직업군인의 노후대비실태에 관한 고찰 (A Study of Retirement Pathways for Military Personnel)

  • 베이비부머들의 대량 퇴직은 우리사회를 급속한 고령화 사회를 만들고 이를 부양하는 젊은 세대들에게 부담을 주는 원인이 되고 있다. 그중 군인 퇴직자들은 국가에만 너무 의존하지 말고 자구책을 강구해야 할 필요성이 있다. 현재 평균 수명 80세인 현실을 감안하면 연금만 가지고 생활하기에는 너무 긴 생이고 이에 대한 국가 부담도 크다. 따라서 50-60대인 군인 퇴직자들은 아직 일할 수 있는 시기임을 인식하여 경제활동을 적극적으로 할 수 있는 자세를 가져야 한다, 국가에서는 군인연금에 의존하는 기간을 짧게 하면서 일 할 수 있는 기회를 제공해 줄 수 있는 방안들을 연구할 필요성 대두되었다. 국가를 위해 헌신한 군인 퇴직자들에 대한 노후 일자리 제공 등 경제활동에 속적으로 참여할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 제시하여 이들에게 군인연금 의존도를 낮추고 건전한 인생 2막을 펼칠 수 있도록 현실성 있는 대책이 필요하다.

  • 폐내 림프절은 흉부엑스선상 폐결절로 나타나는 드문 질환으로 방사선 소견만으로는 악성종양과 감별하기 어렵다. 저자는 중엽과 하엽의 늑막표면 근처에 위치하는 직경 1cm 이하의 다발성 결절을 흉강경하 생검하여 폐내 림프절로 확진한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

상사 모형선들의 실험결과를 이용한 실선의 형상계수 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimation of the Form Factor of Full-Scale Ship by the Experimental Data of Geosim Models)

  • Generally, form factor is determined through ITTC method. Determining the form factor from ITTC method includes the assumption that the form factor of a full-scale ship is the same value as its model ship. In other words, the form factor is independent on Reynolds number. However, for the more appropriate prediction of the resistance performance of a full-scale ship, the form factor must be determined with the consideration of the variation attendant on Reynolds number. In this research, several Geosim ship models are adopted to investigate the scale effect, and correlation lines of form factor are improved to suggest the better extrapolation method for the prediction of the form factor of full-scale ship. The corrected form factors using the correlation lines are compared with those determined from the results of low-speed resistance tests. To consider the influence of hull form, the correlation lines are determined for the group of high-speed ships and the group of low-speed ships, respectively. The corrected form factors have shown good agreement among the prediction results from each Geosim ship model to the full-scale ship.

한·중 항공사 승무원 유니폼의 이미지 평가 (Evaluation of the Image of Korean·Chinese Airline Crew's Uniforms)

  • The purpose of this research is to prepare basic data necessary to develop uniform design by examining the uniforms of Korean and Chinese airline crew. Advanced research, various literature materials related to uniform, as well as a survey on the images portrayed by the different uniforms of the airlines were used as research method, and this was used to investigate its functions and components. The survey was conducted in Incheon International Airport and Gwangju airport from September 1st to 30th of 2013, - targeting 350 people consisting of Koreans, Chinese, and other nationalities who have the experience of using Korean and Chinese aircraft. The research findings are summarized as follows. First, the images of the uniforms were classified into 5 elements: attractiveness, activity, noticeability, femininity, and traditionality. The analysis showed that Korean uniforms, except for Jin Air, received high marks overall, while the Chinese uniforms received lower marks compared to their Korean counterparts. Second, the results were analyzed based on the nationality of the respondents. In regards to Korean airline crews, attractiveness, activity, noticeability, femininity, and traditionality showed statistical significance with Korean respondents, while the significance was seen in attractiveness, activity, femininity, and traditionality for the Chinese respondents. Femininity was the only feature with any significance for the third nation respondents. On the other hand, with regard to Chinese airline crew's uniform, Korean respondents showed statistical significance in the following features: attractiveness and traditionality, while the Chinese and the third nation respondents did not show any statistical significance in any of the elements.

항공사 객실 여승무원의 헤어스타일에 관한 연구 -동남아 최대 저비용 항공사 객실 여승무원 중심으로- (A Study on the Hair Style of Airline Female Cabin Crew : Focused on Southeast Asia's Largest Low-Cost Airline Female Cabin Crew)

  • 본 연구는 아시아 최대 저비용 항공사인 A 항공사에서 비행 근무 중인 객실승무원의 헤어스타일 유형을 분류하였다. 객실 승무원들은 일정한 출퇴근 시간을 유지하는 것이 아니라 비행스케줄에 따라 출퇴근 시간의 다양화로 헤어스타일도 변화되기 마련이다. 따라서 여성 객실승무원의 경우 출근하기 전 시간적 여유가 있을 때는 쪽머리나 업스타일과 같은 헤어스타일을 유지하기도 한다. 그러나 머리를 다듬는 시간이 적을 때는 원랭스 커트와 그래쥬에이션과 같은 일상의 헤어스타일을 유지하거나 포니테일과 같은 묶은 머리를 선호한다. 객실승무원들은 다양한 헤어스타일을 유지하지만 모발의 색조는 자연 갈색이나 약간 밝은 염색을 선호하고 과도한 탈색에 의한 밝은 명도 모발은 선호하지 않는다.

The Effect of Various Wheelchair Handle Directions on Muscle Activity of Adult Male Trunks When Climbing Ramps

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of wheelchair handle directions on the trunk muscle activity of adult males when climbing ramps. It also evaluated the wheelchair attendant's physical discomfort during tasks. Methods: Healthy males aged over 20 years were chosen and the direction of wheelchair handle grip was randomly selected. The grips included a general grip with ulnar deviation, a medial grip with wrist pronation, and a neutral grip with a neutral wrist. The trunk muscle activity was measured using surface electromyography. Furthermore, the physical discomfort of wheelchair attendants was subjectively evaluated using the Borg CR-10 Scale, which rates the perceived exertion. In addition, the SPSS 18.0 program was used perform repeated measure ANOVA to compare muscle activity and subjective discomfort during the interventions. The contrast test was also conducted with a significance level (α) of 0.05. Results: There was significant difference between the general grip and the medial grip in the rhomboid major muscle and the lumbar erector spinae muscle (p<0.05). In addition, there was significant difference between the general grip and the neutral grip in the rhomboid major muscle and the lumbar erector spinae muscle (p<0.05). Further, there was significant difference between the general grip and the neutral grip in subjective discomfort (p<0.05). Conclusion: In this study, adult male trunk muscle activity and subjective discomfort were lowest when using the neutral grip while climbing ramps. Accordingly, we suggest that neutral grips will help improve the function of the musculoskeletal system and reduce the subjective discomfort by putting less strain on the trunk muscles and maximizing efficiency with less force.

항공사 객실승무원의 감성지능이 서비스품질과 조직에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Impact of Flight Attendants' Emotional Intelligence on the Service Quality and Organization)

  • 본 연구에서는 자신 및 다른 사람의 정서를 인지하고 조절하며 활용할 수 있는 능력이라 정의되는 감성지능이 항공기라는 특수한 환경 속에서 근무하는 승무원들의 서비스품질 수행에 중요한 요인으로 판단되어 연구하였다. 더불어 감성지능이 직무만족과 조직충성도와 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 영향관계를 구체적으로 검증하고자 했다. 이에 본 연구에서 국내 K항공사 승무원들의 감성지능을 분석하고, 이것이 승무원들의 서비스품질 수행과 직무 만족도 및 조직 충성도와의 상관관계 분석을 통해 승무원 조직 내 특이성을 파악하여 서비스품질 향상과 기업 조직 강화를 위한 적절한 방안들을 제시하기 위한 초석을 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 보면 감성지능이 높으면 서비스품질의 업무수행을 잘 해서 직무만족을 높이는데 기여하며, 직무만족이 조직충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것이 아니고 오히려 감성능력이 조직충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 항공사의 서비스품질 수행능력을 높일 뿐 만 아니라 근무에 대한 만족과 충성도를 높이기 위해서도 감성지능이 풍부한 직원을 뽑거나 지속적인 감성교육이 필요할 것이다.

프랑스 파리 아방가르드 소(小)극장 고찰 (A Reflection on the Avant-garde Small Theater in Paris, France)

  • This study is about small theaters in Paris which produced the theater of the avant-garde(or theatre of the absurd) in the 50s. Paris was at the center of astonishing passion by small theaters in terms of spectacle. Small theaters actively embraced young actors/actresses, theater troupe and playwrights who created a new way to express their plays. They were mostly obscure but showed talent and genius. So playwrights came from abroad such as E. Ionesco, S. Beckett, A. Adamov and others were able to create a new type of comedy and experience theatrical realization. On the other hand, a great many drama creators such as R. Blin, N. Bataille, J.-M. Serreau, J. $No{\ddot{e}}l$ and others appeared. We focused on studying about life of small theaters in Paris as mentioned earlier. The space of representation were limited. They were mostly about ridiculing of dramaturgy of comedy and theatrical realization. The substandard situations and conditions of small theaters fell far short of advantages of spectacle. Some of the theaters - Babylone, Noctambules, Nouveau Lancry, Quartier-latin - have not been able to survive up to this day. Other Theaters - Huchette and Poche-Montparnasse - have been able to last by performing creative activities. The theaters of the avant-garde are historic places of Drama Art. It is quite astonishing that some of the monuments did not last any longer. These were the places where La Cantatrice chauve by Ionesco and En attendant Godot by Beckett were premiered. When will they be restored to their original state? Meanwhile, the theater of Huchette have performed the comedies of Ionesco for last 60 years without a break. It becomes the museum of theater of the absurd that is the cradle of modern play. In conclusion, a great many play creators like playwrights, directors and set designers saw the light of day because of small theaters when there were not enough support fund. Their passion and curiosity still make us look forward to emerging of new drama.

도시철도차량의 비상 시나리오 분석을 통한 비상방송 및 비상조명의 모듈화 방안 연구 (Modularization of Emergency Broadcasting and Lighting Considering Emergency Scenarios of Urban Railway Vehicle)

  • 철도 비상대응계획 수립에 관한 지침에 의하면 도시철도차량의 비상상황에 대한 자동방송 및 조명시스템에 대한 설비가 반드시 필요하다. 도시철도차량 안전기준에 관한 규칙에 의하면 비상상황이 발생하였을 때 비상조명은 30분 이상 정상동작할 수 있어야 하고, 비상방송은 승무원에 의해 안내되어야 한다. 하지만, 현재 운영되는 비상시스템은 운영기관 마다 설치여부 또는 설치된 제품이 다르며, 유지보수 및 관리가 되고 있지 않아서 동작여부를 판단하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 비상시스템의 표준화를 위한 모듈화 방안에 대해서 연구를 수행한다. 도시철도차량의 사고 상황과 사고 발생 시나리오를 분석을 기반으로 기존 비상시스템을 대체할 수 있는 비상방송 및 조명의 모듈화 방안을 도출하였다. 각 방안의 장단점을 비교한 결과 유지보수와 비용을 고려한 최종 모듈화 방안을 확정할 수 있었다.

Impact of Confinement and Population Size on the Instrumentally Inseminated Queen's Performance of Apis cerana Species in South Korea

  • Instrumental insemination of honey bee is an attractive alternative to natural mating in breeding program as it allows mating crosses between desirable queen and specific drone. However, nursery condition that the queen is kept before and after insemination is major factor affected to the performance of instrumentally inseminated queen. In this study, we evaluated the influences of three different nursery-conditions of push-in cages, mini nuclei and normal colonies on number of spermatozoa stored in the spermatheca, body weight, onset of ovipositon and performance of instrumentally inseminated Apis cerana queen. Our results demonstrated that instrumentally inseminated queens kept in mini nuclei and in normal hives showed no significant difference in queen's weight (159.8 and 166.2mg, respectively), number of spermatozoa in spermatheca ($2.02{\times}10^6$ and $2.76{\times}10^6$, respectively), proportion of queen supersedure (33.3 and 66.7% queen survival at 11 months after oviposition, respectively) and brood production, compared to naturally mated queens. In contrast, instrumentally inseminated queens kept in push-in cages showed significant difference of those above data in comparison to queens mated naturally. Our results suggested that instrumentally inseminated queens could be kept in mini nuclei containing about 1.000 attendant bees to have desirable performance of queen whereas the push-in method should be practiced for the purpose of using queen in the length of time less than 7 months.
