  • This paper is to model a 3D-shape product applying mathematically the data acquired from a 30 scanner and using an Automatic Design Program. The research studied in th reverse engineering up to now has been developed continuously and surprisingly. However, forming 3D-shape sol id models in CAE and CAM. based on the research, the study leaves much to be desired. Especially, analyses and studies reverse-designing automatically using measured data after manufacturing. Consequently, we are going to acquire geometric data using an 30 scanner in this study with which we will open a new field of reverse engineering by a program which can design a 3D-shape solid model in a CDA-based program automatically. Utilization of this program make it possible to minimize time in designing a product and establish a ADS(Automatic design system) program library to using all of the data from reverse engineering.

도서분류자동화를 위한 지식베이스의 설계에 관한 연구

  • Though the computer has become deeply entrenched as the major tool in information processing(library works), it may be obvious that automatic book classification techniques ate still under experimentation, and the techniques have not yet been tested against the criterion of usefulness. The purpose of this study is to design of knowledge base for automatic book classification which can be put to use in library operation, and to present a methodology of application of the automatic classification into the library. Since the enumerative classification schemes which are existing are manual systems, it cannot be applied to the automatic classification, the principle of faceted classification based on concept analysis is brought in and studied. The result of this study are summarized as follows : 1. The design of knowledge base confined the field of agriculture and medicine. 2. If title is entered by the computer keyboard it will be searched in knowledge base, and then be classified by the principle of automatic classification. 3. Program flowcharts are designed as a bases of classification procedures for automatic subject recognition and classification. 4. 283 books in agriculture, 196 books in medicine were drawn at random from Taegu University Library and Young-Nal Medical Center Library respectively. 5. The experiment of automatic classification is performed 143 books in agriculture 166 books in medicine except for other subject books. 6. It was proved that automatic book classification is possible by design of knowledge base. In addition the expected values from design of knowledge base for automatic book classification are as follows : 1. The prompt and accurate process of classification is possible. 2. Though some title is classified in any library, it can be classified the some classification number by a program. 3. The user can retrieve the classification codes of books for which he or she wants to search through the computer. 4. Since the concept coordination method is employed the representing of a multisubject concept is make simple. 5. By performing automatic book classification the automation of total system can be achieved. 6. The efficient international information transfer will be advanced since all the institution maintain unified classification number.

  • Purpose: When designing plants and workplaces such as handling and using chemicals, a system that can automatically determine whether the design has been made in compliance with domestic safety management laws is established to shorten the review time and increase accuracy. Method: Safety design standards for chemical handling and use workplaces were investigated, and types and systems were derived that could automatically judge design errors by dividing the articles into semantic units. Result: An automatic design review method performed when designing a building was proposed, and a system that can review the safety design requirements required when designing a chemical handling business site through the development of a rule checker was proposed. After confirming whether the law is subject to application, the safety design rules are classified into semantic units through preprocessing. The classified results can be classified into four types, and the specifications, space, conditions, situations, and specific devices and facilities to reinforce safety were analyzed as representative types. It proposes a system that prepares a diagram for the safety design rule and allows it to be reviewed through the rule checker program.

  • The automatic drafting of clothing patterns can be realized through an Apparel Cad System when the clothing pattern has a pattern expression in human dimensions. However, it is difficult to apply automatic systems because it is difficult to express the ready-to-wear of various complex designs with one system. This study develops ready-to-wear patterns in an automatic drafting style and also develops nude patterns with human dimension-based drafting styles that can be applied to enable the setting of margins by design. For this purpose, radial body length measurement items and measurement methods were newly defined for female standard dummy and nude pattern systems. The institutional program was developed through the principle of a nude pattern system which is different from the pattern system of the existing system. The nude pattern developed in this study represents a basis and framework for the gradual transformation of the production pattern into the automatic system of the future and as a pattern having an institutional formula based on human dimensions.

  • This study is an investigation for the ADS optimum design by using FEM. We write out program which express ADS perfectly and reduce the required time for correcting of model to the minimum in solution and manufacture result. We complete algorithm which can plan optimum forming of model by feedback error information in CAE. For that, we draw up ADS program which modeling rachet wheel by using visual LISP and telegraph to ANSYS, structural solution program, we can solve stress solution. Then we correct model by feedback date obtaining in solution process, repeat course following stress solution again and do modeling rachet wheel for optimum forming. That is our aim. As a result of experience, we can develope automatic design program using Visual LISP and exhibit ADS as modeling third dimension CAD for optimum design. Also, we develop optimum design algorithm using ADS and FEM. In rachet wheel, greatest equivalence stress originates in key groove comer and KS standard is proved the design for security.

  • This paper is about automatic design of measuring master gears. Master gears are usually thought of as gears of extreme accuracy level, but are better defined as gages to check the meshing action of production gears. This is usually not recognized because most mechanical gages are associated with static measurements rather than having the form of machine elements used in a functional check involving machine motion. In this paper the interface that allows beginners to design easily and quickly is provided. The addition and modification of data is easy and the reduced design lead time is feasible with the program even though users don't know much about program since it is developed with Visual Lisp and DCL.
