무전해 Co-W-P 합금 도금 층의 미세구조와 자기적 특성 (Micro-Structure and Magnetic Properties of Electroless Co-W-P Alloy Deposits Formed)

  • 본 연구에서는 NaH$_2$PO$_2$$H_2O$ (차아인산이수소나트륨)을 환원제로 사용한 무전해 도금법을 이용하여 corning glass 2948 유리기판 위에 Co-W-P 도금층을 제조할 때, pH 및 온도에 따른 석출속도, 합금조성 및 미세구조와 자기적 특성을 고찰하였다. 무전해 Co-P 도금층은 석출전위에 따라 산성에서 석출되지 않고 알칼리성에서만 환원석출반응에 의해 형성되었으며, 석출속도는 pH와 온도가 증가할수록 상승하여 pH 10, 온도 8$0^{\circ}C$일 때 가장 우수하였다. 자기적 특성은 pH 9, 온도 7$0^{\circ}C$일 때 보자력 870Oe, 각형비 0.78로 가장 우수하였으며, 이때, Co-P 도금층의 인(P)의 함량은 2.54%, 두께는 0.216$\mu\textrm{m}$였다. 결정배향은 $\beta$-Co의 fcc는 발견되지 않았고, $\alpha$-Co의 hcp(1010), (0002), (1011) 방향의 결정배향을 확인할 수 있었으며, (1010), (1011) 방향이 우선 배향한 것으로 보아 수평자기벡터를 형성함을 확인할 수 있었다. 무전해 Co-W-P 도금층의 경우는 자기적 특성에서 보자력은 500Oe, 각형비는 0.6 정도의 경향을 보였지만, 결정배향에 있어서는 $\alpha$-Co (0002) 방향으로 우선 배향하여 수직자화벡터를 형성함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 합금조성에 있어 인(P)의 함량은 0.8$\pm$0.2%로 일정하였고, W의 석출량은 $Na_2$WO$_4$의 농도가 증가할수록 증가하여 0.1mol/L일 때 20%이였다. 수소가스를 이용한 환원분위기에서 10$0^{\circ}C$간격으로 1시간씩 40$0^{\circ}C$까지 열처리에 따른 자기적 특성과 미세구조의 변화를 확인하여 본 결과 Co-W-P는 열처리에 따라 표면의 평활도는 향상되었지만, 자기적 특성과 미세구조에는 아무런 변화가 없었다.

서울시내 남녀고교생의 흡연에 관한 태도 조사연구 (A Study and Investigation for the Attitude about Smoking of Boys' and Girls' High School in Seoul)

  • Inspite of the lots of studies on the harmfulness of cigarette smoking to the body published by many researchers since 1950, cigarette smoking people are increasing in number especially, cigarette smoking by young and women causes a serious problem. Examining the physiological motives of youth shows that, impulse which the youth want to immitate the adults, alluring curiousity, and defiant physiology of escaping from the norm of traditional groups which has been banned are cooperated well compoundly. As the period of the youth is the one which they accumulate knowledge and charactor by learning as well as the period of growth mentally, and physically they should be rightly educated about smoking before they addicted to smoking and it is desirable for us to make the youth to understand how harmfully the smoking is to effect to their growth and mental soundness simply not as a social norm which they should not smoke. The main motive of this study on the attitude of smoking by the youth is to give basic materials related on this field. For this study, 647 questionnaires were used as studying material which were able to analyze among 720 questionnaires of 2 classes of each grade of 3 high schools among the high schools of boys, girls and co-educated in Seoul from Oct. 21, 1988 through Oct. 26, 1988. Study Instrument are graded in Likert's 5 point from 40 questions which are 20 questions m affirmations and 20 questions in negations after analyzing the factors on 60 simple sentence questions which the students showed in preliminary studies. And these are systemized to be measured from 1 point which means they think smoking IS very bad to 5points which means they think smoking is really good. In these collected materials, technical statistics of frequency. percentage, average, standard deviation are used for general character and smoking attitude, $X^2-test$ for examinning Independant variables of physical. emotional, ethical and other areas pearson's coefficient of correlation for related direction and degree" and step­regression analysis for the degree of relative contribution of all variables which effect smoking attitude. The results of this study are as follows; 1. The smoking attitude of high school boys and girls showed average of 1.78 in physical area, 2.63 in emotional area, 2.61 in ethical area, 2.29 in other area respectively in a negative attitude generally also the negative attitude are expressed most strongly in physical area. I've can also say by this results that smoking is harmful to their health and further more it can be judged that this proves the youth in the period of preparation be adults have a strong curiousity in the emotional, ethical and other areas. 2. The most influential variables in each field as related factors effecting smoking attitude of the student can be explained from 13.2 in physical area the lowest experienced variables to 25.2 in emotional area the highest of degree of smoking experience. The fact that the more the smoking experienced students are increasing in number the higher tendency which accept the' smoking tells as the importance of health education about the population of latest student's smoking as important variables shown equally in each area. Those of grade, age, numbers of smoking people in house are showed meaningful in pure interrelation. Those related to the acceptance of teacher's smoking, sex, mothors education are shown meaningful in opposite interrelations. This means that the' increasing number' of smoking people in grade age, the number of smoker in family have a affirmative attitude. And people who are not interested in teacher's smoking wants to quit it, and whose mother's education is higher have a negative attitude. 3. The most negatively answered questions of the smoking attitude In physical, emotional, ethical and other areas are as belows; Firstly too much smoking is harmful to our health is 1.12 point. Secondly smoking have a ill-effect on pregnancy and embryo is 1.13 point. Thirdly smoking is harmful· to our health is 1.27 point. Fourthly smoking in crowed area with the people such as In a bus or subway should be prohibited is 1.27point. Fifthly smoking can ruin lungs is 1.31 point. And the most affirmatively answered questions are also as below; Firstly we showed smoke depending on time and place is 3.96 points. Secondly smoking is just habit is 3.83 points. Thirdly smoking people seem to be unable and deplorable is 3.69 point. Fourthly smoking should be prohibited by law is 3.56 points. Fifthly high school student's smoking is immitation of adults is 3.52 points.

모집단 분포를 이용한 핵의학 혈액검사의 통계적 품질관리의 유용성 (Availability of Statistical Quality Control of Nuclear Medicine Blood Test Using Population Distribution)

  • 정도관리(Quality Control)는 오차를 최소한으로 하여 검사의 신뢰도를 증진 시키는 것을 목적으로 하고 있으며 이러한 정도관리 활동을 통해 환자의 진단과 치료방침에 영향을 주는 핵의학 혈액 검사의 신뢰도가 확보되고 있다. 이에 연구자들은 신뢰도 향상의 추가적인 기법으로 건강검진 수검자를 대상으로 시행한 핵의학 혈액검사의 모집단 분포를 이용한 통계적 품질관리의 유용성을 평가해 보고자 한다. 2014년 1월부터 2014년 12월까지 서울아산병원 건강증진센터를 이용한 건강검진 수검자 41,341명을 대상으로 핵의학 혈액 검사 12종목에 대해 통계 분석을 시행 하였다. 통계분석은 핵의학 혈액 검사 12종목에 대한 결과 보고 치를 참고치 이내, 참고치 이상, 참고치 이하의 세 가지 그룹의 월간 백분율로 구분하여 모집단 분포의 평균값과 표준편차, 그리고 표준편차 지수(Standard Deviation Index: SDI)를 산출 하였고 그 결과 모집단 분포의 표준편차는 모든 그룹에서 대부분 ${\pm}2SD$ 이내의 결과를 보였다. 건강검진 수검자에 대한 핵의학 혈액검사 12종목(AFP, CEA, CA19-9, CA125, PSA, TSH, FT4, Anti-Tg-Ab, Anti-TPO-Ab, Calcitonin, 25-OH-VitD3, Insulin)의 모집단 분포를 분석한 결과 월간 백분율의 표준편차 지수(SDI)가 ${\pm}2.0$ 이상인 경우는, 1월과 3월 Insulin검사에서 각각 2.3, 2.4, 5월 Anti-Tg-Ab검사에서 2.2, 그리고 9월 CA19-9에서 2.2의 결과를 보였다. 이는 검사 Kit 시약의 이상 (동위원소 시약의 최대 결합률 저하), 검사반응 시간의 저하가 원인 이었다. 연구대상이 되는 전체의 속성을 포함하고 모집단 분포의 특성을 이용한 통계적 품질관리는 검사실에서 시행하고 있는 내부정도관리 프로그램을 보완하는 역할을 할 수 있으리라 생각된다.

한국심해환경연구(KODES) 지역 주상 퇴적물중 금속 및 희토류원소의 지구화학적 특성 (Geochemistry of Heavy Metals and Rare Earth Elements in Core Sediments from the Korea Deep-Sea Environmental Study (KODES)-96 Area, Northeast Equatorial Pacific)

  • 심해저 퇴적물중 금속과 희토류 원소의 수직 함량변화 및 변화의 원인을 구명하기 위해 북동태평양 클라리온-클리퍼톤 균열대(Clarion-Clipperton fracture zone) 중남부에 위치한 한국심해환경연구(Korea Deep-sea Environmental Study, KODES) 지역에서 박스코어러(box corer)를 이용해 18개의 주상시료를 채취했다. KODES 지역 퇴적층은 색상변화에 따라 갈색의 Unit I, 연갈색의 Unit II, 흑(갈)색의 Unit III로 분류된다. Unit I은 Unit II에 비해 높은 Ni/Cu비를 가지고, Unit III는 Unit I, II에 비해 현저히 높은 금속함량을 보인다. Unit II는 지화학적 자료에 근거하여 상부의 Unit IIa 층과 하부의 Unit IIb 층으로 세분될 수 있는데, Unit IIb 층은 Unit IIa 층에 비해 높은 구리 및 3+REEs/NASC 비(또는 큰 음의 Ce 이상치) 등의 특징을 보인다. Unit III는 흑갈색의 상부 Unit IIIa 층과 흑색의 하부 Unit IIIb 층으로 세분되는데, Unit IIIb 층은 Unit IIIa 층에 비해 망간, 철 함량이 높다. 연구지역이 속한 태평양 지판의 확장속도와 방향 그리고 약 11-30 Ma 인 Unit III의 연령을 고려할 때 Unit IIIb 층은 동태평양 균열대(East Pacific Rise, EPR) 그리고 적도와 근접한 위치에서 퇴적된 것으로 계산된다. 흑색인 Unit IIIb 층의 높은 망간, 철 함량은 EPR에서 기원한 화산기원의 철, 망간 등을 공급받아 나타난 결과로 보인다. 한편, Unit III는 물론이고 Unit IIb 역시 적도 고생산대의 영향권에 있었고, 따라서 해수중 풍부한 유기체들과 함께 구리, 희토류 원소 등도 Unit IIb, III 층으로 많이 공급되었을 것이다. 퇴적물로 공급된 이들 구리 및 희토류 원소들은 유기물이 분해됨에 따라 스멕타이트 그리고 어류 잔해물(fish bone debris) 등에 잔류한 것으로 보인다. 즉 KODES 지역 주상 퇴적물에서 나타나는 구리 및 희토류 원소의 수직 함량변화는 연구지역이 제3기 말 시기에 적도 고생산대를 지나는 동안 많은 유기물을 공급받아서 초래된 결과로 사료된다.

일부지역 고등학생의 성교육 실태와 성경험에 따른 성교육 요구도 조사 (On Investigation of Status of Sex Education and Sex Education Needs of High School Students by Their Sexual Experience)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for practical and concrete program development, which can give students satisfaction in sex education. To achieve this purpose, an actual status of sex education for high school student and their sexual experience were investigated. And then tried to find out if there is difference of satisfaction in sex education and contents that they want to learn based on having sexual experience or not. For this study, a questionnaire of sexual awareness was conducted on 562 students among first graders and second graders of high school located in Kongju city, from on October 4th, 2004 to on October 15th. But only 550 answer sheets among 562 were analyzed, for 12 answer sheets were not proper enough to apply to this study. The collected data was computerized using SPSS WIN in frequency and percentage for actual condition of sex education and sexual experience and for satisfaction at the result of sex education based on having sexual experience or not. And then the $x^2$-test was verify the difference. The requirement for sex education, based on having sexual experience or not, was analyzed using t-test by computerizing the average and standard deviation. The conclusion of this study are as followings; 1. 93.8% students have ever been taught for sex education by teachers, but nursing teacher among them was the higher percentage than any other teachers. They took courses for sex education in discretion class, and the teaching method was a kind of lecture. 2. After taking sex education, 37.6% students said that it was boring, for they had already known the contents of the courses, and 43.8% students said that they acquired sex knowledge through the Internet and mass media. 3. It was highest percentage that 36.9% students had no agony about sex. The most serious worry was a sexual impulse and the sexual psychology of the opposite sex. To solve these worries, 61.6% students said that they consulted with their friends. 4. It showed that 89.9% male students and 71.6% female students had experiences various lascivious materials, 81.4% male students, 7.2 female students experienced masturbation, 52.7% female student and 44.8% male students experienced kissing or hugging, and 13.7% male students and 9.9% female students experienced sexual intercourse. 5. The satisfaction for sex education based on having sexual experience or not was different. In short, it showed that the students who experienced sexual experiences such as accessing to lascivious materials, kissing, hugging, and sexual intercourse except masturbation thought that sex education was important than the students who didn't experience sexual experiences. On the other hand, the students who didn't experience sexual experiences were more satisfied with the contents and level of sex education than the students who experienced sexual experiences. 6. The requirement for sex education based on having sexual experience or not was also different. The students who experienced sexual experiences wanted to learn an acquaintance with the other sex than the others. On the other hand, the students who didn't experience sexual experience wanted to learn friendship and love. The students who experienced sexual experience except masturbation was more desirable for taking sex education than the other students. In conclusion, it is fully required that sex education should be regular subject in school and teachers who are charge of sex education should be experts in this field, for only expert can teach systematic and adequate sex knowledge to students. In addition, it is also essential to understand contents of sex education which can be satisfactory for students' requirement. So we should develop concrete and practical programs for sex education.

임상실습교육의 교수효율성과 임상실습만족도에 관한 상관성 연구 (대구지역을 중심으로) (A study on correlation of teaching efficiency and satisfaction of clinical training in Daegu)

  • Collecting materials for study on teaching efficiency and satisfaction of clinical training, it changes. Dental technology's educational procedure to many ways of a prospect. In a circumstance that needed higher level of education, this study is aimed on realizing an importance of clinical training through the various materials that previously carried out and offering basic knowledge to take better clinical training for the students. Study results below 1. This Investigation conducted on 123 of sophomores(70.3%) and 52 of juniors(29.7%) who have been taken clinical training, and men's proportion(51.45%)is a bit higher than girls(48.6%). The 64% of respondents taken largest proportion were 20 to 24 years old. As 67.9% of respondents attended daytime school and 30.3% of them attended nighttime one, their school time shows a little difference. In a question about relation ship, one answered "Harmonious" took largest proportion by 72.6% during training, and about the degree of satisfaction of campus life who answered "normal" were the most with 59.4%. 2. About the reason choosing dental technology as a major, 41.1% taken the most answered "due to the specialized job", "Getting job easily" was second with 26.9%, and third was "recommended from around" with 18.3%. 50.3% of the respondents answered "normal" about the Satisfaction of their major, student marked in grade "B" most with 51.4% 3. In a investigation result about clinical training statues and preference, most(72.6%) choose place less than 10 for clinical training, and 60.6% of them resided own home. About their commuting time from home to training place, 44% was under 30min, 40% took time 30-60min. It shows students prefer shotter distance in terms of choosing training place. 4. Each part manager took large proportion as a clinical trainer with 33.7%, Training curriculum reform and developing method were most answer as a improvement measure after completing training with 30%. 5. The average of total score about clinical training was 3.15 of 5. In the detailed question, 'satisfaction of clinical training' got 3.38 as a highest score, the lowest score was 2.86 that is about satisfaction of clinical training period. The average score about efficiency of study was 2.86 and in detailed question, 'a Role model' got 3.26 as a highest score and participation of student got 3.05 as a lowest score. 6. The result of T-test to see the difference of the satisfaction according to the general character and clinic training condition between teaching efficiency is that the degree of satisfaction of clinical training showed statistical significance only in the degree of satisfaction of campus life(p<0.05), and teaching efficiency has a statistical significance with their age, grade, and satisfaction of campus life (p<0.05). 7. The relation between of teaching efficiency of clinical training and satisfaction of clinical training of dental technologic student has a statistical meaning in significance leveler 0.01. Now, therefore we suggest following based on these result. 1. To elevate satisfaction of clinical training, it agentry needs development of consistent clinical training curriculum. 2. To grasp the satisfaction and requirement, in needs to measure anxiousness and satisfactory degree after completing training 3. To train efficiently and evaluate efficiency over the teaching activities, it needs to develop measuring tools for teaching efficiency in terms of teacher's important rules in a clinical training. 4. Strengthen the relations with the study developing and managing curriculum gathering theoretical knowledge and practice. And make an effort to apply to their students. 5. Let the trainee take a class setting a belief, sense of value, function and obtain behavior by making the students comfort over clinical training as increasing teaching efficiency.

고등학교 『기술.가정』교파 운영과 내용에 대한 학습자의 인식 (High School Students' Perception of the Curriculum & Contents in Technology. Home Economics Education)

  • 본 연구는 제7차 교육과정에서 고등학교 1학년 필수교과로 이수되고 있는 $\ulcorner$기술$.$가정$\lrcorner$교과의 실시현황을 조사하고, 학습자가 느끼는 부담정도와 만족도를 파악하여 교과통합의 효과를 검토하고, 학습내용의 평가를 통해 교과내용 개선을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 충청남도와 대전광역시에 소재한 남자고등학교와 여자고등학교, 남녀공학고등학교 6개교(각 2학급씩) 1학년 297명에게 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하고, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 기술교사 또는 가정교사가 전 영역을 지도하는 전담지도는 4개교에서 이루어지고 있었으며, 기술교사와 가정교사가 나누어 가르치는 분담지도는 비교적 규모가 큰 2개교에서 이루어지고 있었다. 분담지도가 이루어지는 경우 기술영역과 가정영역을 함께 주당 3시간씩(기술1시간/가정2시간 또는 기술2시간/가정1시간, 각각 1.5시간씩)지도하고 있는 반면, 전담지도의 경우 학기별로 영역을 나누어 수업이 이루어지고 있었다 둘째, 학생의 54.2%가 교과통합에 따라 학습부담이 감소하였다고 느기고 있었으며, 교과운영에 대해 72.4%가 만족하였다 여자고등학교와 남녀공학고등학교 학생과 분담지도 하는 경우 만족도가 높은 경향을 보였다. 만족하는 주 이유는 '미래생활에 적응하기 위해 필요한 지식습득의 좋은 기회'(67.1%)이었고, 불만족 이유는 '실습기회가 적고, 교과내용이 어려워 실생활에 도움이 되지 않는다'(54.1%) 였다. 셋째, 교과내용 영역별 홍미도는 전반적으로 가정영역이 높았다. 가정영역의 '나의 주거 공간 꾸미기', '임신과 육아' 단원과 기술영역의 '자동차의 관리', '건설 구조물 모형 만들기' 가 흥미도가 높은 소단원이었다. 내용 영역별 필요도도 가정영역이 높았으며, 가정영역의 '결혼과 육아', '가족생활 주기와 생활 설계', '나의 주거 공간 꾸미기' 단원과, 기술영역의 '자동차의 관리', '건설기술의 시공원리', '에너지 자원의 종류와 이용'이 높게 나타났다. $\ulcorner$기술$.$가정$\lrcorner$교과 내용에 대해 학생의 70.8%가 만족하였는데, 그 이유는 '남녀 학생 모두에게 공통적으로 필요로 하는 내용 구성이기 때문'(51.7%)이었다.

청원지역 시추공 지하수의 수리화학 및 자연방사성물질 산출 특성 (Hydrochemistry and Occurrence of Natural Radioactive Materials within Borehole Groundwater in the Cheongwon Area)

  • 이 연구에서는 지하수내 존재하는 우라늄과 라돈-222와 같은 자연방사성물질 산출과 지화학적 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 연구용 부지(충북 청원군 부용면 갈산리)에 120 m 심도로 시추하고, 심도별로 채취된 지하수의 화학적 특성과 시추코어의 암석화학적 특성을 분석하였다 시추코어상 주요 암종은 흑운모편암과 흑운모화강암이며 일부 구간에서 반상화강암과 염기성암맥이 확인되었다. 더블패커 시스템으로 채취한 6개 구간에서 지하수의 pH는 5.66~8.34 범위를 보이고, 화학적 유형은 Ca-$HCO_3$ 형으로 속한다. 심도별 및 시기별로 수리화학적 특성 차이를 보인다. 지하수내 우라늄과 라돈-222의 함량은 최고 683 ppb와 7,600 pCi/L를 각각 보이며, 심도 50~70 m구간에서 가장 높은 값을 보인다. 암석 및 광물내 우라늄과 토륨의 함량은 각각 0.51~23.4 ppm과 0.89~62.6 ppm의 범위를 보이며, 흑운모편암에서 가장 많은 방사성포유물(radioactive inclusion)이 관찰되었고, 현미경관찰과 EPMA 분석결과 방사성원소를 함유하는 광물로는 흑운모내 함유된 소량광물인 모나자이트, 일메나이트로 확인되었다. 우라늄은 이들 광물의 주요 구성원소를 치환하여 존재하며, 일부 석영과 장석 입자내에도 우라늄의 산출이 확인되었다. 시추공 심도 -50~-70 m 구간 지하수에서 높은 방사성물질 함량을 보이는 것은 이 구간의 지하수의 화학적 특성, 즉, 약알칼리성의 pH와 산화환경이고, 중탄산의 함량이 높아 우라늄의 용존에 좋은 조건이 된 것으로 보인다. 지하수내 라돈가스의 함량은 우라늄 농도와 대체로 비례하므로 우라늄의 붕괴와 관련된 것으로 보이며, 라돈가스의 기원에 대한 하나의 해석방법으로 헬륨과 네온등 영족기체 동위원소비를 이용한 간접적인 추적방법을 적용할 필요가 있을 것이다.

  • 황색종 잎담배의 인공발효숙성은 효모처리에 의한 인공발효, 단순한 인공숙성, 2년 저장숙성 및 미처리구로 나누어 미생물학, 물리학, 화학, 생화학적으로 그 변화과정을 종합적으로 연구하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 한국산 잎담배 Y.S.A의 발호숙성을 촉진시키는 최적 조건으로서는 및 담배를 온도 $40^{\circ}C$평형함수율 18%, 관계습도 74%에 놓아두는 것이 잎담배의 모든 품질적 특성에 가장 양호한 결과를 주는 것임을 알게되었다. 2. 잎담배를 $40^{\circ}C$의 숙성온도 및 74%의 상대습도에서 효모를 첨가하여 약 20일 내외에서 숙성을 촉진시켜 숙성시키면 잎담배의 여러가지 물리적 및 화학적 특성이 1년 및 2년 저장숙성시킨 것과 비슷하게 됨을 알게 되었음으로 그 실용적 효과를 입증할 수 있었다. 3. 온도 $40^{\circ}C$와 평형함수율 18%의 숙성조건하에서 잎담배에 효모를 첨가하여 또는 단순히 조기숙성시켰을 때 잎담배는 그 숙성에 필요한 물리화학적 특성은 약 20일만에 얻을 수 있다는 것을 알게되었다. 4, 본 실험에서 잎담배의 발효숙성기간중 미생물의 동태는 효모와 세균은 15일까지 증가하였다가 감소하였고 곰팡이류는 끝까지 계속 증가하였다. 5, 효모구 및 속성구 잎담배의 이화학성은 발효숙성이 $15{\sim}20$일 진행함에 따라 pH는 저하하였고 팽승성과 연소성이 양호하여 졌고 자극순도, 명도주재파장등 색택에 관련되는 물리성이 2년저장 잎담배와 비등하여졌다. 또 총환원성물질, 전당, 전환원당, 알카로이드량은 감소하였고 유기산, ether 추출물은 증가, 전질소 및 단백질량, 조섬유, 회분등은 별 변화가 없었다. 6. 효모 및 속성구의 잎담배는 발효숙성이 15-30일 진행되는 동안 그 개개의 화학성분이 다음과 같이 변화하였다. 즉, 시일이 경과함에 따라 당 류-sucrose, rhamnose, glucose 색소류-chlorophyll, carotenes, xanthophyll, violaxanthine polyphenols-rutin, chlorogenic 및 caffeic acid 유기산-iso?tutylic, crotonic, capronic, galacturonic,tartaric, succinic, citric acid 알카로이드-nicotine,nornicotine등 화합물은 감소하였다. 한편 시일이 경과함에 따라 당 류-fructose, maltose, raffnose 아미노산-proline, cystine, 유 기 산-formic, acetic, propionic, malic, oxalic,malonic, α-ketoglutaric, fumaric, glutaric acid 등 화합물은 증가하였다. 7. 잎담배 발효숙성중 생화학적 특성의 변화는 다음과 같았다. 즉, 30일간의 발효숙성기간중 산소흡수량은 점차 감소하였으며, ${\alpha}-amylase$ ${\beta}-amylase$}활성도는 점차 약하여 졌으나 catalase, invertase는 그 활성도가 일단 숙성중기에 높아졌다가 낮아졌다.

한국과 일본여성의 식문화 의식과 전통식품 소비실태 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Dietary Culture Consciousness and Their Consumption Attitude of Traditional Foods between Korean and Japanese Women)

  • We conducted a survey on Japanese women's consciousness of food culture and their traditional food consumption by self filling-out questionnaire during January, 2000 for the period of a month, For the survey we selected 250 women residing in Kyoto, Japan. For the statistic work we used SAS package system, and t-test, $\cal{X}^2-test$ and Duncan's multiple range test were also used to verify the results significance. The purpose of this survey lies in gathering a basic data on the comparative direction of Korean and Japanese women's food culture in the future 1. Comparing the preferred food purchase place, In case of Korean women, traditional market was comparatively more preferred while Japanese women relatively preferred convenience store (p<0.001). 2. In case of Japanese women, they answered there is no difference from ordinary days on New Year's Day (71%) and Christmas (40%) while 38% answered they prepare food at home. 40% said they prepare food on parents-in-law's birthday, and 41% said no difference from ordinary days. 52% said they prepare food at home on husband's birthday. For their own birthday, 32% said yes to preparing food at home while 45% said no difference and 22.3% said eating out. For children's birthday 65% said preparing at home, 16.3% said no difference and 14.9% said eating out. 3. Comparing the conception on traditional food, Korean women answered 'complicated' (77%) most while 'simple' (5%) least, which indicates their demands for simplified recipes. In case of Japanese women, 'complicated' (44%) was most while 'scientific' (6%) was least which indicates their demands for scientific way of recipes. There were differences shown by age (p<0.001) and the older the more said 'simple' or 'logical' (p<0.01). 4. As the reason for the complicity of traditional food recipes, Koreans said 'too many hand skill' (60%) most while 'too many spices' (8%) least. For Japanese, 'various kind of the recipe' (55%) was most while 'too many hand skill' (7%) was least. There were significant differences shown by academic background (p<0.01) and income(p<0.01), and the lower the academic background, the more said 'too many spices' as the reason for the complicity in making traditional food. Generally, the lesser the income, the more tendency to say 'various kinds of the recipe'. 5. In case of Koreans, 'the recipe is difficult' (56%) was high while 'uninterested' (9%) was low in answer which showed differences by academic background (p<0.05), and in case of Japanese, 'no time to cook' (44%) was high while 'uninterested' (7%) was low. 6. The following is the reasons for choosing traditional food as a snack for children. In case of Koreans, they answered as 'traditional food' (34%), 'made from nutrious and quality materials' (27%), 'for education' (22%) and 'suites their taste' (17%) revealing 'traditional food' is highest. In case of Japanese, it was revealed in the order of 'made from nutrious and quality materials' (36.3%), 'traditional food' (25.2%), 'suites their taste' (22.6%), 'for education' (12.8%) and 7. Comparing the most important thing for the popularization of traditional food in the world, Koreans answered 'taste and nutrition' (45%) most while 'shape and color' (6%) least. In case of Japanese, 'taste and nutrition' (75%) was answered most while 'hygienic packaging' (4%) was least. Both considered 'taste and nutrition' as most important thing for the popularization of traditional food in the world. 8. In case of Koreans, they answered they learn how to make traditional food 'from mother' (47%), 'media' (18%), 'school' (15%), 'from mother-in-law' (14%), 'private cooking school' (4%) and 'close acquaintances' (2%). In case of Japanese, they said mostly learn 'from mother', but it was also shown that the lower the academic background the lesser the tendency of learning 'from mother' but 'from school' (p<0.001). 9. About the consumption of traditional fermented food, Koreans said they make kimchi (90%), pickled vegetables (39%), soy sauce (33%), bean paste (38%), salted fishery (12%) and traditional liquors (14%) at home while 67% for salted fishery and 48% for traditional liquors answered they buy rather than making at home. On the other hand, Japanese answered they mostly buy kimchi (60%), soy sauce (96%), bean paste(91%), natto(92%), salt fermented fish foods (77%) and traditional alcoholic beverage (88%) to eat. This difference was shown very distinct between Korean and Japanese women (p<0.001). 10. About the most important thing in food, Koreans answered in the order of 'liking and satisfaction' (33%), 'for health' (32%), 'for relieve hunger' (18%) and 'convenience' (17%). In case of Japanese, it was revealed in the order of 'for health' (61%), 'liking and satisfaction' (20%), 'to relieve hunger' (16%) and 'convenience' (3%). This shows that Japanese women take comparably more importance to health than Korean women. The conception of food was shown different between Korean and Japanese women (p<0.001), and Koreans showed level 4-5 of food culture while Japanese showed level 5.
