해체공사 실무자를 위한 기계식 해체대상 RC구조물의 해석기법 제안 (Structural Analysis Methods for RC Building Demolition Work under Heavy Equipment Loading)

  • 우리나라의 RC 구조물 기계식 해체공사에서는 적절하지 못한 해체장비의 선정과 탑재가 원인이 되어 해체작업 중 구조부재가 붕괴하는 사고가 발생하기도 한다. 따라서 RC 구조물의 기계식 해체공사를 계획할 때 해체공사 담당자가 대상 구조물에 탑재 가능한 장비의 등급을 보다 편리하게 결정할 수 있는 해석기법이 필요한 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 4층 규모 실 구조물을 대상으로 재하실험과 구조해석을 수행하여, 선행연구에서 도출한 RC 구조물에 탑재 가능한 장비 등급의 적정성을 규명하고, 해체공사 담당자가 구조물의 안전성을 편리하게 평가할 수 있는 해석기법을 제안하였다. 이 연구에서 제안한 해석기법은 RC구조물 기계식 해체공사의 작업 안전성과 적정한 장비 운영을 통한 작업 효율성 향상에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Simultaneous water and energy saving of wet cooling towers, modeling for a sample building

  • This article outlines a case study of water and energy savings in a typical building through a modelling process and analysis of simultaneous water-energy saving measures. Wet cooling towers are one of the most important equipments in buildings with a considerable amount of water and energy consumption. A variety of methods are provided to reduce water and energy consumption in these facilities. In this paper, thorough the modeling of a typical building, water and energy consumption are measured. Then, After application of modern methods known to be effective in saving water and energy, including the ozone treatment for cooling towers and shade installation for windows, i.e. fins and overhangs, the amount of water and energy saving are compared with the base case using the Simergy model. The annual water consumption of the building, by more than 50% reduction, has been reached to 500 cubic meters from 1024 cubic meters. The annual electric energy consumption has been decreased from 405,178 kWh to 340,944 kWh, which is about 16%. After modeling, monthly peak of electrical energy consumption of 49,428 has dropped to 40,562 kWh. The reduction of 18% in the monthly peak can largely reduce the expenses of electricity consumption at peak.

Vibration based damage detection in a scaled reinforced concrete building by FE model updating

  • The traditional destructive tests in damage detection require high cost, long consuming time, repairing of damaged members, etc. In addition to these, powerful equipments with advanced technology have motivated development of global vibration based damage detection methods. These methods base on observation of the changes in the structural dynamic properties and updating finite element models. The existence, location, severity and effect on the structural behavior of the damages can be identified by using these methods. The main idea in these methods is to minimize the differences between analytical and experimental natural frequencies. In this study, an application of damage detection using model updating method was presented on a one storey reinforced concrete (RC) building model. The model was designed to be 1/2 scale of a real building. The measurements on the model were performed by using ten uni-axial seismic accelerometers which were placed to the floor level. The presented damage identification procedure mainly consists of five steps: initial finite element modeling, testing of the undamaged model, finite element model calibration, testing of the damaged model, and damage detection with model updating. The elasticity modulus was selected as variable parameter for model calibration, while the inertia moment of section was selected for model updating. The first three modes were taken into consideration. The possible damaged members were estimated by considering the change ratio in the inertia moment. It was concluded that the finite element model calibration was required for structures to later evaluations such as damage, fatigue, etc. The presented model updating based procedure was very effective and useful for RC structures in the damage identification.

The audit method of cooling energy performance in office building using the Simple Linear Regression Analysis Model

  • Purpose: In order to upgrade the energy performance of existing building, energy audit stage should be implemented first because it is useful method to find where the problems occur and know how much time and cost consumption for retrofit. In overseas researches, three levels of audit is proposed whereas there are no standards for audit in Korea. Besides, most studies use dynamic simulation in detail like audit level 3 even though the level 2 can save time and cost than level 3. Thus, this paper focused on audit level 2 and proposed the audit method with the simple linear regression analysis model. Method: Two parameters were considered for the simple regression analysis, which were the monthly electric use and the mean outdoor temperature data. The former is a dependent variable and the latter is a independent variable, and the building's energy performance profile was estimated from the regression analysis method. In this analysis, we found the abnormal point in cooling season and the more detailed analysis were conducted about the three heat source equipments. Result: Comparing with real and predicted models, the total consumption of predicted model was higher than real value as 23,608 kWh but it was the results that was reflected the compulsory control in 2013. Consequently, it was analyzed that the revised model could save the cooling energy as well as reduce peak electric use than before.

  • 현재 대부분의 리모델링 현장은 시설에 대한 사전정보부족, 공간적인 제약과 같은 예상치 못한 현장조건. 작업범위의 변경 등으로 인해 촉박한 공사기간으로 추진되고 있으며, 이는 조악한 품질의 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 다소 복잡한 작업체계를 가지고 있어 기존시설의 운영일정과 공사일정과의 충돌로 인한 갑작스런 작업대기시간의 발생 등 효율적인 공정관리에도 많은 어려움이 뒤따른다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 리모델링 사례를 통하여 현장관리 절차 및 사례현장에서 나타난 시공관리상 문제점의 개선과정을 통해 리모델링 공사현장의 효율적 관리방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 관리방안의 수립을 위해 문헌을 통하여 관리상의 문제점을 도출하였고, 사례분석을 통해 공사단계별 현장관리절차, 관리사항을 파악하여 관리상 성공요인을 도출하고, 향후 리모델링 현장에서의 효율적 관리방안을 제시하였다.

  • 국내 공공건설사업의 건설기계경비 손료 선정 시 사용되는 건설기계가격표는 급변하는 현실을 제대로 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현실이 반영된 기계경비 산정을 위해 "기계장비 시가표준액표"를 활용하여 표준품셈의 건설기계가격이 지속적으로 제 개정될 수 있는 체계화되고 선진화된 상시관리시스템의 방안을 개발하여 제시하고, 대표적인 장비에 이를 적용하여 건설기계가격의 변화가 정부예산에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 투명하고 공정한 공사비 산정기준을 정립하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

스마트 기기의 증강현실을 이용한 타워크레인 선정방안 (Method to Select Tower Cranes Using Augmented Reality in Smart Devices)

  • 고층건축공사의 양중장비의 선정은 프로젝트 성공의 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 건설현장에서는 전문가나 경험이 많은 공사관리자가 2차원 도면 위에 타워크레인의 회전반경을 고려하여 위치를 이동시키는 방법을 통해 적절한 위치를 결정한다. CAD와 BIM, 가상현실 등이 건축설계와 시공단계에 많이 활용되고 있지만 가설계획이나 타워크레인을 선정하기 위해서는 사용되지 않고 있다. 이 연구는 적절한 타워크레인의 위치를 선정하기 위해 증강현실 기술을 이용하는 방법을 제안하고 있다. Vuforia와 Unity 3d를 이용하여 타워크레인의 위치를 선정할 수 있는 증강현실 프로토타입을 구현하였으며 실제 건축도면을 통해 활용성을 검증하였다.

  • 실내 측위를 위한 기법으로 Fingerprinting, 삼변 측량을 이용한 실내 위치 측위 방법, Wi-Fi / Bluetooth 등 장비로 얻은 정보를 활용하여 사용자의 실내 위치를 특정 하는 것이 일반적이고 대표적인 방법이다. 하지만 이러한 방법들은 실내 공간이 다수의 장비(AP, Beacon)를 설치할 수 있을 만큼의 장소가 마련되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 폭이 좁은 건물 등 기존 방식을 적용할 수 없는 건물 구조에서 GPS 신호와 비콘 으로부터 전달된 신호를 동시에 이용하여 건물 내 사용자의 위치를 표현할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 또한 최단 경로 탐색을 위해 가장 대표적이고 효율적인 최단 경로 탐색 알고리즘 중의 하나인 다익스트라 알고리즘(Dijkstra Algorithm)를 적용하여 최단 경로 탐색 시스템을 설계 구현했다. 제안된 기법은 향후 건물 구조 특성을 고려한 사용자 실내 위치 측정 방법 중 하나로 고려될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Because each building is built in different time, there exists different equipment to meet the need for each age. Before the announcement of "Community Management Regulation", the old communities usually suffer the problem of lower requirement and living quality. This may bring some security problem that we should face. In this research, we construct "Building Administration System" to provide users a tool to perform a standard operation procedure in community management. This powerful tool will also help manager to effectively handle important tasks in property administrating by reducing unnecessary documentation. In the current regulation, all community committee members shall be voted each year. This will seriously affect the cumulative of management knowledge and cause a worse efficiency. In this research, we use Object Oriented concept and Visual Modeling techniques to combine with Interbase, ER/Studio, and Delphi to develop this management system for Building Property. Through the help of current computing technology, we can solve the problem that can not be inherited and the storing of the huge amount of data. In this system, we develop the modules such as Basic Data Module, Administrative Expense Calculation, Receipt Print, and Inquiring for Inheritance. In this system, we have integrated all houses, parking lots, and public equipments in it. Manager will only need to handle some basic accounting data; the system will automatically handle the rest. Through the help of this system, the community management staff can be easily accomplished and put more manpower on some needed aspect to improve the living quality.

고 선량율 감마선 조사에 따른 렌즈의 열화 (A CCD Camera Lens Degradation Caused by High Dose-Rate Gamma Irradiation)

  • Assumed that an IPTV camera system is to be used as an ad-hoc sensor for the surveillance and diagnostics of safety-critical equipments installed in the in-containment building of the nuclear power plant, an major problem is the presence of high dose-rate gamma irradiation fields inside the one. In order to uses an IPTV camera in such intense gamma radiation environment of the in-containment building, the radiation-weakened devices including a CCD imaging sensor, FPGA, ASIC and microprocessors are to be properly shielded from high dose-rate gamma radiation using the high-density material, lead or tungsten. But the passive elements such as mirror, lens and window, which are placed in the optical path of the CCD imaging sensor, are exposed to a high dose-rate gamma ray source directly. So, the gamma-ray irradiation characteristics of the passive elements, is needed to test. A CCD camera lens, made of glass material, have been gamma irradiated at the dose rate of 4.2 kGy/h during an hour up to a total dose of 4 kGy. The radiation induced color-center in the glass lens is observed. The degradation performance of the gamma irradiated lens is explained using an color component analysis.
