Piping systems of the power generating stations have been generally protected by hydraulic and mechanical snubbers which can allow large displacements arising from temperature change while those can reduce or absorb stresses due to vibrations. However these snubbers require amounts of budget for maintenance or replacement because of the leakage, lubrication and finally short life cycle. Recently the snubbers consisted of wire rope have been proved to reduce vibrations of piping systems. While the wire rope snubbers are free of maintenance such as leakage and lubrication, imported price are so high. Now it is necessary to design, manufacture and certificate these wire rope snubbers.

This study examined the present condition of convention of convention in Korea and the establishment of strategies for the convention marketing. It is defined as establishing a direction of decision-making for the achievement of efficiency in the convention activities and consists of the following steps; firstly, to set up a target market through the analysis of the convention market and the itemization of the market, and then to draw up a budget and adopt a strategy of convention marketing. Based on this plan of convention marketing, I think the 7P strategy variables such as product, price, passage, and promotion, as well as the participant, physical proof, and process of service assembling should be fixed to attain the target market, for the convention industry is a field of service industry.

Purpose - This research is to provide new insights for policy makers in Korea, comparing South Korea and foreign countries such as Japan, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain and the forth, in terms of the effects of retail regulations on a retail trade industry. Research design, data, and methodology - After introduction, the research begins with literature review on the background why advanced countries have introduced retail legislations, then, will present their effects. The fourth section will compare the South Korea with the above foreign countries. Finally, the authors will draw conclusions and mention not only research limitations but also future research directions. Results - Based on the previous research, the authors compared Korea and advanced countries, in terms of how retail regulations influence retail employment, retail productivity, retail price, and the protection of independent retailers. The authors found that industrialized countries have made a significant effort to protect small shops for social stability with many different regulations and/or budget. With regard to results, however, the degree of its achievement is lower than expected. Conclusions - In order to protect small- and medium-sized retailers efficiently and effectively, policy makers need to develop better sophisticated retail regulations than those of advanced countries.

The reference guide for the cost of establishing the digital documents has been used as a basis for establishing the budget for the construction of the knowledge information resource. However, due to the abolition of the nominal unit price notification in terms of IT projects, it is necessary to conduct research to convert the standard of the current labor force grade standard to the national incompetency standard (NCS). In this study, we investigate and revise the system and contents of the current knowledge information cost estimation model. In specific, i) we conducted gap analysis of cost estimation model and existing NCS model. As the contents conforming for the construction of the knowledge information resource were not adoptable, we define the description of the construction of the knowledge information resource and to identify the core elements of NCS prior to the improvement of the cost model. ⅱ) then we proposed improve the cost model considering integration with newly proposed NCS model for knowledge information construction job. In order to ensure the validity of the application of NCS development and cost estimation model, the experts reviewed relevant contents and made plans for improvement by using experts from supply and demand groups of various fields of national knowledge informatization projects.

As the types of wedding ceremonies become diversified, and consumers' needs become more selective, greater importance is given to wedding planners' roles in the wedding industry, and consumers require differentiated types of wedding service. As a preliminary qualitative study in this field, an ethnographic study was conducted to identify factors valued by consumers when selecting a wedding planner in the wedding planner market, which has rapidly grown in recent years. An in-depth interview was performed with eight participants in terms of wedding planner utilization type and consumers' understanding of wedding preparation with a wedding planner. The collected data were analyzed through taxonomy, component analysis and decision table analysis; for validation, professional wedding planners were asked to review the items valued by consumers in selecting a wedding planner. Four factors - expense characteristic, wedding planners, wedding consulting companies, and customer characteristics - were identified, along with eight sub-factors (capability, service attitude, technical communication, personal factors, wedding planner encounter paths, spouse's satisfaction status, and companies). Out of these, price (within budget), wedding planners' capability, wedding planners' service attitude are expected to be meaningful in further research because they were found to be attributes commonly valued by every respondent. This study is significant in that it has made a new approach to understanding wedding planner selection attributes through ethnographic research and identified new wedding planner selection attributes.

Objective: This study examined the Risk Sharing Agreement (RSA) on pharmaceutical pricing system in Korean national health insurance. Through RSA, the insurer was able to maintain the principles in the price listing process while managing the budget effectively and improving patient access to new drugs. Despite these positive effects, there are still issues raised by some stakeholders, such as lack of transparency in the listing process and doubts about its effectiveness. Therefore, we investigated the impacts of RSA on national health insurance financing and patient access to analyze the effects of RSA. Methods: The impact of RSA was investigated by analyzing the health insurance claims data for 2014~2016. The degree of improvement in patient access was determined by the decreased amount of patients' payment. Results: Results showed that the financial impact of RSA was not significant and patients' access to the new drug greatly improved. Conclusion: These results show that RSA is a good system for improving patient access to new drugs without additional expense on insurance.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze denture satisfaction by burdened cost types. Methods: All 588 subjects in Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea was surveyed randomly. The study was conducted for about 24 days from March 28th to April 20th, 2014. The objects who participated in the survey were offered self-report questionnaires for this study. Results: Satisfaction with Half Price of the National Health Insurance Support Denture patients appears the highest point of $2.98{\pm}0.22$, and The Governor Pledge Free Denture appears $2.90{\pm}0.17$ the lowest. Also Pay Denture appears $2.96{\pm}0.21$. Provincial authority regulated medical carelessness inefficiently and at all during the procedure, without having to pay the cost of individual. also provincial authority support low budget. This is the result from the lowest satisfaction of The Governor Pledge Free Denture patient. Conclusion: According to the survey results, The Governor Pledge Free Denture and The Total Pay Denture's satisfaction are higher than The National Health Insurance Support Denture. and The National Health Insurance Support Denture are more uncomfortable than pay denture to use.

The Libraries are face to difficult of academic journal subscription for the increasing price of journal and the increasing number of journal. Bibliographic citation analysis is one of method of evaluating the use of a journal collection. This study is used bibliographic use and scatting of foreign academic journal in Library and Information Science found in doctorial dissertation of graduate students in Seoul city, for serve to complement another method of journal evaluation. Journal selection and cancellation may be done on the basis to dispersion of journal citation to usefulness of journal subscription in the library budget. But the library should not rely on one single evaluation technique, it should take advantage of combination technique.

Naval ships are complex weapon systems which play the integrated performance by system integration of many kinds of weapon systems and their leading ships are usually not disposed after test and evaluation but militarised. Then, strict project management is required for naval ship building projects by identifying problems early and by taking prefer measures in time against unexpected situations encountered in the process of the projects. EVMS is a project management system which can manage the schedule and the budget of a project concurrently and estimate the project's time duration and the cost at project completion. In this paper, the applicability and usefulness of WMS is studied for a assumed navai ship building project, in the environment of monetary fluctuations such as price index, wage increase rate and exchange rate.

This paper is a feasibility study on the calculation of operating cost in regards to the overall operation following the completion of a number of LRT lines currently in progress. Owing to the absence of operating experience in driveless LRT system at home, the difficulties lie in the assumption of the optimal operating budget applying domestic real situation. Nevertheless, with 34 years of accumulated operating experience in heavy rail transit system, Seoul Metro, the nation's biggest urban rail transit operator, performs O&M consultancy services for several on-going projects along with every effort to acquire know-how where the appropriateness of the cost estimation as a required deliverable is reviewed and a more efficient way is provided. The main focus of this study is to seek a method to calculate the optimal amount of operating expenses as well as a cost-effective alternative for possible weaknesses from the standpoint of the operator. The body of this paper discusses the five issues such as personnel cost, overhead, maintenance cost, additional purchase price, alternative investment fee from a more macroscopic point of view, and the conclusion deals with the adequacy of the reason for selection of institutions with various operating know-how.
