Purpose: This qualitative study examined the participation in ICT-based management from the perspectives of patients with chronic diseases. This study was conducted as one of several studies evaluating the effectiveness of chronic disease management in the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Methods: Focus group interviews were used as its guiding methodology. Group interviews with 16 patients were carried out using semi-structured interview questions developed from a literature review and discussion with researchers. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: A total of 11 sub-themes were extracted through a comparison of the concepts and semantic analysis, and finally, four themes were derived: "Satisfied with systematic management of health care", "Leading in health care", "Understanding the pattern of blood pressure and blood sugar change" and "Adherence to existing health care habits". Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it used qualitative analysis through FGI to evaluate the effects of an ICT-based chronic disease management project. Based on this study, a mixed-method design study and an intervention study among patients with metabolic syndrome is proposed.

Heart rate has many effect by environment factor and body factor and mind factor. Experimental testing decide to make relaxed condition. so It want to get correct data peoples different time and condition in the day so medical mans think relaxed to low Heart rate. but normal heart different from peoples and time. there was noting standard. so Heart rate is really hard to relaxed heart rate. Heart rate pattern must have long time analysis for good result. if you get relaxed heart rate so you don't need long-time analysis. Relaxed heart pattern used for guidance of auditory impulse public got concentration and solve to stress. it chose MC Square and mozart music. Two kind of auditory impulse analysis to make a relaxed Heart rate and relaxed pattern. way of analysis is HRV and minute of heart bit rate. result It have find Guidance to Relaxed Heart rate.
The purpose of this study was to explore $6^{th}$ graders learning progression for lunar phase change focusing astronomical systems thinking. By analyzing the results of previous studies, we developed the constructed-response items, set up the hypothetical learning progressions, and developed the item analysis framework based on the hypothetical learning progressions. Before and after the instruction on the lunar phase change, we collected test data using the constructed-response items. The results of the assessment were used to validate the hypothetical learning progression. Through this, we were able to explore the learning progression of the earth-moon system in a bottom-up. As a result of the study, elementary students seemed to have difficulty in the transformation between the earth-based perspective and the space-based perspective. In addition, based on the elementary school students' learning progression on lunar phase change, we concluded that the concept of the lunar phase change was a bit difficult for elementary students to learn in elementary science curriculum.

The number of bits per message and the number of tones in the frequency-hopping sequence are determined by the available bandwidth and the data rate of each user. These parameters in turn determine the tone duration which strongly influences the vulnerability of the system to transmission distortions. In this paper, an address code which is assigned to each individual user was employed in order to reduce the collisions or hit. Also the frequency band is divided into several subbands and each user transmits multitone frequency per subband per chip. And the new system which is to increase the duration of each tone by increasing the total number of system frequencies that has been proposed. It is found that an optimum value bit, tone, number of frequencies per chirp can improve the err performance. This flexibility slightly increases maximum efficiecy and makes the the system less vulnerable to multipath delay. So, It is found that as the nuber of user increased 50%, the efficiency as a tuncion of the bandwidth to user'rate ratio improve 20%.
Knitwear has been used as an active and functional clothing item due to its flexible and soft nature. Diverse design expressions have made knitwear into an essential fashion item for people today, who are constantly seeking for ways to display their individualism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual wearing conditions, and the preferred designs of knitwear for female college students in order to provide a baseline data, which can be used to develop knitwear designs for the subjects of the study. Survey by questionnaire of 135 female college students in 3 universities in Seoul were analysed. The results of the study are as follows: First, the most owned knitwear were sweaters and cardigans. Knitwear was viewed as soft and warm, as well as versatile. It was not restricted to certain sizes, and was comfortable to wear for different activities. Seound, the most preferred items were sweaters and cardigans. The most preferred styles were round neckline sweaters and open V-neckline cardigans. Third, the most preferred designs were plain designs with achromatic colors and wool-blended fabrics. The most preferred images were simple images. The most preferred fit was loose enough for little bit of room inside. Fourth, appropriateness and design of the knitwear were assessed during the purchasing stage. the most preferred method of purchase was purchasing via online stores after researching the knitwear through various channels, such as store visits and the Internet. The preferred price of knitwear was below 100,000 KRW. Fifth, the most common complaints were as follows: changes in the shape and quality of the knitwear after a wash, appearance of nap, and loose threads. In short, it is necessary for female college students to develop high quality knitwear with designs that can display individuality, while being simple.
Geophysical methods applied to water seepage problem in earth-fill embankment attempt to detect and map the estimate of size and depth of the seepage path. Seepage zones generally produce lOW resistivity anomalies due to high saturation of water. Dipole-dipole resistivity surveying technique, which is actually a combined sounding-profiling procedure, was used to delineate the seepage path through this study. In this study, the finite difference methods to solve the electric potential distribution in 2 112 dimension, was adopted as the numerical scheme for the forward problem. Second order Marquart's method, one the iterative damped least square methods, was selected for the automatic inversion. The computer program was implemented in FORTRAN 77 for 1 6-bit personal computer. In this paper, we present a case history which illustrates the application of dipole-dipole resistivity method to the delineation of water flow in earth-fill structures. Also the automatic two-dimensional resistivity inversion was applied to a field data where the interpretive advantages of the program become evident.
This paper deals with the electric field sensor and automatic measuring system of the time-varying space electric field produced by lightning discharges. The theoretical principle and the design rule of the measuring devices are investigated, and the semisphere-type electric field sensor and the signal process system are fabricated. From the calibration experiments, the frequency bandwidth of the measuring system ranges from 200 [Hz] to 1.56 [MHz] and the sensitivity is 0.96 [m V/V/m] as the amplification gain is 10. In addition, the electric field waveforms produced by lightning discharges are observed by the proposed electric field measuring system from June to August in 1995. The data is sampled with the time interval of 200 [ns] and is automatically recorded by transient signal analyzer(Necolet Pro 30), the resolution of which is 12 bit. And it is registered at personal computer. The electric field waveforms produced by intracloud discharge tend to be bipolar, with two or three narrow and fast rising pulses superimposed on the initial half-cycle.
This paper proposes an efficient depth-map coding method for generating virtual-view images in 3D-Video. Virtual-view images can be generated by the view-interpolation based on the depth-map of the image. A conventional video coding method such as H.264 has been used. However, a conventional video coding method does not consider the image characteristics of the depth-map. Therefore, this paper proposes an adaptive depth-map coding method that can select between the H.264/AVC coding scheme and the proposed gray-coded bit plane-based coding scheme in a unit of block. This improves the coding efficiency of the depth-map data. Simulation results show that the proposed method, in comparison with the H.264/AVC coding scheme, improves the average BD-rate savings by 7.43% and the average BD-PSNR gains by 0.5dB. It also improves the subjective picture quality of synthesized virtual-view images using decoded depth-maps.

The era of realistic broadcast with high fidelity has come after the wide-spread distribution of UHD display and the transmission of UHD experimental broadcast in CATV. However, UHD broadcast now has constraint because it requires much amount of bandwidth and data in broadcasting transmission and production system. Not only HEVC(High Efficiency Video Codec) which has more than two times higher compression rate but also cloud-based editing system would be the key to solve the problems above. Also, fast scene change detection of videos is needed to index and search UHD videos smoothly. In this paper, therefore, a method is proposed to index and search the scene change information of large volume UHD videos compressed with high-efficiency codec. Application usages of fast detection of scene change information in various UHD video environments are considered by using this algorithm.
The purpose of this study is to analyze women apparel's colors in the Seoul, Beijing, and Tokyo collections and examine the color characteristics of three collections through comparison with trend colors suggested by Carlin, a color forecasting group. A literature review and an empirical study were used for methodology. The literature review examined the status and characteristics of the three collections, a fashion color forecast, and F/W 2014-15 trend colors by Carlin based on previous researches and literature data on fashion color. The empirical study extracted and analyzed 2014-15 F/W women's ready-to-wear collections in Seoul, Tokyo, and Beijing and compared the result with trend colors by Carlin. First, the colors of women's apparel were analyzed in the Seoul, Beijing, and Tokyo collections. All three collections commonly used achromatic colors and the percentage of Bk, Gy, Wh, R, and B colors was high. All three collections used achromatic colors frequently for the main color and sub colors. For accent colors, while the application of achromatic colors was high in the Seoul collection, the application of chromatic colors was high in the Tokyo and Beijing collections. Second, women's apparel colors in the Seoul, Beijing, and Tokyo collections were compared with trend colors suggested by Carlin. All three collections highly reflected Bk, Wh, and R (Carlin's forecasting color of 'Splendor') and B (forecasting color of 'Boreal'). However, the reflection of metallic colors suggested as a keyword of 'Brave New World' and Pk color of 'Sensitive' and 'Boreal' were a bit low.
