation decreases whereas the performance-oriented leadership has a more positive effect on the satisfaction than the relationship-oriented leadership style. The result of the research on the uncertainty of the project environment suggests that when the development team leader exerts a relationship-oriented and performance-oriented leadership style, the uncertainty of the organizational environment has a significant effect on the satisfaction with project participation; the higher the uncertainty of the organizational environment, the more the satisfaction level decreases, and the relationship-oriented leadership style affects the satisfaction level more positively than the performance-oriented leadership style. In addition, when the development team leader displays a relationship-oriented and performance-oriented leadership style, the uncertainty of the technological environment has a significant effect on the satisfaction with project participation; the higher the uncertainty of the technological environment. the more the satisfaction level decreases. The performance-oriented leadership style as well affects the satisfaction level more positively than the relationship-oriented leadership style. Based on the above results, the research provides the following implications when handling multiple concurrent projects. First, the satisfaction with the participation in the multiple concurrent projects needs to be enhanced at the team (group) level. Second. the manager of the project team, particularly the middle managers should have both a performance-oriented and relationship (task and human)-oriented attitude and exert a consolidated leadership in order to improve the satisfaction of team members with project participation and their performances. Third, as the uncertainty factor of the technological and organizational environment among the characteristics factors of the project has room for methodological improvement depending on one's effort even though there are some complications, we need to continuously prevent and control the risks resulting from the uncertainties of the technological and organizational environment of the project in order to enhance the satisfaction of project participation and project performances. Fourth, the performance (task)-oriented leadership is required when there is uncertainty in a technological environment while the relationship (human)-oriented leadership is required when there is uncertainty in an organizational environment. This research has the following limitations. First, this research intended to select one large-sized sample project and measure the project characteristics, the satisfaction of all the participants associated with project participation, and their performances. Therefore, it is inappropriate to generalize and apply the result of this result onto other numerous projects. Second, as this case study entailed a survey to measure the characteristics factors and performance of the project, since the result value was based on the perception of project team members, the data may have insufficient objectivity. Third, though this research targeted on all the project participants, some development teams did not provide sufficient data and questionnaires were collected from some specific development teams among the 23 development teams, causing a significant deviation in the response rate among the development teams. Therefore, we need to continuously conduct the follow-up researches making comparisons among the multiple projects, and centering on the characteristics factors of the project and its satisfaction level.
