Flyash를 이용한 블록의 흡음특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of Sound Absorption of Flyash Blocks)

  • The blocks using flyash were prepared in this study. The characteristic of sound absorption of flyash block was investigated. It was revealed that the chemical additives and flyash played an important role to determine the characteristic of sound absorption. Chemical additive affects the capability of sound absorption while flyash affects the characteristic of sound absorption, i.e. high value of the sound absorption coefficient at the specific frequencies(1KHz and 2KHz). The flyash block showed higher sound absorption coefficient than that of the commercial concrete block having carpet on the surface. It was also shown that the sound absorption coefficient increases with increase of the content of flyash in the block. However, it was found that the 70wt% of flyash in the flyash block was the optimum content to obtain the highest sound absorption coefficient.

조도보정 블록 수로에서의 조도계수 추정 (An Estimation of Roughness Coefficient in a Channel with Roughness Correction Blocks)

  • 본 연구는 조도보정 블록수로에서의 체적밀집도를 정의하고, 평균유속(V)과 수리반경(R)의 곱인 VR, 블록 Reynolds수($Re^*$), 항력계수($\acute{C}_D$) 및 바닥전단특성의 바닥조도계수($n_b$)를 분석하여 조도계수(n)를 산정하였다. VR과 블록Reynolds수가 증가함에 따라 조도계수가 감소하여 일정함에 수렴하는 경험적인 양상을 확인하였다. 블록Reynolds수의 증가에 따라 항력계수는 감소하여 일정한 값에 수렴하는 것으로 나타났다. 블록Reynolds수가 큰 난류구간에서는 항력계수는 밀집도로 정의한 조도블록의 형상에 지배적임을 볼 수 있다. 정확한 조도계수의 산정을 위해서는 블록Reynolds수와 체적밀집도에 의한 상관식의 개발이 요구된다. n-VR, $\acute{C}_D-Re^*$, $n_b-\acute{C}_D$상관에 대한 관계곡선식을 제시하였다. 조도계수를 산정할 수 있는 블록Reynolds수와 체적밀집도와의 상관관계식을 제시하였다. 실험결과를 토대로 블록Reynolds수와 체적밀집도에 의한 조도 계수 산정식을 이용한 HEC-RAS의 수리특성 분석결과는 실험결과와 잘 일치함을 보여주어 산정한 조도계수 추정식의 적용성을 확인하였다.

ROWECELL시험에 의한 해성점토의 압밀계수에 대한 연구 (Study on the Coefficient of Consolidation of Marine Clay by Rowecell Consolidation Test)

  • It was achieved that Rowecell test for this undisturbed sample was picked by Block sampler($\phi$:250mm, L:500mm) and hydraulic piston sampler($\phi$:76mm, L:850mm) in the marine clay of YONGYUDO and YEONGJONGDO in this research. Ratio of coefficient of consolidation was analyzed through comparison with C$\_$h/ by CPTu and C$\_$v/ and C$\_$h/ by existent consolidation test. According to analysis, coefficient of consolidation of block sample is fairly greater than coefficient of consolidation of piston sample. And the bigger diameter of undisturbed sample, sample disturbance could know decreasing. Coefficient of consolidation by Rowecell test measured more greatly than coefficient of consolidation by existent consolidation test. Rowecell test could know decreasing consolidation rate because of smear effect by Mandrel injection. Also, C$\_$h/ by CPTu shows deviation by each analysis method, selection of suitable analysis method judged by important leading in the coefficient of consolidation.

평판재하시험을 통한 투수 블록포장의 탄성계수 및 상대강도계수 산정 (Elastic Modulus and Layer Coefficient of Permeable Block Pavements Based on Plate Load Tests)

  • 도심 홍수 및 물순환 왜곡을 해결하기 위한 대표적 저영향개발기술 중 하나인 투수 블록포장이 포장시설로서 활발하게 적용되고 있다. 하지만 국내의 경우 설계법이 잘 정립되어있지 않고 국외에선 AASHTO 93 연성포장 설계법을 구조설계법으로 적용하고 있긴 하나 투수성 포장재료의 상대강도계수에 대한 정보가 부족하여 다양한 재료에 대한 설계적용이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에선 평판재하시험을 통해 투수 블록포장 재료의 상대강도계수를 산정하는 방법을 제시하고, 투수성 포장 실증현장에서 평판재하시험을 실시하여 이를 산정하였다. 산정된 개립도 골재와 투수 블록포장 표층의 상대강도계수는 전체적으로 기존의 값과 유사한 경향을 나타냈다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법을 사용하여 향후 설계를 위한 투수 블록포장 재료의 상대강도계수를 산정할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

깍은 사면체형 소파블록의 안정성 평가 (Investigation of Statbility of Truncated Tetrahedron Type Amore Block)

  • Armor block is used to reduce wave energy. To do this, the stability of coastal structure is enhanced. It is very expensive to develop a new type armor block. So, the research of new type armor block is very short. We develope truncated tetrahedron type armor block(new type block) which have a hole in center part. In this study, the stability of new type armor block is investigated by hydraulic model test. In the result, the stability coefficient($K_D$) of new type armor block is 11.8. this value is more superior than value of tetrapod.

DCT 질감 블록 계수를 이용한 강인한 블라인드 워터마킹 (Robust Blind Watermarking using DCT Texture Block Coefficient)

  • 본 논문은 DCT 질감블록계수를 이용한 강인한 블라인드 워터마킹을 제안하였다. 제안 방법에서는 다양한 외부 공격에 강인하도록 하기 위해서 $8\times8$ 블록 DCT 주파수 영역 계수 값의 절대값을 이용한 질감 블록 계수를 기준으로 $8\times8$ 블록 DCT의 직류성분에 모든 워터마크를 삽입하였다. 제안 방법의 성능을 확인하기 위해서 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과 제안 방법이 기존의 방법보다 비가시성 측면 및 다양한 외부 공격인 Dithering, Scaling, Cropping에서 매우 강인함을 확인하였다.

Pullout resistance of concrete anchor block embedded in cohesionless soil

  • The anchor block is a specially designed concrete member intended to withstand pullout or thrust forces from backfill material of an internally stabilized anchored earth retaining wall by passive resistance of soil in front of the block. This study presents small-scale laboratory experimental works to investigate the pullout capacity of a concrete anchor block embedded in air dry sand and located at different distances from yielding boundary wall. The experimental setup consists of a large tank made of fiberglass sheets and steel framing system. A series of tests was carried out in the tank to investigate the load-displacement behavior of anchor block. Experimental results are then compared with the theoretical approaches suggested by different researchers and codes. The appropriate placement of an anchor block and the passive resistance coefficient, which is multiplied by the passive resistance in front of the anchor block to obtain the pullout capacity of the anchor, were also studied.

소형 가솔린 기관의 실린더 블록에 대한 열적 거동 해석 (Analysis of the thermal behaviors of the cylinder block of a small gasoline engine)

  • In this study, the thermal behavior characteristics of the cylinder block of a small 3-cylinder, 4-stroke gasoline engine were analyzed, using the 3-dimensional finite element method. Before numerical analyses were conducted, the performance test and the heat transfer experiment of the engine were carried out in order to prepare the input data for the computations. Engine cycle simulation was performed to obtain the heat transfer coefficient and the temperature of the gas and the mean heat transfer coefficient of coolant. Temperature fields as a result of steady-state heat transfer were obtained and compared with experimental results measured at specific points of the inner and the outer walls of the cylinder block. The thermal stress and deformation characteristics resulting from the nonuniform temperature distributions of the block were investigated. The effects of the thermal behaviors of the cylinder block on the engine operations and the unfavourable aspects of excessive thermal loading were examined on the basis of the calculated results.

  • This paper deals with rocking response behavior of rigid block structure subjected to horizontal excitation. A strict consideration of impact and sliding between the block and base is essential to investigate the rocking vibration characteristics because the rocking behavior were greatly influenced by the impact and sliding motion. Therefore, not only restitution coefficient between the block and base but also the energy dissipation rate which is associated with sliding motion, and the static and kinetic friction coefficient between those should be included in the modeling of rocking system. The analytic program was developed to be able to simulate the experimental responses of the block subjected to horizontal sinusoidal excitations. By using this program, rocking responses were numerically calculated by the nonlinear equations for rocking system. From the response simulation and rocking vibration experiment, the following results were obtained. The rocking responses are affected by the impact motion due to energy dissipation and friction and provide very complex behavior. The toppling condition of the block is also influenced by the impact motion and sliding motion.

고무 블록의 마찰 거동 해석 (Analysis of the Frictional Behavior of Rubber Block)

  • The friction and wear of tire determined by frictional behavior of tire tread that translate driving force, cornering force and braking force between automobile and road as a result of frictional behavior of each tread block. The tire tread block is representative case of rubber block doing frictional behavior. In this paper, frictional behavior of rubber block under compressive force and shear force was analytically obtained by using slip starting position parameter instead of friction coefficient which is uncertain to express exact value between rubber and other surfaces yet. And local coefficients of friction were calculated as a function of compressive force, shear force, shear modulus of rubber, shape factor and slip starting position.
