As the technology convergence paradigm emerges, the need for "CIA techniques" to analyze the mutual effects of technology is increasing. However, since the CIA input parameter estimation is difficult, the present study suggests a "CIA input parameter setting model" to alleviate the difficulty of CIA input parameter estimation. This paper is focused on the difference of measurement difficulty by each scale which expert's estimation behavior was defined as measurement activity quantifying the judgment of future technology. Therefore, this model is designed to estimate the input variable as a sequence or isometric scale that is relatively easy to measure, and then converts it into a probability value. The input parameter setting model of the CIA technique consists of three sub-models : 'probability value derivation model', 'influence estimation model', and 'impact value calculation model', in order to develop a series of models the Thurstone V model, Regression Analysis, etc has been used.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the maternal child rearing behavior, sibling relationship, and children's social adjustment in group home and original home. Subjects of this study were 159 mothers and their children in Seoul and Gyounggi-do. Mothers responded to 'Korean Maternal Behavior Inventory', 'Sibling Relationship Questionnaire' and 'Social Maturity Scale'. The collected data were analyzed by ANCOVA, Pearson's partial correlation, factor analysis, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for internal consistency by SPSS PC program(10.0 version). The results were as follows; first, there was a significant difference in maternal rearing behavior between group home and original home. Original home mothers showed higher scores in reasoning guidance, affect, authoritarian control, achievement, overprotection, active involvement, and limit setting. Second, there was a significant difference in sibling relationship among two different homes. Sibling relationship in original home was more worm, intimate, and competitive. Third, there was no significant difference in social adjustment in those homes. Finally, there were different correlations among those homes. In original home, there were significant correlations between maternal rearing behavior and children's social adjustment, but there were no significant correlations between those variables.

This study investigated college students' time management behavior and time satisfaction according to the use of the time-matrix. Data were collected from 400 college students in Seoul by a self-administered questionnaire. Collected data were subjected to descriptive and comparative statistical analyses using the software SPSS(version 12.0). The conclusions of this study were as follows; 1. The use of time-matrix was categorized into 4 task groups: (1) not urgent but important, (2) urgent but notimportant, (3) neither urgent nor important, (4) urgent and important. 2. Time-management-behavior of planning was categorized into 3 components: standard setting, reality overlapping and implementing into 3 components(i.e., checking, adjusting, facilitating condition). 3. In all domains except overlapping, 'not urgent but importance' was the most popular managerial behavior. 4. However, 'neither urgent nor important' was voted the most popular in terms of managerial satisfaction. This study provides useful knowledge on managerial time-use categorization. Furthermore also contributes towards the knowledge base of time-managerial behaviors and dispels stereotypical-thinking that only bing busy all the time using is an indication of good time management behavior. Finally, this study advocates use of the time-matrix to achieve efficient time management.
This study investigated the store switching behavior of fashion stores targeting college students. A random sample of college students completed a questionnaire that contained measurements of store property, relationship quality, switching intent of store, preference of on/offline store, purchase of brand/non-brand product and monthly clothing expenses. The factors extracted as switching behavior of on/offline fashion store are store property, relationship quality and switching intent of store. Dimensions of store switching behavior in online shopping mall is revealed to be composed of diversity/ easy to search, store reliability, home page layout, sales promotion, reliability, commitment and switching intent of store. Also those of offline store is revealed to be composed of store comfort/salespeople service, product diversity, store location, product price, reliability, commitment and switching intent of store. The significant differences were found between store switching behavior of college students by preference of on/offline store and purchase of national brand/non brand. It is expected that this results can be used as a basic material for further study and setting up the fashion retailing strategies in fashion store for selling non brand products.
The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between paternal self-esteem, child-rearing behaviors and child's self-esteem. The secondary purpose was to examine whether there were significant relational differences according to child's sex. 272 dyads consisting of fifth and sixth grade children in elementary school and their measured by the Self-Esteem Inventory (for children), the Self-Esteem Scale (for fathers), and the Iowa Parent Behavior Inventory: Father form. Pearson's r., F-test, and Ducan's multiple range test were used for data analysis. Paternal self-esteem was significantly associated with 'parental involvement', 'reasoning guidance', and 'intimacy'. Paternal self-esteem was positively correlated with girl's self-esteem. Child's self-esteem was positively related to 'parental involvement', 'limit setting', 'responsiveness', 'reasoning guidance' and 'intimacy'. In sex differences, only boy's self-esteem wasn't related to paternal 'limit setting'. Boys' self-esteem was strongly related to 'parental involvement', and girls' self-esteem was strongly related to 'reasoning guidance'.
Hardening and hydroxyapatite(HAp) formation behavior of the bioactive cements in the system of $CaO-SiO_{2}-P_{2}O_{5}$ glasses and the corresponding glass-ceramics were studied. DCPD (Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate: $CaHPO_4{\cdot}2H_2O$) and DCPA (Dicalcium Phosphate Anhydrous: $CaHPO_4$) were developed when the prepared glass and glass-ceramic powders were mixed with three different solutions. The DCPD and DCPA transformed to HAp when the cement was soaked in Simulated Body Fluid (SBF), and this HAp formation strongly depended on the releasing capacity of $Ca^{2+}$ ions from the cements. The glass-ceramic containing apatite showed fast setting, but no HAp formation was observed because no $Ca^{2+}$ ions were released from this glass-ceramics. The compressive strength of the cements increased with reaction time in SBF until all DCPD and DCPA transformed to HAp.
Reviews indicated that supervisory feedback provided to workers is the most effective intervention to change performance in organizational settings. However, supervisors themselves hardly receive feedback on their own behaviors. This study implemented self-management technique to improve supervisory behaviors at a construction site. Self-management in the current study consisted of goal setting, self-monitoring and providing reinforcers for two supervisory behaviors; (1) conducting safety observations and (2) interacting with workers for safety improvement. Two supervisors severed as participants. An AB within-group design was adopted. After baseline (A), self-management technique was implemented (B). Results suggested that self-management was effective in increasing the two supervisory behaviors. Moreover, the increased supervisory behaviors were associated with improvement in workers' safety performance.
Investigation of the physical behavior of dredged material disposal in coastal water includes estimations of water column concentration in the receiving water, exposure time, the initial deposition pattern as well as thickness of material at the dumping fields near the estuary area. Calculation based on vertical setting and horizontal advection of single particles ignore the effects of bulk properties of the disposed material, vertical and horizontal diffusion, and material dilution due to the entrainment of ambient water during descent. This paper focuses on the spatial and temporal changes in the dumping fields for the water column and bottom at a hypothetically confined coastal water, where the ambient time-invariant velocity and density profiles are applied, within the initial time period following the instantaneous release of the dredged material. This model accounts the behavior of material after release divided into three phases: convective descent, dynamic collapse and long-term passive dispersion

Kinematically redundant manipulators have been studied because of its usefulness of kinematic redundancy. It is natural that the kinematic redundancy induces a kind of control redundancy. By using the weighted kinematically decoupled joint space decomposition, we unify the control redundancy and the kinematic redundancy parameterized by the joint space weighting matrix. Concentrating to the particular component of each decomposition, we can describe the local minimization behavior of the control weighted quadratic by each weighted decomposition. The result extends the conventional results on general setting, and should be of interest in understanding the motion behavior of kinematically redundant manipulators.
