Increasing national concern on nonpoint source pollution of surface and ground water Systems has led researchers and policy makers to develop certain agricultural Best Management Practices. As an initial step of broad study program above mentioned, this study reflected the effects of different tillage practice on bulk density and degree of saturation on two regional soils, namely Tama silt loam and Catlin silt loam. Results may help to clarify some of the conflicting findings on the impact of tillage systems on these parameters and it may also explain some of the reasons for specific role that different tillage systems play regarding nonpoint source pollution from agricultural fields.

This paper introduces stochastic cash-flow modeling integrated with simulation based scheduling. The system makes use of CPM schedule data exported from commercial scheduling software, computes the best fit probability distribution functions (PDFs) of historical activity durations, assigns the PDFs identified to respective activities, simulates the schedule network, computes the deterministic and stochastic project cash-flows, plots the corresponding cash flow diagrams, and estimates the best fit PDFs of overdraft and net profit of a project. It analyzes the effect of different distributions of activity durations on the distribution of overdrafts and net profits, and improves reliability compared to deterministic cash flow analysis.

The best known software developers all offer cloud storage services. Microsoft offers Onedrive to its users, Apple offers iCloud Drive and Google offers Google Drive or GDrive. The battle between these software developers is ongoing and they will always strive to give the best services to their users. It is not only technology that is evolving, however, but also ways in which security can be breached and data abused. The security of information on the Internet is increasingly at risk and there are many threats to cloud storage platforms. This research used the mobile forensics approach to help in identifying and analyzing user behavior that may occur while using GDrive application for cybercrime. The novelty of comparison and analyzing methods performed in this research can help to find remnant data from all activities performed by GDrive users in Android smartphones. Hence, this proposed method can assist investigators in finding remnant data on GDrive client and can provide knowledge for legal practitioners.

Many innovative management processes, which are also termed as best practices or value improving practice, have been proven to successfully improve the value of capital facility projects. With a lack of any guidance on how to implement the most suitable value management process for a particular project, the objective of this paper is to facilitate the VMP implementation. A CII (Construction Industry Institute)'s recent study, titled as 'Development of the Value Management Toolkit,' encompasses a comprehensive structure of value management and provides a new methodology in optimizing the implementation of the value management processes in order to leverage the unique project circumstances, such as project objectives, resource availability, and site limitations, etc. As a pioneering study, the findings contribute to the expedition of implementing value management processes in the industry and maximize the potential benefits in applying the most benefiical value management process for a particular capital facility project.

In this paper, the current water management organization of the Korean government and those of foreign countries were analyzed to draw out a plan to build a more rational water management organization. And then, the two organization reform alternatives were discussed on which alternatives can effectively manage the water. Through the analysis, deployment of three divisions including the water policy, the wastewater policy and the division of water industries and business are the best alternative in terms of water equality, sustainability and efficiency, which are the three main goals of the new Water Management Act, Water Management Basic Act. With much efforts, the Korea has come to the era of One Water Management. The water management paradigm proposed in this opinion is expected to become a new engine of economical growth of the nation.

ATM network is considered as best suitable technology for multimedia service in various aspects such as bandwidth, capability of traffic expandability and so on. In this paper, we suggested a buffer management algorithm in ATM network to improve overall network performance with threshold and auxiliary buffer whose input consists of superpositiI on of voice and multimedia data traffic. To evaluate the proposed buffer management algorithm simulations are executed with four priorities, that is delay and loss priorities and the results are proved that network throughput is improved better than the existing partial buffer method.

This article introduces definition and theoretical background of the managing records for ISO 9000 compliance, especially, quality record management and describes the method of establishing efficient system for the control of quality records in engineering corporation. To establish the best control system of quality records, the organization must not only understand ISO Code requirements for quality record completely but also identify the documents to be controlled as a quality records correctly. This will provide the guidance which need to establish the system for quality control to the organization which produces documents in accordance with ISO Code requirements.
